Horrible customer service tried to switch my reservation and got told that because they were going to loose money they couldn’t do anything about it.

Clean. Comfortable good breakfast.

It's nice for a last min place due to a storm.

Very nice accommodations for working in the area. The room was large, bed was super comfortable and you get a free breakfast. The staff was helpful for dinner options and very friendly as well. I will definitely stay there again when I return to the area.

Our stay was pretty good. Staff was friendly and polite. Typical free breakfast. Could have done a better job with the dusting. Behind the TV and baseboards where dirty.

Clean rooms curtious staff. Close amenities and within walking distance. Staff relocated me to another room as initial room I had seemed to have a continuous noise.

This hotel and the staff are awesome. We stayed over graduation weekend and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel has been recently updated and everything is clean. Breakfast was decent and the Wi-Fi is pretty fast. Definitely the spot to come to when passing through Olean.

Excellent hotel on our way to Niagra Falls. The breakfast was good. Cost our host, Dr Brahmani 120 US $ for a night.

Great hotel in an easy location to reach. Had a few small issues (1 card didn't work, door frame was off a bit, shower didn't drain well), but nothing of any concern.

I don't write a lot of hotel reviews but I wanted to get this one in… the staff is first rate and the property is awesome for the $94 rate I paid. This is a very clean hotel, friendly staff, typical free breakfast and coffee that was actually good. Remodeled in the current Holiday Inn Express decor and perfect for a couple or even a family stop over. Spacious lobby and eating area. Really shows the difference in a smaller city/town where the staff actually cares about your stay. Highly recommended.

This is probably one of the best hotels in Cattaraugus County and Olean area. Very convenient location right across the street is the Delaware Park Center with a Chinese Restaurant, Pizza Hut, Big Lots, Cell One, Salvation Army, Dollar General, a Gym, Subways and Burger King. If you walk 5 minutes from the hotel there's also the Olean Center Mall. Newer interiors and clean. Pleasant employees. Breakfast could be better but that's normal for most chain hotels. Same options everyday, scrambled eggs, veggie omlet, bacon, turkey sausage, biscuits, instant pancakes, yogurt, fruit, milk.

Great place to stay, reasonable rates. Clean and fresh, no hair or garbage left in the room, comfortable beds. Heat works good. Near shopping and restaurants, near downtown. Pizza Hut and 7eleven in walking distance.

Rooms are extremely clean and nice. Front desk was very accommodating, and everyone enjoyed the full breakfast buffet.

The quality of accommodations were as expected at this location. Check-in staff was very professional and friendly. And there were a decent amount of breakfast item options available. If/when I visit the area again, I'll stay here again.

The hotel as a whole was nice. Our room was clean EXCEPT for the toilet which was nasty. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Everything has been great for our stay. My only complaint was that our toilet was not cleaned. We found a large hair ball in the toilet with hair outside of it stuck to the side as well.

Very clean and updated rooms. Great lighting and comfortable rooms. Large bathrooms and plenty of storage. Free breakfast offered and a microwave and mini fridge in room. Nice TV in room.

Stopped here for 2 nights while in New York. It was very quiet but the town was very nice. Our bed was actually comfortable and the service was excellent on the hotels behalf. There's a pizza hut right across the street if you're out late and nothing is open when you get back (we went to Niagara Falls, it's an hour and a half drive from Olean) The only thing this hotel didn't have was a hot tub and the actual pool closed early at 10 pm, not a big deal but we were out late so we missed out on swimming. There is no vending machines either, only the snack bar you purchase items from by the front desk. Its a good selection tho. Overall, this stay was excellent. Recommend entirely.

Bad experience. We bought on priceline early in the day and arrived about 9pm. Our room 209 had horrible carpet smelled strongly like wet dirty socks. Hallways smelled too. Hotel was full so they couldn't switch us and it was too late to look for another hotel. Was offered can of Febreze. Also room door stuck — had to throw your shoulder into it to open. Pro: breakfast was good and indoor pool looked nice. Con: damp, smelly carpet. Glass shower door didn't shut well.

I had a fantastic stay. The hotel looks as if it has been newly renovated/updated. The seemed even more comfortable than usual and the staff was more than courteous.

The new remodel is lokloking good!

They are in the middle of a needed renovation of their rooms. I was stuck in one of their unrenovated King size rooms. The bed and room looked clean. The linens on the bed were clean and crisp white. My issue was with the bathroom. The tub had brown marks that really didn't make me want to step foot into the tub. In fact, I didn't. Also the water spots on the toilet and faucet make me wonder if they actually just wipe with water instead of a cleaner. I'll still stay there next trip due to convenience and hoping to get a renovated room next time. Depending on my next visit, I'll revaluate whether to find some other location.

The bathroom door nob is broken so I got lock in the bather for about 45 min untill it opened.

The staff is really great but the Wi-Fi doesn't work.

Location of hotel is within mile off Olean exit. Very close to multiple restaurants and shops. Five minute drive to get from hotel to almost anywhere in Olean "downtown". Hotel itself is clean and guest services was very polite. Check in was easy n quick. Hotel has small indoor pool, small fitness room and a business center if you need to use computer or print something. Room was fine, clean and what I needed for one night stay. Bed was clean and comfy, small fridge, microwave and small safe. Bathroom clean and bright. Breakfast served from 6-10, complimentary.

Run down older hotel with nothing but a pizza Hut close to it.

Was in town for a High School reunion June 2015. The staff could not have been nicer. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate the sold out weekend. Breakfast and snacks were great, pool was wonderful and rooms were spotless. Great stay!
