Cleanliness was not good. Furniture was worn, and repairs looked amateurish at best. I have photos.

The Wingate by Wyndham Oklahoma City Airport is a first class lodging establishment. The accommodations are pristine, and the friendly and helpful staff are top-notch!

This place is wonderful. Rooms are large and very clean. The bed and pillows had me sleeping soundly in a matter of minutes. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in my travel experience. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel gets 5 stars from me!

This location provides nothing but terrible customer service. My car was broken into on this property and NOTHING was done by the front desk personnel. No assistance was provided on any level. The only response I received was "that is not in my job description. The police are in charge of anything like that". The manager and the front desk personnel are completely unwilling to supply even an ounce of human decency to customers staying on the property.

This was one of several stays at this hotel. We love it there! Staff is always nice, rooms are always clean.

Room was awesome! Clean and perfect for our needs! Bed was soft and my wife slept all night long. She doesn't even sleep this comfortable in our own bed. The only thing was the staff was not very friendly or welcoming. They basically whisked us in and out which is fine but still they did not acknowledge us as a customer. It was just money to them.

Despite some bad reviews I had a good stay here. Good pre trip communication. A quiet and clean room. I felt safe at all times. Single traveller from the UK.

Such a great place, the staff was amazing, the hotel and rooms was always clean. Close to restaurants too! One of the best places I've stayed at.

The location of this hotel was really nice there were about 10 restraunts near by in walking distance and the hotel itself was very nice and clean the only problem I had was my tub had a bit of mold in the grout and there was a piece of glass in the hallway on the floor also my bagel at breakfast had a bit of mold on it. Otherwise the staff was good and friendly and the breakfast was nice they had biscuits and gravy and eggs with other things.

Wasn't awful, just seemed like there was some attention to detail missing in maintaining the room. There were ants all over the kitchenette in the suite. The AC unit was not functional and had to be on full blast next to the bed which was incredibly loud, or off completely. Bathroom looks like it was just fresh towels and wiped counters, the floors were visibly dirty and needing to be mopped.

Booked this particular hotel because it advertised indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Indoor pool room was so hot you couldn't stand it. Hot tub was barely warm water and NO water circulation and sauna was just a little bitty room with a heater stuck in it… went to take a hot bath in my room since hot tub sucked, bath tub wouldn't hold water… We were very disappointed. But room conditions were ok.

Everything was umpire I love the fact that you don't have to think about anything because everything is already supply for you in the right way and everything is accessible from your hotel also the staff are very attentive to your needs there is no worrying whatsoever you're in good hands.

Dirty and barely worthy of 1 star. Bathtub had mold and mildew, A/C only blew low speed, light bulbs were burned out, and the breakfast was lacking Attention. Highly dissatisfied.

Better then a hotel 6 but not really worth the money when you can stay at the wyndom just down the road that is so much better. Seems like there are a lot of things broke and the people don't seem to care about it at all. So far the ice machine on my floor, the side entry door, the door to the pool, and the hot tub are all broke with a response from the employees of "well it should work".

Amazing place. They are doing some upgrades from classic look to a very modern look. Excited to see the upgrades. The front desk staff is especially easy to work with. They are the definition of excellent customer service in a service based industry where customer service is slowly diminishing.

Side doors won’t open with key card for guest forcing you to walk all the way to the front door in the rain. Tub stopper didn’t work preventing the ability to take a hot bath. Bath tub had red stains in on the bottom truly resembling someone having a menstrual cycle. It caused me to even try to wipe it up with a wet washcloth. Bathroom floor was dirty and had dirt and hair in the floor. Outside the elevator door, the hallway on the third floor had a strong cigarette odor. The bathroom vent fan had an excessive amount of dust collected in it causing it to be ineffective at removing steam in the bathroom. One elevator had what appeared to be broken blue pills in the corner and was there the duration of a 4 day stay. Television remote simply would not do anything other than turn the TV on and off. Was limited to one channel for the duration of the stay. No lamp on or near the desk.

If you are Fed Rate stay away better locations at the price point than this place. You only need to look at the exterior to understand how poorly maintained this location is. The US Flag is faded and in tatters the Wingate flag is so faded its just white. The rooms are dirty and falling apart. Room cleaning is dangerous the mop water they used to clean the bathroom is black and cross contaminating all bathrooms. If you value your health do not stay here the cleaning practices are hazardous. Breakfast was a joke it is the same sausage and egg every single day no variation in hot food. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Motel 6 is better quality than this dump.

Room was clean except for the missing toilet seat. The cordless phone did not work in our room, and we had to plug in the other phone to call the front desk. The deskperson came up and verified we had no toilet seat. He apologized and said maintenance must have not blocked the room. The rest of the stay was uneventful although you could smell marijuana in the hallways. There was 1 toaster and 1 waffle maker at breakfast, so I gave up waiting and ate a cold, untoasted bagel. When I contacted the company about the toilet seat issue I received a scripted response they would look into the problem. A personal email apology would have been appreciated.

Stayed for daughter's first birthday, nice pool and hottub, hottub was just right not to hot and not cold. Nice big rooms. Couch was comfortable according to my 6 year old son. The shampoo and conditioner smell amazing. Great price for the stay and breakfast was free on top of it! Update: I somehow managed to leave my galaxy 7 very expensive phone u called when I got home and realized left my phone number they called me back and found it great customer service!

It was an okay stay not very proud about the stay the room we got was 213 looks like it was cleaned fast. Toliet had a pee ring around it and bath tube looks like it was just wipe down. Things were left behind from another people that had stayed before us. Needs to be updated and things needs to be repair! Very dissapointed we usually stay here when we have things to do or family time. My 12 month old got up crying to people hollering and fighting outside. I also watched a man get hit by a truck didn't know if he made it or not to scared to go out side to check. Cops did come but it was too much to watch. Also My husband said my son and him went for breakfast and it was bad. The whole breakfast didn't taste good. We will not be coming back.

Loved my stay here! Amber, the night clerk, was so delightful, efficient and helpful after my long trip. Vick the morning clerk was efficient, caring and helpful. My bed was so comfortable! And it was quiet there, essential to a good nights rest! The breakfast buffet was great with a wide variety of food to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel!

Several times there was no one at the front desk. The bathtub looked dirty, but was rust. $2.00 for a 12 oz can of coke is pricey. Breakfast was not very good.

The receptionist made this visit amazing! When we arrived the linen hadn't been changed and was nasty; however the receptionist at check in on 1/19/2018 around 6p had no problem giving us clean linen so we could change them and was very apologetic. I had a bad headache that had been lingering for the 8+ hours it took us to get here and she offered me some great advice to help rid me of the headache. If not for the receptionist being so nice this would have been a terrible trip but we are able to make the most of this and enjoy our visit.

Super nice staff, no hassle check outs, quiet and clean,,,,, needed the best for my 14 year old Daughter and her sleep over! Cashed in my 15, 000 wyndham rewards points and it was awesome! My Daughter and her friends had a blast and loved the room when they walk inside and saw the hugh Suite! That was above and beyond what she expected!

Clean, rooms are nicely appointed, bed is wonderful. No smell of smoke which is very important to us. Close to so many restaurants.

Everything was clean. The lunch was delicious special mind the eggs with cheese.

My first time here… it's kinda dirty the staff was alright. There was seriously a old and new vibe going on. The rooms could be cleaned better. The sheets were dirty. But I guess for the price. The bed is big. It definitely needs to be cleaned better it would gain 2 stars if it just felt clean.

Serious state of disrepair! Hole in ceiling with mold all around it from a water leak. Tub floor is stained, drywall from ceiling covering towels. Light bulb laying on the bathroom vanity. Peanuts on the floor. People in the next room smoking. Desk clerk very rude, did not want to give a refund. Took over half an hour to get out of that slum. Left and went to another Hotel. Very spacious rooms and the cleaning staff was great. The price was spot on for this hotel as it is dated with quite a bit of competition in the area. Good breakfast and very polite and helpful staff. This is a good extended stay option.

I was here for 10 days and my favorite part was finally getting to leave. This hotel needs serious repairs.
My first room the shower head wouldn't stay on the wall, the vent in the bathroom had no cover, just a hole in the ceiling, not covers on the light fixtures, the tub was dirty, there were stains all over the carpet, and possible mold in the bathroom. My second room seemed better, until I went to take a shower and the knob fell off in my hand, the tub was still very dirty but at least the shower head stayed on the wall, only 1 towel for a room with 2 queens, and smelled like burned clothing. Then we found a sock in the corner that didn't belong to us. Maids didn't restock the coffee and didn't bother to lay the bed runner back over the bed, just stuffed it in the dresser next to my hats. The door also didn't shut all the way so you couldn't secure the security latch. The worst part was that they never offered to comp anything. Having to pay almost 1000$ for this dump was difficult but I'm glad I never have to stay here again.

This place is phenomenal for the price. Great breakfast selection, pool, small exercise room. Clean rooms, and great service. I've stayed here once a year for three last three years. Not the Ritz, but better than any other inexpensive motel I've stayed at.

Have stayed here multiple times. Anytime there has been a problem, it was quickly addressed. Our first room Air Conditioning was not working. The front desk attendant brought up keys to a new room. The rooms are always clean with a sofa in all rooms. The gym has a sauna in it. That is pretty cool. The only unusual thing is signing a "additional" Loss Damage Waiver up to 250.00 dollars that your liable for. We have stayed at a lot of nice places, but we never encountered this practice. All other hotels the Loss Damage responsibilities are listed in your rental. Your not required to sign a "additional form". Again, just a different practice. Enjoy your stay… we did.

I have been remotely working out of hotels lately and finally found my favorite one! The Wingate prices were amazing, the pool area perfect, a hidden gem there is a nice sized sauna! And hot tub! As well as perfect gym with great machines! My room was a regular double queen. At first I opted for 1 king with hideaway couch in case I had my children and the hotel manager generously for same price gave me double queen with fridge and microwave it had a large chair and ottoman. I mean to say the least I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with my decisions and money well spent! Staff so helpful and breakfast hit the spot. Clean room. Nice relaxing stay and I will book this hotel from now on if I'm in the city! Thank you for a great family friendly and affordable stay.

I give one star (it won't let me lower) and that's to the guy at the front desk. Otherwise we never got more towels, they have a 2x4 wood blocking the door which is a huge safety hazard. When we got to our room it didn't have a fire alarm it was taken off the wall, the toilet was wobbly, our TV didn't work. Did you call? Yes,! we called twice and no one came to fix it as promised. Breakfast is lousy and not warm, and when we we went to the pool there was band aids everywhere in the hot tub and pool, they do not do a good job at cleaning. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, and oh yeah to top it off their was "penis confetti" at our entrance of our door and on our pillow cases! Disgusting to say the least.

This hotel is a dump. The bathroom exhaust fan did not function, the cover was broken and was hanging four inches from the ceiling. To top it off the air conditioning unit's cord was cut. So what matinence did to fix it was twist the wires back together and leave the wires exposed.

I had to give it one star but it doesn't deserve any. We stayed two days, July 30-31, 2017. This was the dirtiest place I've ever stayed in, not so much the room itself but the hotel facility and trash littered grounds. The carpet and furniture is aged, dirty and sorely needs replaced. The exterior doors located on the side of the building which is to provide security at night wouldn't latch due to missing/worn parts. Our room had no bed side lamps; I asked the front desk if they could provide any and although they promised a quick response none were provided before checkout two days later. I also mentioned a bathroom exhaust fan that sounded like a jet engine; no one ever attempted to resolve that either. I wouldn't think about using the hot tub with green water and didn't have the nerve to try their breakfast, so I have no idea what it was like. My advice is 'go elsewhere'.

Bed was comfy, but pool was only about 1/3 filled, only 1/2 hot tub jets worked. The room shower head was broke and was not very good. Tub needs an anti slip mat! I would like to give a better review, but unfortunately, not this time.

Not good. I would not stay here again. Arrived 10:30pm at floor to find that room number sign had fallen off wall. Many broken down boxes left at ice machine and food wrappers on table near machine. Glasses in room upside on counter — no wrapper! I took pictures and went down to front desk and showed the very young manager. She said they were new management. The next morning, no changes, nothing cleaned up. Breakfast area — tables sticky with jelly and garbage cans overflowing. Same manager on duty — that just doesn't care!

The room itself is good. I see where the furniture was updated. There was a huge dent in the wall next to the air unit. In the bathroom, there was a large crack in the shower. Also, there were no room numbers on my room nor the one next to me. I had to ask a housekeeper where my room was. The door to the outside did not lock. I know they are aware of this because this has been posted numerous times in ALL the reviews of this hotel. Also on the bathroom ceiling, there were water spots. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The microwave didn't work properly. We had to unplug it and re-plug it again. When we did plug it back in, it started automatically at 3 minutes. The clerk at the front desk told me if I called the police or someone called the police on me, they would charge me $250.00. Who tells their guests that? Isn't this supposed to be a top rated hotel? I will never book at this location again. I hope this doesn't represent Wingate hotels as a whole.
