Arrived around 4p to check in. No one else was around other than part of my group. The front attendant was not wearing a mask when we arrived, nor did he put one on at any point as we were interacting. Which was great! I believe in free breathing. Once to our room the headboard had handprints where someone had previously “enjoyed” their stay. It’s disgusting it wasn’t cleaned. I reported this to the front desk attendant. He apologized and I asked that it be cleaned. He gave me ONE wet wipe. I asked for more and he obliged. He did not offer to actually have the room cleaned or give another room. Poor customer service. As the evening went on we found more dirty items in our room, including a gummy stuck to the ceiling, wrappers on the bathroom floor and a clump of hair in the bathroom. Thankfully I had sanitizing wipes and cleaned the whole room. The pool made my sons skin bright red and he complained of his skin and privates hurting after swimming. He had to take a shower to stop the burning. This has NEVER happened to him before and he swims regularly. I went down stairs about 8:30 to get some water. All of a sudden masks are required. I asked if he would just hand me a couple of waters (same attendant before) and he said no. I said I can’t grab them, he said not without a mask. I again reminded him we had interacted all day without masks and nothing was said. He just looked at me. I asked him again, can you please just hand me some waters.

I’ve been here for almost a week, riding out the freezing temps and snow storms. The staff has been incredibly accommodating the entire time, housekeeping has gone above and beyond to help keep me stocked with everything I need and today the staff shoveled the wall of snow created by the snow plow that had my car trapped! Wow! I appreciate the staff making it to work when most aren’t able to get on the roads to take care of everyone here now — thank you!

My vehicle was broken into overnight. When I was about to file a police report we learned that there are no exterior cameras. If you won’t protect my vehicle overnight and make it right… you won’t be seeing anymore of my business.
