My non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. The staff was nice but the hotel was s dive.

The location and the value were up great, but that didn’t take away from the uneasiness I felt as a woman traveling alone. The busted out window on a first floor room didn’t exactly help. Luckily, I was on the third (top) floor.
While I appreciated the free breakfast, it wasn’t to my personal liking.
If you are in need of a hotel where you plan to spend a significant amount of time in, this is not the place for you. However, if you need the basics, a bed, shower, sink, TV and a toilet in a clean setting, by all means, book a room here.

Me and my fiance stayed there for a few days. Great place to stay very nice hotel staff! Place is very clean and well managed and they also have breakfast! The girl that works the night shift is awesome we woukd stay there anytime.

We didn't end up staying the night but it was because we just decided to go home after our concert. I would have given atleast 3 stars but there was trash on the side of the bed and dust built up on the lamps. Almost like they clean the bare minimum. But if you're looking for a cheap room, and you don't care about those things, it does the job!

My son and I stayed here the night before an overseas trip. I booked two rooms through an online site but somehow the hotel never received the reservation (despite email confirmations). No matter. The gentleman behind the counter took care of everything with no problem. One downside: apparently our rooms were of a completely different quality. Mine was up-to-date with a clean, new look. My son's room — not so much. He was quite surprised when he saw how nice mine was. They may have been in the middle of renovating the rooms but you may want to double-check before committing to a room.

DO NOT USE THE Wi-Fi! Their Wi-Fi router has malware on it so if you use it make sure your phone is set up with a good VPN or anti-virus application. Other than that, it’s an okay motel. Nothing special but I slept well and it’s close to the main interstate.

Room was basic with no carpet. It suited my needs and the staff was friendly. Room was worth what I paid. The fact that the staff allowed me to check in early is enough to say that I’d stay there again, and I will. Shower was hot with good pressure but the motel is due for replacement of stained tubs and ragged bedcovers.

Please try to avoid this place. There was no hot water in the shower. The room had some kind of bugs. The only advantage is it's proximity to the airport but avoid if you can. The low price was a deception I was caught into.

Excellent hotel for the price! Everything was clean, comfortable and in a great location.

I would never stay here again the staff was not that friendly. Beds would very low to the ground. Cleaning could be a lot better. I wanted to be on the 2nd or thrid floor but was told I couldn't I dint. Really like being on the first floor I prefer higher floors. The only thing that was good was the television if u thing of staying here for the night head up the street to la quinta or Hampton inn and stay there.

I stayed at the moon location, the shower glass was a little dirty and the room was very cold. I got a breakfast voucher but the time was so early so I didn't go down.

About 15 mins from airport, motel type accommodations, ample parking, shuttle service to airport, continental breakfast. Good for overnight accommodation.

The TV was very large clean room smoking in room as an option if you smoke and shuttle service from the airport excellent hotel sheetz gas station on a couple of blocks away.

Make sure you confirm your price we drove over 5 hours called they said price was one thing and charged us over 50$ more the person working said oh you talked to someone else you should have told me the price they told you… um okay you should've told us before you charged our card and why is the prices different after calling to confirm. Supposedly the guys name working is Aj he did not have a name tag on. Don't waste your time or money he proceeded to argue with me saying we were wrong and finally said okay I'll give you 10$ back that's still $40 more. The hotel was trash … motel 6 down the road is way cheaper and way better. Also had a 19 yr old yelling at me he's been waiting to check in… telling me he served my country in the marines to protect me and I shouldn't yell at the man behind the counter. (Thanks for showing us your dependent card. That not serving btw that's your parents serving to protect you. Management just let all this happen didn't say anything at all. Thank you to all who really served to fight for our freedom including my husband a army veteran and all of my family in the Navy!

Tv sucks. Bed was ok. Personnel were very helpful. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

You should not wait best things. There is not coffee machine. This is bad.

Room was beautiful for a cheap motel! Clearly was recently remodeled. Very clean. Staff consistently around cleaning and working. Can tell the owner takes pride in his hard work here. Room service offers a wide variety of food, available late, too. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

If you wanna stay overnight, it is ok. Close to the airport, far from the downtown (~1hr with public transportation). Room was small. They should work on cleanliness. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and willing to help.

Don't stay here unless it's your last resort. Within the first few minutes of being here I saw a coach roach. Our room is dirty. The AC is horrible loud and not working properly. I don't even fee comfortable to sit on the chairs due to how dirty they are. I asked to be moved due to the AC being awful but they are booked to full capacity. They did say they would switch out the AC unit but I highly doubt that will happen. I'm not one to leave bad reviews nor am I a fussy person but this place ranks as one of the worse places I've ever stayed at. Gross! Yuck! They bathroom has water damage… looks like mold. I still have to stay here one more night Ugh!

Good location and structure but room was not cleaned.

Stayed overnight to catch the Megabus from Pittsburgh the next morning. The room was clean ans completely suited our purposes. No complaints there. The breakfast was minimal by even budget hotel standards, hence docking one star. I'd stay here again, but might hunt around a little more first. FYI, the Megabus stop was about 25 min away via Lyft on. Sunday morning.

Staff very helpful with information about publuc transport. Flexible check in times and good location.

Easy access, close enough to the airport that you don't need to hurry. Quiet comfortable room with a king bed. I wouldn't book here again if I needed to be close to the airport early in the morning for an early departure.

It's was a bed. Really nothing more. The Wi-Fi was non-existent. The carpet was dirty. The room smelled stale. It would be nice if the toilet in the small bathroom had a lid to prevent this from falling into the water. The breakfast was skimpy. The night person was very friendly, unlike the morning person.

Even though they did hav3 breakfast there weren't a lot of options with no eggs or bacon. The bathroom wasn't in the best condition either and could use some remodeling. Other than that the bed and pillows were comfy and TV was nice.

It was a very nice place for the money. Very Clean rooms. Microwave and refrigarator in the room with a shower. The man at the desk seemed like he was having a bad day but wasn't rude.

This place is a joke. The rooms are disgusting. The first night I was there I got bit by something. The rooms have an awful smell to them. There were bugs in the bathroom and gnats flying around. Doesnt look like they really clean the rooms. Stains on the walls and bed sheets. People go by staring at your belongings several times. I stayed for over a week hoping it would get better. No such luck. People walking around all night long shouting. Cops are usually there too questioning someone. I tried to checkout early but they wouldn't refund the rest of the money. Said I signed a contract which I was never shown one. My suggestion. If you are staying longer than a week, go to Extended Stay America or Candlewood. Both have a kitchen and are cheaper. Much nicer rooms too.

My husband stayed in this hotel on June 14th in room 207. Four days later he developed a bunch of bed bug bites. He is apparently allergic to them because he had a bad reaction. He called the hotel (twice) to politely explain the problem (it can even happen in a 4 star, right? ) and they ignored his calls, twice. Stay away like the plague! I mean, unless you don't mind bed bug infestation in your linens.

This was a nice place to stay. No frills. Basic continental breakfast. Clean rooms. Decently priced as we were in town for a funeral and needed to bring our whole family, 7 people.

If I could leave negative amount of stars I would. After driving for 10 hours, my husband and check out our room, get to our room and its completely trashed. After letting the front desk know, he tells us theres no rooms available for us and basically just tells us hes gonna refund us but we wouldn't have gotten the damn money back FOR 3 BUSINESS DAYS leaving us FREAKIN STRANDED IN PITTSBURGH.

Rooms are poorly arranged. No tap in bath room. No shampoo etc. Breakfast not good and staff rude. Wi-Fi don't work. I won't recommend to any one.

I stayed for one saturday night in june, with spouse and grandaughter. We had a newly renovated room on the second floor that was clean and bright. Received a wake-up call, right on time, as there is no clock in the room. Breakfast was the usual cereals, muffins and pastries. Plus the toaster waffles are a welcome addition. The dining area was clean and fully supplied. The only thing missing was a hair dryer.

Staff was very pleasant. The hotel seems to be undergoing renovations and I was the lucky enough to get a renovated room. Much better than I expected. New furniture, microwave and mini fridge in the room. Complimentary breakfast wasn't that great. Very simple items (i. E. Toaster waffles, muffins, cereal, juices, coffee) but at least it's something. A few local places to eat and close to the airport. Overall a much more pleasant experience than expected.

This is the worst hotel I have been stayed!. There is no water and the room smells so bad!. If you looking for disgusting thing, stay one night here!

Breakfast wasnt very good. Room was decent size and comfortable enough. Cheap rates though so I can't complain.

Only leaving 1-star because I can't leave a 0-star rating. First off, I know the ABVI line of hotels aren't the best, I'm not expecting much but good god this is bad. Let me start by saying their "Weekly Rate" isn't the same for everyone. It changes by who is at the desk at the moment. I'm in town working and everyone I work with staying here has a cheaper rate. Same room, same options. Second, it's under renovations and their is work boxes strewn about the parking lots and also various broken down cars in the lot. One has someone sleeping in it every night. I get it, they are working on stuff and trying to improve but this place is a dump. Here is where it gets good. Third night here and some guy in the room above is hammering and sawing or whatnot and water starts running from my ceiling onto my bed while I sleep. I go to the office and nobody shows up to check on what happened, NOTHING! The water stopped after 10 minutes or so. Furious, I leave and go eat and come back around 9:30pm. Get everything dry as possible and try to sleep. 9:45pm and the construction starts again. No sleep, wet bedding and 3 trips to the office and nothing has changed. Do not stay here! DO NOT STAY HERE! $1600 a month is way way over priced!

Terrible accomidations. Black mold on the tub. The hostess at the front desk was very nice.

We had great experience, staff was very nice and helpful to us, helped us with luggage. Room was clean and spacious bed was comfortable. We asked for a non smoking room and it was a smoke free room, with flat scree TV. Breakfast was not bad either though we were late for the breakfast but they did accommodate and open late for us to finish the breakfast. Free Shuttle service to and from the airport was just perfect for us. We recommend this hotel and we will stay again. Thank you.

We stayed here in 2010. Horrible rooms. The cleaning guy was a stalker, he stared at me and my mom through the window! Breakfast was very simple and bland. You get what you get for $65/ night.

Was hustled by the front desk lady after we made a reservation and had a coupon. She refused to honor the coupon since it was paid for by our parents even though no where in the terms does it say that. Then of course she put us in a smoking room after we asked for non smoking. As for the coupon We presented it on our phone and isha told us it needed to be printed. Little did she know I have a travel printer for business so then she said it has to be our name on a coupon after she learned we could print it. Then she called someone and spoke in her Indian native tongue in front of us so we couldn't understand her and still refused to honor the price with or without the coupon. We would have saved about $30 but clearly this place needs it. It's nothing like the pictures and there is a dog barking downstairs. A dog! I'd pick any other place by the airport than this place. Americas best hustle inn. Stay at your own risk.

My girlfriend and I stayed for a wedding, we had to call to confirm our room. We did and was informed it was a smoke free room. We came in and the man working the desk was rude and acted like he did not want us there. After the pain of checking in we proceeded to our room. As we opened the door, the smell of cigarette smoke over-whelmed us. My first thought was to go back, get a refund and go somewhere else. The next morning we woke up for the breakfast. We walked through the lobby to the tiny breakfast area where the choices were very limited and the food had been sitting out. I only ate cereal and my girlfriend had bread. While we were eating, the mother of the groom came in and told us their horror story. They had gotten back later than us and opened a door to put clothes in. Upon opening the drawer, they noticed a plate with chicken bones on it. The bones were dried and you could tell they had been sitting for a while. Returning back to our hotel around 1:00 am, we all headed back to our rooms. I was then informed that out of the 15 rooms our entire party had reserved, that only 9 were in use, no big deal to my thought. After asking around, I learned that I would not of had a room if I would have not called to confirm I was coming. I understand the reason behind that, if someone isn't going to show up, then what's the point of having an empty room.

Very dirty. Mattresses are 5" thick. The entire place had an odor not just in my room others I work with said the same. The amenities are from the 80s. I would never stay here on my own but it was the only available place for my work the week I was here. The tub/shower has a 2 foot step in/out. One positive was the shower head an water consistency. The old guy at the front desk when checking in was rude and wouldnt even let me n my roommate look at our works sign-in sheet. He acted like it was a secret and his own personal property. Carpet looked like it was a murder scene. All week long we needed to go to the front desk and get towels bc whomever cleaned the room only made the beds. Nothing else. The good/excellent reviews are BS dont believe them. Must be employees n owners reviews.

The man at the front desk was a good tickler. 5 stars!

For the money, great place to lay your head. Free trip to airport and breakfast. What a deal.
