As a Platinum IHG member you should be treated better when you check in. The employee was more involved with a co-worker than the guest. I at least expect a hello, welcome, something. I stated I was checking in, could not find my reservation, asked for credit card (it was paid for a month in advance) I stated that. Gave my reservation number and finally found it. Handed me the keys stated where the room was (next to elevator) always request away from elevator. Not a have a good night, or stay or nothing. The room was nice but for being remodel it already needed repairs. Screws missing from exhaust fan, which didn't work, towel hook falling off the wall etc. Housecleaning needs to be more through. Sticky stuff all over night stand and stool, hair in tub and on towels.

First of all I had to pay an early check inn fee of $20. I was not told this over the phone. Got in our room it seemed nice enough, until I noticed the tub faucet was turned completely upside bc of a leak, and when using the toilet it wobbled. The next morning when I woke up I killed a roach crawling on my bed. After spending a hot day in and around Memphis, we were wanting to come back to swim. When parking only then did we notice that the pool was completely drained. The only reason I give this a three star is because the staff is friendly and they have really good breakfast. In saying that though, I will not be returning.

The check in clerk was super helpful (I think Christopher). Clean, seems new, room is bigger than my apartment.

Poor management service! Sleeped there one night. Room next door was having a party, called to complain more then 3 times nothing happened. The party didn’t stop until 3:30am.

The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was helpful. We couldn't watch the NBA playoff game due to technical issues with their provider. The complimentary breakfast was great especially the pancake machine. We will be staying here next year for our soccer tournament.

Staff was very nice. Room was very clean and upgraded. The only down side was the bathroom had alot of tiny ants and the bed sheets were damp when we first arrived.

Just checked in, but this is definitely the cleanest hotel room I've ever been in. We had to try to find even a little bit of dust on the tops of the picture frames and cabinets. Nice decor, too. The bathroom is pretty nice with a lighted mirror, the mini fridge is a good size, and there's a microwave.

Beautiful hotel and clean. Staff was also really friendly.

Our team has stayed here from about 8 years, it has been recently upgraded and the rooms are really nice. I would give 5 stars but, we found out the owner has decided to cut out the cinnamon rolls and several of the instant breakfast products. Don't be such a cheap skate! You spent all this money on upgrades then you want to cut corners on the small stuff? Might as well stay next door for the same money and walk to Cracker Barrel.

Under renovation, not very welcoming, room was very clean. Breakfast was make shift.

Have stayed at this hotel many times. Excellent service, extremely friendly staff, breakfast buffet unbeatable. You won’t find a better room in Memphis.

Stayed on 3rd floor newly renovated. Rooms very clean and upgrades fantastic. Staff very friendly. Negatives for me was the microwave had a short in it. We were attending a soccer tournament and eating lunches in our room so it not working and not being able to be replaced was a bummer. Biggest negative was the water pressure. I have never stayed in a hotel where it's been that low. We could not even run a tub of water for my son. It would have taken an hour if not more, but the t ub wouldn't hold water so wouldn't have mattered. There was barely enough pressure to wash your hair and when you have long thick hair that's not good. Location was great. Close to restaurants and stores and great proximity to the soccer complex.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, close to shopping and restaurants. Management/guest services, cleaning staff, EVERYONE bent over backwards to be kind and help. Very nice breakfast of both hot and cold food. An enjoyable stay+

Beds weren't the best, pillows were nice. Carpet was a little dingy, and the room didn't smell great. Despite those things, it was still a Holiday Inn. Hotel staff was courteous, and helpful. Frederick checked us in, and was very friendly.

Rooms very comfortable and clean. With a very pleasant staff. Only downside I experience is the internet. It is often so slow I am not able to work from the hotel and have to step out to a coffee shop or the like just to see my emails.

The location is a smaller HIE, but the service was extremely friendly and outstanding. While it seemed this location is a little older (showing signs of wear in spots) everything was kept clean and neat. Despite being near a freeway, it was very quiet. The room we stayed in was comfortable and spacious. We asked the front desk staff for a dinning recommendation and they suggested a great place (Germantown Commissary since we asked for barbecue).

So far so good. Friendly front desk staff. Nice room with small kitchen (fridge, sink and microwave). Room is clean. Good location.

The costumer service we received was terrible. I called ahead to reserve a crib for our infant prior to our arrival. Before arriving my wife called again to see if they could go ahead and have the crib set up in our room since we would be getting in late. When we arrived they had to check and see if they had a crib. An hour later we were still waiting. The staff seemed incompetent and unable to communicate effectively.

The staff was awesome, and the room was very clean. I had no problems with my stay. The breakfast was good too. For the price it was terrific. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed here New Year's Eve weekend. Great service, great rooms! I'll definitely be back.

Rooms were good we stayed here for 2 days when we moved. The breakfast was good as well.

Came here to visit some friends who were staying in town. Their room was really nice, with a built-in fireplace and living room area conjoining two separate rooms. I kind of wanted to stay there with them! The grounds were clean and the room was lovely. I would recommend this place to the next folks who come out way, for sure!

Stayed a week and everything was great! Staff where very friendly and helpful.
