We recently had a wonderful experience with the staff at La Quinta. Both the front desk and the manager made sure we had an excellent experience and made the holiday (with travel) a lot less chaotic! That you for all making us feel like VIP! You guys are outstanding and it truly made our family have a holiday one to remember. Thank you for your care and service to our family. Five stars!

This place is awesome. The staff is extremely friendly. The bed was comfortable and clean. If we're back in the area, we will DEFINITELY be staying here again.

We looked for Fox and Friends news channel. They have all the liberal channels available but not the conservative ones. Is there discrimination in what they provide for their guests? Trying to support a certain political platform and denying access to the other? Hotel is nice, clean.

Excellent stay. Our room was the cleanest room we have stayed in. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff: We realized we were going to be past midnight before we could check in, so called and spoke with Courtney, who was super helpful, went ahead and checked us in over the phone so we weren't counted as a no show. We got there and the male desk clerk was pleasant and helpful as well. At check out, Courtney was again wonderful to interact with. Being our first time staying at La Quinta, we were pleasantly surprised and recommend it highly.

This little hotel is a gem, stayed here 2 times, and the contemporary decor feels cheery and happy. The main lobby is so cute, and smells like flowers. Very clean. Nice experience.

This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! They have a great breakfast and the staff is amazing. Very hard workers.

We were traveling and choose La Quinta as a stop because they are a consistent chain. We encountered trouble with the reservation department giving us a room the hotel did not have available, the room that we were "upgraded" to was not prepared, no sheets on the pull out, not were there any in the room, and the room was dirty. We had some challenges getting the correct sheets and getting them in a timely fashion. Fortunately, the following morning the manager was willing to listen and we came to an appropriate resolution. Hopefully this particular situation can be used as a learning experience for the staff so that another traveler can get to bed earlier than I did in an otherwise consistent chain of hotels.

Received threats of bodily harm from front desk attendant for asking for a late check out. Literally the worst customer service I've ever seen at any hotel ever. We came down to the lobby early to get late check out, but apparently that was WAY too much to ask. The "front office manager" was super rude about it and threatened to "knock out" someone who booked 5 rooms at this La Quinta. I've seen people treat customers rudely, but it's very rare to see a front desk attendant THREATEN TO HARM a customer. Do not stay at this La Quinta. Very unprofessional.

Lillian, I am horrified that this showed as a one star since I wrote a wonderful review on this place and I normally don't do reviews. Even my comments were missing in the post. This is a 5 star place. I'll do the review again and see if it appears correctly. I came in a day late since I thought I reserved for Friday but instead had booked starting Thursday so I was a No show. They rightfully gave away my room and I was worried that there were no rooms. Since I was traveling with my large dog, my concern was finding something available for the weekend Not only did she look until she found me a room, she went and checked the room since it was later in the day and housekeeping had gone home. She was amazing. All of the staff were wonderful. The different shifts would give the dog a treat when we would go by the front desk, all had smiles for the guests, wonderful staff. The room was large and clean. The hot breakfast in the morning started the day off right and the hotel itself is very clean and modern. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and it's staff. I definitely had a 5 star stay and would gladly go back!

We have stayed in many La Quinta's during our road trips. The reservation and check-in process went smooth, the receptionist was new but very helpful on the phone with myself and took the time to look up a veteran discount (Thank you for that) The bad; 1st. When arriving in the double bed room for myself my wife and 2 children, there was only 2 bath towels and about and 1/8 roll of toilet tissue and no extra. 2nd… Went down to enjoy the pool and "Hot" tub. There were no towels available and the "Hot" tub was cold. My wife had gone up to the front desk and let them know about the towel situation, the receptionist stated they were in the dryer. After about 40 minutes in the pool my daughtee made a call from the pool phone to the receptionist and she was told the same thing. And apparently she was the only employee there to address the issue meaning she has to wash, dry and deliver the towels needed. After an hour had past and we were well done being in the pool and waiting on towels I walked up front soaking wet and was told the same thing, at this point my daughter went to our room and got the only 2 towels we had for 4 people. Reading back a few reviews I see this is not an uncommon problem at this location apparently you need to invest in a few more towels to cover your pool and the amount of guests you can house. I would not expect a response to this review because it's not a 5. Will not be returning to this location.

We were so displeased with this establishment! We've even tried to contact their corporate offices to get someone to talk to us with sadly no response. Rude, ridiculous behavior by staff, "accidental" room cancellations, rooms smelling like wet dirty dog, the list goes on. In addition to our complaints of hostility with staff, I have family that had also been to this York establishment recently that were more than displeased. Since they've decided to not do anything to respond to us I'm sharing with all. Do not book here!

Very comfortable stay. They kept running out of clean towels for use at the pool. The pool was warm and so was the hot tub.

This place was very nice with an excellent staff which made our stay enjoyable. Their breakfast buffet, to our surprise, was very good. My children were completely satisfied with their morning selections they had to offer. The indoor pool was great because the entire weekend was rainy and we all had a chance to enjoy some swim time. The Jacuzzi was well loved by my daughter who had a basketball tournament hat weekend was able to soothe her soar muscles after every game. The beds were very comfortable and my children slept like there was no care in the world. We will definitely be staying at this hotel next year for the Spooky Nook tournament next time around.

The hotel itself is 100% awesome! Super nice, spacious and the staff is great! Across the parking lot is Quaker Steak Restaurant and sports bar and the food is as good as the staff and prices! This is a really terrific hotel. Now the unfortunate reason I didn't 5 star this awesome hotel… Access to hwy30 is a nightmare! The county civil engineer who created this mess, either studied years of feedlot research or carnival ride aisles. Getting into the hotel lot from 30 West is easy… getting back out is a maze of divided 2 lane roads that require impossible u turns into mall lots if you want to get back on 30 East. A small car is fine, but anything larger than a pickup like U Haul truck or trailers is insanely difficult. There are 0 signs, and during traffick, you may have to wait for someone to let you in. Worst city engineering in America. None of the businesses share access and way too much divider forced directional limitations.

Room was clean, however the management completely fell short. When people should have been asked to leave, nothing was done. The staff for the two nights we stayed were pleasant and sympathetic to us when helping control the children’s hockey team that bounced pucks off my door the first night and even had the drunks in the hall go back to their rooms. The second night there was a couple screaming at their howling children for two hours and the room above had a party which must have included a stomp dance routine that lasted from sun down to sunrise. Numerous complaints and phone calls went nowhere and did nothing, all while being told the wrong doers would be taken care of. When I tried to find another hotel, no luck. If you’d like to have sleepless nights and high blood pressure, this is the hotel for you! The staff took my information at checkout and told me management would call me to talk about getting charged full price for the hellish stay but I have yet to hear a thing.

Nice, clean, new hotel. This is one the nicest hotels in York and I've stayed in most of them. The staff are friendly also.

Fantastic hotel, especially for the price. When you walk in it's so nice and clean and smells lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was fantastic and spacious. Nice to have a mini fridge and microwave. Slept real well during my stay there. Wouldn't change a thing.

The room was nice but the guests near my room were a noisy pain. The place was nice, but the area might be a problem.

This hotel sucks dont go there the pool is cold and the hottub is litterally a cold tub not the best plus of ur into orgys this may be the place for you.

The place was clean and had free breakfast! My room was nice and clean. The workout room was great! The hot tub was so hot it was like super hot boiling water. Makes you wonder if they do that so you won't go in it. Over all great place!

Nice hotel, good location near restaurants and shopping, cigar and beer shop, only con is instant coffee, bad coffee in room, but there is a Starbucks right next door.

New. Stayed there a couple of months ago and we were happy to be able to stay there again on another trip. A couple miles off the interstate but well worth the trip.

Very nice hotel in close proximity to restaurants and Wal-Mart. Our room was really clean and the bed was very comfortable. Pool/hot tub was a fun time, it was clean and not too cold. The breakfast was better than I expected. We'll definitely be staying again.

Very neatly and well maintained hotel in the neighborhood. Great spreads for the breakfast. Making the waffle by ourselves was fun.

Very accommodating! Let me check in super early and since I was working nights, it was very appreciated! Very clean and new. Love the fridge and microwave. Bed is super comfy! Huge TV. Nice pool and loved the free hot breakfast!

Absolutely loved staying at La Quinta, beautiful and clean. After our disaster at Days Inn, it was such a relief to find such a nice hotel. The indoor pool was a blast with the children, the coffee was delicious, beds were beyond comfortable just a wonderful and awesome place to stay!

The hotel is well kept. The room had a very nice, large bathroom with a high shower head which is a nice change from my usual hotel experience. Over all, it was a very good experience. My only suggestion would be larger bed pillows (they may be standard sized, I'm not sure but smaller than what I have at home. ) They offered a free breakfast with the traditional scrambled eggs, waffles and biscuits and gravy. We didn't eat there so I can't say good the food is. Overall, it was a good experience.

New hotel, so it is nice and clean with modern lobby. Complementary breakfast good with eggs, biscuits, fruit, sausage and juices. Would be nice if bathroom had a grab bar. Lots of places to park, but on leaving the hotel, you do not have easy exit on to the highway. Poor road design.

Great hotel. My wife forgot her hair waver and they held it for us. The rooms are large, spacious. The bathrooms were wheelchair accessible with a fold down bench in the bathtub. Many bars and railings. It was quiet. There is a convenience store below. It is pet friendly. Very clean. Nice staff. There is a swimming pool but beware of the ultra chlorine in it.

Nice hotel, new, clean. Friendly. Free open Wi-Fi. Room doors slam too easily and rattle all down the hallway, very annoying. Maybe give continental breakfast an extra hour?

Amazing place! Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, luxurious and updated. Pool and hot tub are awesome and the gym is great. Best hotel I've stayed at.

Great hotel. Ice and drinks nearby, great decore and comfy beds. We definately enjoyed our visit. There's also a handful of great places to eat within walking distance.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a young woman Amanda she was very efficient with check in. The hotel seem clean very quite and was price in my budget. I wish I knew pets were permitted so I could have had my cat with us. I will definitely return.
