I had a room on the 1st floor, it was clean and quiet. Small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. Shower water pressure is very good. They have an indoor pool and exercise center. Free breakfast in the morning includes eggs (scrambled & cheese omelet, sausage (regular and vegetarian), cereal, make your own waffle station, fruit (watermelon & strawberries), orange juice, coffee, and much more. Bed was very comfortable. No complaints. A great place to stay!

Nice rooms, clean and tidy. Breakfast is a nice commodity to have in the morning. The apples are excellent as well as the service. Clean pool and hot tub. A little bit pricey for people on a fixed income.

It's an affordable and accommodating place to stay. The staff is very friendly and they make guest satisfaction their number one priority.

We've stayed at this location numerous time and we'll never stay anywhere else. The rooms are modern, extremely clean and the service is second to none. Everyone at this hotel is friendly right down to maintenance staff. The breakfast is delicious and all items always fresh. We really love the fresh made cookies too and cold water or coffee/tea at anytime. This place is the best; if I could give them a 10 I would!

Nice little hotel. Clean and breakfast is decent. Have stayed here a few times. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are small but very nice and new. If you need to stay in that area, definitely recommend it.

Great hotel, very clean, warm pool (important for February), very friendly staff. Breakfast was okay runny eggs and rubbery sausage, but hey maybe you like it that way. I would happily stay here again.

Family trip with three rooms. Wonderful stay. Will definitely stay there again. Front desk was very responsive and took care of our requests very quickly. Lots of good food options near by.

We have 6 adults 2 children and one baby. We got a connect room plus a extra room, all the rooms are very spacious. All the staffs are very helpful. I would definitely recommend Fairfield inn.

Nice rooms. Very comfortable king sized bed. Mini fridge, microwave and little coffee machine in room. Toilet in a very awkward location. Great complimentary breakfast. Nice pool but a bit on the small side.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They're available upon request and do all they can to help. That being said, the hotel itself is a bit disappointing. It's a "Marriott" but just barely. The pool is small, rooms are basic, air conditioning isn't a thing, neither is heating really (they use some odd, cheapo climate control that doesn't work well), the parking lot is tiny, etc etc. Like I said, wonderful staff with decent amenities. But it's barely a "Marriott".

This Fairfield inn is very new, clean and nicer than some Courtyards. Breakfast, coffee and a pool are all very nice. Two thumbs up.

Good, clean solid quality rooms. Staff is nice and professional. Pool and spa are clean. Breakfast is Good, although through the years the quality seems to be levelling off (used to serve real eggs… now it seems like the eggs are the powdered type or how they cook them is different) but overall the breakfast is still good with lots of variety.

No good this time. The Internet kept dropping of which did not allow me to do my work. Also I had no phone for 3 days. I had to escalate the issue 3 time until it was fixed. My visit this time was a 2. I may look to stay at a different hotel. I need to continue to book a room once a month for work so a good experience is very important to me.

Feels brand new! Room was clean and housekeeping kept it that way my entire week stay. Super friendly and helpful staff. Lobby/Breakfast area was more than adequate and food was good. Pool and hot tub were excellent and clean with plenty of towels around. Couldn't ask for more especially for the great price.

We absolutely LOVE this hotel! Is always clean, everyone is incredibly friendly and the breakfast is always awesome! We will never stay anywhere else when we visit the area!

I travel A LOT… I am very particular about hotels in general — I am very observant of the rooms of any and all hotels as are most people, … I notice everything! Unless it's immaculate, I am NOT happy! I see every nook and cranny… almost to a fault. I came from out of state with my 9 yr old daughter for a bridal shower to this location for 3 days and I LOVED this hotel! I felt safe! Our room was immaculate and comfortable 100%. I loved everything about it, from location to cleanliness… I give it a 5 star!

Very nice, staff was quick to fix any problem, very clean,, nice pool/ hot tub area! Kids absolutely LOVED the hot chocolate machine and they had cookies out as well as fresh fruit.

Not bad… was clean and the double room bedroom we were in was nice and big. Great proximity to any shopping you need and the heart of rochester. The breakfast area was a bit tight as there were alot of people staying over.

We've stayed here twice now — — 10 days each time. Comfortable, clean rooms (3 adults). Great looking lobby and pool. Can't beat the breakfasts and fresh fruit daily. Great coffee. Outstanding manager and staff!

Great place to stay in Rochester! Was here for a family funeral and the accommodations were fantastic.

Clean comfortable room that was much needed after a day on a motorcycle in the rain. Pool and hot tub were nice extras. Breakfast in the morning was good. Slept well in a comfortable bed.

Nice place to stay during a business visit.

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel. It was the most reasonably priced hotel in the area and very clean. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was accompanying my parents who were in their 80's. Staff members were very patient in answering any question we had and even gave directions and let us know about the weather. The hotel was very accommodating providing us with a microwave, fridge and seat for the bathtub. There was fresh fruit available at all times and the breakfasts were great. We loved the warm cookies. The pool was very clean and we loved the hot tub. I enjoyed walking on the treadmill every day. It was a great experience for us. We will be back to visit!. Thank you to the hotel staff for such a nice experience.

I'm going on my 3rd night and am very impressed with my room and hotel staff. When I walked in my room after just leaving a Holiday Inn Suites I was very impressed. It looked cleaner, bigger and who doesn't love a flatscreen TV. I'm going to get on the treadmill and try the pool tonight. Maybe I'll stay through the weekend. (In town on business for two weeks).

I stayed at this Hotel in May and I enjoyed my stay so much I am returning in September. I found this hotel to be very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I slept thru the night so it must have been quiet also. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I actually enjoyed the continental breakfast and had no trouble finding something within my diet preferences. I have family in the area and so I plan on visiting several time a year. I will stay ther each time. MB Pennsylvania.
