We had so much fun great room great staff wish we could’ve got a later check out something happen with the AC when we came back from the club it was 84° but they were kind enough to help with that overall great experience.

The Hotel Zaza is an absolute gem. We booked last minute for our honeymoon due to the weather at our previous destination. From the welcoming at the front entrance to the ease of checking in and then the great service by all the staff it was outstanding. The room was very up-to-date and modern and most importantly, it was spotless. We were able to dine at the hotel restaurant (despite us arriving late) DELICIOUS! My husband couldn't stop talking about it. Thank you for an incredible stay and we will definitely be back.

Absolutely perfect! I wished I lived in the area so I had a recent to visit more often. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Every last detail is purposeful and executed to perfection! Great stay. Service is extraordinary! Beautiful decor.

This is a really fun, trendy hotel with great service. The spa was amazing and so was the staff. We were really excited when they upgraded our room for our anniversary so we had a gorgeous view of the pool from a private balcony. This was a huge perk until we realized there was a DJ both nights until 2am. Even with the “sound barrier” door, it was insanely loud and prevented us from sleeping. On the last night, I called the front desk to ask when the DJ was done for the night and the response from the front desk was “Oh. You are going to sleep already? ”. We were because it as 11:30 and we had an early morning flight the next day. I was shocked at that response. All in all, it’s a cool hotel with some very beautiful decor. It’s just not a hotel for anyone who enjoys sleeping at night. Bummed about spending that kind of money on 2 sleepless nights.

I'm not impressed very often, but the staff at Hotel ZaZa is beyond outstanding! The moment I stepped on the property I was swept away in an abundance of great customer service. The concierge even helped me book a rental that was dropped off at the front door for me and my party. I can't say enough about how helpful they all are here. What a great hotel… … and even better group of staff members.

Lively and interesting bar scene with unique cocktails. Went with a few friends for a quick drink after dinner in uptown. Service was a little slow but the drinks were tasty.

Zaza is unique hotel with their MAG rooms unlike any other seen. I stay at the Crouching Tiger room and it was beautiful. The room felt like an extension to a house rather than a room. Will definitely be staying again.

A nice place that pays attention to the details. Convenient to have a "house car" to take you around if necessary. Wish my car didn't smell like pot after getting it back from the valet, though.

The best place to stay hands down In downtown Dallas! The GM was able to help me in less than 10 Min. In my room as soon as I hung up from asking. Talk about first class and Hands down services from amazing team of employees! The concierge service here is the Best I have ever experienced. I have stayed in many nice places and I’m almost 40. So this alone should say how amazing Hotel Zaza is. I will always stay here anytime I’m Dallas.

We had an amazing time for my wife's birthday! They upgraded us to the Red Shoe room, which was absolutely stunning. Trey at concierge got her set up with a cake and bottle of wine to celebrate.

Beautiful hotel! I would stay here again if given the chance. Artistic and clean and hospitable all bbn in one!

Attended for business sessions, very nice accommodations for that. While decorated very nice and eclectic, I didn't care for some of the fanciness that counter to practicality, like the dark brown curtain in the men's room that everyone has to walk through going in and out — biohazard.

Wonderful hotel in a good location in downtown Dallas. It was a nice room with a nice bathroom. The extras are just charming. The art work makes the experience even better. The staff is excellent.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could! As a ZIP member I was treated in a fantastic manner with unexpected ugrades and royal treatment. As a local bride they were wonderful on EVERY level from doormen to front desk to the concierge. My wedding party loved staying here. Plus it's a super fun Uptown location. My wedding party loved the "ZaZa Longhorn Shuttle" which was almost always available. And their coffee tastes great!

It's extremely expensive if all you need is a room. There were SEVERAL administrative errors: Wi-Fi password was given to me incorrectly, tax exemption form wasn't applied, my room wasn't ready at 7pm and then suddenly it was, they weren't interested in booking my next stay at checkout. On the whole, it's a lot of hype for a so-so experience. The bed was comfortable, but the "concept room" upgraded that I didn't request put me in the "Austin Powers" room: There was a "Department of Defense" seal on the door (I'm a pacifist), there was a bank of lava lamps creating a veritable fountain of light that I could only turn off by unplugging them, and I couldn't do that all at once. The lava lamps took up the available power outlets, so I had to work to charge my phone and tablet by the bed. It was really stupid — I've never actually seen the movie, so perhaps I might have been more impressed if I had. I will stay here again, but only because it's literally around the corner from the place I'm visiting for work. I'd certainly NEVER stay here for pleasure. It's just too much work.

I was beyond pleased with our stay in The Bohemian concept suite where we had a lovely view away from the pool where there was a deejay and a suite that perfectly suited our needs. From the dessert upon entrance to the fun atmosphere at the bar in the evening, it was a good time all around. I’m looking forward to our next staycation!

The staff is Awesome. If you find yourself going. There is a concierge there by the name of Tony Gomez. If he could turn water into wine I would call him Jesus. Absolutely goes over and above to make sure your stay is great!

My boyfriend booked a room for us on 3/11/18. It was my first time in Dallas and he wanted to make sure that we had a memorable and amazing evening. When he called to make the reservation the person he spoke to was not very helpful and could not answer simple questions about the hotel. Upon arriving, we were greeted warmly by the valet attendants. The hotel was beautiful inside and we were excited to have a memorable evening in such a posh environment. Once inside, we attempted to check in and were told we had no reservation. When asked how could this be, they had no answer. My boyfriend explained that we had made the reservation and held the bungalow with our credit card. The front desk staff apologized and upgraded our bungalow for the inconvenience. Arriving at the bungalow, we were pleasantly surprised. It was beautiful. We felt like celebrities. After spending a few days at his parents lake house, we were anxious to take a shower. After approximately 5 minutes we had no more hot water. We called the front desk and they sent maintenance over. The gentleman was very nice, but he informed us that the bungalows have issues with hot water. He said the hotel knows about it and is looking into upgrading, but hasn’t yet. We were shocked. We paid over $400 for this room and were unable to shower for longer than 5 minutes. In the morning we called the front desk and asked for a late check out. We were told that we could check out at 1pm. Our Do Not Disturb Sign was on our door.

We had a wonderful time, going with friends for my husband's birthday. Drinks were fabulous, small plates were so tasty I could have eaten just them, but dinner was divine. Everyone was so helpful and kind, and the surprise dessert left us with smiles all the way around. I highly recommend Dragonfly.

Well run boutique hotel in the Oak Lawn area of downtown Dallas. Standard rooms are nicely appointed with well thought out amenities. The "name" suites are each a unique surprise. We've stayed at the Fashionista suite, the West Indies suite, and seen several others. Not just style and quality furnishings, but full minibar, full kitchen, (bigger suites only), and room to spread out. The Dragonfly restaurant is not my favorite, but the food is interesting. The bar is a hopping place on Friday and Saturday nights. There are many choices for dining within walking distance as well. Valet, front desk, and concierge services are welcoming and efficient.

Amazing hotel that knows how to take care of its guests. The rooms were quiet, clean and spacious. The gym was probably one of the best I have been to at a hotel. The spa was really nice and the people that work there are really great. The location was close to lots of stores and it's a short walk to the shopping district.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Room was more than comfortable and the art added to the unique character of the hotel. The only negative is that walls are a little thin. Not only could I hear the room either above me or next to me… So could my colleagues in their rooms.

We tried something different, we stayed in the bungalows. These are townhouses that were remodeled to be individual suites. They are detached from the hotel and are quite nice. Parking for these units is on site with the bungalows not affiliated with the valet service so it's like having your own little townhouse across the street from the hotel. We used the gym and spa and had no issues whatsoever. If you want something different than just the standard rooms this might be worth checking out. Room service will still deliver to the bungalows and they appear to be much quieter than regular rooms because of their somewhat remote location.

Great and eclectic experience. Nice restaurant and bar. Staff was friendly and very helpful and got. Close to everything in Dallas and they will shuttle you to places nearby.

Excellent boutique hotel that can make your event look like a million dollars! Food is out of this world. Service is excellent.

The staff was 5 star from the concierge to the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable. Definitely will be back.

Quite literally the best hotel experience that I've ever had. Will absolutely be staying here again, even as a simple getaway.

Great bartenders and nice valet guys, the food is always good. My bf and I had a nice suite a few years ago and also stayed in one of the space-y bungalows, which was nice. My complaint is when my friends and I stayed here a few months ago. We had a regular room and when I went into the bathroom, I noticed the sink was being held up by a 2×4! Really?! As expensive as the room was, I couldn't believe it! I laughed, and so did my friends, but come on, Zaza, you can do better than that!

The hotel was uniquely designed and decorated. Clean with pleasant staff. I went for a Christmas party and stayed overnight. They served the party with some great food and drinks. Would happily attend a party here again.

If I could give half a star I would just for the valets out front. They wont let uber drivers up in the driveway with hotel customers so we had to park across the street and walk over. The rudest valets I'v ever seen. Won't be staying at the hotel again just based on that. The whole attitude of the staff is extremely snotty for what they are. Nothing special would never recommend.

This is the very best hotel I have ever stayed in! The service and hospitality is phenomenal here for their customers! I can't say that enough either. The staff goes out of their way for others and that's awesome to see as a patron. Thank you, ZaZa!

Came here for a long weekend bachelorette. We were accommodated smoothly and the stay was very pleasant. The double rooms were spacious. It was also pretty central to a lot of restaurants and stores — Anywhere else we were able to Uber to or take the Streetcar/Trolley.

This is a great experience! The rooms are all unique in their own way. The restaurant dragonfly is absolutely wonderful. It's a great place to be seen and to people-watch.

They have a live DJ every Friday and Saturday night until 2:00AM. We are spending pretty penny to stay here. Because of this Pool Party this extremely nice hotel attracts Loud Mouth Party people. Right now they are screaming so loud next door that we have called the front desk 4 times. No matter how nice many things are here. This hotel wants to make extra dollars from drunks and party people. This is insane! There are hundreds of people down at the pool might as well be at a Frat house party! BEWARE if you want to relax you won't. F-

Courteous staff and super friendly! However, this hotel is not really my cup of tea. The actual building is beautiful but you can really tell the room furniture has had a beating. It's a little outdated for the amount of money they charge. I can tell it had some years of glory but it's in need of some updates. The service is great!

Don't judge the hotel by the spa. As the hotel along with Dragonfly are both very very nice. The tiny spa would be fine or could even be better then fine if they fired all the staff and replaced them with clean cut sweet people that you care to interact with on a spa day. Attitude and rude sums up the girl that checks you in. Also rough around the edges is the nicest way I can describe the staff. Really surprising considering how well ran the hotel is…

We stayed in Bungalow 10. Which is absolutely beautiful. You have parking right out back. The front desk clerk came and walked me to the restaurant for breakfast. Absolutely stunning and eclectic design and decor. Top notch customer Service…

Stayed in a single on the fourth floor, spent one night there and everything was great — the restaurant downstairs had a great selection and great food, the room itself was spacious and comfortable. Bed was made and really comfortable. Only compliant is that when I went to get coffee/tea (there's a little bar next to the elevators), they were out of regular coffee and the water wasn't hot enough to make tea (could barely dissolve honey for that matter). Other floors weren't like that though so I suspect it is a one time thing hence why I'm not taking any stars off.

Rooms are fantastic. I travel a lot and the room I stayed in not only had a bed desk but a lounge area and a small place to sit on the balcany. Service is good. They offer transportation within a 4 mile radius, only downside everyone in the hotel uses the car so there's always a wait. The other downside is if you arrive early. They have a 4pm check in which is pretty damn late if you ask me.

Wonderful decor, like you're in another world! Location is fantastic for uptown and they offer free rides within a 4 mile radius. The staff were also super nice and helpful. Shout out to my man Gerard the concierge!

Paul, Dan and Sarah have been collectively AWEsome in more ways that one! Paul does voice familiarization very very WELL. Paul reconized me via my voice from the night before when I had called about my credit card being left after dinner. Dan I Love the jacket and the service from the Dragonfly. Sarah Sarah Sarah thank you thank you thank you for taking care of Toni an myself! What to go Go I would be remiss if I did not mention valet. They held their on! Thank them as well for their service.

The food was amazing and our serving staff for dinner was great. The service outside by the bar and wait staff was found wanting in my opinion.

I stayed at the uptown dallas location. There was no parking other than valet but they were very helpful and always had my vehicle quickly available. My room was not quite ready when I arrived but I got upgraded to a larger room with plenty of amenities. It was beautifully decorated and the hotel staff was extremely friendly and courteous. They were able to help me with everything I needed and I will definitely return.

My Wife and I celebrated our one year wedding anniversary at Hotel Zaza and thanks to the staff we had an absolutely unforgettable experience. From check-in to check-out the staff treated us like VIPs, and greeted us by name. The room service was exceptional and was delivered promptly and as requested. We LOVED our experience at Zaza and know you will as well.

The bar is pretty nice inside. The decors in the hotel is very modern. It was a Saturday when I went there. The crowd was a little more mature. It was definitely a restaurant / lounge feel. Bartender was nice, drinks were pricey, and it is definitely a dressy place. So look nice and look your best. Never know who you will run into. Oh and I heard they have a really awesome pool party. Check that out in the summer.

We had drinks at the bar and they were delicious. The atmosphere was really nice and it smelled really good inside. The best part was that the valet parking was free!

Your promotional vehicle's operator drives like an unsafe prick. Be careful who you put behind the wheel because it reflects very poorly on your enterprise.

We went to Zaza for an after party, and it was lame. If you like Warren G remixed with lame europop, maybe you'd like it. I like Warren G. I thought it was lame. Pretentious.

I didn't stay at the hotel but I went to DragonFly (the restaurant downstairs) and the food was horrible. Chef Dan Landsberg really tried to be different but he failed miserably. The CHICKEN noodle soup had duck in it and a huge wonton filled with who knows what. I couldn't even find out because the broth was so salty. The only thing good on the menu were the French fries and I don't know about anyone else but if I'm going to a five star hotel restaurant, the last thing on my mind are French fries. So after speaking with the manager who said he would take care of my meal, he failed as well. My bill was still $78.

Your valet service guys were just amazing!

The facility was clean and airy. The event attended was small (40 people) so the room appeared larger than if I had been a bigger event. The ahi taco hors d'oeuvres were fantastic. The salmon was moist and tender with excellent flavor. The chocolate mousse for dessert was a little heavy though.

Service by the staff was exceptional — best I have experience and I am in hotels 8 — 10 weeks a year. Kudos to everyone from the valet to the front desk to the room service. When checking in the second week I had credit card problem that the front desk handled professionally and discreetly. All in all a great experience.
