Excellent place to stay! I highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! Very clean & organized & very roomy & comfortable! Will definitely be back to this hotel next visit.

We stayed here the week before and our room was fine. We didn’t use any of the hotel amenities and our room was clean, so I booked a bigger suite for our return drive. This was apparently a huge mistake on my part. Our suite was absolutely filthy. Housekeeping could not have done more than make the bed in this room because there was pee on the floor in front of the toilet, water in a bag inside the ice bucket, hair and dirt on the floor, and stained, nasty sheets. Not to mention the lack of working ice machines (according to other reviews on Google, this has been an ongoing issue for over a month) and no vending available. My husband mentioned the pee and ice bucket to the front desk attendant (a male who was not wearing a name tag), who did not offer any way to remedy this problem. Okay. He came back to the room and I said “let’s just try and get the baby to sleep and get to bed. ” So my husband pulls the sheets back and they have big nasty stains on them and some debris. That was the last straw. After 10 hours on the road with a very upset 18 month old and two worn out parents, the base expectation would be to have a clean place to sleep. You failed in all aspects of hospitality. We will never stay at a Radisson hotel again and we certainly do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families that have little ones that don’t need to be walking around on floors that have dried pee, dirt and hair all over them.

Hotel wasn’t very clean. I expected better from this chain. Breakfast wasn’t great either. Would not stay here again. And there was no one at the desk in the morning to give a check out receipt.

This hotel is filthy. My family stayed at this hotel 2 different nights… on our way to Florida and on our way back home. The first night we stayed there it was obvious that the floors had not been cleaned and the furniture was nasty. The 2nd night we stayed there it was a lot worse. We were in a totally different room and the only thing that looked decent were the beds. The rest of the room was gross. Floors were filthy. The couch mattress was filthy with stains and crumbs all over it. Towels weren’t restocked. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. Toilet paper wasn’t restocked. Tissues weren’t restocked. The whole room was pretty nasty. My kids didn’t want to sleep on the couch bed even though we arrived at midnight and were exhausted from a whole day of driving. Worst hotel experience EVER.

Great rooms for families. Indoor pool a hit with kids.

General Manager is rude. She hung up on us after disputing a charge. She accused us of smoking in the room and charged us a $150 fine. We had children in the room and were there less than 12 hours and there was no smoking done in the room!

They convinced themselves we smoked in their room. Because I threw a cigarette pack away. And I did admit that but never smoked in there. They would not reason with you. It's their word against yours. Called corporate they send me a pic of a trash bag that isnt even mine. Every time I point our a lie in the story they come back with extra stuff for "proof". Looking at other reviews, thinking it's a scam. I keep seeing reviews stating the same. You couldn't pay me to stay at that hotel again. It wasn't very clean anyway!

I would not stay at this hotel if my life depended on accused of smoking in a Room with no proof and then charged a $250 deep clean see what's the employee did not know what she was doing so I got charged 3 times I am currently waiting for over $500 to be put back into my account 10 days later And when I brought this to her attention she did not have a care in the world worse stay in a hotel I have ever had Now I am forced to make adjustments to pay my mortgage and other bills due to her negligence.

Clean rooms, friendly very helpful staff, good hot/cold breakfast and comfortable bed. Loved that the rim had a door to block out hall way noise. Nice pool and outside seating area with fountain and fire pit. Would stay here again for sure! Close to hwy as well.

We were very happy with our stay here. We checked in by a walk up with no prior reservations and despite being a busy weekend they had a room available. Anybody looking for a pet friendly hotel to stay in while visiting Chattanooga, Look out point, Ruby Falls, or any of the nearby attractions should give this place a stay. We had no up charge for out puppy. The rooms have vinyl plank flooring with ample floor space for your fur children. In addition all rooms have a microwave and a mini fridge.

Room looked lovely, loved the design, but it was terribly kept. Sheets, comforters, and mattress was stained. Food left under table. Sticky residue on tables and chairs. Thawed out chicken in fridge that stunk up the room. Red/pinkish stain on bathroom wall. Front desk would not answer after several calls. Location and room design/decor was beautiful but cleanliness and service need much improving.

Was very pleased with our stay there. We were traveling from Indiana to Florida and back. The front desk staff was very nice and attentive to our needs. The room was very comfortable and very clean which is a top priority for me. Breakfast was great. The staff made sure all the breakfast items were full and everyone was well taken care of. This will be our first choice the next time visiting the Chatanooga area.

Redeemed a night with credit card points and was happy with the room. However, they charged my credit card in addition to the points. I noticed this unauthorized charge when paying credit card bill so I called the hotel: 1) first time a guy picked up the phone and told me this was a mistake made by the girl who checked me out, because she was new and not familiar with the computer system. He said the manager would be able to refund me — just call back next day before 1pm; 2) second call was picked up by a lady who told me the manager was not in due to an emergency, and asked me to call back after 1pm; 3) third call was picked up by a lady who said she was the assistant manager. She said the mistake they made was not a big deal and she would just refund me and send me an email notification. It has been a week but I still haven't got any email notification or refund. It's frustrating…

Room seemed nice, and the air conditioning was already on when we checked in. The bed was comfortable and roomy. However, apparently there had been a mishap in the bathroom. There was what appeared to be blood, or some other reddish brown substance on the wall, underneath the mirror. When I unfolded the bath mat, there was a shelf (that should have been in the shower and attached to the wall) hidden underneath it. I'm assuming housekeeping did that. The shower was not clean, and there were several small black hairs in the tub and the drain was closed. Also, shortly after we checked in and were getting settled a young man came in with a caulk gun and was talking about a report of the baseboards peeling away from the walls. It was alright enough after being in a car all day the day prior. But I don't feel that we got the equivalent stay for the rate we paid.

Clean, nice, comfortable room in a safe area with a Cracker Barrel literally RIGHT THERE within easy walking distance (practically in the parking lot, maybe a hundred feet or so). Beautiful mountain scenery. If you are a smoker, they have a large, covered smoking area out front, with beautiful plants, lots of seating, well kept, with plenty of trash cans and ashtrays, as well. (in other words, the smoking area is a safe area and not an eyesore — quite the opposite. ) Recommended.

I checked in fairly late, after making an inter-state trip for work. The clerk at the front desk was more than professional and was very friendly. The room was absolutely delightful and exactly what I wanted to settle into after a work trip. Overall, it was exquisite.

The hotel was in a nice location. The room was large but not very clean. The floor was a hard wood laminate that was very dirty. The was no towel hooks or racks. The lighting in the room was poor with no over head lights. The breakfast was okay.

Friendly staff, clean hotel. Our room was exactly what we were expecting. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, specifically Doris from the breakfast kitchen, she went above and beyond. We would come back and stay here again.

I'm about to move 2000 miles away from my family and wanted to enjoy some time with my daughter and granddaughter before going. I reserved a suite at this hotel touting an indoor pool as an amenity (yes, I did call and confirm the pool situation twice before the trip, as that would have been a deal-breaker). I spent $200. On swimsuits and pool toys for the baby. After my check-in, and my card had been charged for the room, I was told that the pool was empty. I had no way to go somewhere else at this point, because the charges on the card for the room wouldn't reverse immediately. The rooms looked pretty good, but when bathing the baby, she found some lovely mold and grunge around the tub fixtures to try to stick her fingers into. Needless to say, it was an all around bust. I will never stay at anything Radisson owned again.

This place is wonderful. Pool isn’t super big but the cleanliness of the whole place is worth the stay. No carpet in the room, we Love it! We have a beautiful bathroom, cozy sitting area, & 2 comfy beds. They have truly earned our business. The front desk guy was very nice.

Chose this hotel for its proximity to Lookout Mountain Ruby Falls and other local attractions. Plus side it's pet friendly so me and my friend who came up from Florida also brought our dogs. They have a great breakfast buffet and are just generally have a well-maintained very recently refurbished Hotel.

Very clean, updated and modern. Hardwood floors in the room was a first for me. I got a one bedroom suite with the king bed. Small living room had a pull out sofa bed. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Definitely a favorite!

You can never go wrong with Country Inn & Suites. For a location more than a decade but you have to ask to know. Such a great remodel and updating that you think it's s new building.

Nice hotel, elevator was down so it was a chore taking our sleeping 18 month old and 5 year old up 3 flights of stairs. Floors are nice not being carpet but they could have been a little cleaner. My kids socks were really dirty when we left. Overall good stay and we would probably stay there again when passing through.

We stayed in a queen suite and loved it. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff members were great! The breakfast was free and everything taste fabulous. I would definitely stay here again.

A pleasant stay at a comfortable room for a reasonable price. Our room had a separate bedroom apart from the sitting area, which allowed our family to get a bit of space to sleep. Staff was very friendly, and the hotel building was decently attractive. Breakfast was tasty.

Found this online while driving home from Florida. Clean and comfortable, how nice to have such a wonderful place for the family to stay. The morning breakfast was good and some with choices for hot and cold food. If your looking for a one night stay or longer I would pick this Country Inn & Suites. It is also a plus when traveling to have all inside hallways and a 24 hour front desk attendant and all outside entrances required your room key to open the door.

We booked specifically for the indoor pool. When we arrived, it was closed. We were told that it would reopen the next morning, yet it did not. We had 3 VERY disappointed 6 year olds because of this. Breakfast was listed as ending at 10:30, yet at 9:45 it was completely empty and we were told that they would not be putting anything else out. The toilet in one of our rooms was clogged when we arrived and when I told the front desk, he gave me a plunger. I tried to speak with a manager but was told that she does not work weekends. I left her repeated messages that following week, yet never heard from her. $327 completely wasted.

The hotel ran out of breakfast food both mornings we were there. The floors were undergoing maintenance so we had to walk on bare ply-wood in a few areas. Lastly, requests for pool towels and coffee were forgotten about on separate occasions. The room was nice, but we had to do some of our own cleaning and wiping up upon getting into our room.

We stay at Country Inns a lot. This stay was our worst experience. In 3 days they only had warm eggs once. And on the other 2 days we were told at checkout that they SHOULD HAVE had hard boiled eggs. The room itself was nice except that there were no drawers to put clothes in. This is a problem for us on a multi night stay. Perhaps most frustrating about the room was that the microwave was under the TV, about 14 inches above the floor. That might have worked when I was 30.

We loved it here! Clean, nicely decorated, Beautiful new double queen (comfy beds) room with another living room area, two tvs even! Desk for working, with its own light. Breakfast was amazing! Eggs, smoked pork, tortillas, salsa, S. Cream, oatmeal, fruit and nuts and berry toppings, yogurts, boiled eggs, cereal, juices, waffles and more! Staff was super friendly and even talked with us. Now we're off to check out Ruby Falls!

Service: The man who checked us in (David? ) was very nice and took time with us despite them being quite busy. They had already arranged for us to have a room on the top floor and at the end of the hall, away from families and pets who might make noise. This was nice since we were on a romantic trip. Room: The room itself was spacious and clean. Iron and ironing board, coffee pot and coffees/teas, shampoos in room. Large bathroom with clean features. Linoleum floors in living and sleeping areas, VERY comfortable bed, but pillows could have been fuller. Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the closet. Two televisions — big screen and with hookups for DVD player. Alarm clock and phone in room. Although next to a major road, noise from traffic was minimal. (Pro tip: turn on the air conditioning fan so it runs constantly and that helps drown out a lot of sound. ) Amenities: The pool was a bit murky, but that's to be expected when mostly children swim in it. Fitness center was decent — it's not a full gym and isn't meant to be, so keep that in mind. Hallways and lobby are clean and well maintained. Free cookies and coffee available as advertised. Location: Just a short ways from Walmart. Gas stations and many restaurants on the same street as the hotel. The city itself is only about fifteen to twenty minutes away. Attractions like Ruby Falls and Rock City are very close by.

Among many lodging experiences I have had this was a great experience despite the remodeling. Our room was nicely updated, staff was very nice and offering. We had 2 days here and had a fresh supply of cookies in the lobby and the breakfast each morning was wonderful and HOT… Id prefer a different brand of coffee creamers but awesome food selection. I would definitely use this location again the owners are smart to put money back into the business and it shows. Safe and well lit parking lot decent pricing too.

Would not suggest using this place for at least 6 months. They are in the middle of construction, 1st day we come into lobby, cords are laying all over floor of lobby. Went down for breakfast and they are still working on lobby while we are eating breakfast 6 feet away, listening to them cut a large hole in the lobby wall. They are also working on the rooms during the day so don't plan on resting or taking a nap. They are rather loud. Came back to lobby tonight after going out to eat dinner and the entire lobby floor as plastic taped on it, while they are working on ceiling. For 2 days in a roll wet towels were left in the bathroom floor, no one picked them up. Tonight I had to go ask for clean towels and toilet paper because no one cleaned our room today, beds were not made. I have stayed at other Country Inns and they were great. This one is lacking!

What a wonderful team of people working here at the Country Inn & Suites. They all have gone above and beyond to make my husband and I completely comfortable. We had a room that the air conditioning did not work correctly when they couldn't fix it they moved us to a king suite, I want to say thank you, to all the staff. I highly recommend the Country Inn and Suites By Carlson I-24 West Chattanooga, TN.

It was a very nice place to stay! There was some construction going on but overall if was very nice. Our room was spacious and clean and the free breakfast was delicious! The kids really enjoyed the pool. The service was pretty good too.

Hotel is being remodeled. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The pool is open but there is still light construction on the first floor. Very convenient to all attractions at Lookout mountain and Chattanooga. Will definately stay again.

As always country inn and suites is a great family place to stay. This one is currently under renovation so there is some construction going on. The rooms have been remodeled and look great. Biggest thing is that the door to the pool is and there are batteries laying on the floor from the lock mechanism. We would stay here again once the remodel is done.

Great experience. Extremely Clean. Rooms were spacious and modern. Could tell they were newly remodeled and they did a great job. Very nice furniture. The beds were comfortable. The shower had perfect pressure and perfect temperature. Bathroom was spacious. The breakfast had a wide variety and was very good. The staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend staying here for a stress free and positive experience. The construction is underway but it is not bothersome at all. The pool is open and is very clean and warm. There is a patio to sit at in front of the hotel that is a great viewing area to enjoy the Smoky mountains. The room was a great price and a great value.

We are here for 3 nights, remodeling is going on, but was still nice and cozy. Grandaughter loved the pool. Breakfast was good, beds were comfy, but I don't like soft flat, pillow. Would stay here again, staff is great, and very close to food and sight seeing.
