Great hotel with friendly people. The location isn't favorable for most of my trips (busy road with no light, opposite direction from most RTP labs) making it not the best for most of my commutes, but not too terribly so. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. My biggest concern when picking a hotel is the shower. These showers are good enough because of the water pressure, but the style of the shower head is the kind I typically dislike. Your options are spray (in a wide circle so you don't hit anything in the center) or a strong center jet only. The other options aren't worth mentioning. If you use the strong jet here, it'll be fine, because there's a good amount of water pressure, but elsewhere I have ended up with poor water pressure and frustrating showers as a result. The staff is very friendly and overall this is a great hotel.

Nice and clean hotel. My room hand folded sweater and fan towels which were nice. The only things I didn't like we're lack of parking and the pillows which were uncomfortable and took away from my sleep. Also, normally I am given waters and snacks at the front desk but this time they asked me whether or not I wanted them which made me believe that maybe they weren't included for gold members. It's an odd approach.

Decent hotel, road side, enough parking space. Good breakfast. My room had a common door to neighbor room that I didn't like. Although it was closed.

Very clean. Nearly brand new, nicest Hampton inn I have stayed in for work travels in a very long time. Most importantly it was both well maintained and convenient to get to. Highly reccomend.

3.5 stars. We stayed over for two nights Memorial Day weekend. It was a very clean Hotel and that's what I prioritize most. However the layout was very quirky, and the pillows were absolutely terrible. Basically square overstuffed throw pillows in standard suitcases. When I requested more pillows they were the same and it definitely impaired my night's sleep.

Great people and great hotel. It can be hard to get into the driveway during rush hour but woth the wait.

Good service with clean rooms. The room I was in was a little tired but nothing horrible. The elevator is crazy slow!

We have stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times a year when selling our Vermont Green Mountain Maple syrup. This hotel is clean, comfortable and well run. The staff remains consistent, seemingly low turn over and we are getting to know the staff; Maxine, Linda, Joe, Tim, Gwen and CJ have greeted us personally each time we come in — thank you. The housekeeping staff is professional and the hotel is clean!. Breakfast staff excellent — great hotel! Margaret and Don Mandelkorn.

Checkin staff on Friday afternoon, March 16, was very kind and professional; rooms were great, clean, quiet, comfortable as all Hampton Inns always are; breakfast was very good as usual, and Rebecca went above and beyond in customer service at the breakfast bar; Gwyn was kind and professional at checkout on the morning of March 17 around 11:30am and pointed out the discounted rate that would be charged to my credit card; the coffee bar employee was very personable as we walked past to leave. But somehow I got charged for a second night around 5:00PM after I had arrived at my home over an hour away, and the call to the young female at the checkin desk produced no results; in fact, she could not research or professionally guess what may be going on nor offer me any options; she even told me that the computer showed that I was "still here" and I don't think I could convince her that I was not "there" but had a receipt from Gwyn showing that I checked out that morning around 11:30am. She was obviously very busy with some other negative customer issues (as she laid the phone down and I listened to her attempt to assist them for just under 14 minutes before she came back to me briefly to ask me to hold longer or call back) and said to at least three different customers, "I don't know what is happening! " Not comforting words from someone you are depending on to fix the hotel's mistakes.

Excellent Hotel I have stayed there at least 10 times, the Rooms are extremely clean and it is conveniently located to Raleigh-Durham Airport. The free breakfast each morning is quite good and generally has an assortment of hot food as well as cereal, donuts and fruit.

The service was great. Food was good. Rooms were clean and always had hot coffee!

Good hotel. I'm not much for the generic breakfasts most hotels have, so I didn't really try theirs out, but the bed was comfortable and the shower works as intended. I'll likely stay here again when I come back next week.

Stayed there last night. Shuttle ran in the morning even though the roads were icy, rooms were nice… only one bad thing. I have the Hershey squirts from the breakfast, so avoid it.

We spent the night there on New Years Eve 2017 before an early flight the next day. The woman at the desk was very thorough and anticipated our needs. The room was nice and clean. And quiet. The shuttles from the car rental place and to the airport were on time and the drivers were excellent also. We will definitely stay there again as our travels allow it. Thanks.

Great newer property in the RDU airport area. Rooms were comfortable, quiet, and included a refrigerator, Wi-Fi and Ethernet access. Free guest laundry was available next door at the Staybridge.

Location was close to the airport and the office I was working at. Staff was nice and accommodating. Stayed here multiple times and never had any problems.

Room was clean & staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was great and the lady helping in that area was AMAZING!

Clean but… breakfast was really lackluster (out of eggs, meat), people parked on sidewalk for hours with management's knowledge and somewhat noisy hallways. No USB charging in room. Digital key didn't work, small single elevator. Employees friendly and helpful. Not a typical Hampton experience.

Everything was nice and clean, hotel staff were all really friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze. I would stay again.

Excellent service, got one of the last rooms after a last minute flight cancellation. Staff was helpful and responsive in setting up reservation while we were en route.

Very close to RDU airport and only a few minutes to downtown Raleigh. Incredibly clean all around. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our room was spotless with a bigger than normal TV. I will stay there next time I go to Raleigh.

Very nice Hampton Inn, great rate and friendly folks. No Indoor pool, but really nice lobby & breakfast area. Parking is a bit of challenge as it shares a parking lot with HIE owned by same folks.

Nice clean building. Pool location provides shade in the afternoon, less chance for sunburns. Breakfast was ok. Eggs always had ham in them during my stay, not kosher at all. Would stay here again. Staff were very courteous. Free laundry next door at Stonebridge, just need to provide your own detergent.

We stayed here for a conference we were attending. I have to say the staff here was the nicest, most accommodating staff we've had the pleasure to interact with. Each time anyone enters the lobby, you're greeted with a very nice genuine greeting of "Good morning', "Good afternoon', "Good evening' — what a treat that simple gesture is. And they actually engage you in pleasant conversation if they aren't busy helping someone else. Very clean hotel, the lobby was very comfortable and has great seating areas for groups hanging out together. Breakfast each morning was very nice — something for most everyone. Our room was very comfortable, updated and very clean. We'd definitely stay here again if we ever back in the area. Highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms are smaller than in the other hampton in which I've stayed, The breakfast is very good and varied.

My wife and I stayed at the Hampton Inn RDU on Airport Blvd in Morrisville, North Carolina on June 3rd, 2016 for a one night stay. Everything about this place was top notch, the staff (Melisa) was friendly and courteous, the Hotel was immaculate and clean, the rooms 5-star, overall a positive experience, will definitely recommend friends and family to stay here if in the area! Pleasant hotel with a signature chef on staff. I didn't find that part out until I was leaving. If you stay here, be sure to eat in the restaurant!

Reasonably priced lodging with free breakfast. Located between Raleigh and Durham, but is close enough to highways to be convenient for a weekend trip.

Great place to Sleep & Fly. Hotel was clean, close to the airport. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Nice to be able to park and take the shuttle to the airport for our trip.

Stuck here due to winter storm Jonas cancelling my flight. Was able to get a room no problem. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. The only thing that I could say was lacking was the fact that they are doing way with the wooden lap desk they keep in the rooms because according to a poll they did people found them to be in the way. I myself enjoy that lap desk for sitting in bed playing on my laptop. So I think they should keep a few behind the desk just in case. But that's just me. Also they dont have a laundry room on site. You have to go to a completely different hotel just to use their laundry room which is inconvenient. Otherwise it's clean comfortable and friendly.

I love the customer service there and it'd really nice I wish the layout for hallways wasn't so confusing though weird layout.

Great as always! The small pillows were not my favorite. Very clean and very courteous staff. Especially the driver who picked us up after 1 am at the airport and was so friendly and helpful.

Clean in lobby and room. Decent service. Internet is decent.
