Nice clean rooms, great staff.

But the bathroom was a bit dirty and always hosted me in this but I am no longer liking it that it is not so clean 😒😒😒😒😒

Employees are stealing money and corporate acts as if its ok! BOYCOTT ALL Holiday Inn UNTIL THEY HOLD THEIR EMPLOYEES ACCOUNTABLE! IF YOU WANT FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD AND NO RESOLUTION, STAY HERE!

The level of service was spectacular. All were very nice friendly and professional.

Maria at check in was very nice and accommodating. Security was pleasant to talk with as well. I enjoyed my room with a micro, fridge and 2 Andes mints. Coffee in the lobby and Keurig in the room. Sparkling clean upon arrival, thanks to Magdalena. (Please don't be a cheapskate. TIP if the room looks good! )

The ENTIRE front desk associates were AWESOME! John in the breakfast room was GREAT!

Was very disappointed in my last stay. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned, there was hair still in the shower and the sink looked like it wasn't wiped down after housekeeping. The front desk staff was very polite and courteous.

A nice value for a hotel conveniently located near major corporate areas and the New York area. Stayed overnight due to having business in the area the next day. Highly recommend to business travelers on a budget who don't want to sacrifice price for a comfortable stay. Room was spacious and had all the common amenities. Internet was fast and hardly had disruptions in service. Looking to stay there again in the future when I need to be back in the area.

Wonderful staff! great hospitality! aftef traveling all night an early check in was very welcomed. Front desk Zoila welcomed us with a genuine and pollite attitude. At breakfast Robert greeted the guest with a warm smile and courteous attitude he has great hospitality as welll. I highly recommend this hotel. My husband amd I had a great stay and good resfful sleep!

The hotel allowed us to adjust the type of room we wanted the same day which was great. However, we found crickets minutes after unpacking our things. The front desk was accommodating and let us move to another room but not exactly what we wanted to do after a long day.

Hotel was excellent and all staff are very cooperative. It was a very pleasant stay and in future wanna stay again انشاءالله.

Large Spider like Bugs in rooms — patio doors that don't lock — very unsafe! all ice machines in hotel broken for weeks, mngt. Acts like they don't even know that. Disgraceful hotel. How can you not know all of your ice machines don't work? I will say there is 1 young lady at front desk, who is the best i've seen at customer service. And I stay in hotels 325+days a year. Too bad her bosses are too busy doing something? not running a hotel. Is it too expensive to fix an ice machine?

Surprised this hotel had the Holiday Inn name on it as it wasn't up to the standards I've come to expect from Holiday Inn. My visit started with room keys that didn't work. When I got a staff member to let me in the room hadn't been cleaned from the previous visit. Trash was on the floors and the beds were a mess. The staff quickly got me a new room but overheard one say to the other that it was the second time that day where that happened (not a good sign). I finally get to my second room and the light shade had 2 holes poked in it, multiple stains on the carpet, worn out furniture, and just a general run down neglected appearance. It was then when I called the 1-800 number for assistance. Fortunately, the hotel management offered to refund my money and I was able to find other accommodations. I will say the staff were friendly and appologetic but just didn't feel comfortable staying there. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

Awesome hotel. Pool had a great set up for sitting and chilling open pretty late as far as hotels go; had a large steam room, game room, and gym. Our first room had a maintenance issue and when I called I had maintenance up there in 5 minutes followed by someone with new room keys delivered to us. Great service, beautiful hotel.

It's a holiday inn but this one is like none I've been and over been to a few, being spire elite for the past few years. This hotel has a smell to it. The rooms are comfortable but the smell is still there. If I were you I would go elsewhere.

Arrived at 1130pm on a Sunday… didn't get into the room till almost 1am. In fact I almost had to sleep in the car. Something was wrong with their credit card system and kept rejecting my card. Even after they get confirmation from the bank that I have plenty of balance, they still would not accept the card. The reception lady called the hotel credit card merchant and asked that they help but they wouldn't (couldn't). My bank asked that they manually input the credit card number and expiration date but for some inexplicable reason the system can't do it. I was actually told to find other places for lodging. I wanted to just leave but it was impossible to find other lodgings that has opening for 5 straight nights. Managed to get one night clearance so I had a room for the night. The next morning, Nick (great guy; super helpful) managed to help me by tricking the system. He authorized my card at a lower amount and slowly raised it untill all the days were covered. Now that's a kid who knows his stuff. The gym really sucks… I would take photos but there really is nothing to take. They don't even have an agreement with a local fitness center… even though it is literally across the street from one. Ice machine is busted. The HVAC system is loud. Very poor sound insulation. Still have 2 more nights to go. Can't wait to leave this place. By far this is my worst experience in a holiday inn. Should've stayed at Embassy suites… cost wise, they're both similar.

Good location, close to many stores and eating options. There is a small gym an indoor pool which is nice. Only one washer dryer for guest laundry.

I've been staying here 3-4 times a year for the past 6 years & I can tell the place is in serious need of a makeover. The carpet may be clean but worn & aged. The HVAC units are so old, I kept mine off because it was so loud while running. I think it may be time to stay elsewhere.

This hotel is not a good option if you need to stay in the area. For starters… There are tractor trailers parked everywhere in the parking lot. Also, there were two dudes brown baggin' it directly at the entrance. That's right, two guys drinking from brown paper bags at the front door to this place. The check in was fast but the elevator isn't trust worthy and my key card kept getting deactivated for some reason. When I had to walk down to have it fixed the front desk agent actually laughed and said, "that sucks. It's a long walk to your room". At least he found it amusing because I surely didn't. I was staying there for business but I will definitely be picking a different hotel even if I have to drive forget to the office. Overall, this place doesn't feel like other Holiday Inns' that I've stayed in.

The place is really nice. The housekeepers are really nice. The room are good. But the best part is that hotel has a pool and a gym.

The hotel is on the older side. The location is good because it is close to so many big chain restaurants and stores. The amenities were lacking, and the noise insulation was weak. We could hear the people upstairs stomping about.

They constantly misplace fleet vehicle keys. I had a perishable delivered to hotel and received it two weeks after it expired. Housekeeping stole my laundry money. They lie about offering rewards membership points.

Was here for a few hours for my employer's Town Hall Meeting… So I didn't stay in the hotel as a guest but the breakfast buffet was not good… Poor options to choose from… Folded eggs with cheese, pork bacon, pork sausage links, coffee, juice, hard bagels, and fruit salad… I had a hard bagel and coffee smh.

The hotel is kind of old it needs renovations the staff is very good but the breakfast was a dissapointment. This is the first time that we had to bring a voucher to redeem the complementary breakfast. The food was not attractive and they didnt have trays to bring the breakfast back to your room. The rooms thermostat doesnt work and we had to regulate the temperature manually. The room was very clean and neat. The bathroom was spotless with all you could need.

Room not as advertised. Small tv, small room. Paid for a king size bed but got a full. Hotel doubles as a church on Sundays. Hardly noise proof. Noisy HVAC system. Sharp hooks on bathroom doors.

I've stayed at this hotel past 4 years around Christmas time. Always fantastic service. Clean rooms. Free hot/cold breakfast complete with everything you need. Same employee has served us for years he's great! Clean indoor pool and exercise area. Along with game room for kids.

By far my worst hotel experience. I've known about this hotel my entire life because I'm from a nearby town and used to have events here as a kid, but it has really gone downhill. Elevator had very bad mildew smell, almost like it was mopped with old dirty water. The room was extremely dusty. Bathroom had many rusted parts, and the shower was somewhat broken. You had to move the handle back and forth many times just to get it to work. Tried calling front desk multiple times and no one picks up the phone. My wife and I decided to check out early (we booked for 4 days) and went to Embassy Suites in Piscataway which was far better. This seems like a frequent stop for truckers and that's about it. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else, trust me. I usually don't leave too many reviews, but I had to leave this one to warn other people who may be interested.

Nice n clean. The price included breakfast and Wi-Fi. There is free parking all around the building and access controlled entry doors which was very convenient. My room was all the way near the back of the building. I was able to park near my room and get to it without having to get in from the main entrance. The one thing I did not not like was that the blinds didn't close and there were flood lights throwing all their glare inside the room all thru the night. I had to change my room twice, none of them had blinds that closed fully. I wondered if all rooms are the same. There are cheaper options for stay nearby which provide the same amenities.

This Holiday Inn is great! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. The area surrounding has a lot of restaurants which is awesome because you're not just stuck with one choice. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Didn't get to see much while there but what I did see was clean, well kept, and the staff was attentive.

Pool and breakfast are great. Cleanliness is not as great. Our room was cleaned the first day but not the second day. We got our room and it had a bad stench of urine. It went away after the first night. Staff at the front counter and breakfast are great. But for the cost of staying here I have been in much better.

The pool area reeked of human pee. The sauna door was propped open with a "caution wet floor" sign, so I believe the establishment knew of the issue. Although, they did not address the issue by venting the revolting sent into the general pool/gym area. The gentleman who serves breakfast is awesome. He is the sole reason why I gave 2 stars rather than 1. If someone in management reads this review, I hope you understand that this gentleman is the backbone of your location and deserves a substantial raise in hourly /salary pay.

The hotel was functional and clean at a reasonable price. The decor seemed a little dated and the location was a little industrial.

The air conditioner wasn't working properly, but other than that no issues. Always have a great stay.

Rooms were clean and comfy, breakfast was very good. Didn't connect to the Wi-Fi, so can't surah to its.

Customer service wasint great. Rooms weren't really that clean, sheets were a little dirty. Hallways were filled with popcorn and garbage. Not the cleanest hotel I've been to but I guess for the price it's all right.

So we check in they tell only 4 ppl per room so I purchase an additional room. Then the next morning for breakfast they say breakfast is only for two ppl. This place scams they advertise free breakfast then charge additional without telling. You in advance. I ask them to replay the video to review what told to us during check in. She says it doesn't matter horrible customer service farah.

Advertised at $100, it was $160 at checkout. If they gave me the accurate price to start with I would have no problem but I hate being lied to tricked and cheated.

The staff is friendly. The hotel is clean with a great pool and fantastic breakfast bar. It's a home run.

Rooms are dated and many are smokey or smelly even though designates as no smoking. The only redeeming qualities of this hotel are the location and the front desk staff.

Nice room — very clean. Kinda pricey and the Wi-Fi did not work. $160/night and no working Wi-Fi? Seriously? Also housecleaning was pretty "aggressive". I was making some biz phone calls in the room around 9 AM and the housekeeping staff was cleaning around me. They didn't even wait until I had checked out before making bed etc. At least the didn't run the vacuum during my phone calls :).
