Staff is very polite & helpful, good room, clean washroom, value for money, if your room is at 4th floor than you have to take stairs from 3rd floor. Easy to locate, on road hotel. If your friends or anyone else wants to meet you in hotel, they r not allowed in your room.

I had stayed two nights in this hotel, staff of the property are very good and courteous. But the GM has to expand his network with on other areas being in Hospitality segment. I had requested him to hire a Cab for me for 2 days (full). He said first, he doesn't know any travel agencies in Kolkata. But organized a cab on first day which is a bad experience. The car driver do not have licence papers nor the registration papers. Day experience. I have to request GM again to organize a good car with decent driver but to my surprise again on second day, I was attached with an old that was in poor condition. The driver was very harsh and his behaviour was rude. Within 1hr, I had to cancel this taxi. I had lost faith on this Hotel for unnecessarily creating trouble with these two episodes. Surprisingly, the GM had taken full money from me for these cab charges on two days. He do not have courtesy towards Guests — very bad experience, though.

Small room and very very very badly maintain ed Hotel.

Not worth the price and overall very ok hotel. Only consolation is location is near science city.

I had worst experience ever the charged a lot for a tiny room but it didnt stop there, moreover when we entered the room. Firstly, service telephone wasn't working. Secondly, t. V picture quality was too bad and they didn't do anything even after complaints. Thirdly, washrum water flow was very bad if you open the tap to wash hand you ll end up wetting your self. Forthly staff service was more than worst. Afterthat, when I complained oyo regarding same because I booked through oyo they just showed sympathy for what I an facing but they were unable to sort out the problem. Furthermore, in morning when I went to hotel's restaurant for complimentary they got just for item such as sandwich, poha, egg bhurji and bread jam thats it and due to I and my wife were diabetes patients I asked for fruit or any food that can be good for us they been very rude saying I can change menu for few guests and if you want other healthy foods you have to pay for that, which is completely disgusting after which I left the hotel and moved to different hotel. Had worst experience ever.

I did enjoy my stay there. Food was OK, but Rooms are bit small but elegant. I bit far from the city. If I come again surely staying there again.
