Room was good and so was customer service. I dont know if it was really humid in my room or if the sheets weren't dried all the way, but everything on the bed was slightly damp. Blanket, sheets and pillows.

Loved meeting Nicholas at the front desk. Friendly, upbeat and capable. He found a room that was ready even though we were early. King bed, sofa bed, nice desk and coffee brewing station with a small sink. Lighted switch in the bathroom. Huge floor to ceiling mirror. Comfortable and quiet. Breakfast area was clean lively with lots of options. Close to Cowboy museum.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn X-Press Penn Square on April 26, 2018 and were so impressed that we just stayed 2 nights May 15 & 16 2018 again. We live in Tulsa but go to OKC fairly often, right now for medical specialists. We've stayed in a lot of hotels and this one is by far the best! Yes, you can pay a lot more in a fancy high priced hotel and get room service and have a bar and restaurant downstairs. But why? This hotel has everything you need within a 5 minute drive and some incredible restaurants within a 10 minute drive. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! First, it is extremely reasonably priced, the rooms are in great condition, the air conditioning works great, everything that you expect to be in the room is there, if you need extra towels for the pool, they are promptly delivered great facilities and a great breakfast included! I am handicapped and they have 6 handicapped parking spots close to the door with 2 of them van accessible, so we truly handicapped don't have to roll very far. Make reservations early to get a handicapped accessible room, because handicapped people who don't use wheelchairs also get them. It is a busy hotel, but it is very quiet in the rooms. Get down to breakfast first thing in the morning if you want the full selection, however you can still get a pretty good breakfast as late as 8:30, but no eggs or meat. The whole place is clean and the whole staff is friendly and helpful.

Hotel is in a renovations phase. Nice location and will look great when completed but is dated right now. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Parking was TERRIBLE so be prepared for a long walk to the hotel if you come in at night.

I've stayed at a lot of Holiday Inns, but I won't be staying at this one again. The room had a mildew-type smell coming from the A/C unit, and the pillows had a funky smell. They're trying to update the rooms, but the paint is slopped, and running down the wall from the light fixtures. Paint was also slung in the bath tub. It looked like they didn't remove the old caulk before adding new white, so it was make-up on a pig. The hostess had over 1/2 of the the breakfast selection put away and had turned off the warmers so the food was cold — 25 minutes before it was supposed to be closed. The pictures on the site and/or app are taken by someone who knew how to stage we'll. I don't usually give bad reviews, but this one can't be helped. I'm not happy with this stay.

Pretty nice place, it's a little older. They are going through a remodel ride now. The staff is kind and courteous. They made the stay better. I've stayed here before and remembered it instantly upon pulling up.

Awesome hotel service, very clean rooms, loved the dairy free breakfast options, pool area was very well kept! Unfortnatley the reason why I have my rating as a 3 is because when we were there on March 16th-18th this year, our suburban got broken into late Friday night or early Saturday morning, with all doors locked and Windows shut. We did check and there were no security cameras or secitury system of any kind set up. They didn't do any damage to our vechile except leave it a mess and take about 20.00 worth of stuff! Our son's nice car seat was messed up a bit too, as they tried to take it, but with how it's loaded in there, they could not loosen the straps to take It! I am only sharing our experience as, I would never wish what we went through on anybody, especially on vacation hours away from home! Please do get serious about setting up a proper security system or guard at night, as the front desk said they are trying to get set up again!

Real nice and clean. I gave a 3 star rating though cause no one wants to hear a fire alarm test at 2:30am. Please work on a better time for that cause it wasn't very pleasant to jump up from a deep sleep having to hear it.

Stayed in the jacuzzi suite which was right next to the front desk. Around 2am I was awakened by this loud repetitive pounding sound from the wall. After awhile I couldn’t go back to sleep in addition the room was very hot even after hours of a low temp setting on the AC. I packed up and left to go stay somewhere more comfortable as I walked out I asked the lady at the front desk what the pounding was and she nonchalantly said “Oh its the washing machine”. I briefly told her it woke me up and I couldnt go back to sleep. She had a very blank look on her face and in a very monotone voice said “oh, sorry”. I was too tired to get into it so I just said whatever and turned and walked out never to return again.

This Place is absolutely beautiful The people that work there are wonderful And are there to actually take care of you. The breakfast was fresh and hot and delicious As well me and my fiance went there to celebrate Valentine's Day and his birthday and It was more than I could imagine they made Our room so nice for us and had it all decorated and that was key for me because I do not live there and was not able to do it myself ahead of time so I we where speechless when we got to our room. Thank you too all the Staff that work there you guys keep up the good work and we will definitely be returning.

I have stayed here several times and the quality has gone down considerably. I was given a room where the hallway leading up to the room was bare sheet rock. There was not a parden our mess sign, it looked like it was a normal everyday scene. The room itself had a ac/heater unit that could not be turned off also when it started, it sounded like it was coming apart. Every thirty minutes I got awakened by this demon. The room was missing tile, the shower soap holder was barely hanging on and the bed was broken down. After I complained to the front desk, she just looked at me and said they would have maintenance look into it. To top it off, the Wi-Fi is terrible. It keeps disconnectng and reconnecting. Time to update this hotel. I won't stay here again. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Nice, clean and roomy accomodations. Well supplied breakfast buffet at no extra cost. Great front desk and other service staff.

Dascia is the sweetest receptionist ever. She checked me in with a huge smile on her face and complimented my shirt. As we left for dinner & came back, she greeted us again & told us to have a good night & Thanksgiving.

No air conditioner? Room temperature was 90 degrees. Switched thermostat to "cool". After 30 min temperature did not drop. Went to front desk. Clerk was very friendly, but informed me the air conditioning was "turned off" and that my best bet was to shut the conditioner off and that hopefully my room temperature would fall to 70 degrees overnight. It may be November; but this is Oklahoma and highs this week are almost 80 degrees. I can't be the only person who wants to sleep in a cool room. Next time I will find a cheap $50 motel that will at least have a functioning air conditioner. Not at all worth the price of this room. Very disappointed.

The complimentary breakfast was good and included fresh fruit and a pancake robot. My room smelt damp but was better the second day. Overall the room felt clean. The location is across the street from the hospital.

The employee's are great. I stayed at this hotel for a week. The cleaning force was incredible. The maids spend a great amount of time cleaning and it shows. The breakfast is standard Holiday Inn Express style. The hotel is a bit dated but again the staff make the hotel clean and enjoyable. You are close to restaurants and department stores. I will defiantly be back.

Very nice room. We got a king with a sofa sleeper. The sofa bed was a bit on the rough side and could have used a mattress pad. Also, the TV stand seemed to have been broken and caused the TV to lean. Other than that, the room was immaculate, comfortable, and well-furnished. I would stay here again.

Told me room I booked was not available. Obvious overbook but lied about maintenance issue. Called another hotel for me about booking another room for me which was a lie by other hotel or both front desk employees. Not sure who was lying at this point because both were caught in lies. 0 stars for being donkey-headed adversaries. The truth would have been no problem to handle. Short blond girl was the liar. Tell her I said hello.

Employees were very nice. Rooms were super clean and very spacious. Lovely atmosphere as well.

The staff went out of their way to make me comfortable knowing I was in town for a medical procedure. I will stay there every time I go back to town!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and TV selection was good! Friendly front desk staff and its in a decent location, not far from mall, grocery etc.

Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly. Has a pool indoors it's not very big but it was nice. Breakfast was actually pretty good for a hotel.

Checking in was fast! (6:45pm on a Wednesday night) Counter girl looked like Gillian Jacobs from COMMUNITY and was interestingly nice. Rooms were clean with plenty of coffee and extras. Parking was was tightly close and off kilt but,,,,, we got there. You'll end up doing a lot of U-Turns just coming and going :-)

So I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. My grandson is here for a tournament. It's 2 adults one child they put us in a room with a pull out bed that is like a flea market bed. And say well it cost more than the room you reserved. I don't care I want what I reserved. Who the hell want to sleep on a pull out bed. I will NEVER come here ever AGAIN. This place SUCKS.

Very nice hotel room. The staff was very pleasant and the room was absolutely spotless.

Overall a good experience. Staff was responsive and courteous. Room was quiet and comfortable. Hotel decor is a bit dated. Mattress was not quite as comfortable as other hotels I've been in. Downside was only one small and slow elevator.

It was in a great location easy access to the highway and just a short drive from basically anything you could want or need. The rooms were immaculate. Very clean and very nicely decorated and the breakfast was really nice. I've stayed in quite a few hotels recently and none have had a breakfast that came close to holiday inn Express.

Great people at front desk shower water backs up sometimes but other than that I always stay with holiday inn everywhere I go.

The hotel is beautiful but the hotel location is hard to get to. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean. The staff was very helpful. I would recommend to a friend.

Recently we were in Oklahoma City to do some Christmas shopping. We chose to stay at the Holiday Inn Express on NW Expressway due to its convenient location. We were impressed with the appearance on the outside but even more so on the inside very clean and welcoming and all the staff were very helpful as well as very pleasant. On entering our room my wife commented to me about this being one of her favorite rooms that we have stayed in and honestly I had to agree with her. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. Great place to stay if you ever find yourself in Oklahoma City.

I booked this room about 3-5 days in advance. The outside structure didn't blow me away but it was so close to so many things, it didn't seem to matter. When I entered my room the smell was off. Not sure what it was but I sprayed some of my perfume and forgot about it. I kind of felt the pictures online were a little deceiving. I've paid the same price for better, more updated rooms. You win some, you lose some, when it comes to updates in hotels I feel. The one thing I really didn't understand is that I let them know I was there for leisure and they knew we did not have kids but they placed us right by the pool entrance and it was incredibly loud. The slamming of door almost made you feel as if someone was entering your room. I felt a little rushed by housekeeping in the morning but I didn't have a sign out on my door so whose fault is that really? Needless to say, I recieved a good nights rest but it missed the mark for the price I spent. Oh yeah. I almost forgot. They did have a great continental breakfast. I was really impressed.
