I've been placed here for quarantine because I got the covid. What a great place and what a great thing for the state of New York to do for people who need a place too go. Top notch thank you for all the hard workers here all the people here on the front line. 🙏🙏🙏

In the side I was admitted to quarantine from COVID-19 virus I got the best attention, meal comes three times a day, nurses visited And checked my oxygen level and temperature and every night around midnight a nurse pop her head in and ask if I was okay … making sure I am breading and not in need to get to ER … I didn’t be allowed to leave my room at any circumstances. I had a nurses numbers just in case I get an emergency or concern. My room had the best view to the La Guardia Airport and I can see the canal water. The best sunrises and sunsets for 10 days … I am so thankful for this program they had and open its doors for Me when I most need a place to quarantine.

This is the nicest hotel I've ever been in and I have not been in a lot of hotels this place is rated 5-star there's actually four star but I would rated five stars and its service attire appearance don't start something now cim I'm very happy here and I would recommend it to anybody and everybody and I'd like to come here again five stars.

My first time in New York and staying at this beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was tastefully decorated and very clean. I enjoyed my stay and will visit again in the Summer. Thank you for a very pleasant and enjoyable time.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very grateful for the late check at no extra cost. The pool had a lifeguard and I loved that. Our only concern was the reception with the television was poor.

Worst customer service
Charged me 7 days parking for 1 night stay (9hours) they repeatedly insist that I parked my rental car that was turned in 3 days later.

Our Shuttle was perfect, our arrival and check in went smooth. Room was clean, except one little incident but was quickly fixed. All staff is super friendly. My family and I will definitely return. One more thing, the price was very affordable.

Location is obviously a huge plus — can literally walk to LGA in ten minutes. But good rooms and great service. Price point is high but fair for the location alone.

I am amazed with this hotel. I was staying in Manhattan at a 4-star hotel paying 3 times more then I just paid at this hotel. This hotel is right across from the airport. A little ways from all the crazy that is Time Square and will cost u 36-39 dollars by Lyft but rooms are bigger cleaner. U can take a bus and train for a few dollars if anything to go to Manhattan. I should’ve booked here and used public transportation to go sightseeing. I would've saved a lot of money if I had stayed at this place. Great gym and pool better than the other hotel I was staying, amazing lobby and atmosphere, the coolest fun front desk agent “Israel” that showed me a nice place to visit the “Brooklyn Promenade” love it, it was just as he described. Will for sure stay again at this hotel. Thanks!

Surprising very nice! We had an amazing view and the place inside was gorgeous. On the outside doesn't look as grand but don't be fooled! I luv that it's right there by the airport. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff wasn't nice at all. In fact they were rude at times. Rooms were dirty including dirty underwear in the sheets, trash on the balcony, we killed several bugs over the course of our stay and the tub had a clog. They gave us free breakfast for the dirtiness after we were ignored twice about someone cleaning the room. They wouldn't even bring us clean sheets knowing they hadn't been cleaned. The tub was never fixed and we were there 3 days. The receptionist recommended a nail place that once we got there had been shut down permanently. The food was good, lobby is nice, and it was convenient to the airport and the event we were going too. We left and stayed at the Marriott right next door the remainder of our trip and it was fantastic and the same price. I recommended starting there before you have to pack up and move.

My 5 star is based on the ambience in the common areas and their restaurant "ELEMENT. " The outside was very spacious, very well tiled, lots of greenery and the light sound of music to entertain you. The interior was breathtaking all the way to the restrooms. It was well lit, beautifully designed & decorated, clean and have a beatiful fragrance in the air that mesmerize you nostrils. Also the food at the restaurant was delicious I would love to book a room at this property. I believe I would enjoy that.

I still was and am amazed by the interior design. The place is clean and well maintained thanks to the housekeeping department. By the looks of it, I think they have to build a hotel because their service is a 4 star for me. Front desks staffs are very professional on handling guests and their needs. The food in the menu is superb and I really love how they serve it, a lot of compassion in the air I can sense it. Overall its excellent and I will recommend my friends to visit this place.

Hotel was nice but Guest Services needed to be better trained. We didn't get our requested room. Everything else was great. Both restaurants we ate in the food was pretty good.

The hotel is really close to lga Airport so you'd likely end up here for a single night of layover or something, but it's a really nice place. It looks like they're doing some kind of renovation, though, so I may have gotten the "nice floor" or something. Either way, it's a nice hotel.

Pros: Nice clean hotel in a nice location. I had breakfast included in my stay and breakfast was good although quite busy. Cons: shuttle service is unreliable. The on-site restaurant is pretty expensive for the quality of food, and the staff doesn't seem very knowledgeable with regards to local information.

Bizarre details messed up Room not ready at 10pm when I arrived. Shampoo and soap pumps broken in shower bolted to the wall. Otherwise nice location comfortable beds clean good shuttle…

Nice experience, great facility. Great location for airports, Yankee Stadium and Citi Field. Not ideal if you are coming in to tour NYC but quite manageable if you are from NYC (like me) and know how to navigate the boroughs.

Hotel lobby, room and bathroom were nice. Service at the front desk could be better and friendlier. The airport shuttles run to and from the airport throughout the day. The train station shuttles only run to the train station, to come back it's the bus or a cab, which isn't very convenient.

Staff was great especially in the dining room. Basically free breakfast saved us all of on money and the kid really enjoyed the pool. Book early to get better rates.

This was a clean and convenient location for NYC adventures. The indoor pool was good for relaxing. Rooms include a mini-fridge and coffeemaker. Breakfast is not included. Friendly staff. Near the airport.

I attended a conference over there, so I didn't see as much as a guest staying there, but what I did see, I liked. The lobby was very clean, everything was in its place, staff was nice enough, meeting rooms were spotless. Overall seemed like a nice place.

Parking is an issue. Upon arrival I was told to move away from the front entrance because it was “reserved for conference attendees”. I was just looking for parking. I was directed to the parking garage that was “sorry full”. I called the front desk, about ready to cancel my reservation at this point because there was literally no place for me to put the car, and was told to look for on street parking 4 or 5 blocks away in a nearby residential neighborhood. Are you kidding me? It was dark and this isn’t the best neighborhood. I finally went back to the garage, drove in past the “sorry full” sign and found a spot. The registration staff was friendly enough and the room seemed clean, comfortable, and safe but the walls were paper thin. I could hear neighbors on both sides all evening and they were not being unusually loud. Just normal conversation and TV. Wi-Fi was so slow it was essentially unusable. Will not stay here again.

I didn't like the round bread they served very hard they should have better options.

I had booked a reservation in February 2018, for an upcoming trip in April. As I began the check in process, My experience with the front desk agent Marble Mu was not pleasant. She was not welcoming and it felt like she was just trying to get rid of me at the front desk. The hotel has a nice decor and it seemed like it was going to be a great place to stay. Once I made it into the room, I realized that marble had sent me to the wrong room as I booked 1 king size bed, she placed me in a room with 2 full/ or XL twin beds. It was definitely not what I booked in the prior months. As I reached out to her to resolve the issue as it is 1a at this time, she was not empathetic about the problem. I asked for her manager and she advised me to my surprise that she was the manager. After a total time of about 30 minutes, I was finally placed in a king size bed that she initially stated was not available. It only then became available when I asked what she was going to do to compensate me. All in all, this was not a good first time experience for me and I will not be staying at Laguardia Plaza Hotel again. The service was no where near worth the price I paid for my stay.

The Large Room where my cousin celebrated her 70th birthday, was really nice! The food and atmosphere were great! Service was great as well! The Lobby area was clean and had a lot of nice places to take pictures!

Not good as a three star hotel. Only one elevator in the center of buildong. Just wonder in case of fire. How side wings people survive. Pool in maintain. Was looking for the pool to book this hotel. Internet is really really really slow. Bathroom is not that clean. Quilt is not that comfort. Not suggest for next time.

Excellent place. As a driver I recommend this hotel to all of my passengers who need a suite near the airport. Friendly staff are always ready to assist with whatever a guest needs. Big shout out to Spence, Shak, and Willie.

Excellent beautiful hotel. We stayed in room 644 with the view of the water and airport. Staff at front desk excellent. Bar is great also but closed at 11pm. Lobby is very modern and welcoming. Room and hallway was nice, clean, modern and the bonus was the welcoming chocolates in the room.

I'd give place a zero if it was possible. Van took forever to show up upon arrival. Front desk stated they were only a couple of minutes away both times we called. They showed up after 30 minutes. Set a wake call. Never got a wake up call. On the van ride back, the stopped at another hotel, at a budget rental car facility (this is the airport shuttle supposedly), flight safety international, and I kid you not at a bus stop to ask people that didn't even stay at the hotel if they wanted a ride. Total travel to get to airport from a little over a mile away was over 20 minutes. Boo.

Attended an event here. Very nice location. Easily accessible from the airport and local MTA buses. The meeting rooms were clean and bright and very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to all visitors. There's ample parking which is really rare for a NYC airport hotel. I are in the hotel restaurant and both the food and service were excellent. Can't speak for the rooms since I didn't stay overnight, but the hotel overall seemed very well maintained.

I've stayed here many times. They have a great front desk team; quick and courteous. Their breakfast is to die for; lots of hot food, fruit, waffles and omelettes made with ingredients of your choice. Great rooms; some with awesome views of LGA. And some of the best, and I mean it, very best shuttle drivers IN THE WORLD!

Worst front desk service ever. I had a reservation at 9am and check out at 8pm but due to some reason I was there 3 hours early and I had no place to stay. It was really cold out at that night as well. So I went in and there was this asian receptionist over there and I told her my situation. Neither did she wanted to give me a room, she said I have to do a different reservation with a different price which was hideous. And the check out time was noon. I was ready to pay that hideous amount but I requested her to atleast let me stay until 6pm but she refused to do that. In a cold weather like this, and from an airport hotel it was really unexpected and disrespectful to the customer. As far as I know, airport hotels are supposed to guest friendly at any time because of the flight problems. I really didn’t expect that from this hotel at least. I hope no one gets this kind of treatment in the future.

Hotel was wonderful even though I was told I was staying in the non renovated part of the hotel. It is an excellent hotel. Water pressure was nice and high. The bed was great as well as the pillows. Room was clean and did not smell. The AC/heat worked flawlessly. Again this was in the non renovated room, I could only imagine how good the better rooms are. I want to shout out to a few people to specifically give them accolades such a wonderful Job: Douglas: My initial point of contact at the Hotel was very kind and courteous. I was there for a band and had forgotten my ticket, he mentioned their business office and my trip was saved. Thank you so much! Mabel: I had returned from said concert at mid-night and was completely dead she helped me find a place to eat at such a late hour. Incredibly respectful and helpful! Thanks! The service from the front desk was phenomenal. The room was small and below adverage. Free parking for overnight guests should be automatic but it is not. The only thing that keeps this from being a two star Review is because of the good workers at this hotel.

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times this year alone, and we (wife and I) LOVE IT! The staff is awesome, the food… OMG the FOOD is exceptional! My wife is a New Yorker (born in the Bronx) she loves this place. Not too far from Queens Center Mall, great restaurant in the hotel for evening, nice bar. We stay where we can enjoy watching the aircraft landing at LaGuardia, and never hear any of the noise that we hear at home when they fly over. The desert! DID I MENTION THE DESERTS? The Apple Crisp with the Ice Cream! THE FUDGE BROWNIE! If you want a nice hotel, clean rooms, great location… this is the place.

This is a beautiful hotel, very ornate, with very well appointed rooms that have great features. The bed was very comfortable. I slept better than a baby. The upgraded features in the bathroom include granite counters, and an oversized shower head with adjustable settings. And the staff is very polite and accommodating. Try to get the breakfast package included with your stay if you can. They have a nice breakfast buffet with a good amount of options. The location is central to very nice local restaurants (I recommend Uncle Peter's Italian), and is just a hop skip and a jump to LaGuardia. The free shuttle bus will take you to the 7 train, and from there the city is yours. Coming back, the Q48 bus drops you off just feet from the hotel. This hotel is a great hotel option for those who want the New York experience, without being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. It was a great stay.

From the short visit, very convenient to and from hotel. Not too much in the way of doing it restaurants near by but proximity to rental cars and Uber took care of that. The staff and rooms were great.

Only problem was the parking was a bit tight. Surprisingly Elegant and functional. It's nice to see people working and chatting in the romantic space. The parent company should be proud.

I stayed at this hotel for a wedding that I went to. The room was not ready when my wife and I arrived, but this was most likely due to us arriving earlier than the check in time. The room was pretty comfortable, it was very large compared to other hotels I've stayed at. My only gripe would be that we had to pay for parking. Thankfully the rate was discounted for those attending the wedding however. I believe that a hotel charging over $200/night should not charge for parking though.

Great service from the front desk and the lobby was spectacular. The room was very standard and acceptable however the bathroom needed a little updating and was worn out. Overall a great stay overnight!

We needed to stay here because our flight got cancelled. Needless to say, it was very, VERY expensive. The front staff was nice and accommodating and the rooms were standard. However, I don't think it was worth the $$$ that it costed us… unfortunately we had very limited options. Additionally, the service at the hotel restaurant was TERRIBLE. The waiter forgot about us, couldn't understand our order, and took forever to get us drinks. The environment was clean and had a new fresh lobby. Nonetheless, I think there are likely better, cheaper hotels… but this is NYC. Its an average place and if I were in a pinch like we were when we stayed here… I MIGHT consider staying here again.

It's a nice hotel. My stay was good and my room was well furnished and very nice. There aren't any restaurants or shops within walking distance nearby, so you really are at the mercy of the restaurants here in the hotel. And I ate dinner here one night before and the prices were reasonable for the food that you got and the fact that it was the only restaurant around. But then I ordered a soda with my dinner and I paid four dollars for that small cup of Diet Coke that you see pictured. That's a real problem and that's why this review was only three stars instead of four.

This hotel is just okay. The downstairs area is really nice, but the rooms need an update. Beds were comfortable and my room was quiet. I was right above the pool, and my room smelled like chlorine. The restaurant in the hotel is really overpriced, and there is no free breakfast.

I went to a business event and the hotel is a great place.

I was unfortunate enough to stay here for 48 hours while a flight was cancelled. The customer service at the front desk was absolutely terrible! I originally booked for 1 night but later had to book an additional night before I was able to fly out of New York. During my stay I left a jacket in the closet of the first room, but wasn't aware of it until I had checked into the second room for my second night at the hotel. I called the front desk and explained the situation and they told me that a security guard would check the old room and stop by my new room when he was finished. After 45 minutes nobody had come by. I called again and again was told that a security guard would check and stop by. After waiting for an additional 45 minutes nobody had called or visited my room. I then went down to the front desk myself. After speaking to the lady at the desk it was evident that a security guard had yet to check the old room for my jacket. The lady then began to inform me that nothing was turned into lost and found so therefore they did not have my jacket. But yet they hadn't checked the room. I then became frustrated and suggested that someone escort me to the room to look myself. At this point the ladies at the desk decided to check the system to see if anyone had even checked into my old room, and nobody had, the room was vacant and had been since I checked out. The ladies then suggested I return to my room until the security guard checked the room.

Just a decent hotel. Rooms were clean and nice. Staff was friendly. One thing to note it was reeealy quiet. Which I love. I'm a light sleeper so, I got a good nights sleep here with all the silence.

Lobby and bars/restaurants looked nice. Room is run down and bathroom is dirty looking. Pictures of rooms online made it look a lot nicer than they were. Called to order room service for dinner so I didn't have to drag my two over tired children to dinner. They told me it could take "up to 50 min". Going on two hours now and still no food and tired, starving children that need to get to bed so we can get up early for our flight tomorrow morning. (Did call about 45 min ago and they told me they're just starting our order and it will be at least another 30 min). Oh and parking is $30/day — if you don't want to try and find on street parking and drag two kids and multiple pieces of luggage. Overall, hotel is okay for price but I would not stay here again.

A hotel miy cute and cosy with a pool that at any time you can go to banarte. I loved it.

Not a top end hotel. Just a nicer… La Quinta. Check in was fine. I was in a newer room. Air Conditioner setting was just a suggestion to what temp and fan speed the air conditioner would maintain. Saturday night. Bar area was way understaffed. Everything took longer than it should have. Mind you the eating area and bar were at best 1/3 full. The icing on the cake was being served my food and having to ask three times over nine minutes for eating utensils and condiments. The same bar tender would walk by and help others. It was finally after turning around in my chair and making constant eye contact did he again ask if everything was okay. After my third request to him he got a napkin and silverware. The food is nothing special. Problem is there's nothing within walking distance. If staying here eat before you come or bring food. Next morning I wanted to venture into the city. Gift shop has hours posted they open at 7am. I needed a metro card. It was 7:50 am and they were closed. Front desk said they were a different company. Fine. Bought a card and started my journey at the airport. I only stayed here because my employer paid for the night. I'd only recommend this hotel if it's the cheapest around and you just need a bed and room for a few hours. Don't stay here with the intention it sight seeing. There's a bus stop across the street but… Just stay somewhere else.

We had the unfortunate experience of being booked here after a lengthy delay with our flight and were given lunch and dinner vouchers. Tried basically the cheapest meal of fish and chips and still had to pay more than the $25 voucher value for this. It was honestly the worst meal ever offered in my life. There was no avocado as specified in the description. When I asked they said sorry they do not have any. The fish was so old, dry and over cooked so as to be impossible to cut. Tried pulling it apart by hand. Ridiculous. I returned it uneaten. Too awful for words. The chips were some old mashed potato re fried. Dry and inedible. The server was clearly embarrassed as well.
Do not order the fish. So disappointed.

I would like to say Thank You to the staff here at LaGuardia Plaza and the Manager Cara for helping us with a early check in. Me and my family had a bad experience with another hotel that didn't have hot water for 2 days and health department came and closed down the dinner area so we decided to leave and go to LaGuardia Hotel. Ms Cara was very helpful to our needs she let us check in early without extra charges as we waited on the rooms to get ready she told us to go have breakfast which the food was awesome after eating our rooms were ready. Just wanted to Thank the staff for great customer service and understanding. Rooms look nice and we felt very comfortable.

Modern elegant and very convenient located near the guard apt.

Our stay was uneventful and pleasant. No one working at the hotel was rude to us, all of our questions were answered promptly and correctly. We came for NYCC & stayed for 4 days, 3 nights. We were given extra towels and cups every time we asked and even though we said the cleaning service wasn't really needed (we weren't in the room much) they still came in and had our room spotless each day. The reason we rated 3 stars instead of 5? I took away one star for not offering a continental breakfast. Bagels and muffins don't cost much to offer (especially in lieu of the nightly rate compared to less expensive hotels that do offer full complimentary breakfast spreads). I also took away a star for not having free parking for your guests. A $30 a day rate is ridiculous for your parking garage. Beyond that it didn't notify us as we were booking that you had paid parking only and therefore it didn't show us your rate either. Not a fun surprise upon arriving. Overall though we had a good experience and may consider your hotel in the future if an event comes around making your place worth the parking fee / extra food cost.

There for a wedding. Great lobby. Great service. Bar tenders at the bar however were a tad understaffed and made a few mistakes. Good all round.

Horrible hotel. I came in to check-in with my boyfriend. My boyfriend is the age of 21 but I am a year younger than him. We had to be somewhere by 3pm that day of check-in we came in and asked if we were able to check in early and they said no, so I had to post-pone what I had to do that day. We waited an hour came back to check-in. When we were checking in everything was fine they checked my boyfriends ID so than I handed the front desk man my credit card for payment than a woman tells him to ID me very rudely. Once they took my ID the woman who was apparently the manger of the hotel was extremely rude. Told us we could not check-in because I was not the age of 21 implying that this hotel was meant for only people who are 21+. The managers excuse was because "there is an open bar in the lobby". On Expedia in the description is says that it is a family friendly hotel and they offer cribs so why can't they allow a 20 year old to accompany a 21 year old? My boyfriend was the one who was checking-in. I was providing the payment method and be his company. No where on the website were I booked this hotel reservations said that everyone who is sleeping in the hotel room had to be the age of 21. It was ridiculous. They made me waste my time and not only that I am not from New York my boyfriend and I had no where to sleep just because they didn't allow us to stay with them even as paying customers. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody.

I will never stay at this place again! First I was given a room no windows… The front desk did rebook me and gave me another room I'm claustrophobic it is very important for me to have flowing air at all times. Both rooms that I was given were hot there was no ventilation … When I established myself in the new room it was hot so I opened the window to let the air in, there were crumes all over the floor (it was not vacuumed) the bathroom was not the cleanest and my trash bin was in the sink. My flight was the next morning I had to be at the airport by 6am. My day was fantastic in till the front desk came up and said that the night before I was smoking in my room I had sent off the alarm the night before … I was not smoking and if the alarm went off the night before why did the arrive at 6am. I was charged $250 for not smoking in my room. The manager said that I had set off the alarm the night before, so then why was I not assisted when the alarm when off. Why would they wait till the next morning… That's definitely not a safe place to have a great night. Breakfast omg breakfast isn't it includes with the room we went to the breakfast room and it's a flavorless buffet with not much times I served myself eggs that were plain with beacon witch I didn't eat because it was extra oily, a small bowl of cereal with milk, and orange juice as I was making my way out to the shuttle the waiter is receiving me with a check for 2 of $38.00 I said… Wait what $38.

I had the worst experience at this hotel. When I arrived to check in, I'm informed that the parking garage is full and that I'm to find parking on the street. When I express my dissatisfaction I'm told that they share parking with a neighboring hotel and their is nothing they can do for me. The lobby was beautiful, but that was the extent of what is maintained in this property. When I get to my room, I find that the wallpaper is stained and ripped. The mattress felt like it hadn't been replaced in at least a decade. The bathroom was the worst offender of it all… the tub was dirty stained and the water didn't drain. I will never go back and urge management to review the lack of courtesy of check in staff and the maintenance of the property.

Stayed here this past weekend and I would come back here again. The valet process was so easy. The service is on point. The bed is sooo comfortable. Room service is pricy but the food is DELICIOUS! The hotel is walking distance to Chinatown and little Italy. $5 cab ride to fisherman wharf and ferry building :)

Had a very comfortable stay. The rooms were nice and clean and the employees were very friendly. Midweek, the pool and hot tub were cooler than usual, and the hot tub floor was filled with sand. On the weekend, it was much better.

Room on 2nd floor had very dark bathroom. Stayed on the 4th floor the next night and it was totally different. Lobby is beautiful. And restaurant/breakfast was great and very worth it.

This Hotel Is Horrible. I Took A Reservatiion and I Got Kick Out In The Morning Maybe Because I Was A Groupon ; (When I First Went To The Lobby The a lady Was Not Polite At All She Treat Me Like I was No one! I Got To My Room And Smells Like A a Pound Of Weed And Ciggrts! Funny Part They Accused Us Of Doing it I was Getting Complains Because We Werre Listening To Music And Talking Loud! And We Was Just Enjoy the Nigth Since We Been Traveling From Florida driving! We Went to to ask for ice and cups and right away the person In the counter ask us if we making a party Like Seriously we cannot have ice and cups since there was No Fridge In The Room And The Room Was Awful considered the fact that the room wasn't not at all compared to what I see in Pictures! Fake advertisment! was Crazy and For That Reason I will Never Stop In This Hotel And u will not recommend you too either 1/13/16

I'm checking out now, This Hotel is not what I expected. Breakfast ofcourse Not included Front male manager saying only I don't care And very very important issue is We just took the elevator to go to my room DO NOT TAKE MIDDLE ELEVATOR I took the video! The elevator was reached my rooms floor 7th And than elevator fell down to 5th floor quickly and extremely shacking down to 4th floor and than door was open… We press call emergency and told them the issue we stay on 4th floor, But after 10 minutes staffs were only checking the elevator they don't care about us… Seriously DO NOT GO to this hotel.

Nice entry and free Wi-Fi were pretty cool things. Later in the day we met someone in the lobby and as we were talking I saw an employee giving us strange looks as she left the lobby. The parking fees suck. The second night here we found and caught what appeared to be a cockroach. It turned out it was just a water bug but still freaked me out cause it was big. I only gave it a 3rd star because they responded well. They took off a parking fee from our bill and they sent 2 people to our room, one checked for more bugs and sprayed the carpet and the other guy explained kindly that it was a water bug and that the previous tenant must've left the window open over night. Over all the employees were nice.

My boyfriend booked our room online. When we arrived the entrance was descent, but when we went to our room it was disgusting. It was old and looked nothing like the photos we saw before purchasing on their website. It looked like they didn't even renovate it to look newer like the rest of the hotel. It looked like a run down room the shower wasn't clean, I didn't even want to go barefoot in the bathroom, we ordered a queen bed, instead we got two twin beds that weren't the greatest or prettiest, slow Wi-Fi and the lights were very bad quality. Defiently one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. We stayed in room 270 and I never looked for bed bugs, but reading all of these comments about this hotel having them. Don't take the risk because once you have bed bugs you literally have to throw everything out of your house they're impossible to get rid of. I don't believe I have them, but I will be keeping an eye out on all of my belongings. This was just a day ago.

Stayed at the hotel for work. The lobby is very modern art deco. Very large windows in a very cool bubble wall agree to you as you walk through the front door. Staff was friendly. The restaurant bar has a lot to choose from. The rooms were nicer than the LaGuardia Mariott when I stayed a few years back. The only thing that was lackluster was the Wi-Fi coverage. Very slow Wi-Fi connections with frequent drops. Area has a pool and a workout facility that were very nice to use. The parking garage was very nice and secure I never felt as if my vehicle was ever susceptible to being broken into. Overall a wonderful experience I stayed there because of work but I would stay there for friends or family.

Jean and I stayed at this hotel 24 years ago when we got married. The name has changed, but the great service hasn't. Everything was awesome. We even got to watch a couple scenes of Blue Bloods get filmed. Conveniently located near Enterprise Car Rental, LaGuardia Airport, and about everything you would want to see in NYC. Even the Roosevelt Ave / Broadway subway station to get into Manhattan is just a ten minute drive away and easy park. Thank you. Thomas & Jean Scott.

Wow! I was really nervous about staying in a hotel in N. Y. C well this hotel definitely made me change my mind 1st I want to say the shuttle was very convenient to and from the airport and to N. Y. C transportation a queens bus stop in front of hotel we took the hotel shuttle to catch the M60 into Manhattan right into Harlem it was so convenient We will definitely be staying here again the room look exactly like the pictures the lobby is beautiful beds are comfy the Chinese food we ordered was on point the staff including housekeeping was wonderful I love this place and recommend it to others you won't be disappointed in fact we trying to extend our stay for 4 or 5 more nights thanks L. P. H for the enjoyable stay.

Just want to say I went to the laguardia plaza hotel on the 16 October 2015 and it's one of The best hotel I ever came across for a long time we'll clean fresh and the staff was so lovely and helpful especially shanel that work into the hotel. Cant wait to go back I have no complains at all. I think others should really try it out u won't ever regret it. Keep it up guys love it.

The hotel was great. Very comfortable beds and very clean. Close to the airport with free shuttle. Would definitely stay here again.

Long story, but we were accidentally dropped off here after our US airways flight was cancelled. The agent gave us the wrong voucher, but the hotel staff went out of their way to get everything straightened out. Great service, nice clean rooms. I'd recommend heartily.

The hotel and room were clean and the free shuttle service was awesome! The only draw back to this place was when I went to take a shower in the morning and there was no hot water!

The dinning was less than satisfactory. Now on the other hand the hotels design and look are splendid.

2 beds for 3 days 1. Overall low maintenance in bathroom. Knobs are loose and toilet is defective and so makes noise every few minutes. 2. Poor service. They forgot to do the room service and no apologies. 3. Squeeky bed.

This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are NOTHING like in the picture don't even waste your money every room smells like cigs.

The place is gorgeous but at breakfast you have to have tickets to eat and u can't take back to room, computer lab cost. 35 cents a min. Microwave not in room only one in ice room. Good note pool, weight room, service all GREAT.

Facts: We stayed for 8 days! This isn't a 3 star hotel — May be a 2 star B&B. Sizeable rooms. Service very poor. Breakfast! Don't even ask! Poor quality food! Resturant staff not trained to work and as result very (VERY) Irrespective to guests. If you are visiting New York, this isn't the hotel you want to stay. It's a minimum of 1.5 hour journey to manhattan. Limited number of public transport from hotel to manhattan. You need to take a local bus number Q23 to subway and train number 7 to grand central! This route is one of a kind! I don't wish to experience again. In summary do not book.

Very nice and clean going bak or valentine, and geting a biger roimmm.

The quality of the food leaves a lot that want, for example only eggs that you offer are hard and put them in the refrigerator, i. E. You eat them cold. As happens with milk, it is only cold. They use plastic tableware, as it can be now that it's taking care of the environment. Horrible. The staff was very friendly, but has to endure all the complaint.

I stayed in that hotel for 2 nights, and overall review is OK, except there were toilet bowl leaked and made a noise all night long even after they fixed it, and also shower handle control water temperature is so messy you have to wait 2-3 minutes to get right temperature. And the most horrible thing is that the black guy who driving shuttle to airport in the morning, he looks in bad mood and speak to you like he is somekind of pro-wrestler who is ready to hit you. He is also so damn prejudice, he only help bring in white people's baggages. Overall review for this hotel is not recommended, especially for that shuttle bus driver.

Room was ok and staff is very nice. Outside of building looks dated but decent on inside. There is a bit of a smell getting off elevator going to my room. I will return on my next visit.

A bit far from the center of NY, but with service public excellent to improve everything.

After Hurricane sandy raised hotel prices dislodging cannot afford that management do not protect the lives of its occupants.
