The beds are very uncomfortable,
People had a charcoal grill outback, grilling out. While a group of men drank in the parking lot, with there 40oz’s and cases of beer, sitting on the ground. I thought that was strange. There was left over garbage left under a stool in our room. Clearly they don’t vacuum or check under furniture that great. Toothpaste or soap splatters on the bathroom mirror.
Every other place was booked. I don’t know if I’d stay here again in the future.

The room was very clean and the staff were very welcoming and personable. The gentleman who worked the front desk, Rodney, was very accommodating and answered all of the questions that we had. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Olean.

Great place to stay but pricey. Comfortable hotel although they failed to adequately prepare my room. It was a minor problem and it was easily fixed.

Good value for our money.

I would give four and a half if I could. Everything about our stay was great except for the pool area was too warm. Clean room, clean lobby, breakfast has a large variety to choose from. AI will stay there again.

I stayed at Best Western University Plus for 4.5 months & made very welcome by everyone who works there. A real feeling of being with a loving family. Due to the nature of my job I am required to be away from home for extended periods. As such I have made extensive stay's at various rating hotels. I can honestly say the the Best Western University Plus has been the best to date. All credit to Mr T. Parks & his excellent staff. Rodney. Connor Irene. Henry Lisa. Young Tom. I wish them the best of luck & thank you for making my stay a best of a life time todate. Best Regards Ken.

And Washing Dishes and mopping the floors the last one and get the paycheck.

Best hotel in Olean N. Y. And I've stayed in quite a few, rooms and amenities were top notch. The staff was warm, friendly, informative and sweet… can't say enough.

We stayed here for one night as we had a mechanical issue with our car. Repairs took longer than expected. Front desk staff extended us a very generous late check-out until the repairs were completed. Thank you very much for your hospitality. The waffle breakfast was excellent too! 10% off at Applebee's next door was much appreciated.

This Best Western is great! They are clean, nice breakfast, Wi-Fi, pool and friendly staff. They also have large rooms with flat screen TV and DVD player, fridge and microwave.

Clean and Comfortable. Recently renovated rooms. Awesome yogurt and waffle bar is a great addition to breakfast selections. Something for everyone. Staff goes out of their way to accommodate and make it a home away from home. My best sleep every week is at Best Western Plus University Inn in Olean NY.

The rooms are not to expensive and the staff was very nice.

Very clean nice staff decent little pool right across the street from Walmart walking distance to many great restraints free simple breakfast and great coffee good rates especially booking in advance.

Stayed here March 16 and 17 with a large group. They were very accommodating. They put us together and let us use the lobby area to socialize. We were all in town for a funera. They even gave flowers and a card to the family. We could not have been treated any better. The rooms were comfy and quiet. When we come to Allegany and need a hotel we will always stay there.

Walked in on Friday March 2nd, 2018 around 9am in hopes to get a room due to no electric or heat due to the recent storm. Was put up in the biggest room in the hotel for my wife, myself and our 3 boys. Not knowing when we would have power back I wanted to hold a room for Saturday as well just in case. Unfortunately, the room we had for Friday was not available on Saturday but was able to get a different room for Saturday. No big deal changing rooms, it was right next to our original room. The hotel allowed us to stay in our first room after check out until our second room was ready, making that the first to be cleaned so we could move right in. The entire staff was extremely accommodating from the front desk to housekeeping. The second room was only a 1 bed but it had a pull out couch and they brought us a roll away bed as well. April went above and beyond to help out with our situation. Had our room ready on friday 4 hours before their check in time allowing us to get into some warmth. Thank you to everybody at the best western and a big thank you to april.

We stayed 2 nights at this Best Western. The staff is exceptional. The room clean and spacious. Would have been nice if they provided body wash as well as the shampoo and conditioner. Very convenient for St. Bonaventure games (Go Bonnies! ). The breakfast was not quite up to expectations. No in-season cut up fruit, had packaged muffins, oatmeal in packages and not cooked up. Overall though, I would stay again.

Very clean and the staff was absolutely amazing. Was definitely not disappointed.

The rooms were clean and comfortable (yes, I checked for bugs — none! ). The shower worked well, and there were a lot of outlets near the bed. Breakfast could have used some fruit, but the rest of the food was fine. Everyone was nice!

This is a lovely hotel. Great staff — very helpful and cordial. Ample parking. Good variety of items for breakfast. Hotel is quiet, clean and centrally located — near St. Bonaventure University and near the city of Olean. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again. Keep up the good work!

The room was clean and very nice. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. The people we encountered, both staff and other guests, were pleasant and friendly. This hotel is right down the road from the college we were dropping our son off at. There's a Walmart across the street and many nice restaurants in town. We were very happy with our stay and you can't beat the price!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was a ever so slightly on the smaller side, but it was clean, modern and inviting with high ceilings and a large bathroom. If I HAD to pick out one complaint it would be the pillows kinda sucked, but that's just me grasping at straws to find something. Would recommend!

Decent hotel and very sufficient for basic needs of staying for a while. The halls do have an odor but it's not overbearing. The pool is small and could be a little cleaner but it'll do. No hot tub though. Free Wi-Fi. Free breakfast.

The overall stay was great. The pool was supposedly heated but a little cold, which is okay. Also the breakfast was great but later gave me an upset stomach.

2nd time starting at this hotel. Again… Super friendly staff. Rooms are very nice and always clean. Still haven't used the pool but the exercise room is nice (treadmill, recumbent, elliptical, weights…). Breakfast is complimentary and awesome. Cookies available daily. Discounts at Applebee's (within walking distance) and the Y. Will come again.

Awesome king room with a FULL kitchen! Pool is great, breakfast is lovely, soup available all day, flavored water is a nice touch!

The rooms were nice and clean, my 8 yr old enjoyed the pool very much and it was so nice to have Applebee's deliver. Even with the delivery charge it was worth it after a long drive. Customer Service was phenomenal. I believe the lady's name was Cindy so kind and thoughtful.

We stayed at the Olean NY location. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was excellent! I'll definitely stay here again!

It was fun staying with everyone. Pillows are awful though.

Our receptionist was very accommodating. The woman making the hot breakfast made sure our bellies were full before sending us back on the road. Great Staff.
