One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in in a while. Doing a great job creating a safe environment during the pandemic. I had one small issue and the General Manager Miranda was so quick to respond and completely to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the Brockport area!

DO NOT stay here. They have BEDBUGS. I was bitten during my stay and now have MRSA!

Nothing bad to say about this hotel! as a family traveling with small children this place had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were great! the rooms were SO clean. And the breakfast was better than anywhere else we've ever stayed!

Clean, peaceful, nice staff, good variety for breakfast.

We have my daughters birthday sleepover here and all the kids love it.

The staff was amazing at accommodating us and all of our crazy kids. Pool was warm, rooms were clean it was just another great experience!

I love the Hampton. Hands down I would pay to stay here vs. Saving money to stay somewhere else. This past Saturday was my wedding and I made a reservation for Saturday-Sunday. I called Saturday afternoon and informed them that I was getting married later that day and if I would be allowed to check in early. The lady I spoke with congratulated me and then made sure my room was available! Thank you to all the staff here, if there’s any reason to need a hotel in Brockport. I will make sure to book again and recommend others!

Friendly staff. Good breakfast and very clean place. Oh yes and a comfortable bed. The place was full and still it was a quiet place.

My family and I use this hotel often due to it's proximity to my college and we've never had a bad experience. Everyone is so nice and accommodating and willing to help in any way they can!

Great place to stay, very clean, comfortable rooms, pool is well taken care of… My wife especially liked the Hot Tub… We'll be staying there again I'm sure… Although they should have some round tables with umbrellas around outside for people who like to sit outside on a warm night & play cards or yahtzee & have a smoke & a drink.

Nice clean rooms. One room wasn't fully stocked with towels. The very nice staff resolved that issue but did not make the towel presentation pretty.

Hotel was clean, staff were courteous. I didn't hear noise from any other guests, so it was very quiet.

This hotel is awesome. The staff are great and they even gave me a toothbrush when I forgot mine. The rooms are clean and the decor is very tasteful. Breakfast was great. I highly recommend staying here.

I stay at the Brockport Hampton Inn about once every year or two on business, and am always very satisfied. The location is convenient to several dining options, as well as the SUNY Brockport campus. The rooms are clean, quiet, and well-furnished. The complentary continental breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of options, including eggs, bacon, cereal, muffins, scones, toast, waffles, yogurt, and fruit. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I have never had a problem with the service. On my most recent visit my group arrived before our rooms were ready, but they gave us regular updates and worked quickly to get us accommodated.

Have stayed here a few times when I'm visiting a friend in the area. Love this hotel, the staff are wonderful and it's super clean and very comfortable rooms. Great location for traveling, right across the street are several restaurants/fast food, grocery stores, Liquor Store, etc. The pool area is lovely and SUPER clean. Check this hotel out!

Perfect in all areas from the smile when you arrive to the spacious room, clean bathrooms and an abundance of great towels. Beds are omfortable and breakfast was great Highly recommend this location Best stay ever.

If I could give them 10 Stars I would, this is an EXCELLENT hotel, the staff treat you like family. I'm a Hilton Honors member and they upgraded my room to a suite at no extra charge which I GREATLY appreciated. This hotel has an EXCELLENT breakfast. Very very clean place, well managed.

After realizing we were staying there while waiting for a family member to die, the hotel kindly reduced out rate too a bereavement rate for this past week and also gave is a refund for the rate reduction from 2 weeks ago when we were here for same reason. Went way above what we expected. Going to stay there again hopefully for better reason.

Very much enjoyed staying over. The young girls working on friday 8/4 were really good. Room was awesome, piil and hot tub. Cookies and breakfast!

The hotel and people were extremely nice, our room was a handicap room (no one in my group was handicapped) so the room was large and the bathroom was nice and spacious. The only complaint I have is the lack of water pressure in the shower and because of the shower being wheelchair accessible the bathroom floor flooded terribly, which created a slip hazard.
Other than that, we were extremely happy with our stay and we will definitely be back.

The staff was great. We booked two rooms and they worked hard to get us on the same floor. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Service was lovely. People were very friendly. Room and lobby were gorgeous and spacious. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Best Hotel I've stayed in, clean comfortable rooms, breakfast was awesome. Pool and hot tub great, access to shopping in walking distance as well as Tim Hortons! Loved it. Concierge Jayden was an awesome help when we came in after a long day she and her co worker were wonderful and friendly people to meet! Thank you for a Wonderful stay! The Kingston-Purnell family!

The room, the beds and the bathroom excellent and clean. The only thing that I haven't liked has been covered with plastic and paper plates at breakfast, anything enviromental.

Not one of the best Hampton Inns that I have stayed at but the staff was helpful with any issue I had. The manager was quick to correct it in any way that I saw as sufficient.

Hotel was very nice. Clean and well kept. Hotel even supplied flowers, chocolate and champagne for our anniversary celebration. Really nice stay only negitive was that the breakfast was mediocre eggs and french toast were cold.

Room was clean, and staff was very friendly and courteous. In addition, it is conveniently near a CVS drugstore, Walmart, and other stores in case you find yourself without something you meant to bring from home.

I love the Hampton Inn it is my go to hotel and I have never had a bad time at Hampton inn.

We were lucky enough to choose the Hampton Inn, Brockport NY for our weekend stay. The place is sparkling clean, the beds are comfortable, it has lovely amenities, and a decent breakfast is included. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. In fact it is the friendliness above all that would bring us back. Thank you, everyone, for making our stay so easy. We really, really, appreciated the complimentary late checkout that we received on our last day. Highly recommended.
