Checked in for 2 nights on 3/15/2019. Turned sheets back in room 511, bed bugs. Not one but quite a few. No manager on duty. 2 desk workers on duty and they were not really into bugs. They wanted to change the sheets. Everyone knows you just can’t change the sheets when you have bed bugs. Just a terrible experience.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! STAY AWAY! Charged us for 7 nights when we only stayed 4. When we pointed out their error, the manager Kyle English admitted their mistake and said he would fix it, but he didn't. He then refused to take our calls. When we contested the charge with Amex they told Amex it was valid. The people in charge here are liars and cheats.

My fiancé and I checked in and were given only one room key. Later that evening, a very loud and belligerent man tried to force his way into our room and would have if I hadn't put the latch on the door. When faced with this, the night person, and the manager who had checked us in gave a vague explanation that the man had had the room earlier and had been moved. His key was supposed to be deactivated, they said. It wasn't. The employees didn't seem to think it a very serious event and didn't seem to consider what could've potentially happened, especially if my fiancé had been alone in the room. We were not satisfied with their explanation and were offered none, beyond an embarrassed apology. Otherwise, our stay was fine, as I expected of a Comfort Inn, but we don't feel employees handled this professionally. UPDATE: The management has handled this situation appropriately. We came away with an otherwise positive experience, and would stay here again.

I was here for almost 6 days. And I had a lovely time! From the front desk to the housekeeping to breakfast attandants were very friendly and helpful. For the price they exceeded the level of comfort one nedded. I will come back here again next year during the convention. Place is brightly lit, nice and clean. Even got to use their outdoor pool to relax. Perfect size hotel. Thank you for my stay.

This is a great place to stay! I’m allowed to bring my dog Dylan, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food with breakfast was fabulous! The people in the morning that make breakfast for so thoughtful and helpful. Even got me a water bowl for Dylan. I would highly recommend staying at this comfort inn in Greensboro North Carolina.

I love this hotel its very clean. And quite the rooms are big and comfortable beds are comfortable housekeeping are awesome front desk staff are friendly n helpful. Pool is a little small but very clean an rephresing. I would highly recommend.

Great hotel staff! Entire front desk staff were accommodating and helpful. James was very friendly. I've stayed here in the past. Rooms always clean. Family hung out by and enjoyed the pool. Alas thus will be my last stay due to my nephew's college graduation.

Impeccable execution for a budget motel. Bathrooms had just been redone and we're in perfect condition. Comfortable beds. Breakfast bar was immaculate at 9 am. Good location near wendover av convenient to downtown, restaurants and shopping.

One of the better comfort inns I have had the pleasure of staying at. My room is excellent with plenty of space, great amenities, and everything in working order. Pool looked nice but didn't go for a swim. Have yet to try the breakfast. Location is also excellent.

The location of the hotel was very nice. There were many restaurants nearby so you don't have to look very far to get a quick bite. The rooms were very clean. The room I stayed in had two queen beds. The beds seemed a little smaller than your average queen, but overall very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom was pristine as well. There was only a little problem with a clogged drain, but the hotel staff were kind enough to correct that immediately. Overall a pleasant one night stay before heading out on the road again.

Upon my arrival at Comfort Inn in Greensboro, NC (after driving 4 hours) the appearance of the hotel was great! I was greeted with a smile by Brittney, James and Mike. They were all very pleasant. I was having issues with renting my room and Mike went above and beyond to help my family and I out so that we could enjoy our spring break vacation. After being turned away from the hotel across the street I was very grateful that Mike and his team chose to do what they could! I would definitely stay at this hotel as well as recommend it to family and friends. I don’t know what I would have done if Mike had not stepped up for me. It goes to show you there are still people around with a heart!

Clean and reasonably priced. Fridge and microwave in room. Front desk staff were okay but not as friendly as I'd like for a hotel. Free hot breakfast was very good.

Nice place, but parking lot is tight. The website says it has truck parking. It certainly does not. You'll be fine if you are bobtail, but definitely a no-go if you are hooked to a trailer!

Simply Beautiful I didn't want to leave. Very clean from the lobby to inside the room. The floor plan and interior design was excellent I wanted to move in.

Took my son on a mini vaca and got the best room ever! Super clean, friendly staff and unbelievably soundproof!

Clean, friendly and peaceful. I checked in here after walking out of a terrible hotel nearby. It's double the price (but still reasonable) and it's 100 times better. Well worth the price!

Loved the hotel and the accessibility of restaurants, but the AC is not working. They wont give us fans and our A/C is set to 66, the lowest that the AC will go. Other than that, the breakfast is awesome, more than any other Comfort Inns I have stayed at. One of the elevators to the left (the first one) has a broken display. If you don't know how to count, your pretty much screwed. To sum it up, fix your AC unit before I decide whether or not I come back.

Just checked in my room today. This has been an awesome experience. I called the hotel 3 weeks ago to reserve rooms for our family reunion. Julie assisted me and followed up with a confirmation email. Kyle and the front desk assisted me with making sure my entire party is on the same floor. I give Comfort Inn 5 stars. The rooms are clean and cozy. I'm looking forward to enjoying the rest of my stay.

The room was clean, but there was a strong odor of cigarette smoke. The staff was very helpful and professional. They would go that extra few miles to make sure our stay would be great. The hotel was quieter than most with so many guests. The room seemed to be smaller than other hotels I have stayed in.

The room and bathroom were very clean! Also, Gavin and Joe at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful! The free breakfast was okay, but that okay quality is on par with other hotel chains. One recommendation to this hotel would be to have a better quality orange juice as part of the breakfast fare. Overall, I Would definitely recommend this hotel!

We reserved our room online and it was seamless on arriving and getting our room. Overall the room was nice, the ceilings look a bit rough there though. As always there beds are fantastic.

Nice rooms and front desk management was very friendly and helpful. Parking here wasn't easy. Speedbumps and hills were a few things making it fun for a rig.

It was a good stay. Easy to check in and check out. It was clean and the staff was nice. I wouldn't really recommend their breakfast however.

This is actually my second year staying here, our Track team already have rooms reserved for next year's visit. This is the Comfort Inn our team uses when staying in Greensboro while competing in the New Balance Nationals at Aggie Stadium. I attempted to change locations and was expressly forbidden to do so; the area offers so much for the team to enjoy during their down time. I was in charge of rooms this year and the manger Julie assisted me, I was extremely pleased by her help. The hotel looks wonderful now since its renovation. Very highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for a few days and don't have a credit/debit card with my name on it but I was allowed by hotel staff who asked his boss if it was okay to pay with a prepaid visa from Walmart and when I tried to pay again today a snooty rude lady with short brown hair in the back office around noon RUDELY told me I couldnt (even tho I already had days prior with permission from hotel management) and even tho I've been staying there already and have paid well over 600$ already and loved the hotel recommend it a few of my friends bought nights during my stay just off my recommendation, she gave me 15 minutes to pack my stuff and told me to get out. Not to mention I had just loaded 160$ onto a card she is now telling me I can't use even tho I already used it. Very very very disappointed. Won't be back and neither will anyone me or my family associate with simply because of HER.

Really nice clean rooms. They had pasta and beers for guests 1 of the nights as well. Very satisfied with my stay. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was fine except for the abysmal quality of the single ply unusable toilet paper. Take your own if you want to stay there. Either that or practice the Farsi flick.

Just stayed at the Comfort Inn over the weekend, went down for a tennis tournament. The front desk staff were very accommodating to our needs. We were able to get a earlier than normal check in and also was able to get a later check out. Ty Jackson the GM represents the Comfort Inn very well, she is very professional when she is dealing with you and she also has a great sense of humor. The updates that have been completed have made the Comfort Inn a lot nicer, the paint fumes were a little strong but this isn't something the hotel can control in my opinion. The room was clean, bed felt fine, love the fact there is a mini-fridge and microwave in each room. The location is great right off of Wendover easy to get too and so many places to eat, some within walking distance. I look forward to my next visit.

Remodeling is in full swing. Paint fumes, dirty elevators, dirtier workers with filthy mouths and gawking stares at my beautiful wife. She felt so uncomfortable. The sheets seemed rough and didn't smell that fresh but the bedding was new. You could smell the newness in it. Not nearly enough parking. The night clerk had a chip on their shoulder. Overall I wouldn't recommend this property until remodeling is finished.

Truly understand the renovations however the paint fumes in my room where a bit overwhelming, caused a headache. Water pressure was also low in the shower. My biggest issue was the heat in my room didn't work. I thought with the temps being extremely cold perhaps the unit needed time to warm up, clearly that wasn't the case. I did notify the front reservationists and received an apology.

Room was ok. Going through renovations so that's understandable. Water pressure was poor. Biggest turn off is bad service from front counter. Go to check in, felt like I was bothering the lady. Walk down to get remote replacement batteries, stood at counter for easily 30 seconds right in front of the clerk while she had her face buried in her phone. Finally had to say something to get her attention. Again, felt like I was a bother.

A clean, reasonably priced facility, close to major highways but quiet, and with excellent food choices nearby. The room was slightly smaller than average, but comfortable and with the usual amenities (refrigerator, TV, free Wi-Fi, free hot breakfast). We would definitely stay here again on a return trip.

I stayed here in March 2012 with our lacrosse team and this Comfort Inn waited four months before charging our credit card. This has been a huge inconvenience as we are on a planned budget and the charge was filed so late that the money has to be taken out of this years budget instead of last years. We do not have the money to cover this charge from a stay LAST year in addition to all the hotel stays we will need to make this year. It is completely unacceptable for an establishment to wait four months before charging a credit card and completely insensitive to the needs of an athletic team who are on a planned budget. If you are traveling with a large group and are using a budget, I would recommend finding another hotel that can manage handling the transaction in a timely manner.
