Clean room, good location near the event center, good breakfast.

Nice clean hotel at a good price. Friendly staff. Safe place. Excellent location. The Free breakfast is typical like most other similar hotels. Oversll a sage, convenient, confortable hotel withbexcellent access to the hwy and near downtown.

This is the best Hampton I've ever visited. It's very clean, and very modern, and the employees are welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay. I would swear the building is brand new, but I'm not sure if if it's new or remodeled. Whatever the case, it's much nicer than most other Hampton.

Non-suite rooms are not nearly as comfortable as the suite rooms. Breakfast is great!

The room was excellent, I did not give the 5 stars because the water in the small pool was sooo hot.

Hotel was being renovated. Rooms were clean, but carpet throughout our floor was torn up and in many stages of repair, representing a real trip hazard. Pool and jacuzzi were closed. The only thing the website said about construction at all was that "the rooms are newly renovated". Yeah, but the rest of hotel was still a wreck!

Excellent stay and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and service. Excellent breakfast choices for everyone taste. A real hot breakfast that other hotels do not offer anymore. Close to mall and other restaurants.

When we first got to our room, it smelled terrible. I went to the front desk to switch the room. They switched it without apologizing. Later, I tried to call the front desk to get a crib. I had to call 6 times until someone answered the phone and again, no apologies. I wasn't even able to get a crib. They said they only have one and someone else was using it. The breakfast isn't that great either. No types of meats offered. Needless to say, I will not be returning here.

It was close to everything. The room was small, but clean and the beds were so comfortable. Free breakfast! And it was good! The pool area was a little disappointing and internet connection ob my kids tablet was slow. But otherwise I enjoyed my stay here. (And im picky). Great value of the money.

The facility and nice and the rooms are nice. If you want the "modern" conveniences of a hotel, such as internet, don't stay here. The internet was basically non-existent. I went to the front desk to inquire as to why the internet was not working. The front desk attendant was aloof and totally unhelpful. This hotel is not horrible based on the cleanliness of the rooms, etc,, but if you need internet for ANYTHING such as work or school, don't stay here.

Hotel was very nice, clean and bright. The staff first off was nice. They had luggage carts to get luggage to the room and elevators. When I got to room it was nice. The restroom was nice and clean. The shower was average, but clean. They had it stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths, extra toilet paper, napkins, shampoo, conditioner. And others upon request. I liked the ice bin with a tray. There was also a breakfast tray for breakfast in bed. The beds were comfortable, nice comfy mattresses, clean sheets and fluffy pillows. The carpet was clean. They had a bench, desk and chair and the curtains were nice. I had a nice view facing the city and pool, and jacuzzi. The room was decorated nicely. There was a closet with a mirrored door, in it was a iron and ironing board. There were plenty of lamps in the room for light. They had cable. And a nice flat screen t. V. With a chest of drawers. So I had a good nights sleep. They offer to wash your clothes. There is a fitness center, washer and dryer available 6am to midnight. In the morning they have a full breakfast at no extra charge. There was a woman helping everyone get served, very polite, they had waffles, oatmeal, omelettes, sausage, potatoes, cereal, juice, coffee, fruit. I had a nice breakfast sat in front of the t. V. And watched the news. There was plenty of room at 6:30am. At 9am is when there is a full crowd. But still plenty of food. I stayed on saturday night. At 10am the pool opened and I took my daughters.
