If I could give this place zero stars, I would. When we first checked in, it was great. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful, offering us places to go sightseeing nearby and writing them down for us. Then we got our room. When we opened the door, we thought somehow they gave us an occupied room, but it was just a room that hadn't been cleaned. It was disgusting! We went down to get a different room and were told it wasn't their fault. They then gave us a room with one bed for me and my husband and our small child. We were in there for about twenty minutes. I was just about to call to let them know their fridge was broken and that there was no shampoo or extra bed linens to make up the couch for our kid. That's when they called me and said that they cancelled my reservation for the dirty room and I would get a refund in about five days. BUT that I now needed to pay for my "upgraded" room or leave the premises. I told them I didn't have money to pay for another room because we were on a budget. They did not care. Ultimately, I had to call our booking agent and have them fight with them to keep the room for the night. There was never any apology! That made it so much worse. The entire time, we were told it wasn't them. They were blameless. Yeah, right. What kind of company tries to throw a family with a five year old out on the streets tjret hours from home at almost midnight?! I will never stay here again!
