Stay away… a horrible place… I can't say enough about this place. Trust me if you stay here, you will regret it.

The staff is a little rude some day's. The room I stayed in… didn't meet my expectations. The bed frame is broke so sleeping is painful some night's. The two chairs that was available in the room im renting are weak and about to fall apart soon. Needs a smaller dinning table so kids and people in wheelchairs can have easy access to comfortably eat thier meal. Also drink machine's aren't working.

They really need to lower their rates. $250 a week to have roaches as roommates.

Housekeeping Supervisor is Awesome; Office Staff is young, but they do good still.

Do not I repeat do not come to this hotel this hotel is nasty the staff is nasty housekeeping steals I repeat housekeeping steals me and my family came to this hotel and when we got there there was no tissue no washcloth no towels when we got settled in the room we noticed that the back of the door knob was off it was sitting on top of the shelves where you hang your clothes then we contact front desk to let them know what the problem was she tell us maintenance is going to come and fix the problem remind you that we came here and run it for a week maintenance man didn't come till 4 days afterwards and when he came he replaced the battery cuz he said it was dead so when he replace the battery the door was working. Why me and my family go out to get something to eat and when we get back the door was not reading the room key it was not working at all.

Cozy, needs a little work, and ran into some creepy crawlers first day.

You get what you pay for! Thats the only way I can describe this place. God forbid you need any help once you're here! (Im trying to upload a picture of a dead roach (probably killed himself) on top of the refrigerator in my room! ( (check the photos. Hopefully I can post it) )

This place was horrible! My husband and I were planning on staying s few weeks and our first day there I could name 5+ things wrong! It looked as if a drug or prostitution raid happened! The front and bathroom door was busted. AC only blew warm air, complete disaster! I've stayed at in town suite's in many states but this was by far the worst! Not to mention I heard a young woman screaming for help near the elevator I never found out what happened. Needless to say we got tf on two days before our renewal date! Please Dont go here I never write reviews but this place is a complete waste of money not to mention the internet was down our whole first night and the after hours staff were too dumb to just reset it,

Went in to check out weekly rates. Was greeted by a super nice agent at the desk. I was able to get my questions answered promptly and will return.

Awarwe! if you are coming in from out of town do not stay here! this is a drug invested place! also booking a reservation means nothing to them! you will get there and they may not have no room available! my husband and myself stayed here for some months. The place is a terrible place to stay. Prostitution, drugs, shootings, fighting all the time. There were used condoms in the stairwell, empty beer bottles, needles and trash as well. The first floor by the elevator and in the elevator, was blood, and it stayed there for days before someone clean the elevator. And they never cleaned the blood up outside the elevator. Trash would pile up by the elevator and be there days. Many, many times our room keys would be deactivated, and it would take hours sometimes before someone answer the phone to provide working keys. I have even called the reservation line to get help and they could not even get thru to the person who was on call. Lord forbid if you any issues on Sunday or after hours when the office is closed! If you want to call to complain they provide you with a number that has a message and most of the time the system is full and you are unable to leave a message. Oh, if you leave a message, they will NEVER call you back. Our light sockets in the kitchenette never worked and we were told it was order. Ok, but how long does that take when Home Depot is right down the street? The bed had a big dip and I had to place a pillow between the mattress and box spring.

They tell you one price. Then when you go to pay for the room. They add $40 to $50 to the price. They are a ripe off but the rooms are nice. That's the only good thing.

Seems like a great rate for weekly. Laundry facility and elevator. I liked it.

It's a home away from home. The plus is you have all this privacy. It's always a vacation when im here. I just shut the world out and enjoy the rest and solitude.

I was told I had to check in by 4 pm so I came at 2 pm, the room wasn't going to be ready til 4 pm. The room is a nice size but I was told it was $169 /wk before taxes then the lady tells me at checking that that's the move in rate and the price is going up $20 every week after that… again, that's not what I was told when I booked the room.

The room is a decent size, had a funny smell though. Ancient TV, sh! tty Wi-Fi, and sketchy bathroom missing floor tiles. No insulation walls — I mean you hear EVERYTHING in surrounding rooms and outside. For what I got it for: getting faded and all the way turnt with some guys it's great. Kitchenette with 2 burner stove and fridge +++

Room Service stinks! She did not want to do her job and kept asking me if I wanted her to do it after I told her yes. She was ready to leave as soon as she came. I said forget about the bathroom. Wow!

The Internet sucks so if you need it for Business that's a no 90% of the time it smells like weed I guess its home to pot heads and if you want a good night sleep good luck because from 2-5 you can hear Idiots out your door fighting and they and I was Clearly Toad my room would be clean once a week and still nothing so do I Recommend this no and guess what if your key card it Randomly Deactivated you out of luck if its night so I guess you just have to sit in your car until Morning I'm just saying all hotels should have some one in the office at all time.

Where to start lets see 1st every day you get woke up to people talking outside your door and if you a light sleeper say good bye to sleeping because from 3-5am people can't shut the hell up talking load as hell I'm mean what's the point in having a room if you not going to use it and do not lose your key card because the Front desk don't stay open so if you get lock out you just stuck and if you staying here for business don't the Internet is 50/50 so I guess if you can deal with all that then stay here.

I stayed here back in 2007 for 2 weeks. I always said this was one of the best rooms I've ever stayed. At the time, they were fairly new but there was 100 places to eat, drink and get all of my necessities within walking distance to my roon. Almost 10 years later, the rooms are still great with all the amenities of home and even more shops and dining to choose from. The large bath, kitchen, sleeping and sitting area with a high bar counter top are just some of the perks that I could actually get used too…

IStayed 1 week for work purposes and was extremely satisfied, esp from a customer service aspect. Every1 that works there that I came into contact with, from management to staff were professional, courteous, and friendly. The hotel is not a Hilton obviously, but these nice people you can tell care about the establishment and treated me as if I was at the Hilton. Room size was bigger then expected and kept very clean, safe area just off Wendover. Well lit parking lot. Wasn't expecting much pulling in, but I left very happy I chose here.

The neighborhood is nice! A great price but so good breakfast. Recommend.

It's a good bargain for the price. Many competitors very close yet they are noticeably more expensive than Sun Suites. The Location is really good if you will be working in downtown Greensboro, about 6 mile drive takes about 15 mins in full rush hour traffic going and coming home from work, that's incredible. Because we travel so much and must deal in Earth currency we found this acceptable. During our stay there was a domestic dispute (The man was obviously beating the woman) but you can't blame that on the hotel. Mostly clean, the front desk staff was pleasant and the maintenance and cleaning crews seemed to be pleasant enough also.

Now please bear in mind, I did not actually stay at the hotel. However, I went through hell just trying to book and cancel. So I was heading to Greensboro for a week-long seminar, and I needed a room for the night before and the night after. So I called, made the reservation, and then went on my merry way. I came back a few weeks later to cancel. Not only had my reservations not been made, but the staff seemed to be incapable of comprehending (they spoke English fine) what I was asking. Not only this, but I was put on hold several times for what I can only suppose to be idiotic reasons. All I can say is that you get what you pay for.

Room was not equipped with basic necessities, very uncomfortable. Terrible customer service. Two thumbs down.

This place is $30-$40 less than the other hotels in the area and it is not bad at all. Everything was clean comfortable. I couldn't believe all the one star ratings. If you are that snooty, you shouldn't be booking $50 hotels by the interstate.

The rooms were nasty they really stink. Burnt holes in the comforter, no knobs on the stove no housekeeping. The manager is very rude. Hated this place will never stay here agian.

Checked in for market Room was dirty, stank like someone nasty had lived in there for a long time It is an extended stay place so it is entirely possible that they have. We requested another room. It was just as bad. The box spring looked to have diarrea stains on the side. We walked across the parking lot to the Wingate and waited on a cancellation and luckily got a room.

Our stay was fun, nice people staying there and nice people working there especially during the evening. Nice low budget motel for an overnight stay, in a very nice neighborhood. Close to lots of things.
