On my check inn, the young man, Wayne was just super,
little later I went to desk for help, the young lady stopped what she was doing, to help me. Very impressive. She had a super personality. Both are definitely a credit to Holiday Inn on Archdale, NC
our room very comfortable and clean. Could not ask to be any better. I will definitely stay at this hotel every time I am in this area. Wish I could recall the young lady's name.

I stayed here for my wedding weekend because we were reffered by our venue. Would not recommend to anyone. So many problems I can not begin to count. Tons of my guests had issues as well. I don’t write reviews but had to this time.

Very accommodating for those evacuating from the hurricane. Clean rooms, pet friendly, comfortable bed. Delicious, fresh, hot morning breakfast that was included. Easy in and out from the highway.

Another pleasant visit. The rooms are clean, peaceful and comfortable. The staff members are friendly and will always make u feel welcomed. Thanks for a job well done.

Clean, roomy and good pricing. The staff was kind enough to accommodate us parking in front of the main entrance over night as we were hauling a trailer. You may need to ask the staff to switch the channel at the lobby if you bring little kids for the free breakfast, because they tune to a news channel often displaying graphic content.

We stopped here on our way to a vacation in Georgia. Was very impressed with all aspects of our stay. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Haley. We required 2 rooms and were traveling with a dog. No problems! Our stay was so enjoyable that we revised our return trip plans to stay here again. Everyone also enjoyed the pool as well. We will make this our place to stay on our future travels.

Great place, right off highway. Clean large rooms, big bathroom. Only issue I found was no exhaust fans in the bathroom nor any microwave in the room itself. Friendly desk staff. Nice pool area and great breakfast.

The staff here are very friendly, I have stayed just a few times and they know me by sight and greet me warmly.

All staff excellent, kudos to cleaning staff, room very clean, very pet friendly, not expecting too much for the price but pleasantly surprised, if you're looking for good clean place to sleep this is it, breakfast bar alot better than most for lower priced hotels, food area also clean.

Great hotel with extremely friendly staff. Breakfast was always hot, fresh, and we'll stocked. The lady that keeps it going is really helpful and keeps it very clean and tidy. The front desk lady that works 2nd shift always went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

I was traveling home for Thanksgiving with my grandson, an infant. I stopped in at this location to feed him, clean him up afterwards and keep it moving. The hotel staff was extremely helpful in providing assistance in warming his milk and some good conversation. It was comforting to know that assistance is right at a local hotel. Grandmas are great helpers.

The room was clean and nice. The customer service is excellent. However, that breakfast is horrible. That pancake machine needs to be replace. The juice was nasty. The sausages were hard dry and cold.

In the area on business, holiday Inn was clean, very nice breakfast area, the staff was nice and helpful. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Very glad I chose this place for my stay.

This hotel is conveniently located off Interstate 85. The lobby and rooms are nice. The only issue was that the toilet stopped up, but the front desk quickly provided a plunger upon request. The breakfast was slightly above average.

The hotel is quiet, beds are comfortable, bathrooms reasonably sized, and breakfast was pretty good.

Very clean hotel with welcoming staff. The room was pretty average but again very clean. The free breakfast in the morning was made up of pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, oatmeal, and many other things. Overall it was a great stay.

Stayed here do a wedding this past spring. It was very comfortable and clean. The front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and convenient to both Greensboro and high point.

Great experience, staff was awesome, faculties and room are nice and clean, breakfast was good and they allow pets!

Even though we got a different room when we got there due to some unforeseen issues with our original room. The manager was more than accommodating to us getting us a upgrade.

Overall it was a decent stay but at 4:30 in the morning they had issues slipping the bill under our door and ended up roughly jamming it in creating a startling set of noises. We brought this up at checkout and they laughed it off.

The room was amazing, beds are comfortable and the shower will not let you leave the place. The only downside is how water runs out of the tub.

Parent of an HPU student, so I am in for the long haul! We tried most of the chains near HPU, including the Marriott. You just cannot do better than the staff and service at this hotel. The nicest, kindest, friendliest, most knowledgeable and helpful staff you'd ever want to meet. Special shout out to Manager Wayne, and Veronica and Meghan. Stay here at the HI Express. You'll be glad you did! Great value in the best way.

The Holiday Inn fits my needs perfectly. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and location is convenient. The room includes a microwave and mini fridge that come in very handy and the cabinet above was stocked with a paper towel roll, plates, plastic ware and even a potholder. Breakfast is provided saving me time. I will return to this hotel.

They clearly have upgraded the hotel recently and I love it. It seems small but they have new shades on the windows that are in a track and when you close them you have 100% privacy. Also I left something with my name on it by mistake and they called me right away about it. Very competitive prices for the quality and the staff was very nice to me with a good free breakfast.

Was originally booked in a rather rough motel nearby, which was miserable. After waiting for the shuttle at the Holiday Inn, I got to know Wayne (the F. D. Manager). He ended up getting me a room, and even moved my luggage in (shirts hung-up and all) while I was at market. Great hotel, great front desk manager. I definitely recommend this hotel.
