Uh go ahead La Quinta Inn yass! Walked into this hotel and thought what in the fancy is going on!

Had a great time in Brownsville. La Quinta made our stay more memorable. Thank you so much to all the staff.

I loved my stay at this la quinta. This stay is on the top of my best stay list… I got to know everyone's name they were so friendly. The room was nice. Loved the courtesy call! That was a suprise to me! But like I said loved it when ever I'm in town I'm staying again at this la quinta.

Got to the hotel and the bed smelt liked piss told the front desk and all they did was change the sheets bed still smelt like piss I do not recommend and they said that’s all they could do.

The staff and landscape here is beautiful and great and the staff very helpful,. The young ladies here at these La Quinta Inn hotels are beautiful and hot and the hot breakfast is good and free with fresh hot sauce. The pool is good I really enjoyed myself. I highly recommend this La Quinta Hotel nation wide.

Absolutely loved it! Smells clean 24/7 the rooms are exactly like the pictures. The breakfast is amazing with home made flour tortillas. Super nice will definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel excellent service by the party who receives us very friendly, very rich breakfast, the girls cleaning always very friendly, attentive to what is needed in my recommendation for this hotel.

So hard to get anyone to pick up the phone here. I'll be driving the extra 25 minutes to Quality Inn in Harlingen for now on. Breakfast is way better there anyway.

Great breakfast! Room was decent. The windows are so non energy efficient yet alone sound proof, we were able to hear the outside noise from other guest using the pool.

We been here for 5 days and got one more day to go. And the staff are very nice. Specially Berenice in the breakfast area Rene Assistant General Manager. I don't know the rest of the staffs name but they are very nice and very, very, helpful. Thank You for your great service.

Good hotel. Stayed there overnight. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and the breakfast buffet was good too. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Check in and check out process was easy and quick.

It is very clean, with great attention to guests and their breakfasts delicious, with a desire to return to visit them.

When you make a reservation here, call ahead of time to make sure you're room is still available. Apparently one of the managers thought it was ok to cancel my reservation. No star at all.

Great staff, nice rooms, nice breakfast.

Easy to see from road, clean lobby area, nice staff. The room was clean and everything worked. The lady in charge of the breakfast area was very nice and even heated up tortillas for us even though the breakfast was minutes from being over. We stayed two nights and was given fresh towels and room straightened up. Even had two elevators.

Very nice room. So clean. The ppl in the front desk are so nice. I liked the workout gym room. Will for sure be staying again 5

Hey Brownsville Laquinta is the best. Mary is the best manager and Irma gave me good info on restaurants and local activities! And they have the best bartender in Cameron County!

Lousy breakfast, rooms without proper maintenance and the cost of the room is high compared with other rooms in other hotels.

A hotel with all the comididades and totally accessible. Near Wal Mart and Sunrise Mall. Totally recommended.

My room was perfect! Everything was really nice better than expected I would recommend anyone & everyone give it a try u wont know how lovely it truly is until u stay for yourself.

La Quinta did an amazing job serving us while we evacuated due to hurricane Harvey. They were great providing nessesites we forgot. And accommodated our per dog.

We've had an incredible experience here. Hotel is clean, rooms we're so nice and modern, felt really swank, had a huge breakfast spread, Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this Hotel! And even I've never been to Brownsville before, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel!

I had a poor experience at La Quinta. The first room I had smelled of mold and vinegar. Then they changed our room. Second room still smelled of mold. Then we were sent into a third room. The third room had mold and roaches. I then complained on Twitter talked to the gm was told it was gonna be taken care of… They changed my room again 4th time. That room smelled of mold again. Long story short checked out next day paid for 2 days since I couldn't do it before checkout time since I was dealing with a funeral.

The hotel is decent and the staff is nice. Our stay was less than enjoyable though. It seems like other guests don't realize that they're not at home and there are other people staying there. Both nights there were multiple incidents after 11:30pm with people slamming doors over and over, a nice concert going in the next room, someone trying to stomp out a fire upstairs, and the list goes on. I don't want to dock the hotel rating, but it's gotten to the point where I'd rather sleep in my car on trips than stay in a hotel again after this visit.

Its la quinta, they do have breakfast at this location.

Worst la quinta in north america, hotel staff will go in to your room with a dnd sign on door. When you are gone they will steal little stuff, like birth certificates, credit cards, electronic accessories. Even with 24/7 video showing their "according to manager" his best head house keeper entering the room briefly, omg how could stuff be missing because she was the only one on camera entering room. Stay away unless you want your identity stolen!

Hotel smells like meldew. Rooms were very humid despite air-conditioning. Staff very nice.

The rooms are wonderful and very clean ; even the distance to get to places is near. However what I did not like about our experience is that the front desk is completely unorganized and isn't well informed. The guy at the desk took 30 minutes to check us in. He also told us breakfast was from 7-10 (which it is not) and lastly we asked for directions to get to South Padre and gave us directions towards the opposite way.

Great Staff and Service! They where doing renovations however they made our trip very pleasant; no noise from construction, staff was always friendly and greeting us with how are you or how was your day. Wonderful experience.

We stayed here or tried to say here Sat. Feb. 22, 2014. We got to our room and they were working on the roof. It was loud and obnoxious. The room had a terrible odor to it. The bathrooms were not cleaned well. There was a black unknown substance on the beds. Looked like dead bugs. We went down to the front desk about 10 minutes after we checked in. Told the man we wanted our money back. He gave it back and never asked why we decided to leave. I will NEVER go to the La Quinta again.

The staff here have been so very kind and accommodating to our family. We are from out of state, here due to a medical emergency with my father in law who was wintering here. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. If we ever find ourselves back this way we will be staying here.

My Parents went to Brownsville Tx and stayed at La Quinta in March 2013. My parents usually stay at the Hilton but they were booked so had to stay at La Quinta. On the 2 day of being there my father had all his stuff taken from his room. They took all his shorts, shirts, underware, and socks. They left him with 1 pair of shorts, shirt, underware and socks. My mother had all her items locked in her suitecase so her stuff was not touched. Thank GOD my parents know to take all jewlery and money with them at all times. My mother wanted to say somthing to the front desk but my father said not to because he said whoever took it may have needed more then he did. All these items yes can be replaced that is not the issue the problem is who does this! Was it because you knew they were from out of state and thought oh easy target! My mother did call and speak to a guy at the front desk who told her she needed to file a complaint with the complaint department through corp. My mom said ok but then left it alone because again my father told her to drop it. On return home to IL from TX my mother starts telling me about this. This has me so upset and I told my mom I would look into this because this is not right! I called today 4/10/13 and spoke to a man at the front desk and I asked to speak to a manager or have a corp. Number. The man tells me they are not corp owned but the owner will be in this afternoon was there somthing he could help me with.
