Fantastic location, right next to Ashland creek and within walking distance of downtown and the park. Very clean hotel and rooms, nice breakfast included and evening and late night snacks. Traveling with kids I appreciate the in room mini fridge and microwave. Not the most comfortable bed I've slept in but not awful either. Highly recommend the Greenleaf restaurant nearby for breakfast/brunch/lunch or light dinner.

The room was amazing. The staff was very nice, and even called us to confirm everything was ok when we forgot to check out. The hotel is in a great location; within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. My only complaint would be parking. There's not much of it, and the parking garage is very small and tight.

Our room was and clean. Front desk staff was helpful and nice. Wi-Fi worked well. There breakfast and snacks were great. Have been there a couple of times and will go back in the future.

Beautiful views, super close to the Shakespeare festival and shopping. They have cookies and tea available after plays in the afternoon and evenings. Helpful friendly staff and very clean.

Stopped here on a whim, and was very pleasantly surprised. Stayed on the third floor, and had a wonderful view across the valley. The provided breakfast was also very nice, complete with fresh waffles, scrambled eggs and cheese, and good sausages. Being there during a non-peak time also kept the price reasonable. Is stay here again!

Super friendly, very clean and great location. Just steps away from all the great shops and restaurants in downtown Ashland. It's 1 block off the main drag so it's nice and quiet.

Staff was very nice and helpful, even recommended places to grab food and a drink. Room had two queen beds and a Jacuzzi tub, it was very spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the fountain. This hotel was in a great location and walking distance to downtown which is great. Would definitley recommend for a weekend getaway!

Love it! My daughters and I go every year. We play Scrabble by the fire in the main lobby. Have cookies and hot chocolate after plays. Great Breakfasts. Within walking distance to everything! And we pick our pillows and each get a different one. We've taken babies and pets (although not at the same time) and the hotel has been equally accommodating and helpful.

Three star hotel that feels like a four star. Clean well provisioned suite, cookies at night and great complimentary breakfast. Good local coffee. Convenient downtown location make it easy to walk down to some of Ashland's many restaurants.

Warm, retro & elegant rooms. Top notch receptionists, knowledgeable & very friendly. Tucked away from Main St but well worth the extra two right turns!

Very clean, boutique rooms in a wonderful location. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. At Christmas time, the lobby is decorated beautifully. We love to stay here.

We've always enjoyed staying here. Nice room and awesome location. Our last stay they charged us for the $3 bottle of water offered in the room, even though we didn't open it. I phoned and left 2 messages told a manager would get back to me. Never received a call. My 3rd call, spoke to the man working the desk, said the manager has left but he would reverse the charge. Never happened. False charges are a turn off for us, otherwise I would have rated this place higher.

Beautiful property, professional services, and excellent location. The rooms are comfortable and I swear I had the best night's sleep. I loved the pillow menu and the expanded morning breakfast!

Either newly renovated or new construction. Very tight parking on basement floor where Tesla chargers are located. Clean rooms, continental breakfast was good.

Been here several times for the Shakespeare Festival. Adequate, but nothing special. Then a year later we are charged for not showing up for a reservation we never made. Ironically, the specified dates for the day the reservation was made (June 11th) and the arrival date (July 14th) were identical from the prior year when we did actually engage their establishment. We notified our credit card company of the error and they filed a dispute. Hotel representative Gullad Mohamed produced an apparently fabricated internal document showing this years date to which I then just plain lost it. We've since provided documentation that supports our dispute and hope to be done with these buffoons. Stay clear of this place!

Always our go-to place to stay in Ashland. Comfortable. Breakfast in morning and cookies and milk after theatre in the evening. Nice touch.

First time taking the dogs and the rooms are very clean. No pet smell upon arrival. Very close to downtown Ashland and walking distance to everything. Only complaint is the breakfast does instance eggs. This is one of our favorite place to stay when visiting Ashland.

Been staying here for years. Fun midnight cookies and wine tastings. Rooms are great. Awesome location for plays.

We stopped by to see a friend at this establishment, but did not have a room ourselves. The place looks wonderful and the management is very friendly. Looking forward to staying here some day in the future.

Check-in is a bit slow and late in the day (4 pm) for us. Great location for the OSF and nearby restaurants. Has weight room, allows pets, free breakfast and cookies/milk after 10pm.

A couple of days in Ashland! This little hotel was exceptionally clean with a great front desk team and extremely centrally located near the beautiful Lithia Park and great spots to chill. Nice neighborhood and easy in and out.

Where to begin… It takes a lot for me to complain. We booked this online through a third party, but made sure that we selected the room option that was right for us. The room was labeled "Deluxe, " but that was obviously a filler-word. The room was adequate, at best. The front desk person did not greet us when we arrived to check in, leaving us to stand waiting until they finally asked us if we needed something. There was no one else around. We requested a DVD player, and the attendant installed it in such a way as to be unusable: the disc tray couldn't open. We corrected the placement ourselves, only to find that the batteries in the remote were dead. The fridge was too small to hold the ice bucket. Overall, the service was poor and the amenities insufficient for the price.

Wish we could have stayed more than one night here. Hotel staff was very friendly, rooms very clean, and our room even had a veranda looking onto the beautiful countryside. … had to edit this to include the great breakfast and dining area with gorgeous outdoor seating.
