-MINUS — ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is a nightmare… We didn't get to the hotel til 1 am in the morning, when we arrived, there was 3 police cars, 2 fire trucks and that should have been our first clue to RUN. They told us, everything was fine just a fire alarm. So we went to our $ 152.72 dirty room. Slept 5 hours and got up to take a shower and head out. NO hot water. We called front desk to hear, they had a gas leak and will not have any hot water til it gets fixed. it were awful. Asked for refund, they Refused!

Not even one star! Run… do not stay here. Dirty, tubs plugged, bees nest all over every window. Front desk staff incompetent, didn't reserve our reservation so we had take different room, key set one day so second day couldn't get in room… they have no abilities to handle complaints. No iron, no working hairdryer, no fridge, even phone didn't work. Place completely outdated and they ask 119 night for this nightmare. Run… as fast as you can.

It was an older motel. The pool was broken but the price wasn't any less. The breakfast was less than most. The room was okay. It did have a small jacuzzi tub that was interesting.

Comfey bed and nice place to eat breakfast. Definitely needs some updating and repair.

No shower curtain for one thing and the dead bolt on the door didn't work and the place itself looked like a dump.

Stayed here for 6 days and had no cleaning now service what so ever. Drug dealers in and out people living in these likes homes. Noises people very nasty looking here! The staff don’t do anything accept be on there phone and not be at the desk! Plus I had a issue to where they didn’t do service to my room and when I went to tell front desk I get told to do it myself and got the vacuum gaven to me! DONT COME HERE EVER! Please save your money this isn’t the lace for the amount they charge.

Beds ARE NOT compfy! Walls are yo thin I was woken up several times being able to hear tv, kids voices and a guy talking throughout the night. Continental breakfast seemed unclean and very little food…

First off there’s no pool or hot tub like it shows in the pics nor are there microwaves in the rooms. I only rented a room because it showed a pool and it was twenty bucks cheaper than down the road. Big mistake. The only people there were mentally disturbed folks that live there. One of them told me there hasn’t been a pool in ten years. He was definitely mentally unstable and definitely a full time resident. Then I was woken up at 4am by two woman fighting outside my room and screaming profanities. One girl was yelling how the other one called her a “crack ho” a week ago in the hall. This further confirms my suspicion that this is some sort of halfway house or gov funded looney house. I tried calling the front desk but the phone didn’t work. The only reason for the two stars (and not one) is the water pressure was decent and I was expecting dry cereal for breakfast and they had a “make your own” waffle machine. Never would I stay there again.

Would not recommend. We were getting a voucher to stay there through DSS and barley got housekeeping or otherwise. We had to mske our own bed and vacuum ourselves. The last day we were there the owner came up and told us we needed to pay over 600 dollars or we'd have to leave. So we left and again became homeless. Thankfully we have now found a place to live but I would not recommend going here for anything. Also, the hard boiled eggs gave me food poisoning for 3 days. Not a great hotel. You'd be better off going to the best weastern or comfort inn.

I actually ripped from here and that's a good place to eat breakfast in the morning from 5 to 10 and workout center very quiet and good service you can't ask for anything more than that.

An old hotel with their respective facilities so, a little sloppy, extended parking but lacks a bit of lighting. Up to $100.00 the night, expensive. Breakfast included acceptable.

Was wonderful. Had great service. Was extremely helpful to us in a snowstorm. Clean room that was updated and a large tasty hot breakfast. Will definitely go back!

That's it. One star. Fairly grimy place. Not worth $260 for a friweekend. Basic simple continental breakfast. Coffee, tea, juice, toast, cereal, waffles, yogurt and hard boiled eggs, apples and oranges.

Had a lot of sympathy for Sue, on duty when we checked in. She looked as beat as us but was cheerful and professional. This is not a fine motel, but price was fair and the place looks a lot better than the online photo led me to expect… it looked like the sort of roach motel that you don't even want to walk barefoot on the carpet. The room was clean and the layout with regard to the roads means the rooms are very quiet. As one ought to expect at this price point it is a bit dreary and dimly lit, but fair is fair. No complaints. I would call it a very decent place.

My husband and I decided to stay at this place because all the other hotels in the area were full, we should have known why… It wasn't lit very well and there was hardly any cars in the parking lot. We went in and the front desk clerk was a little rough around the edges, I felt sad when on the back wall there was a missing persons ad, and though it was a bit strange it was front line and center at the front desk. As I looked around I wondered why they still had their Christmas decorations up?, since it was early October, or did they just put then up? judging from the dust I would say they have been there all year… Now knowing I have to stay because they have my credit card we go and check out our room, the hall had dark stains all over it and we met some very rough people in the hall. We open the door, and room was right out of 1991 and I think that was the last time it was cleaned also. I stormed to the front desk threw my key on the counter and ask to be credited. The lady said no problem at all, like she wasn't shocked to see me back… Great place if you need a place to stay for the hour, keep going if your looking for a place for the night. Cheers.

Older hotel. Room was clean. One of the only hotels in the area that offered a refrigerator and microwave. Which was important to me, I'm here for work, not vacation. Quiet, away from the threw way, close to restaurants. Overall a great economy hotel! :)

The driveway isn't lit very well, the lobby smells of old mildew worn down building. Out of both room keys only 1 worked. Then our room was disgusting! The floors were dirty and looked as if they have never been vacuumed! I have photos to verify! There was blood on the side of the mattress, I pulled the mattesss away from wall to check for bed bugs as I do in all the hotels we stay at and there was huge clumps of dust, cobwebs, and hair between the mattress and wall. The ceiling was peeling in the bathroom, the wallpaper was as well. The hall we walked down to get to our room was poorly lit, had black stains or wet marks all down the hallways because there wasn't much light we couldn't tell. The entire hotel stunk like an old building. The doors to the rooms weren't very secure. The locks aren't on the door right. The continental breakfast was awful and having a refresher that is sitting on paper towels isn't a good sign! As I work in the food industry and wasn't impressed with the setup or food one bit.

Very poor experience! Room's were not Cling. Toilet seat in one Room broken no venilation does staff female very unfriendly. I purchased a second roomy in smoking from my sister; no venilation the cigarrette smoke. Could not open windows due to large beehive lightning fan of the window. No access to Elevator, had to walk up two flights of stairs with all bags no help offered. Breakfast awful.

Clean room and good price. A friend I was traveling with booked it. We didn't have a microwave or fridge but they offered a basic continental breakfast. I would stay here again. Yes the decor and furnishings are outdated. But clean and no bugs I'm good.

Total dump. Not clean. No cable. Weird people all around the building. Better off sleeping in your car.

Is my second time that I stay in that hotel, is good, nice personal and good place, close to the restaurants and stores.

Experience was good. I stayed here the second week of August. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Good management, has a very professional and friendly staff. You get what you pay for.

I stayed here for 3 days in mid July. It was a good experience. Professional and friendly staff, very helpful. Room prices were fair, rates do go up and down but that depends on what day it is, but that's most likely at every Motel. There are a few changes that can be made but otherwise its good.

I stayed here august 6 to 7th 2016. It was the worse hotel I've been in. Motels are cleaner than this one is. I had bugs along the wall by the window, bugs in my bed, a/c did not work (100° weather), the "free breakfast" consisted of toast n cereal, apple oranges n yogurt. My son spilled his milk in the room I grabbed a wash cloth to clean it up, it turned to a dark gray blackish color. In other words the rooms here are filthy! A lady I was talking to also had bugs in her room n bed asked for sheets to be changed and she was given them to change herself! So find another place to stay. It is filthy here! And they refused (owner) to do anything abt it. I give this place a negative star absolutely disgusting. But to post u have to give at least 1 star. But it's not worthy of it.

Do not stay here. This hotel shouldn't even get a star, and should be torn down. After being on the road for almost 11 hours we decided to just stay some where cheap. As soon as me and my grandparents got to the hotel we were hit with a smell of mothballs. Gross. The rate of 75$ was defiantly appealing to just stay there for a couple hours of sleep and get back on the road. We got 3 key cards and was told one of them will work. There was a pool but from the outside and inside presence we decided not to go in. We walked down the hallway and heard a bunch of banging on the doors, the hallway carpet was stained and the walls were starting to grow mold. After a bunch of tries we got the door to open and as soon as we walked in the aroma of urine, mold, and cigarette smoke was absolutely gross. There was a chair and it looked like a bunch of pee stains were all over. Carpets not vacuumed and there was a another door to the outside that had a broken lock chain on it. If anybody could walk in that way they could. The bathroom had mold in the shower and the bathroom sink was rusty. We didn't even sit on the beds because we were so disgusted. Tired and hungry we went to dinner (might I add the Dunkirk Applebee's was amazing! ) We had dinner and went back to the hotel and we went into our room and figured out if we should go somewhere else. Then someone started banging on the door, freaked out we decided to leave the hotel.

If you need just a place to rest for a night, and then continue your trip, it's ok. Not very clean, dusty, but the bed is comfortable, and it's a good price. If you gonna stay more days look another hotel.

I Hated it My Mom, Dad, And Sister Thought It Smelled Bad And The Woman At The Front Desk Thought We Booked 2 Rooms And It Was Just Nasty On The Roof And My Mom Said We Would Never Stay In Fredonia/Durdunk And It Was A 3 An A Half Road Trip And We went To Niagara Falls Whick We Liked But, Before We Checked Into Our Hotel We went to Jamestown for nothing.

I used to work here and although some of the coworkers are friendly people the place itself is very shady and not maintained and the management is very uncoordinated and unprofessional. First off there is no training for anything, absolutely NO refunds to anyone under any circumstances which leads to making unhappy customers and me having to blame management or lose my job for giving them refunds they clearly deserve for things such as broken heaters and electronics, cards for doors not always working, drug addicts and drunks, mold, unclean rooms, drug paraphernalia in rooms, and rumors of bed bugs (I was front desk and no way in hell was checking to find out for myself). To top this off I overheard a conversation about tax evasion and suprise suprise am fired the same week. I cannot recommend anyone works or sleeps here. I don't even know if I was a legal worker there since being terminated I never signed any papers stating why I was or even agreeing I no longer am employed like I have in the past when putting in a 2 weeks notice etc. If anyone needs to know more just read other reviews they aren't lies…

The staff was extremely accommodating, free continental breakfast, has a gym available for early morning workouts, and allow for pets. All in all great value for the price. I had a pleasant stay. Would recommend!

I used to work at this discussing place. First for housekeeping then for front desk. Not only is the place nasty but they work you to the bone 27 rooms needed to be done in 5 hours. So I demanded a front desk position even then they made me clean rooms. Iv found needles drugs and bed bugs. The cleaners they use are waters down to save money. Only one soap one shampoo for a room fit for four. Nasty! I had asked for a day off seeing that I hurt my back and was on muscle relaxers and they texted me saying if I didn't come in I was a no call no show. And that would mean I quit. Some ppl aren't even on the pay roll. So I was offerd full time at my new job and I quit. They then had the nerve to ask for my uniforms that I paid out of my pocket back. They never provided me with any! STAY AWAY THIS HOTLE ISNT EVEN WORTH A ONE STAR.

I was traveling through NY on a road trip and just needed a place to stay overnight. This place is beyond disgusting. I left after 5 minutes. Dirty sheets, mold, dead bugs, crumbs all over floor, drug addict pacing around outside our door, just all around scary and seedy. I was apparently getting a refund from the front desk person Tammy and she said oh well after we complained. She never refunded me. I'm still trying to get my refund. I don't expect decent people to actually work at an establishment like this. Do not stay here under any circumstances.

My husband and I were ending a long 12 hour trip and was desperately looking for a place to stay at 1am. We happened upon this hotel only by random chance and being very tired we stayed. Our mistake. The price was very inviting, only $75 plus $10 extra for dog (we were traveling with our dog). As soon as we entered the hallway the stench of musty and filth filled our nostrils. Once in our "Non-Smoking room" the smell of urine, cigarettes and mold was unbearable. The carpet had several burned spots, the bathroom was dim and in poor condition, and my dog was sneezing after entering the room. We would have left and found another hotel, but since it was late at night and we were only looking for a few hours of rest we stayed. The bed was hard as a rock and the sheets were like card stock paper. My husband and I slept with our nose under the sheets because the smell of cheap laundry detergent was better than the stench of the room. We woke up in the morning to someone attempting to get into our room, not sure if it was housekeeping or staff but good thing my husband had put the lock chain on so they were unable to. Once awake we left that hotel fast, we had terrible sleep and we didn't even care to attempt to try the breakfast after seeing the conditions of the hotel. This hotel brings a bad name and reputation to Days Inn which are not normally in such sorry conditions. I would NOT recommend ANYONE to stay here.

I had to switch my room 3 times and I was still unhappy with the final room. Toilet clogged when walked in, bathroom light had short, TV remote doesn't work, window doesn't close properly, hallway and room smells like wet moldy carpet and bathroom tub filthy. I had to get another hotel instead. Overall the place is very scary and needs to be torn down. The only reason it gets 1 star is because it forces you to put something.
