My family and I needed a place to sleep for the night and just got a refund from a terrible place down the way, so we needed anywhere at 12:30am. I told the front desk gentleman about my experience and he made sure to give me a nice room close that was big and close to the front door. We went into the room and I was very happy there was no carpet, but tiled wood print floors instead. The bed was soft, and sheets were very clean. The pillow flattened as soon as you laid on it, but a couple of rolled towels from by the sink helped do the trick. My son spilled something on the floor and when I went to clean it up, I was pleasantly surprised the only thing that came up was what we spilled, no grime or dirt, so I know the room had been mopped well. The microwave worked, the fridge was clean, no spots of mildew or mold. The towels were not soft though, they felt scratchy and a bit stiff, but no big deal, they were white and clean. The AC blew cold air, probably too cold cause my younger son woke up with sniffles. The tub was difficult to work, we thought maybe we didn't have a shower option, but we figured it out. (Turn and pull the cap on the lower faucet) also the bathroom was unfinished, there were no tiles in the tub area, just drywall that was getting prepped for tile work.

Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. The door was propped open upon arrival causing some concern for safety with my family. I insisted to them that because we were in a nice area of town that we were safe, and that it was probably just an oversight by a cleaner. We stayed overnight and the next morning I needed to print a couple of important documents. This doesn't have a business center and the staff refused to let me use their printer or send the documents to them so that they could print them for me. If you arrive expecting anything more than the very bare minimum, you are setting yourself up for disappointment. We won't be coming back.

I did the basic inspection before putting my things in the bedspread was stained, floor seemed as it has never been mopped, went to store to buy Lysol wipes and literally mopped the nasty floor. No microwave, no fridge, and get this, NO FREE WI-FI. The bed linens were clean, but beds were like full size beds. TV was set on a few channels, couldn't hook gaming system to it because they blocked access to connect plugs even though it has a plug panel on front it wasn't connected to TV. Great location, near everything. One more thing. AC blew soggy cool air, no matter what temp you had it on, never got cold!

STAY AWAY! Very filthy. As soon as we entered the room we saw the beds undone. There were a few food boxes on the counters, dirty towels all over the tub and trash in the floor. Went to the front to tell them about it and got a new room. There were 4 cockroaches initially and a few more during the night. The walls, sink, tub and toilet all looked gross. I don’t recommend it at all.

DO NOT … I repeat I DO NOT recommend anyone staying there at all. I go there late and I was so tired so I did not check anything how the room was. The next morning I woke up with rashes and could not sleep during the night because the ac did not work It was on but it never worked. I wanted to shower and there was hairs on the bathroom floor … it was disgusting. Also we’re the towels were placed it was so dirty, lots of dust that when I go y the towel to dry my hands there was so much dust on it. After that we saw something crawling on the floor. It was a tic… it was so gross. I went to tell the people at the office, and the people there were so rude about everything eve when I showed them pictures of the room and the condition it was in … but they were rude and had a bad attitude. Please do not go. It was a horrible experience.

The rooms were dirty when we arrived, there is that you bring sandals for the bathroom, the showers are very dirty, you can get foot disease. If you want to rest a night is good, otherwise it is better to another hotel.

I visited fiesta Texas last weekend and we stayed at this motel 6; sorry to say that we picked up bed bugs and now my 1 year old has bites all over her body. I had seen a bug on one of the two beds we slept on, but it did not look like it could be a bed bug. It looked sort of like a large gnat. That night my baby was very antsy. Now I know why! I check my sheets and spray Lysol all over the place as soon as I check into any motel or hotel no matter the number of stars. On Tuesday, my child woke up with many bites. We did not sleep anywhere else. Also, this place is so cheap they don’t provide toiletries. I paid over $100 a night for a double full bed size room. Very disappointing!

Terrible motel. We only stayed because we came during the Final Four and all the other hotels were already out or outrageously expensive. We came around 9:45pm fo check in. There were three ladies and two of them were counting the drawers. They couldn’t get it right so me and another guest waited. They were using one computer and another was open. The third lady, Ebony, could of checked us in using the other computer, but instead she just decides to talk to the other two workers. Also, they were bot very friendly and welcoming. As we got into the room, it smelled like cigarettes even though it was a no smoking room. We know someone smoked because we found a lighter and an old cigarette under the bed. The room was small and the beds were very uncomfortable and felt dirty. Also, there was no bath soap or shampoo in the bathrooms and the TV didn’t even work. You know they don’t care about the motel when you see the pool is dirty and filled half way. I will never stay at Motel 6 again, and I advise you that it would be better for anyone else to find a different place to stay.

Floors are a little dirty, but other than that, it's a great place if you just plan on sleeping there. We didn't spend much time there, so it was exactly what we needed and very affordable!

This weekend Spring Break… 2018 March… We just visit this place for the weekend. And it will be the last. Don't let the pictures fool you on their website. I had read one review before coming to this place. But it was to late to change. Ok When I arrived at 9 p. M the rooms was done but other people rooms wasn't. When I got in the room, the T. V. Was not working and then the toilet bowl stained. Then the shower looked like it never been cleaned hell it has soap scum over the whole thing. This place have some bad customer service. They came in to clean or play. And took the remote after Manuel fixed it that morning. Had to go get the replacement. And it didn't work. On top after we came from the Riverwalk. We had to go in and get another key to the room. They charged them wow… The price was to much for all I went though. And bugs in the room after I came back from the Riverwalk when they supposed to have cleaned … Oh and the bed wow need I say more…

Room was supposed to be a non smoking room. This room smelled of cigarettes. I asked to switch but no other rooms were ready. Never staying at a Motel 6 again.

Overall it was good. Not much to complain about except the dirty floors. Other than that it was good.

Front desk people were very nice. The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. AC didn't cool very well. I am pretty sure my sheets were not clean. There was a wash rag left on the counter that had been used.

Very unpleasant come back after a strenuous day, and in contrast not cleaned the room for 2 days in a row and put your complain at the reception and the only thing that will tell you what I feel hotel very dirty.

Cindy at the front desk is rude and lacks the customer service skills it takes to be in the hospitality business. She is unprofessional and hung up in my fave multiple times. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone simply due to the people they hire.

The worst hotel I've ever gone to, very dirty! The room smelled very bad when we arrived, the walls stained as if it were a mechanical workshop… The bathroom, horrible! The toilet bowl had stains on the… We had to buy disinfectants because it really was disgusting…

Don't even know if it deserves 1 star. Booked online and it is the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in… The pictures on the website are not real… They are not upgraded rooms and def. The showers are not either. Comforters are nasty. Did switch rooms and it ended up even worse.

Hotel has the worst rooms. Please do not be fooled by the pictures. To start off, the room did not have any sound proof barrier/insulation. You can hear the noise from the traffic at all hours from I-10 and from people slamming the doors of their cars, and if that was not enough you could also hear the adjacent rooms, from tv's being on, conversations, folks snoring, and to say the least some folk getting "busy" if you know what I mean. Also, the bathroom was disgusting, I even saw a cockroach come out the drain and one of the towels had hairs. And yes, the bed was awful too. The sheets were rough and the mattress was so thin and uncomfortable. PLEASE if you can DO NOT STAY there, if you are expecting to have any sleep. My husband and I decided to leave after probably no more than 3 hours of sleep. For $20 more, you are better off at some other hotel. Again, if you expect any rest. I made the mistake of thinking that being located in a better area of town, and judging by the pictures, that I should give it a change, what a BIG MISTAKE!

Dirty rooms and no breakfast and the Internet the 21st century charge per person for their use. Not recommended.

The room was ok however after my fiance and I got in which was after midnight, we woke up to a fire alarm at 5 am. Even as I sit here and write this, the alarm has been going off for almost 2 hours now (just 15 minutes shy). They claimed that the fire department was contacted and they can't reset the alarm and tech support can't help either. So my question is who in the hell can then?!?!? I have never stayed in a hotel in which sleep was a problem due to noise from the hotel unless it was guests. This is non-sense. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you want to chance being woken up. Oh and the best they can do to accommodate is 15% off which equals $8 as it is an inexpensive hotel. Price was good and never had a problem from Motel 6 as I have stayed in Motel 6 all the way to Candlewood Suites. Next time, I would rather pay the extra to stay somewhere I know I can get a good night sleep. I don't know anything about the staff as my fiance was the one that spoke to them. Room was clean though. For the price you pay, if you can actually get sleep, not bad. Just don't expect to be accommodated if there are issues with their fire alarms.

For a budget motel. You cannot ask much from a motel 6 and w that being said, this motel 6 gets 5 stars for having a convenience store near it. Nuff said.

The best Motel 6 anywhere around San Antonio hands down you're going to love it! It's great to finally find a motel 6 that doesn't have a bunch working girls and thugs wheeling and dealing this Motel 6 is nice and quiet very peaceful with excellent staff in the front desk the housekeeping even the laundry people are incredibly nice and seem to enjoy their job not like that other Motel 6s in San Antonio where the employees only seem to be there to be a part of the working girls and drug dealing! This hotel is awesome!

I can not rate the stay but would like to say a few things. Starting at the front desk Alexis and Jayden have been most helpful and pleasant they have both been very helpful and professional. Unfortunately I had to deal with a woman by the name of Letty and she wasn't helpful nor professional and completely ruined my opinion of CS for the hotel, its really ashame. As far as management Ms Chavez I believe thats her name never came out to visit or help address any guest service concerns she is also another motel 6 employee that can use some CS help and tooling. As far as housekeeping WOW great team… House keeping supervisor Jamie absalutly wonderful great customer service so pleasant, professional, and very tentative to our needs she is a great addition to the hotel, GS could use someone like her as well. Isabel, Jerry, and the rest of the gang are awesome very pleasant, professional, and do a wonderful job at taking care of guest and needs. I just want to day thank you to all mentioned above… I was in the hotel business for 17 years and worked for the 3 top brands so I know what it takes to have a successful team. Corporate your almost there you have some that I named above that made the stay right and kept me from leaving and returning… few more changes in staff corporate you will have it all. Thanks and good luck to all of you especially those who made a difference … all named above.

The place is very good for the price that we pay.

We rented a room and OMG! So disgusting! There was blood on the bed spread! Pubic hair in the sheets! Black slimy stuff in the toilet! Tub is full of mold! AND it says non smoking … yet it reeks like a bar and they have an ashtray sitting on counter. The TV doesn't turn on. No cable. We immediately called the front desk, by the way, the office area smelled like weed… the girl who answered the phone was ghetto as hell. Refused to do anything and refused to refund the night even though we had just checked in. The area is super sketchy and sketchy people around the building. DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE … unless you're a hooker and want to rent a room. But wait not even a twenty dollar hooker would wanna stay there. Believe what I'm saying. Horrify place.

Place was cheap. Room was clean, no frills smelled like what was to be expected: no AC for long periods of time so a bit musky fortunately no strong cigarette odor. Even the non smoking rooms are smoked in at a motel so that's to be expected. Free coffee in the morning but no breakfast. No free Wi-Fi either. Had to pay for that. Wow. But ok. But sheets were clean, floor clean bathtub old and a bit worn but still clean. It's only 48 including tax a night and it was clean and no bugs bed or otherwise. Night clerk was a young lady morning older, but both polite and friendly and helpful. Would give 5 stars but paying Wi-Fi knocks it one down. C'mon it's a 2 star hotel. Presently it's being run well and is a good deal.

There was no fridge to put our drinks in, we saw a couple of roaches; the pillows were so comfortable though. Other than that are stay was good no trouble, it was a plus that six flags was only 0.6m away that was very convenient for us.

First time ive ever been unhappy with motel 6. I had reservations but it took me 30 minutes to get checked in. Instead of the second person helping check me in he checked in 4 more parties. I feel he should have helped me as the girl checking me in was obviously having problems. I always enjoy motel 6 but I think I will try motel 8 for a while.

Room was clean and comfortable. I liked the fact that there was a panel under the TV with various inputs to make it easy to connect additional equipment. Only issue was the shower head had very little pressure.

The room NEED to be MOPED! The sheets had hair on them and the bathroom was to dirty we had to clean it yourself! The room also smelled like smoke and we got a non smoking room at that … Spend money on trying to make the room smell good for my family, what a way to spend a family vacation cleaning your hotel room 217. July 3-5 2017. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone…

Hotel is very nice and updated. Hardwood floors and platform beds with a TV built into the wall. The beds were firm and comfortable and the AC worked extremely well. The staff was great and helpful as well.

Broken floor of the pool. Hair on the bed. Fungus on the walls of the bathroom. In end dropped $120 because we went. In addition you let know to the Manager and their unique words was grace by his visit.

Sorry Motel 6 this time you dropped the ball. The location we stayed at was horribly dirty and gross. We couldn't walk around in the room with our shoes off because one the floors were sticky and the so dirty. Two they had roaches in the bathroom. Be mindful if your going to six flags in SA pay for a clean room at a different hotel.

Cockroaches, Moldy, damp, and borderline Deeeeee-squsting. Please don't bring ur children to this Motel, hide ur kids, hide ur wife, cuz this place naaaasty! Been around the world, been in worse places but those places were in third world countries. This place doesn't have an excuse. The phone didn't work in our room, the AC hardly worked, it was so fawkin grose, we nearly slept in my car. At least they had hot water. But the cockroaches and mold punctuated our experience there.

This place is filthy, damp, moldy. I'm miserable and have considered going to sleep in my car. The dampness and moldy smell will surely have me sick in a few fays. The bed linens are scratchy. The room doesn't look like it was cleaned. Floors are filthy, sink has toothpaste and yuck in it and the shower is disgusting. We stayed here at the last minute because of price and location. Totally regret it.

The place is in a good location to Fiesta Texas, but the service and room were not as good.

Rude, unapologetic manager, dirty room, there was blood on the bathroom door, plus sink and tub wouldn't drain so the mgr. Will says "So, you can still take a bath. " Seriously?! Never coming back here! Also heard other customers complaining about lack of housekeeping. Smh this is the worst motel 6 in Texas! Also even if you ask them to not charge your card they'll do it anyways. Beware of Will the mgr he's definitely in the wrong career. He called the police because I complained lol what a wimp. Guest relations and corporate office have been informed about this atrocious experience.

I love the location the exit from Six flags literally smooth since the hotel is like down the street. I wouldn't know if there is a change between the weekend housekeepers or it's their effort; we got there on a Friday and left on a Tuesday the rooms were clean when we got there but on Saturday and Sunday there was hardly any effort put in cleaning other than exchanging of towels and on Sunday we received no service we even had to wash our own towels. Front desk stayed friendly and professional through the whole stay which is a plus to me.

I travel around the U. S. Volunteering on farms and ranches and stayed at many Motel 6's. The Motel 6 Fiesta has got to be the WORST one so far; the staff is comprised of 2 young people who don't seem to know much when you ask them a question. First they said Dominos and Pizza Hut delivers — and they don't. I ended up having to drive to find a place to get food due to the remote location. It took me forever to get Wi-Fi access because first I was given an expired code and the second one initially was incorrect. Also… this Motel 6 is in the worst location of any I've stayed. It appears stuck in an isolated area with nothing around it. It is off I-10 but it is not near anything so you have to drive around if you plan to eat once you arrive. If I had known it was in such an inconvenient location I would have booked another more accessible location. Room is small compared to most Motel 6 locations. As it is directly on I-10 it is very noisy with traffic so you might bring earplugs if you expect to get a good night's sleep.

I made a reservation to pay for my father's 2 night stay because he had some medical appts in the area. My father called me to let me know that he was unable to sleep both nights because of the noise that was coming from the room next door during the entire night. Upon check out he notified the lady at the front desk and she was nice enough to look to see who was in the room next door so that she could place a note and she said that nobody was checked into that room either night. My father told her that he knows for a fact that there were people in and out of the room and he went as far as describing them and the vehicle that they were driving. She told him to have me call the 800 # to complain and report the illegal activity that was going on there. I did so by calling the 800 # and was told that the manager at that location would get back to me the same night of my call and it is now a week later and I have yet to get a call. The front desk told my father that she was sure that whomever was staying there was doing so illegally because they were not registered and that it had to be a staff member that was allowing this to happen. This is a very troublesome scenario because how is someone suppose to feel safe when the staff in involved in illegal activity.

Cigarette ash was on the sheets on the right side of the bed that probably didn't have the sheets changed. The pipes in the bathroom shook and vibrated with every toilet flush from other guests. Parking was good though, so that was nice.

Front desk gal was very friendly! However the room was pretty filthy. It was clear there was very minimal preparation before our stay. We counted ten or so headhairs/other hairs around the room on the bed, on the walls, in the bathroom. Floor was particularly nasty, stains under bed. We stayed at 7 or 8 different Motel 6s across the country and this was the only location we wouldn't stay at again. Price point and dog friendly… Quality, not so much.

BIG ISSUE: This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I am a woman who was staying alone. After I was sleeping, a strange man opened my door with a key card. I had latched the security latch, so it opened a few inches. I woke up to see him reaching his arm in trying to disengage the latch. I yelled at him and he said that he could come in because the hotel had given him the key. I had to keep yelling for him to withdraw his arm. I shut the door and went to call the front desk, and the room phone didn't work. I couldn't dial 0 or 911 or any number. I called on my cell and was told it was just a mistake — no big deal — and that they had given him a different room. I spent the rest of the night jumping at every sound. Terrible. I spoke to 2 front desk people (overnight and morning) and the manager and none of them seemed concerned at this HUGE breach in security. If not for the latch, this easily could have turned into an assault on me. Terrifying. I have left a message with guest relations (corporate). We'll see if anyone at the company cares about this. Additionally, the room was loud, bright even with the curtains closed, random hairs on the bedding and sink, and dirty floor. I will never stay at another motel 6.

The lack of education of a Hispanic woman who is at reception.

Been staying there for years. New years eve was to I was longer allowed to stay there. I called and asked, why? The manager said: cant tell you why and I said " You assholes can ban me but not give me a reason? "that's bullshit! " I cald customer service and said there was a report of an incedent. Huh? You motherfuckers never called or came by my room or even mentioned any of this shit to me. "You got the rightguy? I talked to Zachery Brown, the maneger. He told me he did not like this review nor would he provide the name of the assistant manager as she is on vacation. I told him you don't like the review? its site is there for a reason brother, andi will go over your head and get an answer ive called customer realations and im contacting Mr. Rivera thearea maneger. Have a good one Zach. So I called the motel today and talked to Will, He gave the name of the Assistant Denise Harris. I will try her I only want to know the reason im not allowed to get a room. Zach tells me "there are other motels in San Antonio. " Really Sherlock? So I finally get an answer from Zachery Brown. E tells be a cussed at him on the report, I did and for that I apologize. He goes on to say the reason for the ban is back in December I was "BELIGERENT" I never left my room nor did I talk to maintenance the front desk or housekeeping. So that is the reason, I was mad that he seemed upset and told me not to call, okay but he would not give me the name of his assistant.

Clean room and bathroom. Good TV service. Desk was not knowledgeable about local restaurants. A good deal, close to UTSA.

Clean and spacious. But take earplugs to sleep peacefully because very noisy.

Room was clean. A little musty odor with small spots showing age. Beds were a little uncomfortable and small. Great price. Would stay again.
