Wish I could give this place a zero star. Do NOT come here, it's better off living in a van or something. They claimed a breakfast every morning, once you come here they tell you that the breakfast is just bread and butter. They have coffee but its horrible. There was one power outlet in our room that worked, half the lights didn't work, found cockroaches roaming around. The bathtub is no more than two feet wide, I had to stand sideways in the shower. Hair dryer doesn't work, tissue box was empty, soap bars were tiny, towels were very small. There was a TV but it was horrible and very few channels to choose from. The bed made noise every time I sat on it, blankets were okay but the matress wasn't comfortable. The furniture was all old and broken. They have a fitness room which is a joke, nothing works properly and they have two sets of dumbbells. Nothing about our experience was good at this inn. Just spend some more money and stay elsewhere or get an Airbnb or something.

Broken tub with a crack. Customer service was iffy. The person seemed irritated and impatient so we decided not to stay here. Area is not to bad and everything else seemed okay. Nice lobby. Some staff can't speak english.

Lobby smelled horrible. They tried to put me in a room with a smaller bed than I booked and paid for and then tried to say they were full when I went back to the registration desk and complained. The bathroom had mold and peeling paint. There was water damage behind the bathroom door. The toilet had a leak and ran all night. When I brought it to the desk person's attention at checkout, his comment was "We're remodelling in a year so we'll fix it then. " Leaving a toilet run for a year? What a waste of water! We went out to get supper and they had one of the entry doors locked so everyone had to use one side to get both in and out, causing a safety hazard in the event of an emergency. We will NEVER stay here again nor can I recommend it to anyone else.

Pretty much what you can expect at a discount motel if all you want is a place to crash. Nothing fancy and I'm glad there isn't because that's what keeps the place affordable rather than being charged for a whole bunch of amenities I'd hardly use. However, I had requested a non-smoking room and I got one, too, so to speak. But when I entered the room the first thing that struck me was the overwhelming smell of cigarettes. Apart from that, a good experience overall.

I booked this room online while I was in town on vacation. When I arrivedat 3am, they turned me away saying they had no reservation, were completely full, and told me to leave. I stood outside and called 4-5 other hotels in the area and they all said they were booked. I walked back to my car and the SECOND I shut the door, a police officer knocked on my window with a flashlight and asked why I was sitting in the parking lot. I explained my situation and he said he had reports from the hotel of loitering. They still charged my credit card. I slept in my car. Nice vacation spot.

This hotel is horrible for many reasons. I saw roaches in the bathroom. There are holes and tears in the furniture, chair, and bed. The room has a musty scent. Tvs are old and barley work. The workers of hotel treat you like a number. My lamp was broken before I got to my room. Dirty walls and ceilings.

The room itself was simple and had many cheap touches. Wallpaper was coming off in the bathroom showing clear signs of mildew. Stains on ceiling in room and hallway were indicative of many issues inside the hotel's construction. The free breakfast was toast and coffee… that's all nothing else. The good stuff… elevator, no apparent bugs, no bad odors, clean sheets, recent tub, toilet and sink. Call them directly for a reservation… the sign on the road says $54.99…

I needed a place around to stay the night and it was late, so I quickly made a reservation on this place. It was literally trash. Cigarette smell everywhere. Sink was leaking. There was a bug in the bathroom. My next door neighbors where very loud until 3 am in the morning too.

Does not even deserve one star. Our room smelled horrible, there was holes in the walls, the wallpaper was ripped off and held together by little staples, our blanket was burnt, the curtain didn’t give us any privacy, the bathroom was rusted and disgusting, stains everywhere! Never going ever again! At least I got my money back.

Has bedbugs and cockroaches is not healthy this place.

Not very nice rooms with brown carpet very dirty smell of cigarettes in the rooms covers old fashioned orange and brown… the worst is the breakfast light breakfast supposedly included… a real farce. There are only dry bread toasts as a topping choice only butter or jam the worst coffee not good with coffee mate too cheap to put a pint of milk. Is better to have nothing included when I.

This place is 54.99 plus tax, I really don’t think much should be expected… nuff said! However for kicks, the room seemed to have been cleaned, but there was a dead roach on the door and a live one on the ceiling. For precautionary measures we requested an extra set of sheets that we put onto of the one already on the bed. It was quiet, slept comfortably didn’t entertain the breakfast, which consisted of bread and coffee. Won’t return.

Absolutely horrible! Filthy, bug infested. The mini fridge had mold in it. Random screws were sticking out of the walls. While checking in they stopped helping me and had a personal conversation. The hallways are dark most likely to try and hide how dirty it is. A large bag of trash sat by the elevators from the time I got there around 7 PM till I checked out at 11 AM. Everything had water damage on it including the top of the walls. I will never stay there again, in fact I would sooner sleep under a bridge before stepping foot in there again.

After staying at this hotel, I must say I'll never visit it again. Rickety beds, stained towels, a pitiful excuse for breakfast, and the nasty carpet is simply unacceptable. To be honest, the staff was friendly, but not hospitable or helpful.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. It was one of THEE WORST places I hace ever stayed. I guess it was my fault because I decided to stay here even though it’s a 2 Star hotel but I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. Once in the room, there was roaches everywhere. The walls, carpet, lamps and bathroom had all questionable stains. It seemed as if someone had just checked out and no room service had visited the room. My partner and I ended up leaving within an hour. We asked to speak to a manager to see about getting some type of reimbursement considering we stayed ONE HOUR. And saw about 7 roaches in that timespan. The “manager” was actually the person who checked us in and out at the reception desk and he was one rude a** man. He stated he could give us only 10% back including the “room key deposit” which is $10 as if someone would want to ever go back there after leaving it. He was very condescending and was not helpful or professional AT ALL. I then proceeded to say I wouldn’t contact corporate and he said “you have a lot of time on your hands” as if the facility in itself wasn’t insulting, the staff, mainly just him, was repulsive (attitude wise). Save yourself the money and don’t stay here! Spend the extra $30 and stay at a best western because this place is disgusting!

Worst place to stay. I don't recommend it for anyone Upon arrival at the room I was welcomed by bed bugs dancing the lambada and I mean lots of them. I showed it to the cleaning and complained at the front desk, the guy just apologized with shame.

It's nothing like the pictures it posted. The entire hotel smelled of cigarettes, the floors were even worse, the rooms ceiling was molded, the windows installation was showing, the phone holster didn't even have a phone and to top it all off the maids didn't even knock before entering the room. Was lucky to have clothes on.

You get what you pay for. Place was cheap and you can definitely tell. Holes in the carpet and bedding. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. Shower head had horrible looking rust. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. If you can afford a nicer place, do it.

I'm sorry to say this hotel is pretty nasty. Top cover was not washed, smelled all kinds of strong smells. Carpet is really dirty and bulging. TV lowest of the lowest quality. Bugs crawling on bathroom floor. I could honestly go on. Plusses: fridge in room, air co working good, decent night's sleep, luggage cart fits in elevator.

I have visited at oct-8th 2017. Its nasty, unclean and the rooms smell cigarettes I could barely breath while I had non smoking room. "Continental breakfast 1 loaf of bread, and tea whitner for the coffee, that's all. " I asked reception milk or cereal for my children but they refused say this is it. Its our breakfast. This place is horrible. I would give it 0. The room is falling apart. The furniture is old and broken. The ceiling paint has chipped and is hanging off down. It has a roaches. No place to hang my clothes, the racks were pulled off the walls. This place is unacceptable and disgusting. The hallways are dirty and it smells bad. Staff very rude. Internet only working within reception area.

This hotel ruined our Trip. The room was filled with small roaches. The beds were highly unclean and some bugs in them. The carpet in the room was so dirty. I wish I could give a negative star. Unsure how expedia and other companies still list this hotel in their website.

This place is horrible. I would give it 0 stars if possible. The room is falling apart. The furniture is old and broken. The ceiling paint has chipped and is hanging off down. The computer chair was filthy just like the rest of the room. And of course they have roaches. We didn't sleep with the lights off because they ran rampant if they were off. It has a fridge and microwave but that's where the roaches are. It's so disgusting that I didn't even want to walk around the room. There was mold and grime EVERYWHERE! This place is horrible. Staff aren't friendly either. I will never complain about paying $80 a night for a hotel room. Cuz this $50 per night was not worth it! Literally a roach motel.

Half a star is generous. I check the beds — box springs had brown blood trails and so did the edges of the mattress. BED BUGS — that is a sure fire sign of recent activity. The mattress and box spring were also extremely old — past the standard 3 yr mark and likely past the 8 yr mark. Gross. My daughter is highly allergic to those nasty bugs and even sitting on the edge of the bed could have caused a reaction.

First off the price is 50 $ because its a very nasty shack. I didnt see the roaches until the second night I got there crawling around the whole room! I switched my room 3 times but the place is too infested with them. U can see dead smashed roaches on the wall at first I had no clue whT the black spots on the wall were until I started seeing the bugs honestly Its very nasty. Please stay away from that place unless u want to step on a roach or take it with u … Im not sure if they have bedbugs because I only stayed a night and a half and once I seen reviews hearing that they have bedbugs as well I left.

No place to hang your clothes, the racks were pulled off the walls. The air conditioner didn't work. I've never experienced a towell that did not dry you until I stayed there. No ammenities at all… not even a phone in the room. You have to unplug things to plug in your phone charger or computer. I didn't look under the sheets (kinda figured they fixed the bed bug problem) but I was pretty itchy. They did have an iron and an ironing board, so I had a place to hang a shirt. BYOS (Bring your own soap) because you get one microscopic bar (not quite enough for a shower.

Paid for two nights. The first night I had my room changed because the fire and carbon no oxide detector was not working along with the room having a horrid rank smell. The second room (204) smelled better but was infested with bed bugs. They were in the beds and crawling along the walls. I was refunded immediately. What made it even worse was that people in the lobby behind still decided to check in.

Do not rent a room here as soon as we got to the room and turn on the lights all these cockroaches started coming out the room was infested when we complaint we were told the hotel was full so we left. It was so bad we left.

Terrible place bad service bad rooms ac doesnt work the remodel that they had done on some rooms is crap had to argue with the women at the desk to change room she said she had to come and see she did while still stuffing her fat face at the same time like she was a ac repair men. And then switch and that one suck two that was bad to I just left and got a different room at a different hotel.

Room Service is never available. Mice crawling from door to doors. Service only available once a week. Hallways are smelly. Room has a bad odor, carpet dirty ass well. Always seeing garbage in the hallway. I thought it was renovated but it doesn't look like it. Room Condition Sucks. Room Service people you can't understand what they are saying and they can't understand you as well. Need alot of improvements this is far the worst hotel ive seen it Reaks of bad smell. That cannot be killed! Needs a big change made.

I give this no stars this hotel is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in… Breakfast is toast… Literally… Rooms are very dirty… Staff is rude ass fuhk… Bathroom had pee all over the toilet… Garbage in the hallway as yu walk by… I hate this fuhkin hotel…

Was clean and comfortable, bed was perfect. I stayed in a queen/single/non-smoking, room had a small refrigerator, microwave, TV, and alarm clock. The bathroom was clean with decent size towels (4 actually). I didn't hear much noise from neighbors as well. They provide a "continental" breakfast in the morning, and the coffee was pretty adequate. Overall, it's an affordable, clean, and pleasant stay.

Excuse my English, I speak French. "1" star is too much. I give " — 2 " star. I asked to see the room before to pay. My god, I'm 48, this is my worst hotel experience in my whole life. This is the worst hotel in the entire USA. Pictures here have nothing to do with the real. Dirty, disgusting, the room and lobby. I realy don't understand how Red Carpet Inn & Suite can let this hotel display their name. It should have authorities in USA that check hotels.

I find it quite confusing how their home page has a beautiful picture of s beautiful white King sized bed & reads 1 of 11? Confused because I can't get any other pictures to open? You know like thru 11… Hmmm what's up with that? And $55.00 per night? I don't know maybe I am short changing myself but I won't even waste my "FREE" minutes on making that call.

This place is dirty, flaking paint, light fixtures broken, stained carpet. I'm an over the road truck driver. If it wasn't for the fact that I was so tired and how late it was. I wouldn't have stayed here. For that matter I would not let my dog stay in this rat hole. Do your self a favor, go somewhere else.

I living in Ramada and it is the worst experience of my life. About the hygiene… its not at all good. The facilities over here is RUDE to guests. The owner of the hotel is a really bad man who does not know how to talk to the guests and there is no decorum in the hotel. The guest can't complaint for anything as nothing is organised and everything is in mess. The appliances and other things are too old to be changed. And the breakfast buffet is another mess which can't be sustained and solved, I really suggest not to go to this hotel…! actually 0 star DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! You pay top-notch prices for peeling wallpaper, old chipped furniture and corroded showers and windows. Then, to top it off, after about 5 or 6 hours, I decided to take a shower and discovered a cockroach crawling around in the bathtub! There was also a piece of chewed chewing gum stuck to the bed headboard. I got so disgusted that I left the hotel. When I called the front desk to complain, the front desk person rudely informed me that because I did not make an immediate complaint, I would not receive a refund on my payment to stay there, even though there is absolutely no way I would ever stay there, given what I discovered. I paid for a whole night but was so grossed out, I left after about 6 or 7 hours. No relief from the front desk. Rude service from the help and DISGUSTING ROOMS! DO NOT STAY THERE!

Disgusting bathrooms full of completely disgusting fungi. It is not worth even $20. It is better to sleep in the car.
