This hotel stay was not my most pleasant travel experience. The first thing I noticed was that I had to walk outside to a different building from the lobby to find my room. Oh well, whatever right? When I arrived at my room, I unfortunately discovered (at the worst possible time) that my bathroom had no toilet paper. My door had no card to put up if I did not want to be disturbed, and there was no ground cloth for the bathroom. Suffice to say, the room cleaning service who prepare the rooms for new guests did not impress me. The rooms themselves were fairly nice though. It came with a full kitchen (microwave, full size fridge, stove, pots and cutlery, and a dishwasher). The thermostat was set to 66 though, and was hidden behind the tv. Took me several minutes to find it. The bathroom had no wall or divider for the shower, so water and steam spread all over the floor of the bathroom, causing me to almost slip after showering. The breakfast had an ok selection for a free breakfast, but not nearly as much as many other hotels I have visited.

We stayed here during our family reunion. The location was a little out from everyone else, but it was worth it. The rooms were nice and clean, and the highlight was the great customer service we received from Ms. Betty during breakfast. Her conversation and attentiveness was priceless, and my 8 year old son loved her. Thanks Ms. Betty, we appreciate you!

The Homewood is a nice place to stay. I find the accommodations reasonable and service prompt. Cleanliness is good but I have seen better at other locations. Front desk was quick to help on any issues.

Great rooms. Clean. Got a great rate when in town for our son's baseball tournament. Best hotel I have ever stayed in in the price range.

Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly. Only complaint is that breakfast is not quite up to many other hotels. What was there was good though.

I wasn't happy with service. But the hotel was clean and the staff was polite. They have a basketball court and a large outdoor pool. But we never got towels and I did not like the factor they did not make up our bed. We requested our trash to get picked up and they said they would be up and they never came. Also the hotel rooms and the lobby are in different buildings so we had to walk outside in the rain to get to breakfast. This wasn't good.

Never expected to have such ratchet service in a nice place. The young lady was very loud and rude. She was more attentive to her cellphone then helping me. I left and decided not to come back.

I have stayed at Homewood Suites several times. Really enjoy the breakfast and evening socials. Rooms are nice, but could use some refurbishment in some of the rooms. Minor details. Other than that Great place to stay and I will be returning again many more times.

The hotel was nice and the staff was courteous. They have breakfast everyday and dinner 4 days a week. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

I checked out after finding a mattress pad cover soiled with menstrual blood on my bed; the mattress did not have a stain. I had been at the hotel for approximately 20 days. I asked front desk on Monday night to make sure my linens were changed and this is what I noticed on Tuesday night when I was about to get in bed, same linens & the soiled mattress pad cover There are only 2 explanations, 1) the soiled mattress pad was left on the bed when the previous person checked out 20 days before and I had been lying on it the whole time or 2) someone purposeful put the soiled mattress pad on my bed. On the days where I left the room before 9am, the bed was always made up nicely and it was made up very nice when I returned on Tuesday. This has traumatized me to think that people would do this. The breakfast staff, front desk, & Shuttle driver were wonderful, but I will never recommend this HomeWood Suites. I told the front desk clerk & she got the manager and the manager said they would make sure their housekeeping staff knew to use clean items. And yes, I showed her the pictures. Definitely, not Hilton standards. 2 stars because of the breakfast staff who deserve 5 stars. I slept on the sofa Tuesday night & just want to cry every time I think of this.

Great location and good price. I enjoyed the stay and I would come back. I recommend this location for a nice home away from home.

Very comfortable and nicely furnished room, close to FedEx world headquarters. Nightly socials were a nice touch. Staff was helpful and very pleasant.

Our stay was normal. The rooms were clean and offered enough space for my family of 6. Two queen beds and one pull out. The breakfast was BAD. I did not enjoy any of it. All in all, the stay wasn't terrible or great.

I prefer Homewood Suites over many others. Their hospitality is absolutely wonderful. The breakfasts are delicious and changes each day along with their social horse new evenings Onda hru Thursday. Great food, very clean suites, very comfortable beds, full kitchen with two burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, full size fridge, dishwasher, and real dishes. I always feel pampered when I stay at Homewood Suites. It's hard being away from home on long business trips, but Homewood Suites makes it a little more bearable. If you have four legged fur family, they're welcome too. CUDOS to Homewood Suites.

Absolutely fine Hilton property. The best complimentary breakfast I have had at a Honewood Suites. The hotel staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Access to the hotel is a little challenging from a very busy thoroughfare. It sits behind a Hampton Inn. Plenty of good parking spaces.

Very nice and no issues when doing whatever you want.

Convenient to the interstate. The parking lot was well lit. And we felt safe even returning late at night. The employees and too all be really happy to work there and were super friendly and helpful!

Hotel was in a nice location and the rooms are clean and beautiful. The pool was nice and breakfast was good. The only issues we had were some weird noise that was constant at night (think we were near either maintenance or other room) and it took a while for them to bring our pack and play.

Nice looking place, decor is awesome. Modern and comfy. Layout of the room is really Nice. Breakfast selection was adequate but not hot enough. Just a few minor issues that I will comunicate with the front desk like a loose faucet. Nothing mayor really. Overall really enjoy my stay in the property. Love having a mini full kitchen. The pool area looked very nice Plus they have grills for ppl to use. Big plus for me.

Let's see, where should I start. Got here yesterday about 5:00 pm, had two rooms. One of the rooms when we walked into the room had no sheets on the bed and the toilet was dirty. Called the front desk and they gave us another room because they said the housekeeping staff had gone home for the day. The other room (230) was at the far end of the complex from the lobby and the elevator on that end was out. I wonder for how long that has been the case? We have stayed here several times in the past with none of them being a very good experience. Five years ago we stayed here during the golf tournament and $5, 000 worth of items were stolen out of my sons truck while we were at the golf tournament during broad daylight! Oh, they now have security from 8pm to 4am every day. I guess the thieves and thugs around here go to bed by 4am! I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DON'T EITHER!

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. The rooms are large and well appointed. The facility has a pool and basketball court. They do have a fitness center but it only has a few weights, one elliptical and two treadmills. They also host a reception every night from 5-7 pm with hors d'oeuvres, wine and beer. One odd thing about the hotel is that the front office and dining area is in a separate building from the actual rooms so you have to go outside to go from lobby and dinning area to your room.

Weekend getaway. Friendly, welcoming staff. Decent breakfast, modern updated rooms. I will recommend and be returning in the future.

This was a wonderful hotel from top to bottom. The room was spotlessly clean, all of the staff were very friendly, and the evening social hour and breakfast were both great. It was our baby's first night away from home, and the hotel was smart enough to put us at the end of the hallway. Great location, great hotel. It'll be at the top of my list in Memphis from now on.

Very nicely appointed and maintained hotel. The rooms and well appointed and roomy. The front lounge area is well designed and also roomy. Overall great hotel.

Overbooked our room and had nothing even remotely the same to accommodate us. Found out on the day we were driving in, but only after we called to confirm our reservation. Hugh the manager did not seem very sympathetic and kept telling us different things. First there was connecting rooms available, then there wasn't. Got tired of his incompetence so we canceled and booked at the residence in by the railroad tracks. Not sure if the trains will keep us up all night or not but at least we have a suite for our 4 person family. Also the last time we stayed two months ago there was what looked like blood on the sheets. The security guard was running errands for the front desk and had to bring us some new sheets. They weren't even the right size either. Management here is a joke. Not sure if it's a new manager or what but I dont believe anyone would rate 5 stars with this crew running the hotel.

Blood on the sheets took an hour to be replaced. We asked for some soap and 2 extra towels and after 4 hours I had to call the front desk again to request them. Then they told me they already got them! And the dirty dishes in the cabinet with a sign saying cleaned for. You to enjoy. Smh.

For a hotel, it's complimentary Wi-Fi is fast enough.

The front staff is great, especially Katrina. I feel if Katrina was a manager maybe I would not be writing this review. Every time we go to an equine event we stay at this hotel and with great experience. They recently remodeled and the remodel is great, bedding is great, choices are customary to Hilton. This event I was sick and unable to travel with my wife and 14 year old daughter. So they check in go to event, I spoke with wife several times she never once complained. Once she drove home 4 hours, she told me she was exhausted, wanted to take a shower and go to sleep. That's when she told me she did not sleep smoke detector beeped all night and shower was broken so she had to use sink like she was in a third world country to clean up. I said why did you not call front desk? Chris you are sick did not want to bother you, why should I have to call, I do not want a stranger coming to our room when it is just myself and your daughter. This room should be functional, clean and ready to be occupied She was right, why should she have to call? This means the engineer has not been following Hilton preventative maintenance guidelines for smoke detectors and for some reason the shower was turned off by housekeeping. So I called and said I trusted a Hilton chain with my greatest investment, my family. I spoke with Katrina whom comped the room back and followed up with three call backs.

Below average for a homewood suite. I normally love these places. The staff was really friendly. The place just was not kept up as well as usual.

I feel like I have spent most of my adult life in this hotel while on my project. I am a Hilton junkie and without a doubt they have the friendliest staff I have seen in some time. Breakfast and a light dinner buffet with wine and beer every night (except weekends) helps break the monotony.

I have stayed at this hotel 20+ times over 8 years and have never been disappointed. They may not have had the most up to date in room TV's or workout equipment each stay (they do now) but they have one thing that only one other hotel I frequent has — they welcome me as a friend. I stay in hotels for business 100+ nights a year, and this is one of two where I truly feel welcome.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton. We couldn't have asked for a better location, close to shopping and great restaurants! We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was perfect. Friendly staff, clean room, spacious suite and comfortable bed! We will for sure stay there again:).
