Wonderful hotel! Super nice and helpful staff. We actually occupied a lot of rooms (16 to be exact) for our family and friends who came to our wedding weekend. We also rented the the beautiful designed cocktail room for one evening. It was incredible! Great service! Super professional and super nice! Everything was above perfect! Top to bottom! The staff was patient, helpful and very pleasant taking care of every request and question we had from Before arriving to the very last check out. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome, they even gave us the suite for a few hours to do some photo shooting and organize before the wedding. You all were great! A Special thanks to Maud the events manager, who helped us a lot in her very pleasant way! Thank you for hosting us the way you did and letting us feel at home in Paris. You will always stay in our hearts… I can't thank you enough! Merci merci merci!

Expensive but beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We couldn't see the eiffel tower from our room but it is walking distance. The metro station is very close which made our stay perfect.

We had the most lovely break here. Our room was comfortable and cleaned really well daily. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The hotel is in a really good location to visit the Eiffel tower (15 minutes walk) and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. It's easy to get on the metro nearby to explore the rest of Paris. The best bit, we could see the Eiffel tower from the room and even whilst lying in bed, to see it light up at night was amazing. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.

Here on honeymoon. One the best hotels I've stayed in. Brilliant staff. And the view is incredible.

The Hotel was very impressive. People at the front desk available late at night welcomed us in the best way. The room was perfect and spotless. You can walk quietly barefoot on the carpet. I loved the presence of the coffee pot and the boiler in the room, with the option to ask for waffles and tea at any time. So warmly recommended to couples who want to indulge in a romantic weekend in Paris. The sauna is also offered! The area is convenient, a few steps from a metro station and very nice places to eat.

Nice place to stay with great view of the eiffel tower and city. Happy to have a nespresso coffee machine in the hotel. A bit miserly with the pods though.

Very friendly Hotel to spend a few days in Paris for example as a couple or even with family! The hotel is very clean and the décor is simple but modern.

Lovely Hotel, With very friendly staff. Our room was clean and had a nice view of the Eiffel tower as expected. Wasn't the biggest room ever but was very clean and had everything we needed. A nice addition was a smart phone in the room with information on all the local restaurants and travel information. Breakfast area was beautifully decorated and food was nice. Will defiantly recommend to anybody visiting Paris.

I stayed with my wife for 4 nights at this hotel. The decision has fallen to this hotel because it is only one to two kilometres from the Eiffel Tower and is within walking distance. The nearest metro station is just a few hundred metres away, making it easier to inquire about the city. The location is excellent.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Especially the one older lady from the restaurant cares about the well-being of the guests, which I find very great. Great praise to you! You feel then smooth fiddle. Moreover, most of the staff can perfect English and a few of them also German. Super!
Our room was a little small but clean. We only missed a large table and a fridge, but even without it we could make ourselves comfortable in the room and by the way we could view the Eiffel Tower from the window.
The room service is reliable, tidy and clean.
In addition, a smartphone is provided as a travel tour from the hotel. A very nice idea.
Conclusion: I can recommend to anyone. The location, the staff, the service and the quality is excellent.

Very Nice boutique hotel in paris. It features a lovely lobby and breakfast area. The rooms are lovely with spacious bathroom. And it s really close to the Trocadero!

No complaints, very good welcome, the hotel is perfectly maintained and clean, my room is quite large, quiet and clean. It is very well equipped, the shower room is also clean. The parking lot which is still at 25th/day is a big plus for me. Breakfast at 17 was good, too bad that the foreign cards do not pass, I had to use my visa to settle.

The welcome was very warm, the staff mastered english, perfect rooms, spacious. The place to have breakfast is sublime: glass roof and plants on the wall, or like the breakfast itself: wide choice, pastries, salty, sweet, drinks… it's all there!

First stay but I would come back. Very nice and functional room. Breakfast at the top. Lovely staff. The Italian restaurant right next door is very good too.

A classic hotel that gets its 4 stars right. The Conciere was able to meet German. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Here you can book again.

I was in this hotel and the hotel is nice. No doubt that its little expensive but it has to be because its in Paris and close to Effiel tower. The worst part of this hotel is one of the staff member. One of the staff member is really not polite and apart from that everything is good. Other staff members are excellent. And most of the important places in Paris can be seen on foot. However, on Hotel website they claim Eiffel view but the view’s picture is attached which is not quite of a view.

Great location—right next to the 6 and 8 metro trains and close to several excellent places to eat. The Eiffel Tower is a 10-minute walk away, or one stop on the 6 line from Dupleix to Bir Hakeim stop. The people working at the front desk of the hotel were always welcoming and courteous. The room was always perfectly cleaned and made every day, with all the necessities stocked. It’s also very clean and quiet. It was the perfect place to begin and end our day in the city. We absolutely loved our stay!

Hotel was nice staff was great view of Tower was good. Room was small but clean bathroom was BIG but wish they would had made the room bigger and bathroom smaller. Overall it was nice and a convinent location. Did not like PARIS a whole lot but this place was great to stay at!

They always have something more to collect. The rooms are humid and very small.

Customer service is absolutely abysmal. Was unable to make my trip due to family emergency. I cancelled well in advance, 2 months to be precise. Phoned reception desk to cancel and lady told me my booking was cancelled and no further action was required. On the date of the supposed holiday I get billed for 1 days stay even though I cancelled in advance. Maud from the hotel claims not only was a woman not working there on the day of my call, he claims the call never took place even though I have proof from my service provider. They refuse to refund my money and bearing in mind, neither on their website or my confirmation email does it specify cancellations can ONLY be done via website or email. Staff are poorly trained and management refuse to do anything about it for the sake of 178Euros.

Excellent hotel and charming staff! The breakfast selection was also excellent. The rooms are nicely decorated and the shower had excellent water pressure. This hotel is within walking distance of the eiffel tower and the Seine.

Excellent weekend stay in Paris! Great view from our room, parking in the basement and very comfortable room. Great location for walking, eating and dining. Excellent market right out front on Sunday morning.

Very nice workers, knew many different languages and were very helpful. Beautiful rooms and enviroment. It was also extremely close to the different attractions with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower! Definitely would recommend.

A hotel not at all attentive to the clientele.
While our plane was cancelled at the last minute we could not get to the hotel. This one did not seek to listen to us and took us the sum of two rooms or 300 euros without any notice. We will never put our feet in this one. We were not even able to shift the dates and our friends and we even were shocked at the non-collaboration. I declare this hotel as a thief of this clientele.

Pure wonder! Personal extremely friendly and attentive, refined chic place, spacious room and very comfortable… In short an unforgettable night, I highly recommend!

The front desk are very helpful and knowledgeable. Our room (#47) was very clean and spacious for the 3 of us. Unfortunately it does not have a view of anything but that's ok considering we needed space. The location to the metro is perfect. I would absolutely stay here again!

The rooms have been renovated and are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are very nice and include rain shower heads. The staff is friendly and speaks English. They were very helpful to us during our stay. There is a well connected metro stop 200 meters away that we used to travel all around Paris.

Fair enough to the price.

Needs some serious renovations. Dirty walls and furniture. Instead of putting up a Christmas tree — why don't they clean and paint the walls? Service was good enough though — employees were apologetic about the state of the hotel so received a free upgrade to the "suite" which was not that much better. Overall — try to avoid.

Good home. Cramped and noisy rooms. Reasonable rate. Nice breakfasts.

This has been a "Holiday Inn" until recently. You can tell by the yellow silhouette on the dirty grey wall by the entrance. Stairs down by the entrance (so you have to pick up and carry your heavy bags to get them into the hotel) and a missing window panel "complement" the exterior. On the inside: greasy furniture in the lobby and the room, dirty and scratched walls, stained and worn out carpet. Some suspicious folks hang out in the lobby after hours. Elevators so small it can only fit 3 people max. It also stops with a "nice" jerk, that send your stomach flying, so don't ride it after lunch. Mold in the bathroom, sink with yellow spots, rusty taps, chipped bathtub with missing plug. Sparky electrical pot. Mini-bar on the lock (you have to pick up the key at the reception if you want to open it). Smells like someone peed in the corner (which is probably exactly what happened). AC that produces no cold, but a lot of old-refrigerator like noise. I've also got charged extra 200 euros for my kid, something that no other hotel did (I visited London and Tokyo on this trip). Receptionist told me I can call whoever I want to complain, when I said it was a rip-off. Not a tiny bit of compassion, not even a simple "sorry". Priceline refused to help too, they stated that hotel has been "conveniently prepaid" so I couldn't go to another one. When I asked for a complementary adapter (standard in other hotels I stayed at) at the reception desk, they told me they had one for sale.
