This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had BY FAR. My husband and I booked this hotel a day in advance for graduation weekend. When we arrived around 12:30PM and there was nobody at the front desk, just a note stating to call a number with the phone on the wall. Of course, the number was to the front desk, which no one was attending. We called different numbers on the website and couldn't reach anyone. Some guests let us in to try to find staff and there was NO ONE working at this hotel. We ended up spending $230 on a different hotel for one night. We went back the next day, and again; NO ONE was at the front desk. We heard someone in the back that was ignoring us so we called for them a few times. A woman in uniform finally came out and told us that she didn't work at that location and to try calling the phone number on the wall. She claimed she didn't know anyone who worked there and that she couldn't help us at all. This hotel experience was terrible and a complete waste of time. It really surprised me how irresponsible the management is and how this place is still in business. Don't waste your time like we did.

The new manager is very helpful. She stopped us in the hall to talk with us about our stay. She helped us get moved to a room that worked out better for our family. We will certainly stay here if we ever get reassigned in Lubbock.

Rooms were clean and staff was extremely pleasant. It was everything that I needed for a quick trip.

Pretty sketchy place. There's a lot of locals from the neighboring ghetto apts that come in and out, usually knocking on the door for someone else to let them in the building because they don't have a key. What they go do there, who knows? Lots of illegals, speak zero English, no respect for others. They hang out and openly drink in parking lot every night. Management does nothing. When checking in, I was treated like a possible criminal, asked if I had guns or drugs. Who answers yes to those questions? Housekeeping came by same day I checked in.

I couldn't complain if I wanted to and that's saying something. Lol. Great place. Great staff. Beautiful rooms with full kitchens. The manager is a super friendly gal with her guests needs always first. Definitely worth a try if you're passing through.

Wonderful experience! Wonderful staff! We had no complaints. We were greeted with a conforting smile and welcome. Everyone was so friendly. We will only stay at WoodSpring Suites from now on. They exceed their competition by the cleanliness of the rooms and the professional staff.

It's a very good hotel, beautiful, the clerks are very nice, the rooms are everything one would need when in need of a nice clean beautiful room, as we'll me and my wife rested so good, and it's so safe! I love woodsprings hotel in Lubbock Texas!

If I could give negative stars I would! This place sucks, nothing works here the front desk closed at 10pm and the room was filthy! Unfortunately I paid for our stay in advance so I'm stuck with staying here. The desk clerk was friendly and polite, but it was simply not enough to make up for the sub-par room and facilities! For the amount we paid (165.00) for the 2 nights we will be here I expect a bit more than this. Manager took care of as many of my complaints as he was able to but like I already said it just wasn't enough!

Just moved to Lubbock and decided to stay here till we find the perfect house. The staff was very helpful and very nice. The General Manager is very nice and you can tell she cares about her property and the customers. The woman and other gentleman that works at desk is awesome. Housekeepers are also fantastic. Yes you can smell food in the hallways because they all have kitchens so what do you expect. I find it nice and cozy. It is very quite and I cant hear anything in my suite. I plan on staying here till I find my perfect place. Great Job to the staff and Manager here. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. To the ones who complain well Its probley because they will not allow the homeless, beggers, and dope heads roam around. That is for the customers safety. Also Im sure mistakes are made and some things go wrong time to time but nothing is cloud nine all the time and people are not perfect. Reading some of these comments made me laugh because I am a very picky person and I love it here.

Love these people! They were so good to me during a VERY difficult time in my life. Nice clean and comfortable and ESPECIALLY quiet! Stay here, you won't be disappointed.

It's a pretty good place. Only gave 4 stars because it isn't weekly cleaning. But it's a quality place… And cheaper than most.

It has an awesome staff an its quiet an comfortable. Ive enjoyed my stay an will continue my extended stay. I would rate it 100% Awesome.

Manager Stephanie isnt professional and very rude. Company needs better management. I feel sorry for the housekeepers and staff that have to work under her management. Kudos to the housekeeping crew for all the hard work you do your appreciated.

Great place to stay. Staff is awesome. Edwin is one of the nicest and most helpful employees, but all are great. Recommend this place for your short term or long-term stays.

Great service from the front clerks they always seem to be happy to see me. And always helpful when I bring something to their attention.

Very clean, quiet, enjoyable place to stay with an amazing staff and customer service. If your on the road and need a long term room with great rates, this is the place to go, no doubt.

Excellent customer service. The rooms are actually pretty decent. My experience here has been a pleasant one. For the price I paid for my visit at this extended stay hotel, I was treated like I stayed at a 4 star hotel. Zero complaints. Thanks guys :)

Guy at the front was super helpful. This is not a 5 star hotel so I don't expect this place to be perfect, but it meets my requirements. Some parts of the complex I could smell smoke (from smoking) but my room was clean and smoke free. Overall no complaints.

Keys constantly must be reset. When brought to the attention of the staff some are more helpful than others. Decent place to stay if you're homeless and don't have a disposable income. Highly recommend if you want to hear all of the neighboring rooms conduct their deals and everyday night lives.

Calvin and team thank you for making me feel right at home! I have been staying at this hotel for going on a year and I am completely satisfied! From what I have seen they have had a couple of changes in management and you can tell the difference! It's always so clean and I enjoy seeing a nice smiling face when I come in from work!

I have stayed at this hotel many times and never had a bad experience. Kudos to the staff always working hard to keep this place clean. The only negative I have is I wish it was a little easier to get to but I'll go out of my way to stay here.

I've stayed at both Value Places here in Lubbock and I have to say I prefer this one. My first impression in extended stays is the smell and this location doesn't have the funky odor I've encountered in other places. The staff are all pretty content and pleasant. The building itself is nice and in good shape. The only negative I can give is the small TVs in the room. I'm used to much larger ones in other locations I've frequented.

Went to visit a friend at Value Place. Location was a bit of a pain to get to. Rooms were nice and in great condition. Had a fridge, microwave, stovetop. Clean shower and plenty of space.

First time at a value place. Due to the customer service I will not recommend to anyone! Manager is ignorant. I was told that the bed was a full size. When checking in, it is not! I have a full size in my rv and my husband and I fit on it. We cannot sleep together on the bed in room and asked for a refund. The manager unwilling to even do so, even though manager admits that the bed itself is an twin xl! I even said that we would pay for the first night and and they can even keep the fee of the week internet, just work with us so we could find accommodations that would work for us. The ignorant manager doesn't give a crap about anything but collecting money! This is a bad reflection on all value places at this point! I have called corporate to submit a complaint. I have never dealt with such horrible service! I need to mention that there are 6 inches along the bed frame itself all around, that the mattress does not cover. I couldn't be more disatisfied with such a service!
