The hotel is decent but the manager here Lori is very rude. At first I thought she just had a problem with me but she talks to her staff and other customers the same way. I would stay clear of her if you can. The housekeepers clean the rooms good but have nasty attitudes as well. Alex and Keke are the nicest staff members that are here.

I had a relaxing stay. Excellent location, its close to shopping and restaurants. You can walk to Target. No traffic noise & fairly quiet.

Smoke smell from neighbor, mattress was terrible and I saw a roach. Paid for 3 days and stayed for one night. Went to the Hilton down the road and it was money well spent.

Great location close to Penn Square mall. Lots of places to eat near by. Has a Dave and Busters and a nice lake near by. Lobby, room and bathroom was clean. Check in/out was easy. Ok hotel for a weekend. Wish they had coffee all day or a coffee maker in room. There was no coffee on Sunday morning. Breakfast is just muffins, granola bar and coffe (if they bother to put some). Even though its extend stay and has a kitchenette there was no dishes, cups or even a paper glasses in the room. They didn't make up the bed or change towels. I stayed Friday and checked out Sunday Morning. The shower curtain was too short and barely touched the tub so there was water everywhere and I had to use few towels to soak them up. Over good for the price but very basic.

I previously posted the wrong review to this hotel. The correct info is: the desk attendant was nice and helpful, room was spacious, CLEAN and everything worked. The fridge was cold, bathroom nice, with great water pressure. The flat screen, cable and remote all worked as they should. The prices are very reasonable. Within driving and walking distance of lots of fast food eateries and Target.

Always a nice place and staff. Shopping is close. Comfortable. Great for long term or short visits.

I will be completing a 90 day stay in 2 weeks and I must say the facility is clean, very comfortable and close to Malls, hospitals, restaurants, highways, airport and the downtown area. Everyone one of the staff members are pleasant, professional and very helpful. Because I'm bad with names I have to say everyone one of the staff members are great and a congratulations to the manager for hiring a team that works well together.

My stay here at 2720 NW Expressway Oklahoma city OK 73112 is very great. Your gm ms. Lori Haywood was a big help with Assisting me with everything I need. She and the staff has a great Customer service job was well done. I will let all my friends And collies knows about this location. I am very please with the way they Treat to guess.

Owner was rude, unfriendly and seems to hate pets. Beds were hard and I couldn't sleep. No maid service, and expensive Wi-Fi. $5 for every time you connect to Wi-Fi. I Do not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere.

After a full day of work and 5 hours drive, I decided to stay the night at Oklahoma city and its already 10 pm, I found this one online and to be safe called the hotel phone number and booked the room instead of online service. I get there a couple of hours later and receptionist can't find my name, I check the confirmation email and realize that there is a typo on my name, I ask her to recheck it with the name they put on file or with the confirmation number, she refuses and tells me that she's not even allowed to check someone in after 11 pm and even after 8 pm considered late check in! I call the reservation phone number back and they call front desk and after they argued for a while and I'm watching behind the closed door like animals, they let me in and checked me in and turned out she could check me in and system wasn't locked like she said and she just being a jackass! I chose this hotel because I had a good experience before, but now I feel like service and cleanliness of this hotel wasn't like a hotel in $60-70 range, it was like a motel 6 with $30-40! I would've given 0 star if it would've let me!

The place was clean and quiet. The furnishings and bed were comfortable. The night staff Jordan was extremely helpful with all of my requests and questions. The location was close to shopping and centrally located and seem to be in a safe location . The motel property would have been a little hard to find without a GPS because it is located behind other businesses instead of being on a street front. It is a average serviceable motel but not an extravagant type of place. Since it was so clean and comfortable it was well worth the price. Cleanliness and comfort are my main priority when staying at hotels and motels and due to the cleanliness and comfort of this place I am giving it 5 stars. This motel is not a premium motel and if that is what you prefer you probably would not be happy here.

The room was kinda tight for 2 adults but the bed was very nice and comfy. The shower was roomy & clean, with great water pressure. The fridge was not getting cold at all. Within walking distance from everything downtown. BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME! They had everything. Pancakes, waffles, sausage, bacon, eggs, yogurt, fruit & more. Great stay. Wish I had stayed longer.

Awful. I gave 1 star only because I couldn't select "no stars. " The room looked like it was in the middle of construction. The walls were cracked, damaged and re-plastered in different areas. The tub was noticeably dirty and the entire room reeked of bleach. The halls are dim and everything is very cramped. I would pay double at any other hotel just so I didn't have to stay here ever again. They make you pay a $100 deposit, which (according to their policy) takes 35 business days to refund to you. This is a joke. Avoid this hell hole.

I've stayed better else where. The rooms are to out dated, unprofessional staff, no ice maker, that itself says more then enough. Need I say more? Do not stay at this place if you could find it.

Where do I begin with this hotel. Upon arrival, the doors to enter are not automatic and as a 7 month pregnant lady with clothing to bring in, none of the front desk staff offered to help me to even open the doors, let alone take the 10 minutes to help me bring my stuff to my room. They looked blankly at me and said and did nothing. Then once in the room, the rooms are poorly made so you can hear every single sound, it happened that there was occupants above me that walked around at all hours of the night and I heard everything and could not sleep at all! I wanted to change rooms, but after working full days I was unable to move my stuff and suffered through. I mentioned changing rooms while my husband was around, but they had no rooms available at the time. Then after a week of no one cleaning my room, let alone taking out the trash, I asked to have my room cleaned. It was not cleaned for another two days with me asking constantly for the room to be cleaned. The manager actually cleaned it. Then the day came to check out, I was getting changed and someone just opened my door, no knocking or anything. It was a cleaning lady, 4 days late. But very unprofessional to not even knock on my door. Then I proceeded to pack my stuff on the card and open the doors myself with the staff blankly staring at me as if they has an IQ of a potato. Will not stay at this place again.

Latina was excellent! Best customer service I've received in a long while. She was very personable and made sure we have everything we need! She called up to the room and was on top of each guest's need there in the lobby. Will definitely be back thanks to her!

The mattress had stains under the sheet. The hallways were dirty. The keys cards worked about half the time.

There was a funny smell to the hotel room, but it was pretty decent overall. There were a few hairs on towels, and the sheet was stained.

Cleanliness and supplies are not fully to standard, but acceptable.

Great personality with the overnight staff every need was met and in a timely manner.

Here is the deal 0 star for this place the one is symbolic. Firs they gave me a room that was not even done, complain about that and they changed it. Rude clerk with the worse rules of the area 100 dollars deposit and you can't get it back before 9:30 in the morning, and of course the most rude and hypocritical I'm sorry, I can't do anything for you, the manager doesn't come in till 9:30am, please save the hassle and go somewhere else, for me this place is the worse hotel experience of my life, and I stay in hotels 60% of the year so go figure.

We stayed at the Extended Stay off of New. Expressway. The staff was rude, the Wi-Fi barely worked and cut off and on several times a day. My key constantly deactivated and they made a big deal about fixing it. The hotel is very dim lighted, like something out of a bad horror film. The "breakfast" muffins were dry, and coffee burnt. I do not want to come back here.

The bed is hard and uncomfortable, the pillows had not its cover. It is cheap and feels cheap. Invest the $20 extra and stay in a better hotel.

This is by far the worse hotel ever… I arrived, checked in paid $150 for my pet deposit and should only be $125, they should have paid me $150 to stay there. Room was dingy, dark and dirty, bedspread and sheets were stained, black hair and breadcrumbs or something all over, room above must have leaked cause tbe ceiling was caving and melting, paint coming off. I left and went to office saying I couldnt stay there no appology nothing and wouldnt refund my money. I left anyway and found a decent hotel and only a $25 pet fee…

The room was alright, clean, but if you need to cook something, you'll have to bring your own pots and pans. And if you want a do not disturb sign, you have to make your own. The girl at the front desk was rude and completely incomprehensible when I tried to extend my stay for one more night. She tried to say that I needed to pay for 2 more nights if I wanted to stay for one, because of hotwire's system. I'd already paid for my previous nights. It's still unclear if she charged me extra because she was unablw to answer the simplest questions. Looked like she was on a lot of drugs. Oh well. What do you expect when they only pay someone 8 bucks an hour?

Not easy to get to; rooms were just okay, bathroom was old and dingy and there was no trash can in the room.

You have to check out nasty kitchen equipment. No forks. Just a plastic spork.

I came into this hotel very skeptical, because my employer had scheduled me to stay here. I came in with all the bad reviews in hand, But upon my entrance to the building I smell new paint, and carpet as I am walking up to the counter. I notice that the person behind the counter is smiling and very pleasant. As for my self not so. In the back of my mind, im going ok new paint new carpeting. I demanded to see a room before checking in. She was very nice and she said sure sir, the crew that just remodeled place had just left 3 weeks prior. So as we are walking down the hallway no fowl odors only new carpet and fresh paint. She opens the door and im totally shocked feeling a tad bit embarrassed. All new. Room was very nice and clean. I check in and stayed for 5 days cant givem 5 stars but I will say it is at least a 4.

This is a nice clean quiet place to stay in North West Oklahoma City. I have been here for 3 weeks. I work at night and have had no problem being able to sleep during the day. The staff is very friendly and has met my every request. It is nice to have a place to cook when I want too. They even supply everything you need for the kitchen. Every morning they have a grab and go breakfast with coffee, hot chocolate, oatmeal, fruit and breakfast bars. There are many place to dine out very close, not to mention a huge shopping mall. The rooms have recently been remodeked snd all are smoke free. I will definitely choose this place again if in this area.

The front desk clerk is rude and let's someone stay there using someone else's debit card without the carholders authorization. She does NOT follow hotel policies and rules. YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION is AT RISK when used to stay here. Beware.

Holy cow don't stay here. Lobby literally smells like poop. Attendant took 15 minutes to get to the desk. Terrible.

Pet friendly means getting to listen to a dog bark for a couple hours from a room down the hall. Coverlet on bed was dirty and splotch stained. Whisker shavings behind the faucet fixture. Hairs in the bathtub. Facility is old and dated which I didn't mind very much. But old and dated and dirty is something else.

The worst single property of any hotel I've ever given money to. Dirty: they are supposed to clean 1x a week. They didn't. When you requested service, they'd change the sheets and ignore everything else. The clientele: bring pepper spray. In my time there, I witnessed a hallway fight involving police officers. Rampant smoking (so much for being a non-smoking floor). Drug use. Women coming in and out to "visit" the contractors in town for tornado relief. The staff: from barely understandable English, the rudest Manager I've ever met (just NASTY). I filed a complaint with their corporate office I was so offended. Payment: pay nightly. Do NOT pay for a week or month at a time. Beware. Do not sign anything beyond daily receipts. When I checked out, the Manager added a night to my Visa statement, which I had overturned by my bank as a fradulent charge. Noise: prepare yourself for hallways that turn into city streets, music, TV's played so loud it's like you're in another room, roaming packs of homeless people. Crowds: the room across me housed between 4-6 day laborers, who slept in shifts. Crime: a truck in my parking lot had it's trailer stolen right off the back courtesy of some bolt cutters. Welcome to OKC! Internet: it's free, but rarely works well. You'd get a faster connection from your phone's data service. Breakfast: so much for free "To-Go" breakfast. Often, they were out of the food that supposedly comes with your room.
