Enjoyed our stay but there could be some improvements. The pool, hot tub, and window unit had a bad smell. It was so strong I had a headache from it. The breakfast was limited and didn't taste the best.

What can I say; it’s La Quinta and if you’ve ever stayed at one, you know there isn’t much to brag about. Although the fruit in the morning was always fresh and coffee was good too. I particularly didn’t like that when I called the front desk and asked for more coffee to be sent to my room to help get me going the clerk stated that I could get dressed and get my own in the lobby. Never have I ever been told that; must be new policy to get guest out of their rooms earlier.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 2 nights. Everything was clean and the pool was nice. The breakfast was free which was a plus, and it was amazing. The Wi-Fi was kind of slow but I have unlimited so it wasn't a big deal. Gas station is walking distance. Definitely coming back to this place soon.

Location was great. Right by food and mall in walking distance. All people were great. Breakfast was good and they even has coffee ready early. The room was decent size with no concerns.

I love this place! It's quiet, people are kind, place is super clean and fancy! The indoor pool and whirlpool is such a bonus! Food and gas station walking distance. We will return to this hotel again! Highly recommended! A++++++++++

This hotel seems like it was recently updated and it looks really great. Staff on check-in was very helpful. The hotel is surrounded by a number of restaurants which makes it easy to unload the car and then walk to dinner when none of the family wants to get back in the car.

I wouldn’t even give this a full star. The Wi-Fi is extremely slow, so don’t plan on doing any office work. The cable is fuzzy and turns off & on. The curtains do not close all the way, and whatever they use as a “comforter’’ is a sheet. The tile in the pool area, is my MAIN complaint. Whatever they are using to clean or use on that is absolutely down right dangerous. My child was stepping out of the pool and slipped and fell flat on his face, and my sister was just walking to grab a towel and slipped and fell on her elbow and was bleeding, on top of that the staff was CARELESS. Needless to say, we cancelled our second night & moved to the Holiday inn, which was less expensive & a much better stay. We will not be staying in another La Quinta. North side off memorial rd. Location.

Room is what was reserved and it's on the main floor. The breakfast was not stocked and we had to ask for some eggs, juice and sausage. The pool water is cloudy and the pool itself is very stained. It needed to be cleaned. The hand rails to the pool and hot tub are lose. The shower curtain rod is about to fall and the curtain needs to be replaced. In general the place needs to be refreshed and upgraded.

Very nice place, more than adequate for an overnight stay. Near many restaurants. Large, comfortable rooms. Fitness center was small, but I was the only one there, so it was fine. Breakfast was typical, but nothing to brag about. Staff did their jobs, but nothing stood out.

We really enjoyed our stay. The desk guy Saeed I believe his name is was great helping us all. Clean nice rooms, fun pool & great area to meet when you have more than one room. Thanks for making our stay easy!

Nice room clean and comfortable beds were great breakfast was really good. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean and plenty of towels we would stay again.

We had a great experience. Erica was exceptional in helping with the process of booking 10 rooms! The check-in and check-out process was seamless and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of great restaurants and within minutes of any shopping you might want!

Pool and hot tub clean, warm and functioning. I was worried about hearing dogs, but did not. Breakfast was good, there were plenty of options. We chose something a little cheaper than what we are used to. For the price it's a 5 stars from me.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. They managed to help find me a room on a day to day basis while my husband was in hospital. I really appreciate the staff.

My husband and I wanted a room for the night. We didn’t want to spend a fortune but I wanted a jetted tub. We had stayed here before and thought it was nice for the price. An employee named Dana was nice enough to let my husband check in first without my credit card. However, the young guy at the desk later that night was not friendly at all while buying some snacks for our room. Then, this morning I was relaxing before checking out and about 7:00 there was a loud boom and the hotel lost power. There were no employees on the floors to make sure everyone was okay or needed anything. I rushed to get ready using my phone flashlight and found another guest to help me find the stairs. There were people sitting in the dark trying to eat breakfast and one hotel worker sitting at the desk doing nothing! She took my key and said nothing and I left. Very disappointing! Would be nice to have some sort of apology and maybe a ‘what can we do to make you stay here again? ’ Would have been nice to have seen a manager taking care of guests with lanterns or something! Wow.

It's clean. Stay was pretty typical… Nothing special. Not bad at all.

Would give five stars but room wasn't ready and was told I would have to wait hours with my cats in the car. They did redeem themselves by cleaning a room fast for us.

This hotel was nice and clean, very comfortable. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay.

Clean hotel. Very cool suites. 3 good restaurants adjacent to the hotel parking lot and an amazing location for shops, eateries (S & B Burger Joint), churches, etc. Ask for Dana Wanzer! She turned this initial 3-star experience into a 5-star with her service and competence. We are a military family of 4 and she listened to our concerns and found quick and easy solutions. Best chain experience on our cross country move. Thanks Dana!

Must love dogs! Didn't know LQ was pet friendly, and there were several dogs, a few barked excessively. Overall the hotel met our needs — our bathroom jetted tub was the best! Breakfast was adequate. Coffee was good! This location required toll fees almost everytime we went somewhere!

Place reeked of incense. Probably to cover pet odors as "all rooms are pet friendly". Which is to say none are friendly to allergy sufferers. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable. Kept hearing doors slam all night. (Mainly due to people not used to doors with auto closers) not difficult to keep them from slamming. Breakfast was ok, but laid out in a very cramped fashion.

Very nice place to stay the night. Big, clean rooms. Nice pool and spa. Great staff, and don't forget about the free breakfast.

Very clean hotel, staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable. They are pet friendly. They have a good breakfast selection. Hotel has a good selection of restaurants around them. Highly recommend.

Great location close to a mall. Room is nice and well taken care of. The staff I dealt with were very nice. Overall a nice experience.

Okay. There was a young man manning the front desk. I just came in from a all night 13 hour drive. And I realize I didn't look the best or probably smell it. But to be treated as though I'm a second class citizen was unprofessional. Show some compassion. Wasn't until I dropped the gold card on the counter that he slightly changed his time. Other than that it was a hotel.

The hotel was quite nice. Room service met our needs. The stay was quiet. There were several convenient entrances. Parking was also convenient. Staff was pleasant and efficient. The Continental breakfast area was somewhat small and cramped, which made getting breakfast a little bit of a hassle. Some of the breakfast food choices were limited or not very good (the hard-boiled eggs). Overall, the stay was satisfactory and pleasant.

Loved that we have a first floor room to accommodate our Fur baby! The Hotel is Beautiful! I didn't give 5 stars because the rooms had a very strong smell of wet dog : ( We sprayed our own spray to make it better❤️ Friendly Staff and wonderful Braskfast!

The room. Was clean and nice. The staff was helpful with all my needs, but loud neighbors woke us through the night (thin walls maybe) I would call front desk but I think most of the noise was walls and floor being thin not really their fault they had to go to the restroom. Also I am sure this wasn't the hotels fault but a fire alarm went off at 9 or 930.

Very good service and give admission to dogs. We had very nice.

Hotel is clean. Beds seem pretty beaten down and lumpy. Hot tub jets barely had any pressure and pool is only 4 ft deep.

I'm only giving this hotel one star that's because I've never been in a hotel that actually runs out of clean blankets, towels and free breakfast items they advertised. Our room wasn't properly stocked with all the linens to sleep. When my husband asked for the blankets and comforter we were shorted he was told they were out. So he was forced to run to Walgreens at 11 o'clock at night and purchase one. UNACCEPTABLE! I do not and will not ever recommend this hotel…

Good location with places to eat right in end of parking lot. Nice rooms.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean and everything was pretty much as expected. The dining area for breakfast was a little cramped. We had forgotten a few items which were quickly reteieved when we returned to look for them.

We were very impressed with this La Quinta. They gave us a room right next to the pet area on the first floor without any problem with our dog. The room was quiet and very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was delicious with good variety.

Stayed here for a business trip. Very nice staff, clean room, breakfast. No issues.

I'm very happy. For the price it's a great deal. Comfortable bed and clean room. I like all the little things you don't really look for like an iron in the closet for your clothes. Very convenient. And the bathroom is very nice it has a cool bathtub with water jets. A decent TV and coffee pot ready to use. Will come back if I'm ever in okc.
