Price was right, bed was comfortable, room was clean. Road construction near the hotel made life a living hell. Could not find my way back with roads closed. Poorly marked and a GPS that hasn’t been updated in years! Could see the hotel but no road to get there. If it isn’t COVID 19 it’s road construction!

Very clean, staff helpful and the manager Shannon was wonderful.

The atmosphere is ambient. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. Personnel, professional and friendly.

They hosted our Women's retreat and were very accommodating to our last minute changes. Food was very good and plentiful, and the staff was very nice to work with. Big ups to Sonja, Amanda and Joe s well as the rest of the staff.

The services was great! I really enjoyed myself, thanks once again.

The service is fantastic! Only exception were the crazies last weekend. Was complimenting Lynne and the servers for taking such good care of us on sat and Sunday when a crazy lady started screaming at them about having to pay for coffee. It’s a restaurant, of course you pay for things! She was so rude I felt so bad the staff was doing their job and an excellent and professional job at that! A lot of kids running around all night was an issue also, should have had more security!

I got in late last night at the airport. The shuttle driver picked me up and took me back to my car which was parked at the hotel. It was very dark and I was by myself. He took the shuttle right to my car in the hotel parking lot and unloaded my bags right at my trunk! ❤️ Thank you so much for the amazing customer service! Will definitely be back!

Very nice hotel located near the airport, shuttle van is complimentary, staff are friendly and professional. Rooms are clean, beds comfy. Highly recommend.

Everything was clean, the service was good, and the bed was super comfy. The elevators were quite slow.

The hotel area right off the bat does not have too much walking distance away, the shuttle will drive you a small distance away time permitting though. If you do not mind a 20 minute walk in the sun though you can come across a variety of restaurants. You're welcomed by a friendly staff with a nice lobby with plenty of seating. The restaurant in the hotel provides a good selection of food. It's well prepared and just slightly above medium prices. The rooms are wonderful, as with all Sheraton hotels the beds and pillows are the greatest thing since sliced bread. You will surely have a wonderful night's sleep. It also has a great gym with an outdoor pool.

The customer service was outstanding. I was very tired and they were extremely accommodating. The room was amazing, the bed was so comfy and I loved the bathroom. I only had breakfast there, but it was so good. It was only a 10 minute drive from the airport, which made my traveling so much easier. I would definitely choose too stay here again, if needed!

I attended a conference at this hotel. The lobby was beautiful and clean. Restrooms were clean and spacious. Both conference rooms were spacious and beautiful. The parking lot gets a little clustered at certain times but that only requires a little bit of patience.

Great staff, very good food, room a little dated but I good condition and clean. I got stuck in Pittsburgh and stayed here. If you were leaving PIT early AM this is a good place to stay the night before.

I was there attending a bridal shower. The facility was very nice inside and out. It was clean a d the staff was very professional.

A bit run down. No fridge, even in a Club room. Magnetic key-cards kept failing to work — need RFID instead. Check-in desk is tiny! Very stuffy in corridors (no AC? ). Limited places to safely park to unload/load at entrance — blocks traffic.

Clean and comfortable room. In spite of being close to the airport, it was mostly quiet. Fitness center was clean and the equipment worked. The restaurant was nice but pricy. There is a small shipping center about a10 minute walk from the hotel with a few places to eat, and the shuttle goes there, and to a nearby mall.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton courtesy of American Airline since they cancelled our flight after delaying it 5 times. Any way the rooms were really nice. Everything was updated and clean. The restaurant/bar in the lobby is worth the visit.

Nice comfy place. Staff was amazing. The restuarant inside is pretty good. It was a comfortable stay would stay here again.

Location was right by my office and the convenience of shuttle dropoff was a plus. The room and bathroom was really nice and comfortable. The food was good… not great. I did get a chance to use the workout room and it had just the right equipment for a quick workout. Checkin was a breeze and they gave me an envelope with a hand written welcome letter! All these small gestures definitely set them apart in my experience.

Great deal with airport parking. The driver that took us at 7 am on April 1st was speeding and texting while driving. NOT good. The driver on the return ride was great.

We checked in at the end of the day and received a free upgrade to a Club Level room. The bed was fantastic and comfortable. Hotels near this airport tend to have very competitive pricing. We were able to park and fly at no cost and ride the shuttle bus back to our car on return from our trip. Usually the cost is $5 per day which is reasonable and convenient.

Quick check in and check out… very good service from housekeeping to event support staff to bar tender. Saw new employee struggle with lost reservation, manager came out and comped disappointed guest at nearby competitor! Attractive, well managed…

I reserved a parking space while taking a trip out of the country. The shuttle to the airport isn't in the greatest shape, but it is adequate and the pricing for the parking is a great deal, so my overall experience was good. You do not have to book a room or be staying at the hotel to rent a parking space. Do not forget to bring cash to tip the driver of the shuttle. I visited in March of 2018.

My boyfriend and I drove from Canada for a concert and stayed here last night, we were woken up at 2:30 by a clicking heater and a very hot room however they gave us a free breakfast! And the staff were all incredibly kind and helpful! Even after showing up 10 minutes after breakfast had finished, still let us eat! And the beds! Would definitely visit again!

Rooms were clean. Plenty of parking. No bed bugs. I wished there was a small fridge. What more is there to say? It's a hotel.

Not only is this a lovely, convenient airport area hotel, but the management and staff is exceptional. The restaurant management and staff just recently catered a full, hot meal for a local soup kitchen — for no other reason than to just be kind! Because of them, 65 adults and children in our community enjoyed a delicious hot meal instead of going hungry that night. When you think about supporting good corporate neighbors, please remember the Sheraton Pittsburgh Airport Hotel. They are awesome!

We stayed here for the park, stay and fly. We could have booked a cheaper room but the site said they picked up every 10-15 minutes. The room was adequate but needed several maintenance jobs done… example, the door mechanism stuck so the door would only open maybe a foot. The bottle of water in the room was $4. My biggest issue was we called three times before they came to pick us up at the airport. 50+ minutes later! We watched other hotel shuttles come three times and no Sheraton shuttle. The first time they said it would be a few minutes. The second time they said it would be 10 minutes. The third time they said he was out front and would be around shortly. Next time I'll go with the cheaper hotel. The front desk staff wasn't even very apologetic.

Where do I even begin to explain how wonderful having my wedding reception at the Sheraton Pittsburgh Airport Hotel was?! Our decision to have our reception at the Sheraton was so easy because their wedding package is comprehensive and easy to understand, their prices are very reasonable, we loved the layout and aesthetic of the ballroom, and most notably, Neil Rogers (Director of Catering) is absolutely FANTASTIC. He took what could be a stressful and overwhelming process and made it so enjoyable and stress free. During the year leading up to our wedding, Neil explained what I needed to be doing every step of the way, he responded to all of my calls and emails quickly, and he accommodated every little request we made. We brought in an unusual amount of our own decor for the reception (100+ heavy glass vases for floating candles), and the Sheraton's staff set it all up beautifully without even batting an eye. On the day of our reception, the staff members were so incredibly accommodating to me and my family… the woman who set up our cookie table was a joy, the bartender was fantastic, the day-of coordinator could not have been more helpful, everyone was phenomenal.

After doing thorough research of what this hotel offers, we booked our room for some much needed change of scenery. Getting there wasn't a problem, the weather and directions were easy enough to follow. Check-in went smoothly and the staff was nice. The room was smaller than expected and there were a few things that we expected to be different — like the wallpaper had tears in it (water damage), there wasn't a fan in the bathroom, and the TV remote volume and channel buttons had to be mashed down very hard in order to work. The most disappointing thing was that the menu for the restaurant was different than what was posted online. Not only was it not a true restaurant (cafe style in the lobby) but the menu items and prices were very different. (See picture). The menu we were handed was the same as the room service menu. I will say this though, the food was AMAZING! We ordered wings and they were most definitely the best wings we've ever eaten. The portions were HUGE! I ordered a reuben sandwich and could barely eat half. The cod sandwich my husband ordered was so big it was hanging off the plate. I opted to take my leftovers back to my room, but without a refrigerator, it just went to waste : (We'll probably stay again, if only for the food. However, we will be better prepared and pack accordingly.

Nice hotel. The staff was very friendly. The gym was the nicest hotel gym I have been in. It wasn't just a hotel room with two machines in it. It had several treadmills and elliptical machines. A large pool and sauna.

The room were pretty good but I could have found better rooms for cheaper. Also I feel the only reason the room is cheap is becausethey try to charge you for everything. For example having a bottle of water in our room but if I would have drank it would have been 4 dollar's just that.

Clean and good rooms for sleeping.

Because of unfortunate circumstances my husband and I have to make frequent trips to Pittsburgh from Utah. The staff ALWAYS goes out of their way to help us with directions and accommodating us when we arrive. We’re from a small town and a bigger city is overwhelming so we love staying here because it’s close to the airport in a safe and beautiful area. A special thanks to the sweet lady in the club lounge and her husband for being so informative about Pittsburgh and all their great tips while we’re in town. Their beds are also the BEST after a long exhausting flight.

Make-A-Wish booked this hotel for my sister, niece, and I to stay before our trip to Orlando last week. The room was fine and the park&fly service was convenient. The front desk manager Shannon however, and her semi-apologetic attitude for the total incompetence she and her staff provided in the way of delivering us to and from the airport was atrocious! 1 driver for 30+ people leaving @ 4am and your "security" is chilling in the back room having coffee while everyone bum-rushed past the special-needs girl in a stroller and her family?! Then we almost miss our flight because it takes 30 min to find another ride. We are assured there will be no issues upon our return. NOT! We call the hotel after collecting our bags around 11:40 pm and are instructed to head outside because the shuttle will be there in 20-25 min. 45 min later I call looking for the Sheraton shuttle. He's 5 min away. 15 min later the shuttle finally arrives. So there we were, left in the cold, for an hr, with a special needs child all because the Sheraton only has 1 driver. 3 shuttles, as we clearly saw when we pulled up to the front door, but only 1 driver. Shannon (mgr) apologized for the delay, but it wasn't her fault. She didn't know why they only have 1 driver. She couldn't do anything to compensate us or Make-A-Wish. Maybe Shannon needs some training or Sheraton should hire better people. Make-A-Wish deserves better and I hope they get a full refund.

Quality rooms, comfy beds, good Wi-Fi. The airport shuttle is reasonably quick, and the drivers are sociable and helpful. No complaints!

Great comfy beds, friendly staff. Too bad there is no fridge in room but you can rent one. Always have a good sleep there. Sheets are so soft too.

Look of the hotel was pleasant on the inside. The breakfast was good but my room smelled of a sulfuric smoke. Location was fine for the area. Shower pressure and water was good although the shower head was quite low for a tall person such as myself. No mini fridge on the room.

We had a beautiful room on the Club Floor and enjoyed the lounge there. I was concerned about the airport being near by, but it was very quiet with no noise from the planes. Room was well appointed and very clean. Staff were helpful and provided directions down to Heinz Field.

We made a reservation Friday night for Saturday, as we were attending my friend's wedding that day. It was short notice but the lady on the phone from the sales team assured me we could get a room with no problem. The wedding was at 4pm, and we arrived at the hotel shortly after 3 and were told no room was available for us yet. Luckily we saw a friend who let us use their room to get ready. When we came back down at 3:45 we were told that the room was still not ready. We couldn't wait any longer since the wedding started in 15 minutes and our ride was on it's way anyway. A shuttle was supposed to pick us up from the wedding venue at 10:30pm (the Fez in Aliquippa), but by 11:00 no shuttle was there yet. My other friends talked to someone driving a school bus that was picking people up and convinced him to take us to the hotel because the Sheraton shuttle was nowhere to be found. We did pass the shuttle on the way to the hotel, but at that point it was already 40-45 minutes late. Poor communication all around, between us not being able to check in at 3:45 in the afternoon to the shuttle being extremely late. The water pressure in the shower was alright, so I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.

Definitely not 5 stars. A bit older but nice. The food there was actually great. I only worked an event there, but the staff was very kind. I would gladly spend the night there.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Very comfortable. Gorgeous function space. Restaurant tasty but a touch pricey.

At a convention here. There is ALWAYS a cluster of leathery, shabby people in front of the doors chain-smoking and drinking Miller Lite. The smoke suffuses the lobby, and it is fun to run the gantlet of drunk comments as one comes and goes. What sort of establishment is this, exactly?

Great hotel. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were excellent. Be aware this hotel is focused on business travelers. We went over a holiday and the place was empty and most amenities (pool/restaurant etc. ) was closed. But the rate was heavily reduced because of this, so can't really complain. We got upgraded to the premium rooms for just $70 per night. It included a room on the top floor with access to a very nice lounge that included food and drinks. They also have a shuttle that goes to the airport and nearby office park.

Thank you all so incredibly much for everything you did to make our wedding absolutely perfect! We received so many wonderful compliments about how excellent the food, staff, and how nice everything was inside and outside of the ballroom. We will be forever grateful to everyone at the Sheraton. Hands down we would recommend the Sheraton to anyone in a heartbeat. You guys are amazing at what you do. Thank you again. Love the Horvath and Wormald families.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, but front desk messed up my billing. I paid with starwood points yet they charged me cash for the room. The charges are in dispute and I'm pretty sure it'll be resolved but I spent well over an hour on the phone just to get the refund process rolling. I would have given 4 stars because everything else about the hotel was nice, other than the front desk lady giving me the brush off when I inquired about being charged for the room at checkout (which led to quite a few inconveniences down the line for something that was totally not my fault) ** Update They refunded my card. I received a courtesy call too. Raise rating from 3stars to 4.

Accommodations are nice. Front desk staff is not very friendly or helpful. They seemed bothered that I had to interrupt their conversation. Food for the conference was average at best. Breakfast was a fiasco. They have a made to order breakfast reportedly but no service to take your order. Half way through the Buffet a waiter showed up finally. My breakfast was not good to put it mildly. Room lacks a refrigerator but otherwise the hotel room is pleasant. Pool is empty during our visit so I cannot comment on that. The on site workout facility is modern and appears to be clean. If you are looking for a room that offers a good night sleep and nothing else, this is adequate. If you want to a full experience I would check in elsewhere.

Wasn't there very long, got ready for a wedding. Was on the eighth floor and had to go all the way to the first for a vending machine of any sort. And weren't many ice machines, but was still a nice hotel with a polite staff.

Very clean, beautiful, newly renovated hotel. The lobby is stunning! The staff was great. I would definitely stay again at this location!

Presented at a company event. Conference Wi-fi was slow and did not allow me to vpn into my work network. Provided refreshments included hot water and coffee, but no cocoa mix.

Booked via web discount site. Hotel is very professional, friendly, clean and great location. Updated rooms, comfy bed, good coffee machine in room + free Wi-Fi and coffee in lobby (AM). The rooms are a bit crowded but nicely appointed. I have to comment on how quiet and clean the room was. Most hotels have thin walls and doors, so you hear everything in the next room and hallway. This hotel has a heavy room door (SOLID) and thick walls, as I was amazed at how quiet the room was. I even had an adjoining room door which always means I hear the person next door, but this hotel I didn't hear a thing. Will be my hotel for Pittsburgh travel from here on out, discount hotel site or not!

Pros: Updated. Modern. Clean. Has a restaurant / bar. Cons: It is May, 80 degrees outside and gorgeous. The pool is not open. There is no outdoor seating. No free breakfast included. Even though my bathroom is clean, there is some dirty stench.

Pros: Location. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby in Robinson. Nice, clean rooms w/ comfy beds; Very modern! The 'Club' (top floor 'vip' only) is nice for 24 hr. Snacks, coffee, etc (average, not needed tho) Decent looking pool, altho it was closed for winter. Cons: *Unfriendly staff (Front desk ladies were rude. Maids were nice. We couldn't tell who else worked there or what their job was). *The parking lot was horrible! Very far from the lobby, and not plowed. Not a single spot that wasn't snowed in!. 6-8 inches of snow in the whole lot for 2 days!? *No indoor pool for winter, and not much to do besides the 'club' (Like a coffee shop. Costs extra $$) *We weren't told where to find ice/ vending, so we ventured out and found them on even # floors. *No mini fridge. This may be expected in a discount room, but for club level, very unreasonable. In conclusion, the PGH Airport Sheraton is average. An 'express' type hotel. *Good for business types and those passing through. I wouldn't recommend it for families. Seemed like every kid there was bored to tears. In my opinion, keep looking if you can. *If you'd like a Sheraton nearby, try the Warrendale location. Twice as nice for the same price. (Only about 15 mins North. Much better and bigger, not quite as modern. ).

Nice hotel but the wait staff is terrible. They are rude and they do not understand the concept of customer service. The trainers have a lot of work to do. I came here for a service in the ballroom and the wait staff left a lot to be desired.
