I highly do not recommend staying at this hotel. I stayed here following my wedding night. After checking in late at night. Upon entering our room we had hair that did not belong to either of us. (I’m bald, she had blonde hair) a pair of earrings that did not belong to us and crumbs in our bed. I took a picture and showed the management time. Mike the general manager was VERY short and rude about the issue and thought that a refund for the night would be excessive. I asked him if he thought sleeping in a bed that has not been cleaned during the middle of a pandemic and he seemed to have no issue with it. The shower also was not properly functioning. Once we checked out Mike said he sent the maintenance man to the room and it had no issues. They clearly have taken zero responsibility for a room that they never cleaned or changed the bed sheets and the shower not working properly. They were very rude. I highly suggest you find a different hotel. I will post pictures of our bed.

My family came from various counties/ states to say goodbye to my mother on 8/31. For 4days/3 nights the holiday inn went over and beyond the call of duty to meet the needs of our large group. The front desk was overly pleasant at all hours of the day/night. There were times we’d over stepped our boundaries however the staff remained friendly and nice. They met our needs and provided good service. I’m sure it was not easy for the staff to accommodate the stay of 7 large family group but they did, and they did it very well. Thank you Holiday Inn for being there for my family during the lost of our love one.

We really like this hotel. It's very clean, usually very quiet and is a great location right next to North Ponds park for walking trails, etc. The front desk staff are great and are quick to learn and remember customers who travel here often. They are almost like family except that they suck less.

Stayed just one night. We were pretty satisfied. Everything in and around seemed clean and well-maintained. Room was up-to-date and clean. The fitness center is pretty decent for a Holiday Inn Express, and the pool as well. Breakfast was the usual Holiday Inn Express stuff, by which I mean it was pretty good for a free breakfast at an affordable hotel. It was what seemed like a pretty busy Saturday morning, but there was no shortage of space for people and they weren't running out of food or anything like that. Only issue we had was that they seemed a bit under-staffed for a Friday night. The parking lot was pretty full, so I can see why they'd have staffing issues, but then again if it's that busy you'd think they would augment the staff. So anyway, we waited around for quite a bit when we arrived at around 9pm, and there was nobody at the front desk. We got checked in fine when someone showed up, but when we went back down to ask for an extra pillow, again — — nobody at the front desk.

It's always good to stay here! The rooms are very clean and it's quiet and relaxing. Should you ever be fortunate enough to encounter a woman named, "Anna" who works in housekeeping — you're in luck. A better person, you'd be hard pressed to find. She's originally from Poland and I feel like a better person having met her.

This is the best hotel in Webster! It's clean, large breakfast area means you don't have to wait for a table, there's a patio with a firepit to gather at in the evening and… it's right next to North Ponds park with a great walking path, fishing allowed and disc golf course! We enjoyed walking in the morning and returning to have breakfast. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Great Hotel. Nice, quiet and clean. Staff very friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast was good and there was a large variety of food to choose from. I didn't hear any noise from other guests during my stay because the walls were nice and thick. There is a nice large gym and a nice pool. There is also a patio section outside with a fire pit and lawn chairs. Nice location, close to shopping area and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

The inside pool was very nice. There was a gym, however the layout can be quite confusing given the nature of the hotel. There's nice amenities and the hotel is located near a shopping plaza for easy access.

My Young Living team loves to hold our events here. There event space is nice but I recommend that you plan in bringing updated sound equipment if you need to play music or have amplified sound.

This was our second stay here and like the first rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the hotel breakfast that was included was not bad for continental breakfast. My only gripe is the excessive use of stryofoam and plastic for said breakfast which isn't very environmentally conscious. Otherwise everything was amazing and we'd stay again when in the area. Definitely recommended.

Very clean and a very friendly staff. Check in was painless and the room looked great. Heading to the pool in a minute… if I don't update this post, that means it was a good swim in a nice and clean pool.

Keep your belongings safe with you while going out. I lost my new Insta360 ONE 360 Camera worth 300 from room. No response from hotel manager yet. Checking with other friends who stayed here before had similar issues… Hotel manager don't bother about complaints.

Decent Rooms. Very close to town centre. Shuttle Service. Close to a nice park where you can go for a run or sit and relax. Courteous staff.

Overall very nice hotel. Was here for a meeting and the staff was very efficient and friendly. Pool looked nice and bathrooms were clean. I would definitely stay here.

Amazing came here with my fiance and spend it with him over night it spark up our love it was an amazing swirling pool in our room and breakfast was delicious get away here would be so perfect for anyone.

The hotel is clean and has a wonderful breakfast buffet. The service could have been better with regards to people with handicapping conditions.

I have never written a review before. But unfortunately, this experience has forced me to share, and it isn't good… It appears this hotel is in the business of taking in hockey families for area tournaments for the business and the money grab! Sadly, they are not prepared to take on the business of a hockey team. This was evident, when we wereturn greeted upon arrival by a team member that was overheard saying, " I hate hockey teams" This set the tone for our stay, which we cut short due to poor treatment. Unfortunately, management at this hotel has not provided their staff with the confidence to have crucial conversations with guests. I do not put blame on. Staff but on the management that accepted a hockey team without being prepared. Sad news Holiday Inn!

Great location, friendly service and very clean room.

Easy to find, fair amount of parking, ok size guest loading/unloading zone although could use a bit more room if it becomes any busier.

Friendly accommodating staff, clean decent size rooms, cheaper and newer than other hotels in the area, great free hot breakfast, near to gas and shopping, pool and workout rooms.

Front desk was mostly helpful, depending on who was working but was overall friendly. Rooms are clean and pretty spacious for a business trip. Breakfast is okay. Decent amount of places to eat or shop within the shuttle area. Only real complaint was the refrigerator in my room was loud, so had to unplug to sleep, and I was mildly afraid to turn on the bathroom lights because there was very unsettling flickering and popping when first turning on.

Very cleanly and friendly experience. The ladies at front desk have been especially helpful. They offer shuttle services and can recommend and transport you to restaurants of your choice provided they are within a few miles.

The hotel was very accommodating during our stay. We were visiting for a funeral, and they let the family use the main meeting area for an evening. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

A little over priced on the night I stayed, but seeing it was the only room available without driving another hour I think that is easily over looked. I will say it was SUPER clean and comfertable. I would not hesitate to recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Holiday Inn Express. It's close to restaurants and shopping. The room was very nice. The Continental breakfast was excellent. I think I have a new favorite hotel chain.

Location was convenient for where we were going and the free shuttle service to and from a local restaurant was a great reason to go back.

Great rate for a decent hotel. Right off the 104, which makes it easy to get to, and conveniently close to a variety of shopping options. Rooms are a little small, but that's too be expected for this class of hotel, and they are comfortable and reasonably well appointed. The staff was very friendly, and helped out with a few unusual items that had been forgotten during the packing (scissors to use in wrapping gifts, etc. ).

Several times this past yr I'd escape to a jacuzzi suite at the Holiday Inn in Webster NY Each time I was checked in quickly and efficiently, found the staff more then friendly and extremely helpful and found the rooms immaculately clean. We've enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast as well. I recommend the Holiday Inn to all my friends and family, because I have been so impressed with each stay.
