Small room no complimentary breakfast after paying that much for a room.

I am here for a conference and the closest parking I found was about half a mile away. I called your front desk and the gentleman informed me that indeed, all you had was that tiny garage at your building and then another small lot right above off Devine St. I had to street park in a really shady place and walk down a hill that felt like a mountain. Sooo ridiculous! Even still, the max I could pay for my street parking spot was for 5 hours. So I will have to make that journey again at 2pm to pay and come back for another 2 hours. C'mon Marriott, when I travel you are always my preference in hotel but this was really not expected. I would of expected better than this.

Best hotel in columbia. When I arrived everyone was so nice. After checking into then being forced to checked out of another hotel, walking for almost a hour and sweating beyond words. This Marriott saved the day. They waived my incidentals seeing the previous hotel and uber had took my last. I slept like a babyb the room was clean, big and the view was wonderful. I woke up then went to get something to eat which was very close. I went to back to my very comfortable room and slept all night. Thanks again you don't know how much your kindness meant. This place is a jewel. I will stay every chance I get.

Great location, comfortable bed (important because I have back problems), convenient free parking. Note: you will hear a train at night. Every night. It goes with the territory because it’s on the edge of campus. But the good news — each room comes with a sound machine to help drown out the noise. Nice touch.

The best Marriott Courtyard I have ever had the pleasure to stay. The staff is wonderful! I've stayed here at least ten times. Actually here this weekend and will be returning for parents weekend at USC. The staff deserves recognition from Corporate! Go Team!

Nice hotel with good service and a nice view to Columbia! Has a breakfast counter to buy breakfast and large room for eating. We could not use the pool this time because there was no time. Will definetely come back.

Location was great, room was very nice and clean. Didn't have time to explore the actual hotel. When I arrived in the room and noticed ear plugs on the night stands I had a bad feeling. I used the ear plugs because at midnight when I was trying to go to sleep the train and street noise was unlike anything I had ever experienced anywhere. I was finally able to go to sleep somewhere after 1 but only to be awakened before 6 with more train noise. This would be the one place if I had to return I would request a room as far as possible away from the street (I was on 4th floor) and facing the back of the hotel.

We have traveled many places for business, pleasure and our lacrosse tournaments. This hotel and its staff was absolutely among the best when it comes to service — pleasant, thinking ahead, and making things easy for guests. We had set up a business display in lobby as well and they were so helpful and we were most impressed.
