Remodel job extremely sloppy.

So far one of the busiest but nicest hotels in Pecos. At this very time, hotels are over booked in this town. The quality in found a spot for me.

Bathroom had mold spores on ceiling and walls, also a leftover dirty bath rag hanging in the shower from previous occupants. Trash from previous occupants in the sink area. A/C barely worked. Bed was sunken in the middle of it. I know it's an oilfield town, but I paid a high price for a room, and received a room that was basically a standard roach motel room… I'd give a — 5 star rating if I could…

If the hard beds don’t make it hard enough to sleep the bed bugs biting you and broken ac will keep you up. Staff is really good and nice. Just room 207 is terrible. I’ve stayed before and had no problem. This time I got ate alive.

The hotel is acceptable for one night. The parking is adequate. The hotel is safe. The Wi-Fi was good for videos and pictures. The breakfast is acceptable. The hotel workers had breakfast with guests. The hotel rate was relatively high because there were many gas-company workers stayed at the hotel. Walmart is nearby. The area is acceptable. The gas station is right across the street. We forgot to return the room key cards. We called back to the hotel. The front desk said we weren’t charged for the cards.

This place is way overpriced and very nasty! It’s no wonder they tell you in advance there are no refunds! Worst choice hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

Not a bad place along the highway to spend the night for $49.95. Unfortunately you get to pay $118 for the "pleasure" of having a broken refrigerator, table lamps with no available outlets, a microwave time-sharing an outlet with the coffee maker, missing security locks on the room door, and absolutely NO external security. All outside doors are open to the public. Continue on down the road to find a decent place to stay. In all fairness, the AC worked well, and the bed was clean and comfortable.

I went here in May 2016. Rooms were clean and not that bad. But In your hallways I found a baby scorpion.

Terrible place. 1. I waited at the front desk for about 5 minutes before a man sitting in the lobby on his phone got up and walked behind the counter. He told me he was the actual owner. 2. I paid nearly $200 for each room. The rooms were dirty. The bedsheets felt scratchy, like paper. They obviously didnt clean the room after it was used last because there were toenails on the floor in the bathroom and sand spurs in the carpeting. One of the rooms didn't even have the secondary lock. 3. The entire building is dirty and busted. Inside and out. The rear parking lot smells like garbage and there were no lights anywhere. You don't need to be a guest to gain access to the building. None of the doors have key card readers except for doors to the rooms. The hallway walls going to our rooms had stains and uncleaned spills on them. The carpet directly in front of our room looked like it had bleach spilled on it.

This place was $265, extremely filthy, we witnessed a person getting keys to a room that was already occupied. The bar was overflowing out in the parking area and drunk men were making "cat calls". NOT a place you'd want your worst enemy to stay. It was at least pet friendly.

This place smells like parvo! blood on the walls. Hookers abound 24/7. If you leave ANYTHING in the bed of your truck you are basically offering to the thieves. Management couldn't care less about any of this nor do they care about what the cleaning staff does or does not do. be warned.

The staff is great but the hotel shows it's age with the 70's decor, no elevator and Motel 6 layout. Rooms are very worn, the beds feel lumpy; like bales of cotton covered with a sheet. Half the lights in the room were burned out, the smoke detector was missing with wires hanging from the wall, and the rooms looked and smelled dirty. This place is seamlessly joined to a Chinese restaurant and a disco. The nightly rates may reflect the going rate in the area due to the increased oilfield activity, but it is definitely grossly excessive for what you get at almost $300.00 a night. If travelling east or west it is best to avoid the area and stay west of Pecos or east of Abilene, prices jump to almost $400.00 the closer one gets to Midland and Odessa. For the price you could stay at a 5-star hotel in downtown Houston.

A poor excuse of a hotel, I'm surprised that Choice Hotel even allows this hotel to carry it's name. They post nice pictures but the proof is in the pudding.

Very bad service, ugly place I ever saw, the chrge me 267 dlls for 1 double bed rom dirty, ugly, old, no maintenance ever, bad service from the people. No recommend at all.

I do realize most hotels in this area are experiencing an insane daily influx of oil field traffic. But that is no excuse for blatant disregard of common services provided by a hotel. This hotel claims to be “newly remodeled”, which is a complete joke. The bathrooms are covered in mold. The ceiling inside the room had dust collected and dangling above the beds. The carpet looked as though several murders had occurred in the room. There was an open electrical box with no cover just inside the door where the switch would typically be. I would wake up every morning itching, bed bugs. There was grease on just about everything you would touch. The cleaning staff was extremely rude and only cleaned the room once during our 7 night stay. Every night I would have to get clean towels from the front desk and ask them continuously to clean the room. The hot water in shower would last for about 3 minutes and become freezing cold. I travel for a living and stay in hotels all across the nation. This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. If it was possible to give this hotel a 0, I most certainly would. For $180 a night you can find a much better deal in Pecos, Texas.

Its been a few weeks staying here with my company, most of the front desk is rude to be honest. The white girl working the front is freaking awesome! She takes care of everything and she is happy to do it. Its a good hotel, needs some updates.

Don't let the walk down the hallways scare you the rooms are actually pretty nice and the staff is on point.

This establishment needs to be raided by the FBI. Prostitution ring! Man, I will be talking with my work to never put me here in this situation.

Rooms are spacious. All required amenities present. Breakfast is really awesome and service for it is great. Restaurant ambiance is amazing.

I must say, it is a pretty good place even though the hotel is a bit old. The staff is really good and so is the food. The suites have a huge balcony, and are quite spacious. Bathrooms are huge and cleanliness is great. One bed is pretty sufficient for Two.

I was here on a work trip in September 2017. For a quick 2 day stay in Pecos this place was great. The location was very good for my work commitments.

I had a very comfortable stay at Quality Inn, Pecos. Rooms were clean and had enough space. Breakfast was fine. At this price, this is surely a great hotel.

Great hotel and staff. Hotel has restaurant and bar. Great rooms and great breakfast. I would recommend to anyone that is traveling or staying in Pecos.

I visit Pecos every few months for work. This is a good hotel. I have stayed here twice. Good people. Nice rooms. Clean, that is most important.

Where to begin I work night shift and my company put us up. The bathroom ceiling has black mold there are shower parts laying behind the door none of our outlets are placed properly the bathroom door you can see has some kind of water damage the main door to the rooms seems to have been kicked in a couple times the cable outlet is just a hole in the wall. Now with that being said these are a few of the reasons to not stay, the one that took the top spot is the way the mother daughter housekeepers yell at each other in guest rooms over if the mother will be working this weekend. I would honestly rate this place 1/4 star if Google allowed it. Please whatever you drive two parking lots away and stay at the holiday inn or across the bridge at the microtel the staff is rude the rooms would be rude also if that would be possible save your money sleep on the streets. Probably safer cleaner and definitely much nicer experience then this place.

It is not what we expected. It is also connected with blue green, not a good thing. Don't buy blue green resorts and time share. Look up blue green resort! They have a lots of disappointment with owners like us that have lost their money. Only less then 900 miles to go.

I asked for a clean room. I was told by the front desk that the rooms are ruined by the oil field workers. Not only was it a Ridiculous price to pay ($150) but the chain should be ashamed of themselves calling this Quality! Very disappointed in the room, it had gaping holes in the dirty carpet, no digital TV, holes in the wall, tile was uneven-cracked. I thought the room was a complete joke.

FILTHY does not begin to describe this hotel. Way over priced because of oilfield business. Traveled with my two dogs. The floor was so stained and dirty I would not even let them on the floor! Had no bath linens or toilet paper. Won't even talk about the sheets! Took at hot shower the next morning and ran like Hell. NEVER again will I stay at a Quality Inn. General Manager, Juan Gonzalez should be fired!

So I just left this disgusting excuse for a hotel and my family and I are heading to another one as I type this. We barely stayed in the room for an hour before we noticed all the terrible flaws that this hotel has. The doors are gross and have not been wiped down EVER. The floors are frayed at the edges and desperately need to be replaced. Our air conditioner in our room (Room 123) was not even in the wall correctly and was hanging several inches in the room. We left the room for a short period of time, returned and found that the carpet underneath the air conditioner soaking wet. THEN the air conditioner shut off and started leaking more. We promptly decided that we would not stay here. I recommend not to stay here if you can help it. There are better places. This was a sad excuse for a major chain of hotels.

The restaurant is located in the Quality In Hotel. Service could have been better. But the food was delicious! I went with my family. All of our plates were filled. We had to take the rest in a take out tray to finish for another time.

Noting Special, just a Place to Lay your head after a Long Day of Working. It's the Cheapest in Price, if you can find a Room were everything works! WOW West Texas! I guess, make that Money while you can.

Decent for an older hotel. There's a few things that need fixing up, but overall not bad at all. Bed was nice, and linens were fresh. Pool looks like it has been out for quite some time now. There's a Chinese restaurant in the hotel that is pretty good and not too pricey. There's a bar too, but I didn't venture into it. Would stay here again.

Check in was very easy. There was no elevator that we saw to get to our 2nd floor room. A few of the room lights did not appear to work so it was quite dim in the room. Found a small roach on the wall when we walked in, but appeared to be alone. Overall it was fine and met our expectations for a bed to sleep on.

We stayed at this hotel because it had a pool and allowed dogs — for $20+tax a night. This was probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The place smells and looks terrible. Pictures on here must be old photos because they do not accurately portray it. The first night we were there it rained and water leaked through the ceiling and into my husbands brand new $250 work boots. The bottom part was literally filled with a layer of water. Despite my complaints to several employees all they did was move our room. In our new room the phone didn't work, the air only cooled the room at night, there were cockroaches, the freezer part of the fridge had not been defrosted and was so full of built up ice you couldn't use it, they swore the Wi-Fi worked yet no one could tell me how to get it working, the pool was filthy and in the 7 days I stayed only once it was cleaned — and they have a machine, it's not even like a person has to do it. They would fill the pool so full that the skimmers wouldn't work properly and no one dipped the pool out that I saw, none of the ice makers worked, so you had to get it from the Chinese restaurant in the hotel lobby and the rudest lady was always working there.

Room is not very clean, have a smell, and some equipments are out of order like coffee machine. Staffs are friendly.

Dinner was great. The food is of great quality and good portions. Recommended for anyone looking for Chinese food in the area.

I would say that it's not very clean however that's an under statement. When checking in they didn't get all of the information they needed from my employer. So there was a delay of me getting in my room after being at work for 19 hours. Keep in mind that I had the confirmation number in my hand, so they clearly had done their process with payment already. The confirmation covered 7 days but yet I was locked out of my room the next afternoon when I stopped in from work. Upon walking into my room for the first time the floor was pre dirty for me. Dried mud from the previous guest. I sat on each bed to see which one I wanted. Even though the one I chose still caused my back to hurt, it was better than the alternative that I almost fell through due to a broken box spring. Looking at the condition of the hotel, I decided it would be useless to try for another room. So unless you have obligations to be here because your job is paying for it then I would advise anything else.

This hotel is way overpriced. Great staff but the place is in bad need of some updating and a remodel. Stayed overnight and toilet was not secure to the floor, wobbled when you sat on it. Nice breakfast and the bed was comfortable.

Horrid! The hinges were sprung on the door to my room. The lock didn't work the entire time I was here. The maintenance man's first suggestion when he came to fix the lock was to open the deadbolt so that the door didn't close all the way… Therefore leaving my room unlocked any time I was gone. Seriously? I found a roach in the sink, bugs in my towels, mold in the bathroom and the mini fridge smells like something died in it.

I was very disappointed with this hotel! It was not worth the price that we paid for it at all! The bathroom was gross! There were greasy fingerprints all over the shower head and mold in the corners of the shower! My bed only had a sheet and no mattress pad! We were woke up at 4am to fire alarms going off. Apparently one of the air conditioners was smoking! We will never stay there again.

If the rooms were going for $39.99 I would have less to complain about. Since the rate is $149 a night, I'm pretty appalled. I can understand that it's an older facility, so I'll excuse the threadbare carpet and 20 year old decor and just focus on the general cleanliness. The condition of the room I was in leads me to question whether the housekeeping staff has access to a vacuum, or if they're just at a loss as to what it's used for. The number of dust bunnies, pieces of lint, and small bits of paper and trash on the floor strongly suggested that my room had not seen a vacuum in a very long time. Additionally, there was hair in the sink and on the toilet seat, and the towels and bedsheets were stained. From all appearances, the staff either doest care, or they had accidentally forgotten to clean my room for several months. Overall, for the price, this hotel is completely unsatisfactory and I would sooner sleep in my car than stay there again.

POOR, POOR! Watch your credit card for multi charges from Quality Inn's. I had (6) SIX from the same Quality Inn in Pecos, Texas. The service needs to come up a lot to be worth $145.00 a night. Do not let the pictures of the rat hole fool you!. I was going to pay the fee until I found out that my room was NOT accessible from the parking lot, like I was told it was. I did NOT stay and now I have 6 charges on my card. All quality inn's are off my list of places to stay plus all affiliated with quality inn's.

QUALITY INN?!? Nothing quality about it. I have stayed at many hotels in this particular chain and have never been so disgusted. The desk clerk was the most blatant example of a meth addict I have ever seen, and this is not an exaggeration. He was covered in meth sores seemingly from head to toe and scratched at them incessantly as he handled my paperwork. Eager to just get to my room, I flung open the door to discover yet another vomit inducing scene. The bed spread was COVERED in black and white dog hair, and the room was enveloped with the stench of canine. A cigarette butt was still in the room's ashtray, covered with the thick film of a woman's pink lipstick. DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is absolutely disgusting, and it takes a lot for me to be disgusted with something.
