Very good service from all of the staff here. They let me checkout late which was really helpful.

Expensive but OK hotel. Found the rooms bit on the small side and prefer a glass shower door over a curtain. Especially for the room price. Friendly staff though, they were very helpful.

I'm a big fan of Marriott properties, especially due to their consistency. However, this one falls short. The halls were filled with laundry and old food bags. I had to replace my room key twice because they weren't programmed right, and in the morning there was no record of my shuttle reservation even though I watched the front desk staff write it down the night before! The room was fine, but other aspects of the stay we're disappointing…

I was there for a seminar. The facility was clean. I did not interact with any staff. The room used for the seminar was ok but the chairs are not comfortable for sitting as long as we did. It also would have been nice if the cafe area was open past 930am. It didn't reopen till 5pm so we had to find somewhere to go for lunch. Overall was fine for the purpose I was there for.

I was there for a seminar and the room we used was just fine. The building was clean, there is a place to buy coffee and snacks in the main lobby.

Good clean hotel. Friendly staff. The Bistro (the restaurant in the hotel) is beyond overpriced and there aren't many restaurants within walking distance and the van won't take you anywhere but the airport.

A/C has been out for two days now and all other hotels are booked solid. On top of that, internet is spotty at best. Guest services are at the mercy of the infrastructure.

Clean and comfortable. Actually liked paid breakfast too (pictured: eggs your way) because it keeps "loungers" out, the tables clear and it was actually good! However. The lemon scent in the hotel soaps is way too strong, and the tea and coffee isn't free. Maybe people who are OK with Starbuck's stand-in-line-to-get-a-$$-cup-or-bitters would like it, but at a business hotel, please let at least type of coffee and black tea flow in the morning — we need it! Also, good Uber service in area and comfortable beds so yeah, four stars.

I was invited to attend what turned out to be a meeting for Amway recruiting, so I'll try not to let my negative experience with that affect the review. Location is convenient right off the 290. Customer service is very professional from what I saw. The parking lot was still had snow and ice in many of the spaces, even though it snowed 2 days prior. In addition, I would suggest you vet what your meeting rooms are used for, as no legitimate business wants to be associated with condoning something like Amway.

I opted to stay here due to inclamate weather and choosing not to battle a 4 hour drive home. The hotel is very nice and clean. My only negative take way is the room I was staying in had a spotlight intended to light up the sign on the side of the building was shining into the room.

No free breakfast or even coffee in the morning. But the rooms are nice and the front desk attendant, Matthew, was very nice and helpful with local information.

It's close to Buffalo and Niagara. They hosted hockey kids during a hockey tournament but didn't really accommodate them. When we asked for certain things that we get at most hotels that accommodate hockey tournaments we were told that this is mostly a business Hotel. That would be true if you were doing business 15 years ago. It looks like the Marriott's that we are used to but I think this may have been one of the first places to get the upgrades and probably needs to be upgraded again. It's not great oh, it doesn't suck it's just a hotel. Very clean the staff was very nice it's just nothing to write home about. I was very shocked that there was no free breakfast or coffee everything was a charge. I have no real complaints but I also couldn't recommend this hotel over any other in the area.

Need a complimentary 24 hr coffee/water and tea bar for customers. Key didn’t work in room got 1 free breakfast ticket instead of four. Prefer more choices for breakfast then Starbucks.

Great hotel close to the falls with a high standard. Rooms very clean, stuff super friendly and the breakfast was Marriott ok. Overall very happy with the stay.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Niagara Falls. Front desk was super friendly and fast check in.

The Bistro Restaurant there is cozy, quiet, comfortable, and has great half roasted chicken for dinner, along with plzza! Matt prepared a great dinner tonight of chicken, and Laura Robinson, PM Operations Manager, came over to my table! Kate DelGobbo, GM, and Laura are the best! Their Hotel rooms and service are superior!

Great hotel, great staff and great location. Denise is a champion, you need 3 more like her. Took care of us from the start and always inquired about what she could do more. Left an iPad in the room and realized that once I arrived at the airport, instead of incurring shipping costs to get it home she had the shuttle driver bring it to the terminal. That is quality customer service. Please commend her for going the extra mile, she certainly did.

It was a pleasant experience, lovely night well spent. Very clean, very comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Are use this property on a recent business trip. I spent two nights here. I also scheduled to use the conference room. I found the staff to be friendly. The property was well-kept. They also have a shuttle to and from the airport. I would definitely use this property over again.

Great hotel. Nice and clean room. Friendly staff. It was hard to locate the hotel even though you can see the hotel to the main road. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

I stayed here for 2 nights n 3 days on last weekend with my husband and we both satisfied. It was clean and didn't give me any hard time to breath for me who has serious sinus allergy like other most of $70-$80Inn/hotels did. Bed and blanket were really clean and comfortable to sleep compare with any other $200 hotels. The room keeper was kind and nice too. Just little hard to go into the building from the road, wish they had more bigger sign and also wish they could offer at least simple breakfast instead of selling foods to the residents.

Front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful. Room is clean and great size. Would reccomend and stay again.

The staff was friendly and it is located on Sheridan right next to the I-290, so it is close and makes everything easy to get to.

Great, friendly staff. If you have to stay there for awhile or return a lot, they seem to get to know you and genuinely want to support your needs. I need to return to buffalo a lot and will keep staying here.
