I’ve stayed at multiple Marriotts throughout the country! I’m even a rewards member and used points to book a weekend here. Worst hotel experience of my life! First, the have me keys to someone else’s room and the person was in the room! After going down to be assigned another room those keys didn’t work so I had to go down a 3rd time. The fridge barely kept items cool. On the 2nd day I left around 11am retuning at 8:30 pm to find my room door was left open by housekeeping that morning. There was no manager on duty and the young people there seemed clueless on how to respond. I was promised I’d receive 1/2 the points I used to book back. However there was no manager on duty on Monday morning around 10:30 when I checked it to confirm this. I called back at 1pm and was sent to the manager “Sara” voicemail. I guess I have to hound them for my points! Oh… and there was a dirty Qtip in my hallway floor when I checked in and it was there when I checked out! Spare yourself the grief of this place and book somewhere else!

The hotel itself is fine, clean and quiet. But, I have to take some points off for this east coast habit of charging high rates and then forcing a Starbucks as only dining option. I have stayed at Courtyards from NYC to Seattle. In Dallas, they at least serve free coffee and some items. In Seattle they do a full breakfast at no additional charge, so it is apparently can east coast policy. When I drop $1200 on a room I would think they could spring for a coffee and roll without it costing me another $15.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff and wonderful amenities. Located directly across from the casino this hotel is a perfect place to spend a few nights. Further from Center City, it'll take a while to get into the heart of Philly from here.

Very nice rooms, clean, and neat. Employees polite and helpful. I enjoy the environment. Managemaent are very attentive.

I visit the Bensalem courtyard Marriott location often. I love the staff there, they're always friendly and helpful. They environment is always great. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. This is definitely my favorite place to stay.

Stayed here as part of a wedding party. The bridal party shuttle was supposed to leave and the driver was no where to be found! We were late and it was so hot while we waited in the van for The driver to show up. Sarah from the front desk jumped into the drivers seat and took us so that we wouldn’t be late. We loved how they accommodated us and solved the problem on the spot. She was great!

Great Experience. Very Clean Rooms Stayed here for one night, only concerned I have is about the hotel room key not working properly as they should. Everything else was good, nice staff at the front.

Lovely stay. Pleasant staff. Shower was a bit odd in that there was no door, but otherwise it was great.

Great hotel. Rooms are very attractive and updated. Comfortable bed. Love the pillows! They have a nice discounted room rate with Parx casino. I stayed while seeing a show at the Excite Center in Parx and will definitely stay again.

I've never had received such useless customer service in my life. I stayed at this hotel last weekend and while we were gone from the room, some items magically disappeared! I called and notified reception and they came up with some BS excuse saying no one entered the room. Okay, if so, how did these items disappear?! They didn't offer any resolution and pretty much just said "nothing we can do". Gee, thanks. I no longer feel safe staying at Marriott hotels and will make sure to spend my money elsewhere moving forward. Very disappointing experience.

Loved it! This is our new favorite hotel for a quick getaway from NY. Clean, quiet, good prices! Great staff. The bathroom is gorgeous! I don’t wanna go home.

Stayed on the 1st floor was a big mistake. O heard so much noise from the bar most of the night was a bit annoying. But the rooms were nice and they Had a fridge and a microwave.

I have stayed at this property a number of times, and always a five star experience! Staff is very friendly, and always professional!

The location is right by Parx casino, and plenty of nearby stores and restaurants. The lobby is immaculate, and the room we stayed in was gorgeous, clean, and unique. I greatly enjoyed my stay. The price was cheap and the food and drinks at the bar were also reasonably priced.

The hotel was in a great location. It was very easy to get to. The staff was wonderfull and the rooms were better then I had expected. And the bathroom shower was 5 star.

This would have easily been a five star rating, except for some unexpected encounters. To start, the rooms are not soundproof and the guests staying across from us were up partying past midnight, making it difficult to sleep. However, that didn't bother me too too much. The next day though after we had checked out my boyfriend and I soon realized we had little bites all over our body, mostly on our legs. Needless to say, there had to have been bed bugs in our bed! Had we noticed it sooner I would have said something, so to be fair I don't know how the staff would have reacted. But after paying the price we did to stay there, we were highly disappointed that this happened. Lesson learned, if you're staying here make sure you check for bed bugs first! The room was great, but this ruined it for us!

It's brand new, so clean with model decor. Though some lights had no covers (see image) Check-in was frustrating as staff do that annoying thing of ignoring the real life human in front of them to answer to phone instead… Why? I'm actually wanting to pay your hotel money, deal with me! Also we had a coffee maker in the room with 2 cups but only a single coffee pod and no lids. I know it's not a 5* hotel but some common sense would easily solve that problem.

Strange way to clean rooms! The housekeeping staff didn't clean our room, even we took the sleep in sign off before going out. When I told the front desk after returning to the room they cleaned the bathroom, brought extra towels but didn't clean the room itself and didn't make the beds. Very weird. Otherwise the hotel is clean and the staff is very accommodating.

My iPhone was missing. I reported to the front desk and manager several times. The answers are always "I don't know ". I am elite member of Marriott. I have never experienced this kind of response except here in Bensalem PA.

Location was very nice, right off a major road and across from the casino. Our service was very professional during our hectic overnight stay for a wedding. The rooms had everything we needed with ample outlets and areas to charge electronics. The bathrooms were also exceptionally modern and up date. Overall a great hotel.

Really nice hotel for the area. Do Paul Mitchell toiletries make up for the distance to Phillie? Does the pool and hot tub make up for the fact that the bar/"cafe" closes at 10pm and there's no room service? Do the in room microwave and empty mini fridge make up for the lack of toiletries (aside from shampoo, conditioner, and lotion)? You decide.

My fiancée and I were auditioning hotels to book a block from rooms for guests after our reception. The staff here at the hotel were so nice. They offered us a water, engaged in casual conversation and showed us around the facilities. We booked on the spot. Beautiful rooms, great staff.

This hotel is extremely clean and less than two years old. The pillows are comfy as well as the bed. I often go here for a day or two when I need to breakaway from everything and everybody. I usually stay on the second level, which is super quiet and I have never had any issues with noise levels at this location. The staff is nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff. Was louder than other courtyards. Stomping above room was particularly annoying. Quieted down by 10 or so.

Located in a corporate park this is a clean modern hotel. Rooms are small but comfortable. Only complaint is no coffee maker in room.

The first week here was really great. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. However, I've had a couple issues the second week. I ordered a glass of water with my breakfast at their Bistro waited 20 minutes for it, asked for it again, waited another 10 minutes and still never got my water. The second issue is that two days in a row they forgot to change our towels. They switched out all of the washcloths and sheets, but not the towels. Nevertheless, my stay has been comfortable and the hotel is located in a convenient area near lots of restaurants and two different malls.

The house keeping sucks. I knew the room wasn't clean upon my arrival. It smelled unclean. The next day I requested housekeeping after they skipped my room. I wanted new linen also. The housekeeping manager came and said "aren't u leaving tomorrow? " As if the request was outrageous. The girl who came to service my room, only made the bed and emptied the empty trashcan. She didn't clean the bathroom, vacume or anything. Once she left she slammed the door. Had I known she was officially leaving I would of asked for my room to be serviced thoroughly. Later on that night, I saw the biggest cockroach I'd ever seen as an adult. Mind u, once I entered the room I knew it wasn't being cleaned properly and the housekeeper proved this by not cleaning the room even while I was there watching. After chasing the cockroach down to make sure it didnt leave with me and killing it, I left it on the floor in room 336 for them to see. The hotel decor is nice, but don't be fooled. I also found it funny that while omw to workout, I stopped at the pantry to buy A pre workout snack and the manager came from behind the desk just to watch me inside the pantry, as if I booked two nights for $300 just to steal an over priced $3 single nutrigrain bar.
