As soon as you walk in it feels like it’s 30 years back, the room looks nothing like the pictures. It had a bad odor, we killed some weird bug on the ceiling. I laid on the bed to rest for about 10 minutes and as soon as I got up I got bumps all on my arms. I couldn’t even spend the night. When we returned the keys to the front, we voiced our concerns and the clerk didn’t seem to care one bit. Definitely do not recommend. Not worth the money.

If you want to sleep with some bed bugs, bread crumbs, and weed buds then this is the place for you. Cold? No worries, they don't have extra blankets to spare. Forgot your toothpaste? Boo your breath goin' stank.

Remodeled in 1965 approximately, like an old motel of the West, old broken furniture, noisy a/c and fan, nasty bathtub, wypiswyg.

The site is inaccurate on days and amount of money. Than it takes forever for someone to answer and I didn't even stay I ended up cancelling.

Mold in restroom, light bulb went out in restroom, no toilet paper, had to ask for towels. Poor customer service. Never staying here again.

They took the TV from my room, and charged me $250.00 to replace it. I was out of town with the room key, and double checked I closed the door… They refused to check security tapes to see when and whom took the tv. Scammers!

The beds are not confy and sheets were dirty with pubic hairs! Had no couch to sit on just the very squeaky beds. The mini fridge did not cool any drinks we placed over night. No complimentary breakfast.

Last option hotel. Just enough to stay overnight. Nice staff though.

Room service is not every Day. You cant have people visits you. No brakefast. Cable goes an come. Beads are nasty no more cushio.

This place is unsafe. The bed is probably 20'years old. The AC barely works. Filthy dump of a hotel. Avoid at all cost.

Had the worse experience ever. I wonder how can this be a hotel. It's has the worst customers service. A/c, refrigerator didn't worked. The beds are super old and for sure not like the picture they show on the website. Their phone service don't work properly. The guy from the front desk that night woke me up fourtimes, at 12.30 at 2 am and 4 am and 7 am. All because their online services didn't send my information and payment process. I call the manager to complain and there was a person by the name Jay so call assistant manager. He was so unprofessional taking my phone call. I ask him about the manager's name or his last name and he refused to tell me. I will never go back to this hotel and I advise you don't even waste your money on it. They don't deserve not even one star.

Horrible, smells. No toilet paper, phone didn't work, no towels, door lock broken. No complimentary soaps. I will never come back again. Smoke detector hanging and had the nerve to charge if we smoke, maybe if I did smoke it would smell better. Oh forgot one more thing no hangers. I actually had to get some.

They diverted us a flight to Brownsville, and the airline pay the lodging in the hotel. The beds uncomfortable, and rather sloppy l'Hotel appearance.

Nice stay, calm place to rest and relax front service excellent! Enjoyed.

Bathroom toilet wasn't clean when we came in. Water tasted gross I couldn't brush my teeth that one, had to use bottle water. Other than that I guess it was ok.

Absolutely no professionalism from the staff. When we checked in, we didn't have to fill out any forms, nor provide any ID. We paid in cash and that was fine without a credit card. There is no TV remote, lights don't work in the room, ac isn't cold, room is dirty, beds feel like the mattresses are 30 years old. The residents are loud and obnoxious all night long. Kids were playing catch with a football in the parking lot. Hitting almost every car with the football. When we complained to the front desk, he said it wasn't his problem and if there was damage to our vehicle, it wasn't his problem.
