From housekeeping to management, the staff here are the absolute best! This is our home away from home when my husband has to be in town for work. Our preferred room is on the northwest side of the building so that I can see the sunset over Manhattan.

Costumer service was horrible when I checked out no Bady say good morning and not even thank you 🙏

This hotel provides shuttle service to and from the LaGuardia airport to/from the hotel. Van drivers and front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and a very comfortable bed was awaiting! Complimentary breakfast is provided.

There was a cock roach by the front desk when we arrived. The service is great though. Staff is very friendly. The free breakfast wasn't bad either. For those with babies, they have actual cribs rather than pack n plays.

They were a blessing in a time of need. After a day of airline and airport problems, my mission had another long delay of over ten hours, a ten hour flight and looking at an 18 hour layover with nowhere to go at 11:30 at night. Kenneth did a great job, for a mission team over budgeted for new bookings, giving us a great deal and a lot of bottled water. Great job, Kenneth! BLESSINGS TO YOU, sir!

A wonderful hotel with excellent staff who are very professional and friendly. The hotel is modern looking with great rooms. My room was completely clean, with no issues at all. A free hot breakfast in the morning is included and also has a shuttle to and from the airport. They have pool access at their sister property next door for those that want to swim.

Stayed 1 night on the 3rd floor. Check in was a breeze, the shower was a little dirty but the room was otherwise clean. The room was quieter than expected for being near the airport. Breakfast was good with many options.

The rooms are a nice size. We had the double beds and they are very comfortable. The Wi-Fi is extremely slow. For some reason the rooms don't have a fridge. Breakfast was great. The waffles are good. Don't get the oatmeal though. I'm enjoying my stay!

This hotel location is decent if your main objective is to be close to the airport, but not if you are a tourist visiting Manhattan. Public transportation to the city is not close and driving into the city is not worth it. HOWEVER, this is a nice hotel overall. The rooms are clean and fairly spacious. The beds are comfortable. And the breakfast is decent and free. I recommend this hotel for travelers, not tourists.

I am a frequent flyer at this hotel! Very clean. Ashley at the font desk is the best. Anytime I need assistance she has been very accommodating and helped to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Hilton is lucky to have her!

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Free breakfast is really great, they have small snacks/cold drinks/ice cream available for purchase at the front desk, as well. The bed here is honestly one of the comfiest ones I've ever been in (I was stuck here for 3 days after I was traveling for work and got the flu, so I spent a LOT of time in that bed). Shower always had hot water, staff was super friendly (especially with my last minute change of plans), and it's super easy to get to LGA (and the free shuttle runs every 20-30 minutes, which is a great perk).

Our stay was great! Hotel was clean, rooms were clean, bathroom was clean, all good stuff. The only thing I’d say was misleading was the parking situation. I elected to use a digital key through the Hilton app. During this process, the app asked if I wanted to add **complementary** parking to my digital key for the parking deck. Of course I said yes! It turns out though that the parking deck is actually $30/day, not complementary. This may be an app issue more than a hotel issue but the hotel should be on top of this. When I went to the front desk, they validated my ticket with no charge (thank you) but this should be fixed.

Front desk needs to get out of the hospitality industry if they can't be hospitable!, "Hello how are u? How can I help you? Very basic customer service rules would go really far. I don't care if you gave me a smoking room when I requested non smoking… as long as you were nice about it. This hotel brings the Hampton franchise reputation to the floor, called the front desk from my room multiple times, no one ever answered, stayed on the 11th floor and u can hear everything from next rooms like no insulation in walls between, just be aware this Hotel is not what u normally would expect from a Hampton hotel.

"Indoor pool is NOT inside the hotel you are staying in — it's next door. So in the middle of winter you must put bathing suit on bundle up and walk outside and go to a completely different hotel. Same goes for the restaurant that claim as an amenity.

Very clean property. Right across from LaGuardia Airport. The staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. Room is always ready when promised. Also rented conference facilities and always perfect.

Filthy and dirty! Very rude employees! No parking! No continental breakfast! When I checked in, it looked like someone had just been in there smoking! (Smoke cloud) Bed spread Reeked of stale cigarettes, burn hole in comforter! Huge Holes in bathroom under the sink and behind the toilet! People outside the entrance asking for money and food! This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 Star!

The front desk team was great; both quick and kind. I really like the bed mattresses and my room is really clean. The breakfast buffet often has two or three folks restocking and cleaning… It's a great place and I'm thrilled to come back again and again!

Accommodating and customer centered staff always polite and friendly. Clean good sized rooms. Nice/free breakfast… help yourself soup afternoon until gone. Airport shuttle… car service (you pay) if needed and upscale sister hotel next door for with restaurant and lounge. Enjoyed my stay.

Always friendly and super comfy beds! Hot water can take quite a while to come through at times. Also wish they had a mini-fridge in every room. Half the time when you ask for one brought up they are out. But good breakfast and shuttle to LGA is great!

Excellent staff, timely pickup and drop off from LGA, nice bed and towels. Water in tub was an ordeal. Either it can burn you or freeze you. Apart from that excellent place for a night or two.

This was a below average hotel over all. The room I stayed in had some apparent water damage that was painted over while probably wet, with said paint running down the wall paper. The hotel advertises free parking, with about only 10 spots available for 120+ rooms. Otherwise you pay $30 a night. The parking card does not fit into the entrance card reader. The exit card reader did not work. An employee was tasked with standing by the gate to assist, and did nothing until prompted by a person on the intercom, and stood idle for 5+ minutes until I had to physically raise the gate to depart. The breakfast was subpar, eggs were questionable and sausage was crispy. I will not stay at this location again.

Lovely place to stay. Highly professional staff. They are very efficient and effective at their job. The breakfast buffet is amazing.

I would give them zero if I could. The sink and shower water was cold. I was forced to take a quick cold shower. The bed frame was incredibly unstable. It was just terrible all around. For the price I paid, I shouldn't experienced any of that. The staff just preformed their duties and were not attentive to my needs or other guests as I noticed. I also have to dispute charge on my card for who knows what because all they were good for was a place to lay my head and I cannot see why there were any additional fees. I got cheap Inn the following day and it was a much nicer stay.

Very upscale for an airport hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. Large, soft but firm comfortable King bed with soft sheets and fluffy pillows. Free Neutrogena products in bathroom. Shower had great water pressure. Room was very clean. Free full breakfast with eggs, bacon, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juice, cereal. Coffee nearly 24 hrs.

Nice room with comfortable beds. Due to an early departure, I did not have breakfast or use any other amenities. The location is close to the airport, and they have a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes. With LaGuardia being the mess that it is, allow extra time to sit in traffic on the shuttle. If you need a meal, the bar across the parking lot in the Plaza Hotel is good.

Clean very spacious rooms. Great Place to stay and catch the shuttle to the airport. Was on the 11th floor. It took the hot water a while to get there.

I booked a non smoking room a week ago and when I arived was advised my booking had just gone through and all that was available were two smoking rooms. Was not given any other option. Due to the smell and my worry of smelling like smoke at my meeting the next morning I did not sleep well. When I chatted on the Hilton site was advised a case was bwing opened. Not happy and will have to rethink if I should continue to be a loyal customer. If I could I would have given it a 0 rating.

I was there for a reunion. The hotel staff were very helpful and resorceful. However the room was very warm and the air conditioning was not high enough for the amount of people in the room. I would recommend this place to others. I actual prefer to use Hampton inn when I travel.

Man, this one is a mixed bag. Good physical plant. Seems fairly new, in good shape, rooms are newer Hampton Inn. Air conditioner worked well in 95° summer heat. Bathroom was fine. Staff… was not friendly. At all. Really not great.

Very nice and professional staff. Clean and updated with extremely comfortable bedding. Nice mix of soft and medium firm pillows. For New York LaGuardia area it's a nice property for the money.

Pretty nice hotel near the airport. It's a Hampton Inn so you know what are getting. The rooms were clean including the bathrooms. Breakfast downstairs in the morning was pretty good. And they have an airport shuttle that starts at 4am and leaves every 20 minutes. If you rent with national this is a sweet location cuz they are only 0.3 miles away. So you can drop off the car the night before your flight and just take the Hampton inn airport shuttle instead of the National one that drops you at a bus stop during construction. The snacks in the lobby that you can charge to your room have a nice selection. Also they have menus of companies that deliver in the area if you are looking for food. Only thing the room lacks are mini fridges — hence 4 not 5 stars.

The Hampton Inn provides a quality stay for all of its customers. The service is good, it's employees are professional, and the rooms are clean.

I originally picked this hotel because it was listed as having free parking but as I got there and I realized there's only 10 spots that offer free parking otherwise if you're not there early enough you have to park in the parking garage which you need to pay. The room I received was a great room as for the view but when I went in it it had a very funny smell as if they are trying to cover something up with Febreze. Other than this the staff was excellent and everyone was nice.

A very rude and abnoxius staff, specifically the security and the desk clerk. As I was checking in the security harassed and scared my wife by banging on my Suv and she was shaken by his rude and unprofessional behavior. The front desk kept jesting and taunting at the situation. One less guest for this rude and barbaric staff at this hotel. We come from Tennessee where people are actually friendly and professional…

The hotel did have good breakfast (fruit salad was good, also included warm items such as cheese omelettes, sausages), and the room was clean. However, it went downhill from there. This hotel's "free parking" is limited to about 15 spots in front of the hotel. This is an 11 story hotel. Those spots were always full. Parking in their parking garage costs $20 per night. It gets worse. I reserved a room with two queen beds at this hotel over a month in advance through Priceline. When I arrived I was given a key, and went up to the room. The room had only one bed, and furthermore did not match the room description listed on my reservation. I went back down to the front desk and asked to be moved to a room that matched my reservation (showing them my receipt, which clearly showed that my reservation was for a room with two queen beds). They said that they did not have any of those rooms available, and spouted some nonsense about "room type not guaranteed". I went back to my room and gave Priceline a call. I explained the situation and Priceline gave this Hampton Inn a call. When the Priceline rep took me off hold, they told me that the hotel had managed to come up with a room for me. Less than a minute later I received a call on the room's phone from the hotel manager on duty, who confirmed this. We went down to the front desk and got the new room key, along with a bogus excuse for why they only now discovered that they did indeed have the correct type of room available for us.

Your typical Hampton Inn, a excellent breakfast, great service, the works. The location of this Hampton Inn is very close to LaGuardia Airport (about 5 minutes with a free shuttle), it's very quiet and you don't hear any noise at night. If you're not staying there for the airport, the location is poor with nothing around unless you drive or there is a bus stop that you can take into Queens. Getting to New York isn't too hard, all you do is take the bus line outside of the hotel to the 7 subway line, get on an express train to Manhattan and you can be there within 20 minutes.

Clean, close to the airport, food delivered quickly from various local restaurants and free shuttles. Great.

After doing a bit of research on the internet, we decided to stay at the Hampton Inn. We arrived on October 15th and took their shuttle to the hotel. The staff was great, room was clean, beds were awesome and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Hampton.

Great hotel at a great price, the staff is very helpful and attentative towards the guest. It was my first time in new York so they showed me which buses and trains to take whereever I need it to go. There's also a shuttle from the hotel to the airport which that's very useful. The rooms are clean and well matained, the beds and the pillows are very comfortable, the free breakfast is amazing also. I will definitely be staying here next time I come to NYC :).

My daughters and I stayed at the Hampton from June 6 through June 9 on our first trip ever to New York, and we are thrilled with the service we received at the Hampton. Everyone was pleasant, kind and helpful. The rooms were beautiful, and the beds were better than the ones I have at home. The complimentary breakfasts were delicious and different every morning! They also had a shuttle service to the subway, making it convenient to get to the city. The best part was the fact that my daughter's friend left her cell phone in the lobby the morning we were leaving. She didn't realize it until we were already at the airport and through security. The hotel gave it to the shuttle driver, and he delivered to us at the airport on his route through! That was so nice of him. They really went above and beyond, and we are so thankful that we stayed there. I fell in love with New York City, and I want to stay at the Hampton the next time we're there.
