We stay there every time we go visit family. ROMs are great size and always clean. Breakfast is excellent selection.

Excellent place to stay. Very Clean. Gives law enforcement and military discounts. Room was excellent and bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend especially if you have kids going to college and you need a place to stay overnight.

I recommend this hotel to others. Very pleased. Actually had glass drinking glasses and real coffee mugs in the rooms. Staff was great — — very helpful. Good free breakfast.

Clean and new rooms. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is simple and you really don't need much more. They had honey for the tea — nice touch. Lots of puzzles you can buy as a gift for the puzzle lover.

Great place to stay. I usually stay away from the independents but this a definite must stay if you are in the area. Clean rooms great staff and a question place to rest. I sleep days for my job and I had no problems at all. Keep up the great work. Next time I am in the area I will be back.

Your basic hotel. Our stay was less than six hours, but the staff was friendly and the room clean.

The staff was friendly. Everything in the hotel is outdated though, and while the room seemed clean, the 30 year old carpet seemed dingy. There was also a musty odor while in the elevator. The free breakfast was adequate, but they only had one high chair, and I have twin toddlers, so this was a bit challenging.

One of the bests places I was in the Erie Canal route, for the same money I slept in much worsts places. Very good rooms, gentle staff, goos breakfast. More than I needed.

Being one of two people who organized a cycling trip in the Brockport area for 21 people, it was decided that we would stay at Dollinger's this year. (this is our second trip to Brockport) The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to ensure our stay and our needs were met. This included giving us access to the breakfast room to organize the 'bag' lunches for the cyclists and to serve snacks and munchies following the day of cycling. Additionally they allowed us to use the refrigerators and freezer to keep our food fresh in the nearby kitchen. The breakfast was excellent, pancakes, omelets, sausages, cereal, juice, fruits, bagels, toast, cream cheese, jams, and coffee. Probably missed a few items as well. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and included a flat screen TV, Microwave oven and bar fridge. Based on our experience of staying at a different place last year, Dollinger's definitely provided us with superb accommodations and service. Fantastic value! If there is enough interest in having another cycling trip in the Brockport area next year then Dollinger's would be my choice hotel.

Booked a jacuzzi suite for night of my daghter's wedding. When I arrived the room was not available and told only room available was a 2x queen bed room. Not wanting to lose the "special night out " (even though I have a queen bed at home 5 miles away) I stayed in that room. Was informed the FOLLOWING MORNING that I could not be reimbursed the $63 difference in the rooms! I was told that it was the fault of the online booking site even though they put me on hold to speak to the hotel and ensure that the room would be available. I was also told I could not have a copy of the lower rate receipt for the room I DID stay in. I am an area resident who has patronized this establishment many times. Never again.
