Very clean, nice location, bright, awesome rooms. Nice size fridge and dishwasher. Sink has a disposal! Spacious room with pullout divider curtain between bed and sofa. Nifty shower gel and shampoo dispensers in the shower. Nice pool gets heated. Complimentary breakfast. Overall very nice.

A fresh take in shirt or long stays. Great convenience in the room with counters and accessible shelves. Well kept saline pool is refreshing and doesn't smell like chlorine. Breakfast has a great selection of healthier options — go for the buckwheat waffle. Not a fan of the green and orange color scheme, but otherwise a friendly, comfortable stay.

Brand new. Ikea smell. Liked the breakfast and how clean/modern it appeared. Appreciated the kitchen amenities.

Great service, clean spacious rooms. Nice pool. Free coffee/tea/hot coco around the clock. Free breakfast is a nice touch. Only downside is you can hear everything through the windows.

I come here for a three-day weekend twice a month, every month for business. I have to say, I love coming here. The staff is friendly and wonderful and they know me by name at this point. My room is always terrific and nothing is made cheaply or needs replacing. The few times when something has gone wrong, like a door knob not working or a rowdy guest, they shower me in free items and apologies. It's clean and dependable and I know I'll have a stress-free experience each time. I love tall the green environmental efforts they make. And the breakfast is self-serve and really good. It's always a pleasure being here.

Just a 2 year old hotel. Clean. Salt pool. Impressed by home2 suites as this one is even better then some homewood suites I have stayed in.

I love the home2 line. The room is built out to meet my needs as a business traveler. Outlets, TV location etc. Breakfast wasn't bad either!

Super cute. Highly recommend. Amazing water pressure, top notch and the tub is bigger than normal.

Love love love this place! Not only was it the most cost efficient, but they allowed us to bring our fur child and it had more to offer then your average hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Terrific service, clean and spacious rooms, and extremely comfortable beds. I also really liked that they're one of the few hotels that let you connect an HDMI to your laptop and stream stiff onto their tvs. Would definitely stay again.

Upstairs guest ran all night did not get any sleep hardly. Had to call front seat twice go down once to ask them to call people above me. Used my points and cash for nothing. First time for bad experience. Should get full refund and points back for stay. Hotel still great condition. Love the staff.

I only wish I could give this hotel and the staff 10 stars. The rooms are terrific — — roomy and well laid out and the mattress, oh my (I want one). The staff — — from housekeeping to those who kept the yummy breakfast food coming, from the incredible front desk staff to the manager — — were all outstanding and went above and beyond! Even on the two days when there was a lot going on with at least three large groups all in residence at the same time, their helpfulness and genuine desire to make their guests stay pleasant was always present. I have never enjoyed a hotel stay as much as I just did in the York, PA Home2Suites.

Stayed for 1 night, wish it would have been longer! After a long day of travel and moving a storage unit into a Moving truck, we were exhausted. The customer service when we checked in was excellent. Helpful and friendly staff. The room was awesome. Clean spacious and best of all, the bed was so ridiculously comfortable and the sheets were so soft. Wished we could have slept longer. Highly recommend!

Great rates, excellent service. Front desk even whipped out a sewing kit and volunteered to fix a button when we asked if they had a needle and thread!

The rooms were really clean, the service was great, and the breakfast was typical hotel faire. There were dishes, dishwasher, and a large fridge. The location was great and perfect for a long stay.

Clean, beautiful. Friendly staff. Great pool, fun fitness center, and the best hotel breakfast I've had: oatmeal bar, fluffy wheat waffles, red velvet cupcakes … and none of it had that "tired" look that plagues so many hotel breakfasts. Would love to return.

Excellent! Five stars all around. The front desk was very helpful in finding us a room, even in arriving 1 day sooner than our original plans. Everyone I came across working had a very friendly and smiling attitude. The lobby and rooms are bright and beautiful, yet relaxing and inviting all at the same time. Excellent job to the house keeping crew as the rooms and common areas are well cleaned and cared for. The beds are super comfortable and clean. Special thanks to Gabby on the phone reservation and to Daphne on our arrival. Also big thanks to Matt in helping us late night in using kitchen conventional oven & making us fresh coffee. Cathy at breakfast bar was super sweet and helpful. Everyone was so nice and made us feel welcomed during our visit from check in to check out. Unfortunately, we did have to leave 1 day early as child came down with fever. Matt and Jack concern for sick child very much appreciated. They did not make any issue in us running behind at check out time. Very understanding of the circumstance. Thank you for your caring and understanding attitude. Greatly appreciated as your kindness will not be forgotten and I will be sure to share my hotel experience with everyone I know.
