Was not able to access our room
until after 8:15 pm. Check in time is obviously 3 pm. Showed up at 5:45 pm to check in. Was told room wasn’t clean due to lack of staff, would be ready in 30 mins to an hour at the most. They would call my cell as soon as ready. Even though I had been on the road since 4 am & was very tired, went to dinner. After 1 hour 15 minutes no call about room. Tried calling hotel 6 times before someone answered. Front desk told me room still not ready. Asked to speak to manager ASAP. After 20 additional minutes still no phone call. Was so stressed & tired wasn’t able to enjoy meal nor finish it. My sisters started calling around to surrounding hotels, all booked. Called corporate offices to put in complaint. Drove to hotel & saw 2 police cruisers leaving. Was on phone with corporate, whose name was Aidan & was very responsive & helpful, when reentered lobby again. Was told room still no available. Told them I was on phone with corporate. The initial front desk person, who has only been on the job for 2-3 weeks, was there with the GM Dave. It is almost 8 pm at this point. Obviously VERY frustrated I was very stern about wanting to access my booked room. The GM Dave was extremely unprofessional on how he handled the situation. He was not empathetic in the least bit. Another Fairfield employee walked in, who I found out later was a Sales Rep for the chain. Was not offered any apologies not even a bottle of water.

Very clean, huge King suite. Only drawback is no ice box to put our freezer packs in from traveling.

The room was $106 after taxes on a Friday night. You can't go wrong.

Never stay at a Marriott. I already paid my bill in full and they put an extra $100 hold on my account and said they can't remove it.

Rooms were not available until 6 PM. Checked out this morning still had not gotten any towels (only had a bathmat in the rooms) so we couldn’t take a shower. Friends didn’t get a room even though it was confirmed and had to stay in our room. Worst hotel experience ever and I still got charged the full night. Will call Marriott today and I better get my money back.

Wish hotel had mentioned amenities closed because I'd have went with a cheaper hotel as I chose this one specifically for the pool and free breakfast and had even bought swimsuits for the kids and myself before checking in. Spent entire night telling my 4 year old to be quiet and not move about because 2 minutes after getting there (about 8 pm) someone complained about noise so wouldn't recommend this hotel for families with young children… it's more for solo travelers only looking to go right to sleep and leave. I didn't find my children were welcome at all and it was actually a stressful situation for me worrying the person would continue to complain and I'd be asked to leave. My daughter wasn't screaming or anything… she just jumped onto the bed in excitement when we first got in the room seemed I immediately got a call from the front desk. Beautiful, clean hotel and room but I wouldn't stay there again with the kids, or even for my honeymoon or a date night. Can't imagine how anyone could make love there if the walls are so thin the room next to us heard my slim 4 year old jump up onto the bed.

This is a convenient location to all of the restaurants and shopping that reading has to offer.

I love it. I'm still here. Love the Pool. Love the breakfast.

Nice hotel. Close to shopping and restaurants. Tucked away in a business park. You would never know it was there. Seems new. The walls are a bit thin. A lot of noise comes under the door from the hallway.

Well run and very clean service was excellent and the staff very very well mannered and Professional. I would definitely use this location again without hesitation.

Very nice hotel-it is fairly new and the rooms and facilities are clean and bright. I stayed three nights during a family event and had a pleasant stay. The breakfast area is nice and spacious and the breakfast is decent. Check-in, check — out and room amenities (including fridge and microwave) were all fine.

Went there for a one night getaway. It was clean, quiet, had a comfy bed, no bugs, nice amenities in your room. I would definately stay again!

What a great place! Large group of Mustangs from Canada. The manager Bobby Jones went out of his way to talk to us, sharing points of interest in the area, where to eat, where to get the cars washed. He and the rest of the staff were amazing and made us all feel very welcome. The parking lot was well-lit and we could see our cars from our rooms. Breakfast was hot and ready early for us, both on the day of the car show and for our early departure day. Will return for sure next year! And will book the bus trip to NYC, as Bobby had suggested. Want to give a huge shout out to Bobby Jones and the staff! They were fantastic, went above and beyond. We came all the way down from Canada with our Mustangs and they went out of their way to accommodate us. We will be back for sure next year you have our business everytime we come down. Hotel was very clean and the area is fantastic. The Barrie Mustang Cruisers thank you very much!

Very nice hotel, very clean and fresh. The rooms are very nice. Nice little pool, and good working fitness room. They put out a nice spread for breakfast to start your day!

Not much of a "suite" hotel. Can't really see it from a highway, no signs to direct you to it's location. Only way I found it was browsing and MapQuest. Over all, rooms are nice, plenty of restaurants and shops, gas stations and close to highways.

Nice hotel for business. Clean and comfortable. Location was convenient for my purposes. Workers were nice. I get the feeling the water isn't the cleanest because the water fountain in the lobby has calcium deposits all over it and the same can be said about the shower head in the bedroom. Other than that it is a nice hotel.

12 minutes from downtown, pool and gym but they close at 10pm open at 7am. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Bed was comfortable but the pillows we're not supportive.

My wife and I pick this location because it is close to all the Reading shopping areas and there are many popular restaurants throughout the area. You will also find some unique ones, too! The hotel is far enough away from the highway and it sits nestled in a professional business park. And don't forget about the fabulous free breakfast in the morning after a good night's rest.

Our stay was only going to be 1night but we decided to go up a day earlier. It was no problem adding another day. There were 5 couples in our group. Anything we asked for we got right away! We had ordered take out and they set it up in their breakfast area. Put tables together, gave us plates. Napkins and plastic ware. The staff was very friendly always said hello whenever they saw us. The rooms were very nice and clean. We would stay again and recommend it.

New hotel tucked away in Spring Ridge. Parking was ample (especially around back) ; room was well appointed; bathroom has walk-in, glass-enclosed shower. Free breakfast was great.

Nice stay at the hotel. Clean and enjoyable. Nice indoor pool and gym. Also the breakfast area was big and the breakfast was nice for what you'd expect. Good amount of parking and side and rear entrances for when you don't want to park in the front. King Suite room was a good size with two TV's and fridge.

The bed is comfortable but the pillows were kinda thin down pillows that went flat.

Convenient location in the industrial park, very nice and clean rooms, good lobby area to meet up with friends that were also staying at the hotel. Note that the pool is very small but good enough for the kids to swim for a bit.

It was a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. I just thought the bedding smells a bit funny.

The stay itself was really nice. The room was super comfy and clean. Only problem was at checkout. We went to hand the lady cash and she just automatically charged my card. We had cash right infront of her but she wasn't even paying attention to us. So then she said she didn't see us holding cash and refunded the card and took the cash. Then told me the money would be back in a few days. So we just paid $480 for one night because the money still hasn't been put back on my card.

The location is nice. Close to everything but secluded so it's quiet. The service was great and and rooms were modern and comfortable.

Overnight stay for a group attending an athletic tournament. No problem with late check in. Fast and efficient getting is to our rooms. Good breakfast in the morning.

Excellent facility! Clean and open spaces. Did not get to try their exercise or pool… but they were inviting. Breakfast bar one of the best…

This was our 4th stay at this hotel and the staff and amenities continually keep us coming back. Front desk service was amazing abc extremely helpful. We held a birthday party and had 3 rooms. The front desk made sure to call all our rooms until she trashed us to let us know the pool was empty for our group of 10 year old girls to go in. She set us up with food delivery and so forth. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hot breakfast was good. Will stay there again when in the area.

Hotel is very quiet! I have no strange sounds in my room and no stray sounds coming from outside. The hotel is off the main road a bit so there basically no traffic outside. Only a small airport nearby so no big airplane noise either. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom had a nice tub/shower with a high shower head (great for tall folks) ad nice water pressure. The water stayed hot all shower long, even during the busy morning times. The hotel never seemed crowded either. Rates were a little steep, roughly $150 per night, but for a quiet room, that's worth it! I was a little disappointed in the exercise room (forcing the 4 stars instead of 5) due to the lack of equipment. Only 2 treadmills, an elliptical, and free-weights. No stationary bike : (. Hotel staff is very friendly and the breakfast is better than Hilton brand complimentary breakfast! I didn't try the coffee since there is a Wawa just down the street. Lots of stores and restaurants within just a mile or two! I would certainly stay here again if in the area! My travel here is usually all work-related.

This hotel is new, clean, modern. The work out room is not very good however. 2 treadmills, 1 elyptical, and a weight bench all tightly packed into the room.

I was in for a quick stay and didn't notice much about the area, but this is a newer hotel with fairly simple access. I was at breakfast fairly early, and the waffle batter was already empty. The juice machine was out of service as well. Otherwise, breakfast was the standard Fairfield fare.

Clean, new and in a great neighborhood near shopping and restaurants. This is the best place to stay when visiting Reading. My only complaint is at night is turn the thermostat down to 68 and after 3 hours it would turn off and return back to the low seventies. Had to get up several times to turn it back down.
