Do not stay here it's gross I this is not a place for kids trust me the bed bugs çruz on doom buggy's and the website lies there's no pool there's no hot dog there's no breakfast it's a bag lunch with a tiny bottle of water a yogurt for toddler and some dried up fruit or fruit cup I should say there's no washing machines or dryers that work with a s*** you have to bring your own water the bed bugs are freaking everywhere add you're lucky if you're going to get a clean room everything on that website is live the management condones combative behavior it's not about the guests it's about the employees boy if employee threatens to beat you up the management will go with the employee side even if they already have an assault case in the court it don't matter to her she backs up all of them it's foul it's the most foulash should I ever seen in my life I wish I could figure out how to post the video I have of her so frustrating to see anybody walking there and say pay their good money don't pay a deposit because they use that for pocket change I've heard it and seen it you won't get it back trust me they make up reasons to keep that money I've seen it with my own two eyes and heard it so yeah they call it pocket change for the employees weekend imagine.

The room was clean and quiet the bed was not as soft as I would have liked I could feel the springs in the mattress but not horribly. Over all a nice pit stop in our trip.

The management and employees make your stay feel like your amongst family what a great place to regroup and allow the staff to do what they do … make your stay amazing I recommend this hotel 10 stars respectfully Laureet Ann Hendrick.

I have to say that the place is extremly clean. I am so impressed with not just my room but also the community areas like their parking lot and vending machine/ ice machine area. Even the stair cases and elevator was clean. I will be back. Also, friendly helpful customer services at front desk. I locked myself out my room several times and was able to get the key card replaced immediately without question or attitude.

Customer service is amazing. I must say that Ms. Katie went above and beyond to help my boys weekend to be remembered as a fun stay with his band friends and not a sad one. He had forgotten his all time favorite personalized sweatshirt and was extremely sad. Katie was able to locate it and send it in the mail to us. That extra time spent doing something that was not her fault meant so much to us. We are extremely happy with how you all handled my few phone calls. THANK YOU Katie and Super8.

5 star staff! The recent room refurb done well, with taste. They need to petition the city to do a better job of keeping the beggars out of the River Walk parking lot which is behind the hotel because there's too many weird things going on. Not safe for walking around. There is no landscaping on the side or back of the hotel, only mulch and during the two weeks we stayed someone kept starting these smoldering fires by putting out their cigarettes on the mulch. The LLC that owns this property should show more care and better consideration for their fantastic staff.

Clean and everything was as expected for simple hotel. Nice service reps to help you out. Easy to get to, and well located in Corvallis to get to beaver games, hwy 20, 99, and 34. Within walking distance to food and drinks.

There are a lot of spiders all around this place, I mean like hundreds all around the building and they come out at night so if you come back late night try the main entrance as there are way less spiders than on the side entrances. Also there is a wasp problem and you can see all the wasp nests they have made near the top of the building. A good pressure wash would solve a lot as the building is extremely dirty with webs all around it on the outside, but hey it's just a super eight so what do you expect.

We arrived late last night to find that the room we had called and confirmed about had been "mistaken". Okay mess ups happen. The bathroom in my room had a toilet that I had to fix to get it to stop running. The roof of my bathroom had a lovely mold that bloomed around my rust covered fan and painted down the walls. The beds had sheets that looked like someone else slept in them. The continental breakfast was sparce and the coffee was so-so. The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because the staff here are absolutely amazing. They are given very little to work with and are trying to make it the best they can, this place is horrible but the staff is great. *Edit* they gave our stay a comped night.

Looked at 3 rooms to get a decent one. All the rooms feel damp. The 1st room offered was on the 3rd floor. I got a contact high walking to it. The room was full of spiders, there were 3 above the window, a big one on the wash cloth hanging on the shower. Then there was some type of stinkbug on the shelf. We were given 2 other room keys to inspect. 1 had a bad smell, and a cover scent like lysol. The other room also felt damp, and very cold. I would never stay here.

Gross! *Evidenced by all of the discarded cigarette buts, no recepticals for smoking trash in smoking areas. 4 Stars on the room and amenities 2 Stars on the property 4 Stars on the Front Desk Service Kirsten & Rochelle both. 5 Stars for Katie's guest service, and at a 2 star price, even!

I feel so disappointed! I will never set my mother up here again. We rented room on 4th I thought I should go2 work 4them, to train them how to clean a room. Disgusting! I felt bad for the man at the front of the house. He was nice enough to switch are room's. Yet that room was nasty as well. Hair n both bathroom, dirty finger prints everywhere, hair on pillows and blankets. We didn't even wanna use the! I forgot to mention, how dirty the hallways n common areas where as well.

The Super 8 was very nice. The rooms were well kept and the staff were friendly.

The rooms were clean and decently furnished. They were willing to assist us when our prior arrangement fell through last minute. Decent selection for breakfast and the pool area was nice.

The room I am in is clean. The bathroom as well. At the time of my arrival, the front desk person informed that the pool is broken, but the hot tub is fine. There is an elevator going to the second level. A little hidden on the side. The elevator, however, is clean.

What more can you expect from a Super 8. The upside is that it's in a very nice location being right next to the Waterfront, making for a nice opportunity for a walk in the morning. Dogs are accepted which is an upside, and rooms are actually pretty nice now that they have been updated. Not really a place to bag on considering the value.

Great service! Needed an extra pillow for my knee to an injury and cortisone shot in the knee. However there was a huge issue with mold/mildew surrounding the Ac unit in our room, but they changed our room immediately, and habe is 25% off our bill. The rooms are being updated, and they have beautiful painting thay look 3-d of covered bridges and mountains Amazing. Thank you Super 8! We were in town for the Sheila Walsh Womens conference.

This is a 2-3 star rating in my book. Clean rooms, but dated bathroom and figure issue in toilet. Recommend if you're on a budget this could work for you.

When we come to town to visit family we always stay at the 8, friendly and accommodating, rooms are spacious and clean. Our stay is always relaxing, and view the is pleasant.

The rooms are clean. Day manger works hard and is social and kind. There's not enough insulation between the walls.

Poor standard of cleanliness. Dirty pool but Low prices.

The staff here have been so outgoing and helpful, whether reserving a particular pet friendly room, or needing a late checkout. It is like visiting family! Thank you Ron, Kate, and you "behind the scenes" folk!

It was clean and the staff and management was excellent and friendly would and have recommended it to anybody looking for a great place to stay. Thank you for the excellent experience.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. Decent breakfast choices and the coffee was good.

They were redoing rooms. It was hard to be comfortable in between new carpets and maintenance, but the staff was wonderful and their breakfast was excellent.

Decent hotel. TV was way out of calibration though… both edges were stretched, and the remote was a sanitized universal remote, so there was no way to access the system menu and make adjustments.

For business, good hotel, very close to the company where it was in training, close to DownTown, good cleanliness, comfortable bed, less than basic breakfast, cereals, fruit, coffee, bread, and a slow waffle machine.

This motel is okay. It’s a budget hotel but even budget hotels should adhere to minimal standards of cleanliness. Finding an old used coffee pouch in the coffee maker really made me question how deep the cleaning goes around here. Still, it’s still a cut above its direct competition.

We paid extra for a "river view" room, which just has a view of the trees along the river. You can see about a 10 foot section of the river between the trees and that's probably a generous size estimate. The check-in staff was pleasant and she was happy to give us recommendations on where to eat. The male staff working in the morning when we checked out was not friendly at all. I know most people just leave their rooms when they checkout and don't go to the front desk, but every once in a while I still like to turn my keys in. When I placed the keys on the counter to checkout the staff member looked irritated that I was there and just swiped them off the counter and said, "okay?! " in an irritated voice. I felt extremely awkward and just said, "oh okay, thank you" and left. It was quite uncomfortable. The room was okay, though the fan doesn't sound like it comes on. We noticed it really late at night and were going to mention it at checkout, but I was flustered with the attitude of the staff so I forgot. The bed was firm, but not overly so. I slept okay but my husband's back hurt after sleeping on it. I like the outlets in the lamps to charge phones and laptops.

In serious need of upgrading. I stay at the Super 8 in Medford, Los Angeles and also Arizona every time I go and even though they are usually cheaper hotels those are all very clean and functional. I was surprised however to see how bad the one in Corvallis was. The air conditioner was broke. The bathroom had some serious repair needs cosmetically. I was disappointed. I don't expect a lot in a cheaper Hotel. Just that it's clean and respectable for the money.

Was in town for an event and the hotel ended up pretty packed by the day after I checked in. I probably wouldn't have known how full it really was if I hadn't seen all the vehicles in the parking lot. Couldn't hear a peep from the people around me. The hotel wasn't overly spectacular, but definitely comfortable. My only complaint was the lack of choice for breakfast. Didn't want anything fancy, but it would have been nice to have a few more choices.

Nice rooms with a pleasant view. Conveniently located, but not crowded. Laundry facilities are a nice touch. The pool was surprisingly well maintained. Beds are comfortable and we had enough towels and pillows for the 5 of us. TV needs a guide and the selection of channels is limited. Breakfast was simple and mostly good, except there is only one waffle iron which led to long waits, whining children, and grumpy guests (not just us). Overall, though, it was a good stay and I'd gladly stay there again.

We stayed for four nights and my biggest complaint for sleeping was the pillows. The beds were fairly comfortable. The pool looks bad. The floor is brown and looks like it has been poorly maintained. The hot tub is also bad. The jets do not function properly. They spray water everywhere and don't have nozzles to focus the water. We weren't even sure they were moving water, it seems like it was just moving air. The breakfast was decent.

I had been staying here for the past 5 weeks for work, was planning on staying 8 more weeks, until I got over charged and left 2 notes for the manger (male with accent) to try and get it fixed. I never received a call so I called him and he kept telling me flat out he cant change it to my normal rate I had previously been getting. I have already changed my reservation for next week. I will also make a complaint to the general manger when I check out tomorrow morning.

The late night staff person was very helpful for our family when we rolled in at 1:30 am needing a room, and the morning desk staff was equally pleasant and cheerful in helping us figure out family breakfast. Everybody was courteous and hard working, and I feel that we were treated well. Accommodations were as expected from a Super 8, not luxurious but quite adequate.

The owner is a jerk who is not accommodating. He wont tell me prices, hung up on me and billed my friends credit card after he said he wont. Then he asked me if I lived in America when he isnt even from here. I have used this place over and over and after this whole situation I will be looking for a new place to go when in that area. Sad too cause we were bring lots of business. Then he demanded I tell him exactly when ill be there so he can come in and deal with me tomorrow instead of take care of the situation on the phone today. I dont know when I will come in and check in… its my vacation. Im on deadlines all week and now I have to be tomorrow as well. I will say they have good waffles and the lady that works for him is nice but he is not. I just dont get it…

You get what you pay for. Its a cheap place to stay for a few nights. The room & bathroom were clean, clean bedding, complimentary breakfast as promised. Things to expect: most uncomfortable beds ever… you will toss and turn all night on these old spring mattresses, sore sports and body pains guaranteed. Long lines and wait for breakfast… they should really go to walmart to buy a second waffle iron. They have 1 and the cook time is 2:30 for a single waffle (so if you are cooking 2 or 3 waffles for your family, 7.5 minutes later is when the next person in line can start making their food) … not very practical when the solution is so easy. Lastly, there is a pool. If you decide to get in… id recommend goggles. The amount of chlorine in this thing is deadly and the pool needs a serious bottom wash or new coat of paint… it looks pretty bad… but the water was clean. Have fun.

Do not say here. Thought it was clean and ok to stay here. Wrong! woke up with bed bugs bites all up and down my arms. Called the front desk they said they never had this problem before. Like they didn't believe me. Two weeks later, I still have not heard from manager even though they said they would call me back. My bug bites are still there and I'm still suffering from staying at this hotel! Warning they don't care and you do stay here the bugs will get you.

Stay here. It is a great hotel for the price. Clean rooms, friendly staff, free Wi-Fi works great, waffle breakfast included. I'm very happy. Do not stay at the Rodeway Inn across the street. The staff is rude and the rooms have mold in the showers. Very unpleasant… SUPER 8 all the way!

This motel was dirty with bed bugs! Do not waste your time or money. My daughter and I were there for a visit to OSU — thought it would be fine for one night, however upon getting ready for bed we discovered bed bugs in both beds! We were escorted to another room and upon entering that room, saw that there were dirty towels on bathroom floor, full garbage can. The room hadn't been cleaned. We immediately requested a refund and called to book another hotel in town. When I contacted management days later, he refused to compensate for the extra we had to pay for a clean hotel at 9:30 PM. He said, "If you want nice hotel, you pay more money". He didn't care one bit about the fact that his place was disgusting, dirty and ridden with bugs. I feel sorry for the people who have stayed there unknowingly of the bugs. We feel so lucky that we saw them before we actually got into bed.

Nothing special, nothing bad, just your standard hotel. The Wi-Fi is pretty slow, sometimes unusable, but the breakfasts are good and the pool is nice.

For ten years we have stayed at this hotel & never had complaints until our recent visit! The rooms were filthy, the Wi-Fi was slow no matter what time you tried & the staff was not at all as friendly as in the past, especially management! We will NOT be staying here again!

Stayed here last year nice rooms nice staff… this time Rude hostess. Hands were dirty, shirt was dirty and he was rude. The room the floors had not been vaccumed. A/C barely worked at all. I had planned to stay a couple nites but no way. Do not plan to stay here again.

It was nice & clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Within walking distance to all the cute shops. The "farmer's market" was right behind the hotel. Great stay. Would stay again if we ever make the 1900 mile journey. :-)

I will second that this place is a little sketchy. The building itself is fine, and the rooms are clean enough. The area around it though is very noisy at night from the nearby road (and other rooms — thin walls, apparently).

The thing I am most upset about is the fact that I have stayed at this hotel before and was willing to come back again, but then I needed to modify my hotel date, and DID NOT want to cancel. When I called to do so and just move my date a little ways out b/c my plans changed, I was treated VERY rudely by Tony the hotel manager. He laughed at me snarkely many times when I was explaining to him why I needed to make these changes and said to me, "We do not do that here, you cannot change your hotel reservation for any reason, didn't you read the fine print? " And said my visa card would be charged whether I showed up or not. so my warning to any new customers for this hotel, do not stay here unless you want to be treated like dirt by the manager, always be wrong and not get to make any changes with your reservation for any reason, and stay in a sub-par hotel room. I even called the corporate office and they said they can't do anything b/c each hotel gets to make their own rules and policies. All I could do was place a concern and then corporate would send it back to that hotel and they would decide what to do. I am never going back to stay at this Super 8.

Staff were very nice, but rooms need updating. Our room on the bottom floor was creepy and a little musty. It was the cheapest spot we could find, so that's why we went here. Slept, woke, left.

The price for the room I was charged was well beyond the online quoted price plus a cash deposit. It was sketchy. The room was stinky, uncomfortable and for some reason was placed adjacent to the voucher crowd. The internet was absolutely horrible and I understood why when I noticed the satellite internet attached to the hotel. For the most part the staff was hostile and very creepy. Money went missing from my room when I left to get dinner. This motel really put me off letting rooms for quite awhile, I don't like the memory of staying here. I suggest checking out a motel in south Corvallis.
