Decent hotel for the price breakfast wasn't bad nice people in general laundry was good I stayed two days and I would stay again.

Very disappointed. Room wasn't clean, there was hair in tub on floor and just very slack service. This isn't the 1st time had issues but will be the last. Seems that this hotel is going back to old things. The traffic and drugs and that type of people. The pool was closed because dhec closed it due negligence on staff. So what's the Manager doing? Nothing about any of these issues. Sad.

The outside looks nice however the rooms are nasty. The carpet needs to be replaced and the bedding had stains on it. The water temperature in the shower kept fluctuating from cold to very hot.

I thought it was going to be loud and disturbing the whole time because of the location. But it wasn't at all. Service when we checked in was great she really handled all 5 of us adults great. The next morning we left for the army base, came home and all our beds made fresh towels for us. It was great. We forgot to check our after our 2nd day due to timing issues with graduation. And they were more then happy to hold our things we left and accommodate us.

It's ok. Nothing special. Room was clean. Little out dated. Pool was warm. Bar next door was nice but pricey.

The place is under renovation and the staff is very, very nice. The restaurant attached is awsome. Beds are very comfy, rooms are clean but in need of new carpet. I would stay there again.

My wife booked a room at this hotel and was told she could cancel it by 3 pm the following day if needed. We ended up not needing the room, so she called before noon the following day and canceled the reservation. A few days later, she discovered on our bank statement that we were charged for the room anyway. She contacted the hotel, there was no management there to speak to. So she called the corporate office and the lady there found the cancellation and gave my wife the cancellation number, which she was NOT given by the hotel. She was also told that the cancellation was posted as a "no show cancellation", which resulted in the room charges regardless of the fact that the reservation was cancelled well before the cut off time and that my wife did call to cancel. She called back to the hotel with the new information and still no management to speak to. The girl said she would take our phone number and have someone call. My wife told her she didn't want "someone" to call her back, she wanted the manager/owner to call her back. This was 2 days ago, and still no phone call. The girl at the desk stumbled with what to say, during the whole conversation. They messed with the wrong person by doing this… my wife WILL get our money back. I HAD to give at least one star to post this, there should be a negative star rating.

Room dirty, plumbing did not work well, access panel in wall to plumbing 18 by 24 inches could not be secured. Location to access I-77 was only good thing about it.

Very clean. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again.

The place is by far the dirtiest motel/hotel I have ever stayed in! The "neighbors" to our right had a dog that barked throughout the night and to our left had a fight at 430 am with banging on the door for an hour or two. The floors were stained and the TV was broken. Horrible experience and I will probably never stay at a Super 8 ever again.

New owners made this place nice. Still working hard to make it even better.

I been staying here for 8 months now never had anything missing until now I have had my shoes get stolen from my room by a housekeeper n a pair of jeans that was in the dirty clothes this is so messed up its not even funny I am so mad and they had the nerve to say it was my roommate which did not even wear the same size not to mention that he rode to work with me so ridiculous and didn't offer any compassionate or anything.

I do not recommend anybody staying here. The housekeepers don't do their jobs. I applied for the head housekeeper position. Worked here for 2 weeks, had to teach myself how to schedule and do inventory. No big deal. The whole place needs upgraded.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms always clean when I stay here. Only place I go to get away. Peaceful.

Nasty Dirty and Smells. RUNNNNN! Carpet is dirty. Smells of Cigarettes. Staff is unhelpful. Breakfast area is ALWAYS DIRTY. I would not recommend anyone to stay here! roaches and bed bugs!

Rooms are clean and neat, just not located close to much.

Good clean quiet motel. Staff was great and breakfast was outstanding.

Needed nonsmoking for health reasons. The elevator was not smoke free so I had to take the stairs up three floors. Cigarette butts on the balcony was evidence it was not a nonsmoking floor. Got home and found they had more than double charged me for my room.

This place is very dirty the sheets has not been changed and the housekeepers are very rude I will not recommend this place to anyone I know.

There was a bug in my bed. I left the tag in the bed for the sheets to be changed and they was not the bed was only made up. But the people at the front desk was very professional.
