Ive stayed here MANY nights and always paid a 75 deposit to pay w cash. This time they raised it to 100 and I was not aware. Despite being a loyal customer, the rude mexican lady refused to accept 75 deposit for this time and refused to cancel my reservation, eating 3000k points from my wyndham account. Theyve lost a returning guest bc what they did was uncalled for.

Conveniently located right off the interstate next to a gas station with a Jack in the box built into it, as well as a cracker barrel and a waffle house. The bed was comfortable and the room was more than adequately sized. Amenities included a full bathroom, miniature fridge, microwave, television, complimentary coffee and coffee maker in the room and breakfast served in the lobby in the morning. The building has 3 floors and is equipped with an elevator and stairs, making it completely handicap accessible but still leaving the option for the able bodied who may have phobias of confined spaces or just want the extra activity. We stayed in room 218 which was conveniently located right next to the ice maker, which is perfect for filling up a cooler to keep beverages and refrigerated foods cold on long road trips. The hotel staff member at the front desk was very polite and helpful in laying out anything we needed to know about our stay, and they had a variety of drinks, snacks, and medications that could be purchased on display right next to the counter. Of the hotels in the area, it's the one furthest from the main road which really helped cut down on any traffic noise, but still made it a short walk (less than 5 minutes) from the gas station and surrounding restaurants, making it a quiet, peaceful stay without being too far out of the way. Would give 6 stars if the option existed.

Very accommodating! Such a sweet staff. I had an issue with booking and the ladies continued to let me stay in my room until I had everything worked out. Never once did carina seem frustrated or upset! I appreciated that so much more than she knows. Nice size rooms for the price if you book ahead online. Good parking, Breakfast, well let’s just say there’s a jack in the box not even a mile up the road!

Fabulous service, greeted immediately upon arrival with a knowledgeable associate. We were shown the dinning area that offered us lemon water and fresh fruit. The health department gave this hotel a 100% for the dining area and a 93 for the hotel cleanliness. The rooms are massive, a separate area for the microwave with a refrigerator. Another area with a couch and floor lab, an area with a desk. Great hotel for kids, as there is plenty of room. You are also in walking distance from restaurants and shopping areas. We stayed here on our way to FL. And again on way back.

Don't expect an indoor pool. It's been closed. Of course they don't mention that when you call to reserve with 2 kids. Breakfast humble with steamed brown n serve sausages, packaged eggs, and steamed biscuits. Hot peppered milk to top it — nothing that watered down is gravy. Water pressure and tub drain slow. Beds very comfortable. I think we could have done better for the price.

Nice place but if you want to watch the Preds game forget it. For whatever reason they have 5 purse selling channels 3 air oven selling shows but no fox sports…

Everything was good and as promised. Then my roommate went to the lobby and paid cash for a coca cola. It showed up as a charge for 3.57 on my hotel bill this morning. That's wrong and needs to be corrected.

This place is great! It has been recently remodeled, is clean, our room was large and comfortable. The pool is currently being renovented, so was closed. When that is done it will be perfect. Haven't been to breakfast yet, but the area certainly looked inviting last night.

I stayed here over the weekend. Everyone was really nice. The rooms are very clean. The beds are so very comfy. Not at all like most hotels you stay at. And the hot breakfast is better than what you can get at shoney's. The common room at the front desk is very inviting and comfortable to be in. I enjoyed my stay and will come back for sure. And the price is reasonable.

Recently renovated. Super nice! Very friendly staff! Very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. Refrigerator and microwave in room.

What a WOW! Expeience… Jackie the manager welcomed my son and Imyself with a warm smile and a friendly greeting. From our first few moments in the lobby she made us feel right at home. We have stayed at another local motel for over six years just about every month. However under new ownership that previous hotel has lost that "Customer Care" feeling. We found it here at the Days Inn. Thank you also to Dannie and Kristen for being kind and professional with all of our transactions. First, let me just say GREAT EXPERIENCE! (KEEP READING LOL) I didn't have ROOMSERVICE beating on my door 3 hrs before checkout like MICROTEL OR CLARION. I wasn't rushed to leave at all! WOW! BLOWN AWAY AT HOW COZY AND COMFY AND HUGE THE ROOM WAS! THE EMPLOYEES WERE AWESOME! IF you are upper management or the owner reading this, your employee KAYLA deserves to be recognized for her good heart and down to earth attitude. Almost every other hotel on Chaffin Place Dr has the most sucky customer service, rude employees, but not here. I refuse to stay anywhere else, I needed a room, and ended up with a friend too (Kayla). Kayla REALLY cared and showed compassion about my situation, so Kayla if you're reading this, I hope that good karma comes back to you 100 fold! Please please please recognize this lady, I cannot stress to y'all how great she is! NOW READ MY REVIEW AT MICROTEL, IM VERY HONEST AND Y'ALL GOT MY 5 STARS FOR SURE! :) Then I went to check out and Darrian was JUST AS AMAZING AND SWEET AND SUPER NICE! KUDOS TO THESE TWO!

Very nice. Newly renovated and modern. Large clean rooms with a much higher end feel than expected. Seriously consider this hotel in your travels.

Room is great! Everything is clean. But the breakfast isn’t so great, and the manager is rude. All of the other employees were nice.

Nice hotel. Only complaint I have is the hot & cold water in the shower was backwards.

Very nice rooms clean and up to date. Professional staff. Only thing that could be better is the breakfast selection. It could offer more to eat as well as drinks. Waffles would be good and milk and bagels. But other than the breakfast it couldn't get any better for the money. I have stayed here for 8 months out of the year. Have been to others but always come back to this one.

The hotel is wonderful. It's clean, comfortable, the rooms are up to date, the lobby was recently remodeled and the staff are fantastic. The staff have gone above and beyond to make sure my stay was great and fantastic. That is what made the difference in my stay, the staff's willingness to make sure my needs were met.

Needs a little more TLC. They are going through renovation so the dust is not a big deal but mold in fresh renovated room bathroom should not be and is a big no no they took care of it. Otherwise staff friendly and nice and like to see how it is when renovation is done.

Room nice but many non-working elements (several of the outlets do not work, including two lamps) and signs of construction neglect on walls and bathroom. Lobby under tremendous renovation still (this has been in review for quite some time). Staff friendly but not always helpful. Wi-Fi unusable. Get what you pay for.

I was here for a graduation, Hotel/city was packed! Hotel location is great in the middle of everything (restaurants, gas stations, etc) room was big and looked newly renovated but smelled like smoke, front lobby was still being renovated and the vending machines were out of everything… might have been better if it was just a normal weekend.

We took this place because the price was decent I'm the middle of the night. They are in the middle of some serious renovations which is fine however our room had a fridge that isn't cooling properly and a smoke detector that I inspected to make sure worked because it was missing a cover. It looks like the renovations are very quality in any case. Parking was great. The place is booked out and we had space to park a van and trailer. Breakfast was bad. There was literally pieces of bread and peanut butter and jelly. I feel like the price was too high for the quality of stay.

The hotel was clean. All the pools are2 closed which was a bummer. Was excited about breakfast but all they had was cereal toast and juice. Staff was nice.

Room was comfortable, staff to check us in very helpful, overnight staff unfamiliar with area and morning staff very rude and disrespectful.

This place is 10x better than what you would expect for the price. Very nice staff, big room that is very clean, and close to highway and cracker barrel and all other restaurants.

Beds are decent, rooms are clean enough, toilet clogged up very easily. I called for the plunger and was told I had to come get it. Eww.

This hotel was fantastic! Stayed here over night from the 29th to 30th of December 2015 and the front desk guy was super friendly and got us into our room fast. The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. I was so pleased with this stay that it led me to use Hotwire as a last resort, and to instead join wyndham rewards and stick to their line of properties for the bulk of our lodging needs. The continental breakfast was nothing special, but met our needs. The only negative I can think of is if I stayed here longer I would have liked to have been able to use the sauna and fitness center that was closed for renovations. But for a quick overnight stay at around $50 this place was fantastic overall.
