Dinner was great! They took all my money so thanks for the comps!

We didn't win but we had so much fun. made a few memories with our daughter, easy check in with our rv, staff and security are super nice too. we were lucky enough to get a electric site for our rv too. we'll be back soon.

The hotel is very well maintained and comfortable. The restaurant's serve delicious food and even though I didn't win, the games are lots of fun.

Nice place, mellow atmosphere. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a spot to chill.

Great BAR service… Food 🍱 is ok too, …. However… we didn’t try much as we were busy winning 💰❣️👍🏼 But the Spucy Raspberry wings are AMAZING ‼️
Went back the next day for an extra order to take on the road …. Not a disappointment. ❣️❣️

Good clean establishment enjoy the games and a good staff get tired of the games enjoy their food always meet new people might even see old friends.

Fun little casino. They need to upgrade their non-smoking room as it is still smoky in there and there is no table play in the room.

My husband and I go to Three Rivers whenever possible, we live in Salem so don't get down there a lot. It is our favorite casino. The staff is always friendly and the comps are great. We always eat at least once at the Bonfire, it's expensive but well worth the price and the service is always excellent. The events that Three Rivers have are awesome and lots of fun. All the hosts that I've meant have been friendly and will go out of their way to get what you need. This is our favorite casino and we go there more often than anywhere else — including Spirit Mountain and Chinook which are closer for us. I wish Three Rivers was close enough that we could drive over every weekend, but it is always fun when we go and spend a night or two. We do try to go when they are having an event because they are the most fun and Three Rivers has more events than any other casino — if they were closer we'd go to most all events and definitely go a lot more often. Then again it might be a good thing — since we would spend a lot more at casinos if Three Rivers were close enough to go more often. Keep up the good works Three Rivers CEO and staff. You are doing great.

This casino has very friendly helpful people. Also. They give good things away in drawings. Full casino vegas style and. Card room. Good restaurants.

Probably the Worst Casino I've ever been, I will never go back to this craphouse, security are dopey and the staff is stupid, it's in the middle of nowhere and they don't want to keep people coming back, they'd rather threaten you instead, stay away.

I would have put no star bit it won't let me. First the place is good of smoke and then when going to buffet the lady was rude and the lady that took us to our table wouldn't stop staring my partner down. There's no line so everyone cuts you off. The staff slammed the plates in the tray which was very loud and having hearing aids it wasn't awesome. The staff through my teeth away and the food was gross. All the meat was dry. Never ever going there again.

Aside from the gambling, the staff is indifferent and often horribly unprofessional, the service is poor, the prices are high, and the food is sub-par. Went to the bathroom and listened to two employees screaming a conversation from opposite ends of the room… They were trash talking another employee. The room had 8-10 guests in it.

The new CEO is fabulous he’s turned this casino around. Everyone who works there goes out of there way to be friendly and kind. Let’s all try to remember it’s a business. In the past yes everyone got comps… that my friends makes a losing business. You can’t except to go in and spend 50-100 dollars and get a free meal and a room it just doesn’t add up. You have to spend money to get things for free that’s just common sense! The new steak house the Bonfire is one of the best steak houses I’ve ever eaten at and the service is top notch. Yes it’s fairly expensive but well worth the price. Blue Bells bar has wonderful food that you can get 24 hours a day. The bartenders are all accommodating and very very friendly! I go there often and I take the time to learn names and always say Hi it’s amazing what a little kindness and friendliness will get you in return. The executive host Lauri is one of the kindest and sweetest ladies I’ve ever met I’ve had meals with her when I was eating alone and they are beyond enjoyable. Im a diabetic and had a low blood sugar episode there twice once where security went out of their way to help me in the bar and paramedics were called when Chris was working the bar they got me better and he made sure I had all the food I needed to stabilize and I was never asked to pay and once the paramedics took me to the hospital and the host Chelsea picked me up when they released me two hours after her shift had ended and drove me back to my room.

I recently had a chance to dine inside the Blue bills sports bar, when I arrived I asked the waitress if they had any special promotions for Someone if it's there birthday. I was told no, so me and my family continued on our dinner order. Deciding "why not" I decided to order my self a birthday daiquiri. Presentation : When it arrived I first noticed the glass was covered in whipped cream / sugar from top to bottom (I couldn't even grip the glass without sugar getting all over myself and the table! Strike 1. Taste: The strawberry daiquiri was noticeably short poured being as you could not taste any alcohol inside it, The drink was also not blended enough seeing that it had huge chunks of ice that made using the straw difficult. Strike 2! I forced myself to Finnish my drink because I was not gonna spend that kinda money on a drink and not Finnish it. (my mistake I should have requested a new one as soon as I received that hot mess they called a drink! ) Customer service : Being someone who has worked in the customer service field for 10 plus years I couldn't let this just go by with out letting the staff know, so I first spoke with the young waitress who made the drink, she was instantly on the defense. When I mentioned the sugar/cream covering the glass she said " I made it myself that not true" and then went on to question why I drank the whole thing.
