5 stars Very beautiful. The tub was absolutely amazing. Very friendly staff, always good available. Great gym and sauna. Comfortable lobby and lounge. Great privacy. I couldn’t have been any happier and we had a wonderful romantic experience. Well worth the money for the room we got. Room 114 is nice and very close to the lobby and desk. So glad we stayed with them and we will definitely be staying with them again. 5 stars.

Very nice clean little Hotel in this small town the staff was very nice they have amenities as well Free breakfast from 06:00 to 10:00 AM.

I totaly recomende thishotel. It is very clean and comfourtable beds. Staff are nice too.

When reservations were made we neglected to inform them that I needed a room on the first floor because I use a cane and am unable to climb stairs. When my daughter was checking in the desk clerk noticed my cane when I debarked the car and immediately changed our rooms to the first floor. Her observation of my use of a cane was greatly appreciated.

Standard issue Comfort Inn… nicest friendliest crew / room condition very nice. Then you get to the bathroom… crack through the commode bowl, wallpaper peeling off everywhere. The 'business center' was up-to-date and a nice surprise.

A very nice and clean hotel. Parking for commercial trucks are plenty. The lady receptionist on early morning of July 28, 2018 are helpful and courtesy, she helps truckers for direction to the hotel and looking for parking places, she was very nice when working on the check-in & check out for customers. Manager should consider a better wage raise or a promotion for the well done receptionist!

We've stayed here several times now. Very sufficient hotel for the cost. Decent sized rooms, free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, nice staff, everything works. Not lavish, but what you need for staying over in the Dunkirk area.

Good lacation horrible gym sink didnt drain. Overall best in area for sure.

Went there late night staff was wonderful got me checked in inside of 10 minutes left the next morning peaceful quiet people were great place was clean I recommend.

Nice room, very comfortable bed, lots of soft towels. If you have the time to stay you won't be able to sleep, as the doors to the upstairs bang and the maid bangs the doors and leaves them open while she vacuumed. It was also a little creepy to have her wait outside while we packed up.

Very disappointed with my stay. I had a 2 night stay for a work trip and ended up covered in bug bites when I left. I had stayed previously with no issues, but this time was not happy at all. In addition to what seems like exposure to bed bugs, I had maid service that did not provide shampoo and conditioner the first day and did not make the bed the second day. When I went to check out, I had to wait for staff to come back inside from their smoke break. I am going to have my employer reserve another hotel for my next trip.

My husband and I spent Valentine's Day and our 108th MONTH Anniversary here after we had dinner at Wing City.
We were happy with everything at the Inn.
We enjoyed a whirlpool in our room … Sorry about the wine spilled on the towel!
The bed was extremely comfortable and the hot breakfast was acceptable.
If there were any problems … the toilet seat was loose on the one side … needs fixing. That's all.
We would stay here again!

Ok so the rooms are regular hotel rooms altho they do have some snazzy rooms with a jacuzzi and some with the little pull out couch area other than that if u are just looking for a rest at an affordable price where you will be in a clean comfortable room? This is the place. Never gotten a dirty sheet or towl. Heat or ac always works and the STAFF is the best! I stay here at least 1 night a month and they remember me by name thats amazing. Super accommodating and I wish o could remember her name but there is a brunette desk clerk who is super sweet! So amazing service and a cozy room… Dont forget to grab a drink or snack in the lobby b4 heading to ur room!

The room was very cheap for the cost, the hotel workers were very courtesy and willing to help, they made me feel comfortable and like I was right at home.

I'm not kidding. This is the most enjoyable experience I've ever had at a hotel. Very comfortable, clean, modern, awesome staff and free snacks and soft drinks 24/7! I will be back!

We had a great stay! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and safe place to stay.

Good value for how much we paid. Included a buffet breakfast (make your own waffle machine, coffee, juices, plenty of fruit, egg patties were eh, sausage, cookies, yogurt, Danish, etc) small gym if you're so inclined, A/C blasted fine, TV could use an upgrade, nice room fridge/freezer (not all rooms have the freezer), bed was very comfortable, great pillows, no smell in my room despite other reviews. I'd stay here again.

This place was worth about $75 a night! Definitely not worth $150! There were fruit flies in the juice, AC worked sporadically, and the rooms smelled funny. The staff was not helpful and lacked basic front desk knowledge.

Nice place, clean rooms, comfy beds. Lots of parking and near chain restaurants. Good breakfast spread.

Smelly shower, backed-up sink full of stubble, and was charged twice what was advertised. Be very careful what rates you rely on. While on the road I saw online rates at 9pm for $114, made a reservation, and when I checked in a bit later at 12mid the rate had changed to $275. The manager the next morning was polite but did not care a bit that his ads didn't display the right day's rates. Didn't call me a liar as such. But get confirmation of rates when you book or you can be took. (Specifically — the price labels you see on Google maps, or the info cards Google displays for you at the to of a search result, may be inaccurate. I put responsibility on the business, not Google, to ensure advertisements are accurate in all media from which the business benefits. )

Excellent small town hotel. Had a great visit. Staff were terrific and the room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel was clean. Didn't have much interaction with the staff, tho the small amount I did was positive. Good breakfast. Hotel has some years in it but has been well maintained. I would stay again with no questions asked.

Place was very nice and I got a King Bed room with 2 person jacuzzi for the same cost as a 2 Queen Bed room but I'm knocking them a star because the sauna didn't work. A lady working the front desk just yelled over to me after a few minutes of me trying to figure it out. So they were aware of it, but there was no sign and seemingly no intent to fix it. I know it's a small thing to complain about but I hate getting to a place and then finding out something I was hoping to utilize is out of order. Pools, weight rooms, etc.

The woman who checked me in was so helpful and very friendly. The bed and room as very nice. In my honest opinion I think it could have been cleaner as the bathroom looked nice but had a bit of leftover dust and grime that was clearly missed. I would however stay at the Comfort Inn again.

Comfortable, clean room. Air-conditioned, but had trouble keeping ahead of the 90 degree heat. Convenient to the thru-way.

Love staying here. Front desk is always professional and everything is always clean. Im a choice privilege diamond member over 100 stays east of Mississippi river and this location is in my top five.

Worst comfort inn I have stayed at. The walls were thin. The bed was hard. Even the floor was unlevel. The TV service was terrible; the voices were distorted and it was standard def. There Wi-Fi was bad. Not at all worth the money.

Incredibly clean facility, excellent crew working this hotel. The manager Dustin was extremely helpful. A+ to the staff and facilities!

The guy at the front desk was very polite and helpful but hallway smelled like bum juice and when I turned on my Ac it also let out a smell of bum juice and I can't stress enough how bad it smelled … And they don't use bed bug protectors on there beds smh.

Rooms are clean and always well taken care of I'm in hotels a lot for work and I can't ever complain about comfort Inn.

The Comfort Inn in Dunkirk NY is very clean and has hot breakfast ready when they say they will. The swim team stayed for a whole weekend and they cleaned our rooms and made them look like new and the staff tolerated 30+ college students on one floor.

The room was spotless. Attention to detail was evident from the placement of soaps to the folding and arrangement of towels. Each bed had four pillows for visitors use. The television was of better quality than in my own living room. The Continental Breakfast was more than adequate which provided food ranging from cereal, bagels, eggs, sausage, waffles to toast and butter. The staff was very helpful. The two that had I had met were polite and respectful. I'll stay there upon my next visit to Fredonia.

Great place. Fair prices. Had enough rooms available for all of us. Guy at the front was awesome. Rooms were pretty nice and clean. Definitely recommended :)
