Bad, bad, bad, bad, horrible, bad terrible and again just bad. The property looked nice. The pool was out of commission. Could not get a hadicap assessable room. Had to change rooms because of black mold in the shower. Remote for the TV did not work. The free continental breakfast was also a waste. I asked if it made a difference that I was a RediCard member and was told no. (Members get bottled water and points). I asked about the fun center next door and was told by the GM after being there for 17 years… he knew nothing about it. I travel a lot and usually stay at red roof or Motel 6. And this by far was the absolute worst property I have been in.

The rooms are clean and staff is very nice, and as always my dogs were welcomed. There were alot of construction crews staying at this hotel. Each night there were 8-10 men sitting at the picnic table, standing at the door, and sitting on the curbs drinking beer and smoking cigarettes. As a single woman traveling alone this made me uncomfortable.

Nice hotel. The attendant at check in was very accommodating. I think his name was Travis!

Bed was super comfortable as well as the inside of the rooms. Parking lot very well maintain and keep bright at night. Also very close to gas stations, Walmart and different attractions, like go carts for the kids. Staff was simply amazing.

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and quite. The front desk staff was professional and polite. At the price we paid, it will definitely be a consideration if we need to get off the highway.

The room was clean but the hallway and stairs looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a few years. There was a problem with the water being off for an hour. We switched out 4 TV remotes before finding a working one. My wake up call was one hour late. Not a positive experience.

Clean rooms, comfy beds. Common areas were a little work, but in good shape. Quiet, clean, easy access rooms.

Area seems safe. Chain restaurants and a walmart are near by. No elevator so if you get a room on the 2nd floor you need to be able to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. Could hear the stair door slamming all night.

Only one word accurately describes this experience… HORRIBLE! My wife & I had checked into the hotel on Monday (July 9th, 2018) at around 10 pm that evening & was so awful we left before midnight that evening. The room was disgusting, musty smelling, bed had a damp cold feeling to the sheets, could hear the shower dripping every couple minutes as I laid their trying my best to get at least a couple hours of sleep. Worst hotel experience we have ever had & after 10 hours of driving from south Florida & still had another 10 hours still to go in our trip home we refused to spend another minute trying to stick it out in such horrendous conditions. If you are thinking of staying here, steer clear of room.

Very nice for the price. Comfortable beds and a good breakfast. It's a little tricky to find be ause it's tucked away behind a Go Karting place.

Traveling. One night stop. Clean. Nice staff. Pet-friendly rooms with no carpet, and trash cans by outside doors for cleaning up after your dog. Convenient location but not right off highway so quieter. McDonald's and gas station close. Outdoor pool has handicap access.

Good prices, good location Cons: no laundry room.

Stayed in room 201on one end of the hotel. Room was clean & staff was friendly. They offer a continental breakfast with some frozen eggs & sausage that has to be heated in the microwave. Overall I was satisfied for the price.

Enjoyed our stay there. Great continental breakfast. Nice pool. Close to the water park.

I've been on a cross-country-and-back trip for the past week or so. I've stayed in several hotels over the course of the trip, and I can unreservedly say that this was the best one of the whole thing. The whole place was clean and well-maintained, as well as reasonably priced. We were on the first floor. Hardwood flooring, a functional air conditioner/heater, full bath tub, and everything was immaculate! The beds were the only ones that didn't make me miss my bed at home! And all the bed coverings stayed put — unlike those slippery decorative things that go on the top and slide off and do nothing to keep you warm (like every other hotel on this trip). I couldn't hear any neighbors (that I know we had) on either side or above us. And the lobby had several delivery menus for local places, including a really reasonably priced — and more importantly, delicious — sandwich place that delivered in no time flat! But it's convenient to a bunch of other food places if you're interested in a little drive to get to them. I had a great experience with this hotel, and I'd absolutely stay here again!

I know its red roof in, but I am still giving 5 stars. This is mainly due to the manager travis and his going above and beyond our customer expectations in a situation we had this new years eve. You just dont get this kind of service at Interstate Motels anymore and the service and kindness was very well appreciated. I also will add the cleanliness of this business was very good and it is nice to see the care that they have for their business. Very respectful business and others should take note of how to take care of their customers and building the way Travis and Red Roof has in this Inn.

Place was clean and beds were very comfortable. Only had a problem with being able to hear everyone out in the hall in the morning but was able to stay with our dog for the night before heading back onto the road to go home. Tha k you red roof inn for having a nice Accessible room for us.

Clean room, helpful staff, most importantly, we got a great nights sleep. If I could offer a suggestion, it would be to step up the cont. Breakfast a little. Possibly danish or waffels. Thanks for a good visit.

Wonderful night's sleep. I've been battling a cold for days with limited sleep, and slept through the night here. Thank you and will stay again when I drive through.

Very solid hotel room for the price. Extremely Clean rooms and pet friendly. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Great access to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend this particular hotel to any visitor to Murfreesboro.

The room is nice and clean however it is NOT sound proof to any extent. The up stairs floor was very sqweeky and any one talking in the hall could easily be heard. That being said don't walk by a room without plugging your child's ears because if someone is getting busy in their room you're children will be devastated. This nose issue would be fine if I had no intentions of sleeping. I've stayed in "rat hotels" that were quieter. Other than the noise yes it's an OK stay. Lots close by to do and the coffee is good. Breakfast isn't too bad but it's not getting bragging rights. I hate to sound so negative but to pay this much for a room you'd kind of expect a bit more quality.

It's a clean place to stay, and pet friendly. Located very close to Wal Mart. There is a family fun place right behind the hotel to keep kids entertained for the evening. They are beginning remodeling soon.

We evacuated to here for two days. They were very accomodating and breakfast was good. Great staff! Espically 'Jay ' at the front desk.

Walls need cleaning, beds are getting, shower head hardly worked, if you consider a 24" screen TV a large one, then I guess the description is correct. Musty/damp smell everywhere, dog pee stain right in front of the frig, all carpets should be bleached! LOL I would assume that for 10 to 20 dollars more, you could have a better experience, but all in all, good for the price and pet friendly.

Very inviting. Beds are nice. It's clean. The price is right. Definitely will be staying there again.

Service and accommodations were satisfactory. The only issue we had was the rooms need more thorough cleaning because when we got there it smelled like dogs had stayed for a while before us. Other than that it was a great stay.

Loved the stay. Jay Hams at front desk awsome personality. Wish more Red Roof Employees were like him. Makes the stay much nicer. Will definitely stay here again…

Slow drains are a pet peeve of mine, as I know what causes them from my experience as a plumber. That being said, the beds were so soft and comfortable. I will definitely choose here again.

Good rate for AAA guests. Place was clean but dated. Guests can stay with pets.

Very nice, clean and conveniently located hotel. Hot breakfast is a nice touch and a good way to start your day on a road trip.

We arrived very tired and were greeted by a very pleasant young man, by the name of Jay. He was very friendly knew we were tired had us checked in within 5-6 minutes room was great, not to far from parking lot. Very clean. Breakfast was more than we expected very nice. We will definitely stay there again, as my husband is getting medical care at the V>A and this is a very good location for us. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to seeing you again soon. Wish I could give you 10 stars you deserve them.

The hotel was clean. There is lots to do in the town but hard to get to the main road when leaving the hotel during rush hours. Pool is nice as well as the staff. Over all a decent stay.

Staff is so helpful! Room is always perfect. Breakfast is just right!

The room was clean, appealing, and well-stocked with all the supplies we needed. 3 pillows per bed and lots of soft towels! They welcomed our dog, as well, and he slept in the room with us. That was vital for our stay, very pleased!

Middle of the road hotel. Not a rat shack. Not the Hilton. Decent beds. Looked like a recent renovation had taken place: fresh looking paint, newer bathroom tile. I was happy and about what I expected for the price.
