Great service, extremely helpful staff. Clean and comfortable, great breakfast and very family oriented.

Loved it. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is great. I will definitely be staying here more often. I felt like home.

Because of the oil boom, this hotel and others near it charge close to $300.00 a night! Its very sorry and inhuman for them to take advantage of people like this!

I would give a rating of zero if I could Was with fellow crew Told rooms would be available after 2 pm Tried to check in near 5 pm Given keys and rooms on 3rd floor All 3 rooms still dirty and not cleaned Found 1 nice guy trying to get them cleaned all by himself; other housekeeper gone for the day Front desk guy, Jacob, was totally rude and said he had no other room to put me in, even though I had been shown into anorher clean fiwn the hall. I was staying just 1 night, Told that room was specifically reserved for someone who was staying 14 days Eventually I checked in to this very noisy room by I20 for more than $300 for the night Very poor hospitality and customer service Will never stay at another Comfort inn.

This place isn't worth what my company pays a night for me to stay here. Breakfast is nasty rooms are ok not that clean. 350 plus dollars a night it should be way nicer than this. Surely with all that oilfield money that are taking advantage of they can afford to up keep better.

Expensive but very nice hotel with great breakfast.

People here dont take any pride in their job. People skills suck. Everythings over priced and the service is not matched. They double charge thinking you wont notice. They dont clean the sheets or restock the rooms. They mistake bed bugs for ants. I hated staying here for work. I would never recommend staying here to anyone.

Super high priced as all hotels there … stay in midland odessa maybe better rates… we couldve stayed at a nice hotel in times square for little more tham pecos texas comfort suites.

Worst hotel experience I have ever been through. I would advise anyone thinking about staying at this hotel to think otherwise. They put my account negative 1600.00 bc of running my card several times "because it didn't take" I try to contact them to resolve the issue and no one has answered the phone in 3 days. I tried leaving a review on their website and it wouldn't let me due to my confirmation number being canceled. I am 8 hours aways trying to resolve this issue no one from the facility will answer nor contact me via phone or email. They did the same to my friend that was that also stayed there the same time I did. Taking money out of his account on 4 different transactions that was only suppose to be 1. Thank God they didn't get him like they got me. Now I am dealing with NSF fees and having to take time off work to visit the bank to get this stuff straight. I will never use this p. O. S. Hotel ever again! beware if u do! the only reason I gave one star is… well I had to in order to post this. Otherwise I wouldn't have even given one.

Best comfort inn yet, the lady at the desk was exceptional, very friendly and welcomed me with open arms, a very nice feeling when I arrived after a long day of driving. I will definitely stay here again. I stay at choice hotels regularly, this just strengthens it.

The hotel was clean, nice, service wasn't entirely sure the event was going to be taken place there until we walked in and found our group in a meeting room even though they said no such meeting was going on. They did provide us with coffee and donuts. The chairs were comfy. I didn't see anything too wrong with the meeting room.

Comfort Suites, Pecos Tx. Every part of my stay at the hotel was wonderful. Pool was relaxing, kids had fun, room was big and comfortable. Very clean. Staff is amazing. Friendly and helpful. I will only be staying at the Comfort Suites in Pecos! Thank you!

Good clean rooms, pretty good breakfast, nice pool and weight room. The bad, I'm sitting here in the dark writing this because the powers out. No storms, just random power loss.

The staff is excellent. The rooms are modern and clean. I would definitely stay again. I had one small issue with my bill that the morning manager fixed in seconds. Her name escapes me but in this small town the staff cannot be that large. You're in good hands here.

Clean when you walk inside, staff was very friendly! Very welcoming.

Very average. Stayed 1 night $131.00 incl tax. Front desk was nice to provide two full bottles of water when asked. Was given a room near the elevator. Bathroom is gross with moist like towels and dirty shower mat. (I have pics). Was ok, 2.5/5. If I could choose I would rather have stayed at the State Park but they were all reserved.

Guy at the front desk was a dick… However thr housekeepers are very honest ladies.

Room was clean with strong water pressure in the bathroom. Nice furniture and free water bottles. Breakfast was definitely above average. Hotel staff were generally good, but they are the reason I didn't give 5 stars as one of them was a bit snarky on the phone.

Nice clean rooms. The beds are excellent. Rooms are very spacious. I really liked the lighting.

Really nice rooms and very courteous staff. This hotel seems to have been upgraded recently. The bed was super comfortable, the towels were soft, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. If I find myself back in Pecos I will definitely be staying here again.

The comfort suites in Pecos Texas was actually a pleasurable stay. Service is great and the room was clean. I just don't understand why the towels are kept inside the shower :-\

This hotel is amazing for its price. The rooms are very clean and big. They have TV with a BIG selection of channels. They have an indoor pool with a jacuzzi that are very amazing. There's free breakfast with a variety of foods. I would come back here and stay very nice hotel.

Internet has been down since the weekend and the staff keeps lying about when it will be fixed. Every Time I pass by the front desk no one is there. If the staff just paid closer attention to the hotel guest this place would be alright. But so far the experience has been dreadful.
