Great staff! Breakfast was good. Rooms a little outdated. TV’s are way too small and remote didn’t work properly. But a small thing. Enjoyed the stay.

The rooms are nasty. The chair at the desk is completely torn apart, the shower is missing knobs to control the temperature of the water The room smells like cigarettes and urine and when I walked in the window was open. Don’t waste your time or money.

I am a Radisson Rewards gold member that has stayed in over 20 different Country Inn & Suites for 100-200 nights in the last 4-5 years. This is the most miserable experience I've had in a very long time. We checked into our king suite (room 310) with the room temperature at 92F upon entering the room. The AC not was not running and we were told that they don't turn on the AC units in rented rooms because it is too expensive. I stated that I paid for the room with a 3pm check in and that I expected my room to be at a reasonable temperature when I check in. We asked for another room and were given room 308. The lady at the front desk went to check the temperature of that room and it was 98F. This was at 9pm! We were not offered any type of a discount and 1.5 hours later it is 80F in our room with the AC on high and we cannot sleep because it is too hot. Please find another place to stay. This 'new management' is awful and I cannot emphasize enough that there are better options for hotels within 100 yards of this place.

Wonderful experience. Myself, two small children and my husband had just had a terrible experience at another hotel and we left late at night. We came across this hotel and the room went above our expectations! Clean, spacious rooms, the staff was beyond helpful and eased my "mom anxiety" mind when I went to check in, obviously appearing to be restless and frustrated from the hotel we just came from. Nice, hot breakfast the next morning. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was wonderful. The breakfast was on point. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful. It is in a great location with dining options within walking distance and shopping stores minutes away.
The rooms were nice and clean. My grandchildren loved the pool.
I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

While the hotel was clean, we had a few issues. First of all, the plumbing in our first room was not working well. After trying to flush down a very small amount of toilet paper, the toilet plugged and more paper started coming up into the bowl. Shortly after, when I went downstairs to ask for some help, nobody was at the front desk. Later, when I tried again to find someone, I was given a plunger which I took upstairs and tried to use. After trying to use it once, the toilet began to overflow, and we were given a new room. I turned on the water in the bathtub, and even though the drain was not plugged, the water would not go down. There was a large dip in one of the beds. The next day, after I arrived home, less than twelve hours after checking out of the hotel, I realized that I forgot two pieces of clothing. I called, and was told that no clothes had been found in my room. I called the next night, to ask if anything had been picked up, and was told to call back the next day. When I did, nobody answered the phone. To summarize: The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good, and there were lots of cookies downstairs, but I was displeased with the plumbing and even more so with the service.

It's your typical modern hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Pool was could have more tables or chairs around it to put stuff. Gym equipment worked good and they had stuff to clean it off with. Cons: Night clerk lady was not customer service oriented or people friendly. She made ugly faces when you asked for anything. Elevator made a lot of noise and jerked like it wanted to stop.

We were turned away because we lived too close to the hotel. Apparently they don’t accept anyone that lives within a 60 mile radius of the hotel. They don’t notify you of this until you show up. Then you have to scramble to find another location.

Staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean and well cared for. Everything was super nice! We'd had trouble with our GPS taking us to the wrong establishment by the same name, (90 miles away) and staff called where our reservations were originally, and helped us cancel the original, as it was moments from the cut off time. Quiet, large comfortable rooms.

Clean rooms, convenienl location, and a friendly staff! A nice, quiet hotel with all the amenities I enjoy. I will stay here again when I'm in the area.

The hotel is really nice. The rooms are very clean and they have comfortable beds. The bathrooms are very modern and look nice. There is a great selection for breakfast and there’s an indoor pool. We have no complaints. The front desk could be a little friendlier, but the experience wasn’t bad.

This is 1 of the nicest hotels that I have come across by accident! I needed a place to stay while traveling and there it was, rooms are roomy, super clean and the people are as nice as can be!

There is nothing exceptional about this hotel. The room was clean and the night staff were nice. There are vending machines and an indoor pool on the first level. Breakfast is included, but it is basic. The hotel location is behind a few buildings, but the general location is easy to get to.

Aside from the rude & disrespectful boy working the front desk, I enjoyed my stay. But, his refusal to print a receipt for my room (because one was already put in my door, according to him) ruined my willingness to give them a better review. It's sad that a hotel staff member would be so rude & hardheaded, instead of accommodating a guest with a piece of paper — a receipt. The room itself was nice & comfortable. But, I'll stay somewhere else the next time I come this way. Rudeness should not be rewarded.

Pretty good over all. Nice clean rooms, your average hotel breakfast, good location. Only real complaint was the TV reception.

My stay here was great until we got to breakfast. We were rudely asked for breakfast tickets after being in the breakfast area and eating for more than 15 mins. I explained that I had thrown them in the trash while fixing my coffee and even showed him where they were. I also stated to him that the receptionist never explained that we needed to show them she just gave us keys and Wi-Fi passwords and told us what room and what floor we were on and said have a goodnight. I asked the gentleman why he only asked us he stated “. Its policy for all guest to have breakfast tickets” but he didn’t ask the other 3 families that were there… he stated “because he knows them”. We were the only African American family there and it came across very racially motivated. Not to mention he addressed us very loudly in front of everyone and in front of my 9 and 1 year old children. It was very embarrassing and not appreciated. I will never stay here again.

Nice place. Clean room and clean bathroom. Decent hot breakfast. Worth it.

Staff was friendly enough. The room was good the bed was really comfy the carpet not so good trash in the hall. The toilet did not work the showe was ok the TV was average. Breakfast was the standard scrambled eggs and sausage cereal muffins yogurt juice and coffee.

Love the app! Just wish there was an easier way to find restaurants in route. Absolutely wonderful! would not use any other app for Navi.

I very much enjoyed my night at Country Inn. The interior was beautiful and the staff helped us with everything we needed. I also enjoyed the indoor pool. The rooms were cozy as well.

Love this place. My boyfriend and I always stay here when we comes to town. Always very clean, quiet, peaceful, and safe. The pool is great! The rooms are so nice and the bed, I want one at home… si comfy! We love Gween in the front lobby. She is always so friendly and very helpful. She and the rest if the staff are the reason we love to come back. We go there so much they know us very well :) Definitely worth every penny.

This hotel is really nice. Clean rooms, nice staff, pleanty of parking. They need a little help with the breakfast, maybe some healthier choices. All in all, great place and great price.

The rooms were updated and clean, however the soundproofing as a bit lacking. The hotel's amenities were nice (pool, breakfast, etc. ) and the front desk attendant was very friendly.

The hotel is overall great! Super clean, nice rooms, clean bathrooms, hot free breakfast, and clean pool. We have stayed here twice, and the lady who does breakfast is also housekeeping. During breakfast, she is not the nicest person and kind of pushy and bossy. She has been that way both times we have been here. Today, while she was doing house keeping, she knocked on the door, and immediately opened the door. She "claimed" she announced herself, but neither one of us heard her. So make sure you put the the "Do Not Disturb" sign out or she may walk in on you as well!

I was in town for my sisters graduation and must say that I will not be returning to this hotel or town for that matter. From staff being condescending to me, to the car with the confederate flag license plate in the parking lot. I was made to feel uncomfortable in what is still a very racist town. I do not recommend anyone of color, anyone with commom sense and aware of the times to stay here because you will be disappointed. I was locked out of my room a day early, when I went to get my key card re-activated after leaving to have dinner with my sister, the receptionist said "sorry I didnt know, you've been here so long". She said this in front of men that had just checked into the hotel, im pretty sure they were the ones with the confederate flag plates. She said this as if they were watching for me to leave as I was the only person of color staying at the hotel and since I stayed for over 2 days if I left again it would mean my stay was over. It was rude and had an undertone that was extremely uncomfortable to me. Luckily for them I was only staying another night and leaving first thing in the morning but if not would have checked out immediately and took my business and money elsewhere. I had another situation during the breakfast where I was talked too like a child regarding taking food to me room. The day before I asked the worker and she stated I could so long I use the paper plates.

Staff was nice. Bed was comfortable & clean. But let's just say that when the couch in your room looks like it's had more action then you've had, it's time for the staff to clean it. I mean, maybe it was just mayo? Right?

Hotel new and clean. Beds not suited to me so I found them uncomfortable. Breakfast is OK, but free.

We decided to stay at the Archdale Country Inn when a military rate wasn't available next door. We arrived around 8:30pm and the room was was sweltering. They do not cool the rooms when empty so when it's 97 degrees outside in August, it's equally hot inside the room. The AC unit worked to cool down the room to a comfortable temperature within a couple hours. We have an infant and it was much too hot for her to sleep safely. Once the room cooled down, it was okay. The room was clean with some stains on furniture. There were car vent air fresheners crammed into the bathroom fan which is creative. On the plus side, we forgot items in the refrigerator and they kept them cool for us until we came to pick them up. Overall, it was just okay but we will stay at the Marriott across the parking lot in the future.

Lady at the front is rude and she lied to me and told me that she wouldn't charge my card unless I book a room there she swiped my card and told me that it won't take money off unless I stayed there.

Great value and hidden gem in an upscale property. Several guests were checked in but seemed to have the hotel to ourselves. Spacious and clean rooms; indoor pool a bonus.

This place sucks. #1) A lady at the front desk is 100% outright rude to customers. I had a bicycle and she had it in her mind that I would ride it up and down the hallways. At the age of 25, I can't say I find that activity to be particularly appealing. Now, every time I go by the front desk, I feel like I am not welcome here. #2) My AC unit makes a scratching noise constantly off and on. #3) Giant spider in my bathroom. I am on the 2nd floor. #4) My internet is worse than dialup. I have tried each and every network they have and the only one that works is the hotel NEXT DOOR! This place seemed nice at first, but has been one disaster after another. I am here only because it is paid for by work. I would not have written this review had it not been for the "lovely" personality at the front desk. In this economy, surely there are people who would actually appreciate a job here.

The room was so comfortable that I overslept, this made me upset. But after enjoying a hot breakfast I was ok again! Thanks for the comfortable stay.
